The staff is so friendly. I can tell the staff enjoys working there which in turn transfers to how well they take care of my pup. They are wonderful and my dog, Lilly, loves going to daycare. She is excited when I drop her off and tired when I pick her up (which is a good thing). They are diligent in ensuring the safety of the pups by enforcing the appropriate handler to dog ratio and ensuring vaccines are up to date. I highly recommend The Dog Eaze Inn for daycare. 10 Stars!

I cannot recommend Dog Eaze Inn highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease knowing my little dog was in such caring and professional hands. The staff is incredibly welcoming and genuinely loves animals, which shows in every interaction. The facility is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with dogs' comfort and safety in mind. My pup especially enjoyed the supervised playtime with other dogs—it's clear that the team takes great care in matching pets with compatible playmates. What stood out the most was the personalized attention my dog received. The staff made sure to follow his feeding schedule and provided plenty of cuddles and TLC, which is so important for a smaller, more sensitive pup like mine. I also loved the updates I received while my dog was there. The photos and notes about his activities put my mind at ease and reassured me that he was having the best time. My dog is reactive and shy, but let me tell you... this place did a wonderful job working with my dog, Flaco, and getting him to not only open up but socialize with more than one person. They always take great care of him, and they were even able to give him a bath! Which is unheard of for my dog. I'd never thought it would be possible for him to even make friends, but I am grateful I found Dog Eaze Inn to not only treat my dog with love and care but to also have him open up. Thank you!!!!

Lola always loves staying at the Dog Eaze Inn. They always fuss all over her and make her feel loved & special! We love them! This last time her tail was wagging so hard when she saw where we were arriving to when we dropped her off! She couldn’t wait to see all her friends there (and meet lots of new ones!!!). When we picked her up, while she was happy to see us, she definitely was sad to go! Thanks, as always, to the staff there for taking such good care of our girl!

Dog Eaze Inn seems understaffed and unorganized. I have attempted to make boarding reservations on a couple occasions and reaching an employee was challenging. I had to play phone tag several times before reaching someone that could assist. I had scheduled a tour of the facility prior to finalizing reservations and was provided a time, only to show up and be told they didn’t have the staff available to accommodate the time they scheduled. There’s too many red flags regarding this business for me to entrust them with boarding my dog when they don’t seem capable of managing schedules or appropriately staffing enough personnel to assist customers and attend to the pets in their care. UPDATED REPLY(11/22/2024): Thank you for the explanation and I do understand the issue with limited personnel. Unfortunately, I believe that contributed to the communication problems as I tried to call to cancel my initial tour but there wasn’t an actual person to receive my call prior to your cut off time for tours. I called to reschedule at 3pm the next day. I was advised by your receptionist to arrive prior to 4:45pm. I explained I was on my way and arrived at 4:10pm, whereby she explained she could not accommodate me after telling me different just an hour ago. After driving an hour in traffic and then told otherwise is unacceptable. Also, I appreciate the booking information and completely understand being full, but my issue again is that prompt communication could have resolved the situation more amicably. If a situation were to occur whereby I needed to relay time sensitive information during boarding or daycare, I lack confidence in a timely response due to the communication shortfalls.

Nikko looked happy when we picked him up after 3 days and 3 nights. He seemed to have had a pleasant stay. The staff are very nice and caring.

My two dogs boarded with them for 8 days. Even though they shared a run, the bill was just shy of $1000. They offered outdoor playtime with other dogs and several grooming services, but my boys just got the basic bath and towel dry. It was pricey, but I knew my dogs were well taken care of.

I would personally stay there...lol...think I'd fit in a crate? I found everything very clean and different packages for boarding to meet your needs. We went with the middle one and when we picked our girl up, she was clean and happy. The Staff is totally awesome and even washed the containers we sent with Tootsie's food. I totally give them 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 and we will be back...Thank You! Tootsie is with our new rescue we adopted, so you'll get to meet her too!

