Looking for comfortable and calm but affordable grooming/boarding? Then call Josh and Emma! My pups had such a wonderful weekend at Woof Valley! I've never boarded my fur babies before as they are usually babysat by family because I never felt confident or comfortable with boarding before, but I'm 100% confident in boarding my babies with Josh and Emma! We got one of our pups nails clipped too, and they look great, I think I'm gonna book more spa services for both pups on their next visit! We have taken our dog, Willow, to Josh for her baths, grooming, boarding etc. since she was born. We live in Jonesborough, 5 minutes from his old location and we are willing to drive further to his brand new business in Elizabethton because they are JUST THAT GOOD!! We won’t trust anyone else with our girl! Just toured Woof Valley at Willow’s last visit and to say I was impressed is an understatement! So thrilled with this new place! Willow has everything she needs.

Our would revolves around our two Maltese babies . So making sure they are well cared for in our absence is very important to my wife and I. Emma has our absolute trust and she does an excellent job with our two little ones. We have never once been disappointed not even a little bit. I feel they go out of their way to make sure we are happy. I would not consider going anywhere else.

I absolutely love this grooming facility for boarding and grooming. They treat the fur babies like their own. Extremely nice staff and very reasonably priced.

Emma did a great job with Ziggy, but most importantly she was warm, caring, and loving toward him. I felt very comfortable leaving him with her, and he was much less anxious and apprehensive than he has been with other groomers. We are very happy to have found Woof Valley!!

We’ve been looking for a new groomer after several bad experiences. A friend recommended Woof Valley and we love it! Our little Schnoodle finally looks great and we are happy with the experience. Highly recommend Woof Valley! Emma is a sweetheart and does excellent work!

Such a welcoming environment! We live in Bristol and have a goldendoodle named GiGi and I can tell you first hand that it’s well worth the 30+ minute drive for the amazing service and grooming. My dog has always been skiddish going to the groomer, but as soon as she sees Emma she calms down! So grateful! I also love seeing all the help they do with the animal shelter. ♥️

Joshua and Emma are the best! If you want your pup to be well taken care of, they have to go here!! Joshua has always made sure my pup was well taken care of and has been nothing but kind. Emma is a sweetheart and does a fabulous job grooming and you couldn’t ask for a better team.

We were very impressed with Woof Valley! Our Doge's look great and had a good time there! We really like the owner and staff.

This is Chaco’s first time being professionally groomed! Miss Emma did a wonderful job taking care of our little furboy! The new facility is amazing!

Update**** They did it again! Ruger had a blast and our new baby Mable enjoyed it as well! Thank you again for your love and patience with our pups! ——————————————————————————— We had the best experience! This was our first time leaving our baby with someone while we left town and it couldn’t have gone smoother! The boys listened and understood we were worried. They even sat on the ground and let Ruger get comfortable with them and the building before taking him back. We looked forward to our daily report card on our Ruger boy. Thank you Happy Houndz for such a good experience! We know where we will be taking him next time! Well worth the cost (which is around the same as other places)

My girl Nesta LOVES coming here for her grooming days. As soon as we pull in she gets so excited when she recognizes the building and even more excited when she sees the staff. They take such great care of her when she’s there and do a fantastic job grooming her, and are always so nice and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

My dog pogi absolutely loves the place!! He has the best time! The girls and guys there are so respectful and nice!!

Gunner loves Happy Houndz! The staff is so kind and loving with our anxious dood! Gunner makes himself at home as soon as he gets through the door! Could not be more pleased with grooming and day care! He’s looking forward to a week of boarding!

The staff here are lovely!! You can tell they really enjoy working with animals, and treat them like their own! Very clean facility and prices are really good compared to other places. Definitely recommend them!

This was my first time boarding at any location other than my own vet. Madison has been fantastic and so pleasant to work with from the start. When arriving to the facility it is very clean. The customer service is fantastic. They will answer any question that you have. In addition, go over any details thoroughly. I've already got my second booking with them this Friday. They are $30 per night which is more than my vet but I think it is worth it. My pup has anxiety but she was handled with care.

I love the staff at this facility, brought my dogs and they absolutely loved it and immediately was at home, and the staff took them in with care and were excited to meet my puppers, thank you! And kudos 👏 …

Kitty is absolutely wonderful with my dog, Trixie. Trixie loves to go there and she’s very well taken care of during her stay. I would recommend her to anyone wanting top quality care for their pet.

Amazing place! We do both the grooming and the boarding and are extremely happy with both.

They wouldn’t even see my dog because she’s a medium 7 month puppy who will eventually be a bigger dog in size. So if I could give a 0 star I would! She’s had her nails clipped before at the vet and they had no issues.

Out of town traveling with my Chi. Kitty trimmed his nails just right with lots of care and attention and even recommended an area vet to help with his car sickness. Much appreciated!

We have boarded our dog and cats for over a decade with Kitty. She is so loving and kind...our animals have always enjoyed their time with her. Our dog would eagerly jump out of the car and go to her so we knew he was well-treated. The boarding area is climate controlled for the comfort of the animals. She lives close by and checks on them often. You cannot make a better decision than to board your animals at the Silver Clipper with Kitty!

