I can't say enough good things about Curious Creatures Pet Care & how much they help us out (Mari, Lindsey, & Bella especially). We have cats & dogs that can be a handful, so of course we are hesitant to leave them with anyone & literally just hadn't found anyone dependable before. They are now my go-to and take amazing care of the crew when we have to be gone for a long day or venture out of town. They are great communicators & the pics they include are a fun treat especially when I am traveling. Def will keep using them to take care of my crew 💚

Mari and Bella are the best! They are great at taking directions for any pet, including ones that are a bit skittish. Mari Broster is not professional. She does not listen to direct instructions on how to approach our dogs., since our dogs don’t always do well with strangers. We have specific instructions on how to not approach them. They did the opposite and then wants to cancel our services after taking care of our dogs for YEARS! Super bad service and I don’t recommend. They didn’t even let me know they couldn’t do our dogs till a week after I let them know I couldn’t board them. Should have stayed Partain pets. I would recommend using another service. They also have employees who have hit peoples mailboxes and pulled away. I definitely would save your animals from this service.

I was a little nervous to let a stranger into my home but after meeting a representative from Partain, she really put my mind at ease. It was so great to get daily pics and updates and this was so much less stressful on my fur babies to get to stay in their home rather than a kennel. I would highly recommend and will use their services again!

Mary and Tom are absolutely fantastic. I've used their pet sitting service twice so far, and totally love the detailed updates and photos with each kitty visit. It truly helped when I was missing my babies. When I arrived back home, everyone was calm and relaxed as if I never left. When it comes to cats...keeping them happy in their own environment is crucial. What a blessing.

We were customers of Pet Connection many years ago and then moved away from Rome. I had taken both my dogs (a young, boisterous puppy and 'the old man') to our vet to have them kenneled. When I rediscovered Pet Connection, we went straight there. Both my pups come home happy and healthy and a little worn out. I travel a lot for business and trust that, when I have to, I can leave them with Pet Connection and they will be well cared for! The price is great too!

We never have to worry about our dog when he’s there! Their family understands dogs, they have fantastic pricing ($18 flats rate per night), and are so easy and friendly to work with for boarding. Make sure you book early because they’re so popular!

So we didn't board our Babies here but we did go though them as a meeting place for our Babies to be picked up for a recuse based out of Albany NY called Out of The Pits Inc. They were all VERY pleasant to deal with and you could just tell they love animals. We took in the Mama dog who was pregnant and she had 9 puppies. We wanted to keep all these Precious Angels but couldn't afford to take care of them like they should be. So through a local recuse called Bully smiles with Miss Laura who also Loves Animals she helped us find Out of The Pits Inc. They have all answered every question we could ask and have taken us through the steps of the whole thing. While we were extremely sad to see our Babies go we felt at Peace about who they were going with and where they were going.

We have used Pet Connection for over 15 years. For short stays or long they are the best. The puppies love them and don’t hesitate to get out of the car and greet them. They are professional but also very personal about taking care of the dogs. Just what you need when you’re leaving your Fur babies.

We came to Rome, GA to stay with family and outrun Hurricane Irma, and we needed a kennel for our dog. Our dog isn't an easy one - he's 120lb, deaf, fearful, and sometimes aggressive because of his fearfulness. We met Barry and he instantly made us feel at ease with leaving our dog in his care, didn't act the least bit inconvenienced despite our dog's special needs, and went out of his way to be flexible with us when he didn't have to be. All around great experience - thanks Barry!

We went on vacation for 8 days we left 3 of our babies there and our daughter in law left her baby there. They were fantastic with our animals. The owners are wonderful. If your looking for a place to board tour animals give them a call.

Incredible business, owners, and care! Barry and Lisa are caring, knowledgable, and fully committed to exceptional pet care. The kennels are the largest we have ever seen, fenced runs are also very large, and the owners live on the premises. We are picky when it comes to care for our girls -- The Pet Connection hit a home run. You will not be disappointed -- great facilities, dynamite care, and incredible value!

This is way more than a pet hotel or a boarding facility, this is a place ran by awesome human beings that will take care of your pet up to the extreme of saving their lives, like was the case of our Labradoodle, we left our dog without knowing that he had Addison and while under Lisa’s care he had an Addisonian crisis, they took care of him, kept him hydrated and took him to the vet, if it wasn’t for Lisa and her husband we wouldn’t have our beautiful Bongo. This is definitely the place to leave your loved pet while you go out.