The Dog Eaze does fantastic with handling reactive dogs. My dog does not play well with other dogs but every time I've boarded him here he was kept in his own private area to play and room to sleep. They make pick up and drop off safe for him by requesting visitors do not bring their dog into the office while other dogs are in there. He has also had many appointments for grooming and they have always been so quick and caring and I personally think the prices for this service for a Large Standard Poodle are very reasonable. We are moving away soon and I will miss having Dog Eaze just down the road. Thank you for all the love and care you have given to my dog throughout the years. I am so thankful for all of the employees who played, bathed, gave tuck ins, fed, and cuddled him while I was away.

Brought my 8 month old pup for bath. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I was very comfortable leaving pup for the first time!! Can’t wait to check out the daycare options!!

Alex is the best doggie trainer and he treats my dog like family. I wanted to get her trained up as a puppy and he learned her mannerisms to understand her trouble areas. He offers group walk training in local neighborhoods or more crowded areas to help dogs get accustomed to noises people and other dogs. He also does one on one training and has helped watch my dog when I was on work trip. He's so good with her and he has his own dog, which is her new bestie.

Alex is fantastic with dogs. I have a German Shepard and Collie mix. My German Shepard had a bad habit of jumping on people and Alex was able to stop that behavior. He was very good in handling both my dogs. My Shepard has been with Alex since he was a pup and he’s very good with people and when he goes on his walks with other dogs. This is the long overdue review for Alex. I have been struggling with the reactivity of my three pomeranians for a long time. I had tried group classes, private lessons, and online resources, but I didn't see any significant changes. When I contacted Alex, he invited me to join the group walk where my girls could get exposure to other dogs and strangers. The group walk provides a controlled environment where they can learn appropriate behaviors and build their confidence. Alex is there to correct the inappropriate behaviors of dogs and educate us on how we can improve things. His method works, and I am already seeing improvements. The girls are not perfect yet, but they are on the right track. P.S. Not only Alex, but also the group is wonderful. They are very kind and understanding. Thank you everyone for being so nice to the girls.

I can’t recommend Commonwealth Pet Care enough! I’ve worked with Alex over the past several months training my puppy, Willow. He is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He provides immediate feedback and demonstrates what to do to properly train a dog. He also provides written instructions to reference when I’m training her. Willow has made immense progress on her areas of concern and has mastered basic commands. We have attended group walk and train sessions as well which are wonderful for socializing her as well. I highly recommend Commonwealth Pet Care.

We've been working with Alex for going on 2 years this fall. He is a wonderful trainer and really works with you to help focus on areas of concern. We started when our dog was a puppy and she naturallt has a very nervous temperament and Alex has really helped us get her socialized well so that she is great around other people and she's getting ok around other dogs. We'll keep up the training with him until her confidence with other dogs is really built up. You can tell he really cares about the dogs he works with. We have also used him for boarding and had a good experience. Definitely highly recommend!!

Alex has been great with both of our dogs! He both trains and boards our dogs. He has been fantastic with our 1-year-old rambunctious big puppy in getting behavioral skills and basic training, as well as our anxious and high-need 14-year-old small dog. He is patient, communicative, and easy to work with. We are grateful we have found him!

Alex helped us with our fearful foster pup Josie in the Fall of 2022. He gave us practical and useful documentation so that we could gain the skills to help Josie succeed. We met with Alex at least once a week for several months for hands-on training, which helped Josie become more accepting of new surroundings and people. With Alex’s assistance Josie’s fears decreased and she was able to be adopted by a wonderful and patient family that vowed to continue her training. Josie is thriving today thanks to Alex’s training.

We came to Commonwealth Pet Care from a recommendation from our vet. Our pup Stella was extremely fearful of people and other dogs and we were afraid this fear would lead to aggression. From the first “meet and greet” with Alex we knew we had found a great trainer for Stella. Alex was extremely professional and knowledgeable from the beginning. He identified Stella’s needs right away. Alex worked around our schedule and was very accommodating. Through Alex’s classical conditioning techniques Stella has become a confident and secure pup who loves to meet new people and other dogs. We have seen such a huge improvement in her behavior in such a short amount of time. We strongly recommend Alex to anyone looking for an experienced, compassionate and kind trainer. Alex is INCREDIBLE! He’s been working with us and our puppy Roxy for a few months and we can see a drastic improvement in our rambunctious dogs behavior. One thing I really appreciate about Alex is that you can tell he genuinely really loves and cares for each of the dogs he trains. He’s extremely personable and we like his method of training (positive reinforcement). His dog Apache has also been such a positive influence for Roxy and has helped her learn how to play appropriately and control her puppy biting. He’s also helped us connect with other new dog owners in the area to coordinate walks and puppy play dates (which has been difficult due to COVID). He’ll reach out to my husband and I during the week to check on Roxy’s progress and is easy to reach if we have questions. Alex is amazing and you’re doing yourself and your dog a disservice if you don’t use him to train you dog!