They're always so nice and take such great care of our dogs! We've been going to them for a few years now whenever we need boarding and they have always been wonderful!

Kitty, Ralph & Lisa have always treated our dogs as if they were their own. They truly care about each dog. Kitty “retired” as a Vet Tech to open this ever growing Grooming & Boarding Kennel. We have been clients for 15 yrs now. Wouldn’t take our babies anywhere else.

We have used Miss Kitty for about 5 years. We also board our 4 legged family members when we can't take them on vacation with us. Kitty and Ralph are wonderful, animal loving people. We will continue with them as long as they are open and we have dogs.

I’ll definitely be boarding my dog here moving forward. I love how all the dogs are separated and still have access to go outside whenever they’d like. My dog has awful separation anxiety and is super timid, but I can tell she enjoyed herself more here compared to boarding with her vet. It also gives me peace of mind that they have a fenced in area to run around and go potty as needed instead of someone walking her on a leash(she’s an escape artist) the owners are also super nice and gave me reassurance when dropping her off❤️

We have left our rescue love in their hands a few times and could not be happier. They are so kind and considerate. Our rescue is dog aggressive and must be kept separate and they did not look down on her or on us. She requires daily medication and they were so incredibly accommodating. They gave her extra loves and people time. We know she's safe there and cared for when we cannot take her with us.

They have an awesome setup for dogs. Your dog can be separated from other dogs if needed and still walk inside or outside through a doggy door. Each kennel slot has a lot of room. Very cool place

New to the area. Tried very hard through Rover to get a house sitter for our dogs, but they were insane with their prices and we had to go away. The reviews were high and now I get it. Sam and Regina have a kennel right on their property in the middle of the country. Our dogs had been through a lot mentally as my husband was involved in a very tragic accident and couldn't come home for 2 years so I was nervous. They were put in the same kennel which was wonderful. When I went to pick them up...not one dog barking. Not mine, nor the other ten in there. Happy doggies. I will not go anywhere else and highly recommend!

Always have an amazing experience and my dogs love it just as much as I do. Always very convenient and go out of their way to need my needs. Also love the personal touch they treat my dogs just like their own so I don't worry when I leave them because I know they are being pampered with love and affection. Wouldn't dream of taking my pups anywhere else.

We have boarded our Blue Heeler here for the last 8 years. More recently we boarded our Boston Terrier also. In all that time our dogs have received excellent, personalized care. When we pull up to the kennel the blu3 heeler gets very excited and can’t wait to get out and see the owners, Regina & Sam. Very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. We’re very happy with the Stewarts Country Club Kennel & highly recommend it.

My 3 German shepherds stayed here during Christmas. My first time ever leaving my babies. I was a wreck and so tore up. Regina and Stan took such good care of them for me. To comfort me about leaving them for a week they even texted me photos and videos which helped me worry a bit less. Their prices are fair and well worth every penny. Will definitely be using them again if need be. Thanks you Regina and Stan. ❤

We have kenneled our 5 dogs there twice. Great place. They are well cared for. The owners are very nice. They have great size kennels and even suites if you want to put your dogs together. Highly recommend

Can't believe this place has never been on my radar until just a few weeks ago! We are originally from Elizabethton, TN and had to make an emergency trip to visit an ailing family member. They were able to quickly reserve a spot for us on short notice and i emailed our vet records over. They accommodated a late drop off (7.30pm) upon our arrival and immediately made us feel welcomed and was very patient and kind to my jumpy, 85 lb (almost) 2 yr old GSD. Over the course of his four day stay, i texted ea day to ck in and received timely responses and when i asked for pics they sent me a few snap shots. He was in the same healthy shape when we picked him up as when we left off and i cld tell he honestly enjoyed the company of the gentleman who runs the place. I am a VERY picky dog owner, who treats her babies like children, so this is saying a lot. No, the place is not bougie but it is homey and safe, which is what i care about. Also the value is unbeatable. We paid $18 a day vs Jax, FL (where we currently live) and pay bare min of $46 a night at our boarding facility. We'll be back every single time we visit the area 😊

No one who cares for a pet should trust this kennel. We were in an unexpected pinch and were taken in by a few reviews. When we arrived, the place was an absolute mess. The pics shown must be very old. The man asked that we give him a call, and he would meet us at the kennel. Upon our arrival, he was sweeping the floor around the front door. Again, everything was filthy. He said that the good news was that he had no other boarders, and our golden retriever could have the yard--overgrown and full of apples fallen from a tree in various states of rotting. When we arrived, after making another call to the owner, he met us with Rocky. He returned the food we brought saying that he had not fed him yet. Upon our return home, Rocky went straight to his water, and drank and drank. We fed him, and he returned to drinking. Our belief was that the owner put Rocky in the yard without any type of caring on a hot day, and returned at the end of the day to meet us with Rocky. DON'T LEAVE YOUR PET HERE.