We have been using All Breeds for many years now and they are fantastic. David abs Eric are amazing with our girl and take great care of her! They send detailed reports after each walk and pics, which make my day! We highly recommend them, if you've been looking for a reliable dog/pet sitter you have found them! I can't say enough great things about them and the company!

Eric and Owen have been giving my boys mid-day breaks for a few months. I always get reports about how the visits go and what they did with the boys. They also bring in my too frequent packages from the porch. My job and life seem a bit chaotic at times, but Eric always finds a way to accommodate my crazy schedule, even last minute changes. And this great service comes at very reasonable rates. I highly recommend All Breeds Dog Walking!!

We have been using All Breeds for several years now and they have never missed a beat. Our girls love Eric and David. They’re extremely responsive and always go the extra mile. I can’t see our family ever using another company.

Really can’t say enough about All Breeds. I was having such a difficult time finding a dog walker in our budget and one who was also flexible. My husband and I both work in customer service and our schedules tend to be all over the place. All Breeds allowed us the flexibility to switch days when needed, even if it was a last minute change, and have always done their best to come at the time we requested. Our dog has had three different walkers and each of them have been so amazing with our girl and you can tell they care very much about the pets!

We have been using All Breeds as both a dog walking service and a pet sitter for the past 2 years. I cannot say enough good things about this service. When we started with them we were just coming out of a bad experience with a different pet sitter and really needed to find another reliable company very quickly. All Breeds did not disappoint. They showed up to meet our little zoo, consisting of three cats and two dogs, the day after we called and started almost immediately. The dogs loved going on walks with Barbara and Maria. And when we traveled and used All Breeds to pet sit our cats, we always knew they were in good hands. The cats were happy, plants were watered, and the mail was brought in. Barbara and Maria always provided photos after each service which was a really nice personal touch. We are moving out of town and I sure hope we can find a company as good as All Breeds at our new location.

High recommendation! We enjoyed having Barbara take care of our 2 large dogs while we were away. Barbara made multiple visits ahead of the service dates in order to get acquainted and make sure both would be comfortable. We especially appreciate her knowledge of dog behavior, professionalism, friendly style and willingness to take on a challenge. Great service and excellent experience! We look forward to working together with All Breeds again in the future.

I will start off by saying I like(d?) Dogtopia. Unfortunately (or fortunately), Dogtopia is franchised or owned by a large company. This location is owned by the large company. Because of this, their "ways to save money" are insanely rigid. My issue is not with the staff-- they are kind and knowledgable. My issue is with the company. Normally, a day of daycare with them is $45ish. But with a "1 day a week" plan, the plan I had, it brings it down to $40. The issue with this is the inflexibility. There was one week where their power went out after a storm. I didn't want my dogs to sit in a crate all day (and pay for it) until the power came on, so they provided me with a voucher. This voucher had to be used within 30 days, and it wasn't in place of the $40 I already spent, so I had to change my schedule around to bring them an additional day during the week. Okay... I'll take it. I cannot bring my dogs this week, so I'm out $40. There is no ability to roll over this day to another week. I cannot get a voucher. Fine, then, I'll cancel it. Not so fast-- it takes 2 weeks to "process." Which is strange, because it took them 5 minutes to put my card into the system to start charging every Monday. So, I get to continue bringing my dogs for two weeks while they "process" my cancellation, I'm out $40, and my dogs still smell like pee when I pick them up. As I said before, my issue is not with the staff, it's with the company, although, I do wish my dogs were not returned to me smelling like pee. After the mandatory two weeks, we will not be coming back.

The people at Dogtopia Woodbridge are kind, compassionate, and wonderful, and they love our pups as much as we do! They always hold fun events that pet parents enjoy, and it seems like they have fun doing them! We're so lucky to be a part of the Dogtopia family!

While my dogs love their day of play, I have recently noticed that the facility, especially the lobby smells of urine. I’ve also witnessed both of my pups smelling of urine after picking them up from a day of play. Not sure if they are using a new/different solution to clean/sanitize.

We've used this location a few times. The checkout baths have been okay but not great. We still do them because of allergies. Our dog came home ill once but has been back twice without issue. So we've always tried to roll with things and be generous and understanding. Today, my spouse missed out on a final meal with visiting family (we're military and see family once or twice a year) to go get our dog. He confirmed details with the team this morning but after arriving and waiting for our dog, the team let him know he wasn't ready and he'd need to leave and come back later...as in during the time when we're supposed to take family to the airport. We only have one car and have to move the car seat out to transport our dog so it's extra time wasted when we show up and are sent home. We basically have now lost most of the time together with family that we could have had today. And now our dog will have to wait post-bath because we can't have family miss flights. So why the review? Tried calling and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Left a voicemail but their system automatically cuts you off and hangs up on you. Really disappointed in today's experience and the grace bucket is overdrawn. We pay a premium price for boarding and in 20 years of dog ownership have never had this many issues this consistently. Again, up till now we've tried to roll with it but it's getting frustrating at this point. I hope they can do better and also fix the phone system so it doesn't hang up on vms.

Yea! Our beagle passed the meet and greet and can now go to doggie daycare. She also got washed and smells so much better. The people I encountered were so very nice and informative. When we left in the afternoon, she did not make a peep all the way home.

DOG BITE IN THEIR CARE - A MUST READ I have used this location since March 2017. My dog is 12 years old. This last visit, my dog was boarded for five days. I picked him up today and paid for the boarding. When I got him in the car I noticed that his head had lacerations. I immediately went back in and was informed that he had been hurt trying to get out of the crate - marks on his snout. Only after I then questioned the lacerations on his head that they informed me that another dog had nipped my dog. They told me the other dog was excited and that my dog did nothing wrong. They had cleaned the wounds and put Neosporin on them. Dogtopia made no attempt to notify me of the incident when it happened nor did they at the time of pick up. My little guy had two lacerations on his head and three on his nose. I am so disappointed!! They should have told me instead of letting me discover the injuries on my own. To make things worse, they refused to provide me the owner or dog information. They refused to send the shot record of the dog to the veterinarian, because it violated their privacy policy. I inquired why the owner would not consent and was told they would not ask the owner if it was alright to provide the shot record. Unbelievable!! It is not how you behave when things go well, but how well you carry yourself when they go badly.

Staff is wonderful, camera helps my anxiety, responsive, my Toby loves bubble time, and always take advance of spa service. It’s an awesome dealing to know my baby boy is safe when I’m away. Thank you Dogtopia of Woodbridge!

I am beyond disheartened by this location. I’ve been to several Dogtopia’s across the South as I have traveled a lot since getting my beloved Zuko. I understand dogs play rough and things may happen from time to time. However, if a dog is injured that should be the first thing that is said to the owner at pickup! The fact I had to go out to my car and was about to leave when I noticed a patch of fur missing from Zukos Face is absolutely unacceptable. This should not of been first noticed by me when staff are supposed to check our babies before they are brought out to us. Then when I go in to ask what happened I am basically told they have no idea and that’s he was playing pretty hard. Yes, I understand he was playing hard. I do not care about that I care that his face got hurt. I care that it was not the first thing told to me. On top of that this was my first time at this location and they didn’t even write a report card for Zuko or give me the packet to explain behaviors I may see after bringing him home. Truly I am astonished at this location. I wanted to bring Zuko here on the days where I have to go into the Office but after this. I’m not so sure. It’s not even like the mark was hard to see. It was on his dang face.

Our first play date.. the staff was wonderful and instilled confidence that Teddy was in safe hands. This was our first visit and they remembered that I had called the day before and the entire staff was very caring and kept track of all of the kids during their play date. It was a good opportunity to start socializing Teddy in a controlled environment. We will be going back. Thank you !!play date... the picture below is Teddy just after a playdate..

I know I look here for reviews of companies and services. So paying it back with Dogtopia. Discovered the company in a Google search when we first arrived in Virginia last summer and needed short notice boarding for our dog and once we had a home, some kind of weekly socialization time. Once he was screened (they ensure all dogs have their vaccinations and are vet certified healthy), he spent a month with Dogtopia Woodbridge. Since then we take him twice a week for a full day of play - he's knackered at the end of the day. The staff is always pleasant and truly love "their" dogs and we can tell he enjoys himself as well. It does cost a bit more than perhaps a home business, but my wife and I feel we are getting our money's worth with the care and attention he gets during his stay. We've boarded him since the big stay and he comes home healthy - no colds or ailments, which we've experienced before. Definitely recommend!

Amy & Jesus are an amazing team!! I had an emergency and I need it for someone to care for my dog Lucy. I need it doggy daycare while she recovered from surgery. They send me a report cards, plenty of pictures. They were not afraid to ask me questions prior and during the stay. They were comfortable to give her medication and clean her incision also need it to do warm compresses. Best Care! Great team! 2000% recommended.

Amy and Jesus took care of my 2 dogs for the past 2 years prior to moving. They communciated with me effecftively for scheduling and were amazing with my dogs. My dogs were always so exicted when they arrived at the house! They are a great choice for dog care needs!

Jesus and Amy were an excellent and trustworthy resource when we needed help taking care of our pooch. They came out to the house to meet and our dog Murphy and go over any of his specific needs. As dog owners themselves, they were knowledgeable of and very accommodating to Murphy food sensitivities. They provided a text update and pictures from each visit. I highly recommend Land and Sea Pet Care LLC. Aimee and Nancy think of literally everything that needs to be taken care of while you are away (even things you wouldn't think about). Aimee watched my elderly cat (23) for over a week and did a great job. She is very accommodating to you and all of your pet’s needs. She provided photos and updates every day which helped me not be as stressed leaving her.

I highly recommend Land and Sea Pet Care. I used them for cat sitting when I was new to the area and didn't know anyone - they were recommended by the local moms group. I was blown away by their communication, responsiveness, and care. Each day while I was out of town, my cats got food, water, and a clean litter box, but they also got attention, brushing, playing, and a significant amount of visiting time. Both Aimee and Nancy took care of my cats, and were even able to give medication to a notoriously difficult cat! Not to mention the fact that their prices are extremely reasonable. Jennifer has been taking care of our pets for several years - we absolutely love her!!! Initially she came in daily to check on our cat when we were out of town, we boarded our dog. Our dog is now a senior and doesn't do well outside the home. Jennifer stays overnite in our home when we're away. Our babies love her. She takes care of their every need, she also brings in our mail. The house is immaculate when we get back. Most importantly she truly loves and plays with the pets.

I 100% would recommend using Jennifer and Paw Keepers! Jennifer is amazing! She’s incredible with animals, very professional, reliable, and will work with you to ensure your pets’ needs are met. Whenever we would boarding our dogs at a kennel, they would come home incredibly anxious and sometimes ill. The boarding situation was panic-inducing for all of us. We decided to try Paw Keepers even though we were nervous that our two Aussies can be a bit hesitant around new people. No need to worry! Jennifer is so skilled and I think our dogs could sense that. They loved her immediately! I honestly have never seen them warm up to anyone so quickly! ( My cats loves her too!) Every time we use Paw Keepers we come home to happy and calm pets. It’s also great knowing someone is checking on the house while we are away. Jennifer will rotate lights on in the house, bring in the mail, and take up trash/garbage cans. She sends great updates of what the pets are up to and leaves a visit summary sheet with notes about the visits. And she gave my blind dog her eye drops without worry or additional fee like some kennels. I am so glad we decided to try Paw Keepers and will never go back to a kennel. It's never easy to go out of town and having to leave our fur babies. But Jennifer was wonderful. She spent great quality time with our kitties, put extra bird seed in our feeder out front, wiped down high touch surface areas, and sent a detailed daily update. Communication was fantastic. Even one of our kitt7es that is very shy around strangers allowed Jennifer to pet him. She is so good with our cats. We will definitely use Paw Keepers again and we highly recommend her services.

Our family has had a wonderful relationship with Jennifer owner of Paw Keepers that spans 15 years! She has taken care of my dogs with love and care while staying in our home. Meet Meadow, she's a 6 month old German Shepherd! We have been very pleased with our training lessons with Meaghan at OTP-Springfield. We really appreciate her philosophy of understanding your dog's intrinsic nature, respecting that and working in such as way that brings harmony for human and dog. In one of the photos you can see a shoulder leash. Meaghan recommended after discussing my challenge of teaching a strong puppy not to pull. I appreciated the kinder approach. We love Old Town Pet Resort! Our girls Eve and Belle are frequent customers and they have been most helpful. A great staff that is always friendly and helpful from Management to Day Camp and in between! Great trading by Megan Martin who has transformed a lil young mix breed rescue Belle into a proper princess (most of the time), and always works with our diva Eve. She has also started working on Grace, a mix we hope to adopt out soon! (Date 08/07/24)

We LOVE Olde Towne Pet Resort (Springfield). OTP is my pet’s home away from home and they treat her so so so well! I have 100% trust that they’ll take the best care of my cat while she’s in boarding. My cat is blind so she requires special accommodations she needs when boarding and the OTP family makes sure she gets what she needs during her stay and makes sure she is in an accessible set up. They even send pictures during her stay - which is so helpful to alleviate any stress in my mind while I’m away. Absolutely LOVE OTP and wish there were one in EVERY city!

Olde Towne Pet Resort has been my go to for grooming and boarding for my fur baby. They listen to my grooming needs for her. There was a day that she came back with a yellow stain on all of her paws. I think it was a topical they use to trim her nails and I thought that was strange. However, after mentioning that the first time, I haven’t seen that happen every time I’ve brought her back since. Grooming is weight based and breed/needs based. I have a 8-10lb Scottish fold and pay about $74. A little pricey but we don’t go often. Boarding is great and I love that we are able to video in to see her. I wish they would let her out a little more often but I understand they have many boarders at a time. They definitely take good care of her though and I see how patient the staff are with her. Also, they send photos of her to us every day during boarding which my husband and I truly appreciate.

After some less-than-stellar experiences with other pet hotels, our family decided to give this place a try and I’m really glad we did. The staff are exceptionally friendly and well-trained and our dog, Bowser, has always left this facility in a fairly good mood. The rooms that your pet stay in our specious and have webcams, so there’s zero guilt over leaving your furry friend here. The only small negative is that it does sometimes take a decent amount of time to check in and check out, but this can be mitigated if you arrive at non-peak hours. Really suggest you take your pet here for daycare and boarding if you can!

I am so grateful that we found Olde Towne Pet Resort. We relocated to the area for about 8 months and my two mini aussies loved it here. They went for daycare frequently and sometimes boarding and grooming. They loved all of the employees and were always tired when I picked them up. The groomer listened to exactly what we wanted and did an amazing job. When they stayed for boarding, I was happy I could view them on camera whenever I wanted to. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely be trusting them with my boys.

This is my dogs’s favorite second home. For puppies or seasoned dogs, this is a great place for healthy interaction . He was trained here, all the staff is courteous to his needs, they day-camp feeds him his lunch that I prepare, and the staff is just kind and warm without hesitation. This is worth every dime and I breathe a sigh of relief that they will protect him, love him and treat him like in a love able way.

I recently visited Old Town Pet Resort for the first time to have my cat groomed, opting for the general grooming package. While the haircut was spot on and they followed my instructions perfectly, the overall experience was disappointing. It felt rushed, and they forgot to brush his fur, leaving bits of hair draft still in his coat. I don’t think they used any shampoo, and they missed trimming his nails. I also paid for a deep teeth cleaning, but that didn’t happen. Despite the good haircut, the rest of the service fell short.

We’ve been going to Olde Towne Springfield for a few years. Last year we started working with Megan, their in house trainer. Before having a baby, we wanted to make sure our dogs were fully trained and ready for the new family member. Megan created individualized plans for each dog and we started to work with her on a weekly basis and utilized the board & train option. Megan has been fantastic to work with, heard all of our needs, and helped get us as the owners more equipped to continue the training at home. Since that board & train, we’ve remained in touch with Megan to ask questions and get advice. Our dogs still get very excited to see her and highly recommend Megan as a trainer!!

Highly Recommend! I have been using Fetch! for nearly eight years, and I have always been happy with their service. It is very convenient to schedule services, and the team is very responsive. Tracey, our regular sitter, does an excellent job taking care of the cat, and I always know she is well taken care of. I get updates and pictures every day. I had an amazing experience with Fetch! They took amazing care of my cat Tucker. I was gone for about two and a half weeks, and came home to a very happy and calm cat, a clean litter box, and a clean apartment. The sitters were responsive, punctual, and kept up with the routine I laid out for them. They also wrote detailed visit descriptions and took lots of photos that really eased my mind, as I could tell that Tucker was being taken care of properly. Also, when I ran out of litter while I was gone, a sitter was able to pick some up for me, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this pet sitting service, and especially Abby and Theresa, who were the two sitters looking after Tucker!

Service is really good from pet handlers. My pet handlers have each told me they are not paid well and for the money I and others pay to use this service, more money should go to the hands of the workers instead of upper management who are not involved in the ground and don’t even live in the state. Have pulled out of services and will recommend others who use this service to do the same.

Fetch! has always been a fantastic pet walking service for our high-energy pup! Tucker loves all of the walkers who come to hang out with him. We've used Fetch! for years for mid-day walks while we're at the office. Scheduling is easy and everyone is so helpful.

The coordinator never sent out my care request. Now I am scrambling to try to find other options during this holiday rush. Even after being matched with a sitter, the services provided were basic and pales in comparison to other sitters in the area.

We need a pet sitter for our two dogs for our holiday vacation and found Gabriela (owner) and her Burke Centre Pet Sitting company on line. We contacted her through email and got a quick response and she did a very thorough and complete consult to ensure our needs were met by her and her team. We met a few days before our departure which was day after Christmas. Within two days of our consult, one of our dogs became ill and had to be hospitalized during Christmas Eve due to reaction to a pain medication and was discharged Christmas Day. We contemplated canceling our vacation but didn’t and relied on Gabriela and her team to take care of our dog while she recovered (slowly). She needed medications, extra attention, as well as taking care of another dog while we were away for 5 days. We almost canceled our trip but glad we didn’t as Burke Center Pet Sitting took care of our fukids and helped our sick one recover during our absence. They communicated every day, checked in our dogs multiple times a day, dispensed medications, and cleaned up after a sick dog. Within the first day we were confident we made the right decision. I can go on about how great Burke Centre Pet Sitting is but the simplest way to put it is we put in their hands a dog that was hospitalized Christmas Eve and they were able to take care of her and make us comfortable to enjoy our vacation. Our dog Jack, loves Gabriella and Erin! From the minute we met them he was affectionate with them and he's not like that with everyone! My husband says they speak dog. It's true!! Erin cared for Jack for 10 days while we were away and he was so happy and content with her which was such a blessing! Jack can be a bit of a challenge to get outside when we're away, but they had no problems!! Our neighbors raved about the time and attention Erin have him in our absence! I have used this company for two years for pet sitting at my home. We have an older Golden Retriever named Max. Our main pet sitter is a college student named Chris who is so great with dogs. He has watched our dog for as long as two weeks. Chris is excellent about keeping us up to date via txt messages and photos. We first learned about this company when we moved to Burke, and the military family we were renting a house from ( we are retired military but are now working for the government ) gave us a business card from this company. They told us that this company was the best dog walking / sitting company in Burke. I don’t know what happened, but I tried to call the store during business hours, and no one picked up the phone. Also, the address for the store is wrong, which makes the location hard to find.
