Julia was an amazing house sitter and dog sitter! She sent me photos and updates every day, she took my pup Jordan on long walks and gave him the love, care, and patience that he needs. She was so easy and comfortable to communicate with and she left the house so clean and tidy for when I came back. Definitely recommend her!!!

Anita was a wonderful dog sitter for Balto! They were super tentative, made sure to ask any and all questions before we went away, and they sent the best updates about Balto while we were gone. I felt so much better knowing my dog was in great hands, and I could not recommend Anita enough! Quality care, and our apartment was spotless when we returned home.

David was a great sitter for our dog! It was just him for this sit. He was very communicative before, during, and after the stay. He visited the apartment before we left to meet our dog and talk with us, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident that our dog was in good hands. He sent us updates throughout the stay, and left the apartment in great condition. While our dog is on the older side, he can still be a handful at times, but David didn’t seem to have any problems. Would definitely recommend David for any future sit!

This is our second time welcoming Michele and we were so happy to have her back! Our dogs Pedro and Samantha love her and it is clear she loves them! Our house was immaculate upon our return and Michele made her famous lemon chicken recipe which we gobbled up and then we asked for the recipe. We can't say enough great things about her and hope you are lucky enough to get her as a sitter for your pets.

We initially accepted Deirdre and Jason for a long stay to look after our dogs. We were very happy they accepted. A few weeks later we realized we needed another sitter for another trip we had planned. So, we posted more dates on zeewoi. To our happy surprise, Deirdre and Jason reached out to us saying they could also look after our dogs and home with the new dates we posted. This made our life much easier and we were very confident to have Deirdre and Jason stay longer with us and care for our dogs. We were definitely right!! D&J have countless experiences on zeewoi with very good reviews from all of their previous sits. They are very experienced with all aspects of a house/pet sitting. D&J are very self-sufficient, have the background knowledge and education of pet care, and most importantly a genuine love for all animals. This is most important for my wife and I. We knew from the first meeting with our pups they loved animals. Communication was excellent. The process before and during our sit was stress-free for us. We were given daily updates on our dogs including photos and videos. Any concerns D&J had were vocalized to us. D&J are also problem solvers and know how to react many challenging situations. Our routine for our pets was followed immaculately and all dogs were very happy and connected with them. Even our female dog Kinki grew close so quickly with D&J which is very rare. We had ZERO issues while we were gone and we were able to really enjoy our trip while we were away. The dogs definitely love being around D&J. Homecare: We are very pleased with the condition of our home when we returned. It was clean, free of clutter, and exactly how we had left it for them, if not even better! D&J even mowed our grass and took care of our yard! Our yard is not a small garden. It is very big and takes hours to mow. So we were very surprised and excited to know they did that for us even though it's not expected of our sitters!! They definitely went above and beyond what is expected. Our dogs are so very important to us. When we know we can trust our sitters it's the best feeling in the world. We definitely trust Deirdre and Jason with our most prized possessions and we look forward to the next sit with them in a few days!!! We can't thank them enough for giving our dogs the love and attention they deserve. Shannon and Travis stepped up at the last minute when an earlier sitter canceled. Shannon and Travis took care our our large brood of animals for two weeks while we were out of the country over the Christmas holiday. They kept us informed about what was happening with the animals and our home. Our dog Pepper doesn’t like most people, but loved Travis and Shannon immediately. I would not hesitate to welcome Shannon and Travis back for another sit. They are very honest and friendly people. Their dog Dime is also awesome.

Lynn and Ray were fabulous sitters, going above and beyond to take care of our home, yard, and rambunctious pup. Leaving him for three weeks was very difficult but we felt confident once we met them. They are great communicators, very professional, capable of handling any situation, and personable. Since they are fully self-contained in their van, they arrived a day early so we could show them the place, have our dog Bailey get comfortable with them (that was immediate ☺), and get to know them over dinner together. While on our trip, they sent us daily photos of Bailey, which we really appreciated, and updates on their activities. They took him hiking almost every day and kept him well exercised. Any issues that came up (e.g., our irrigation water ran dry a couple weeks in) they communicated to us and we were able to resolve them quickly. They also harvested ripe berries and squash for us and even harvested and dried tomatoes in our dryer. We spent our entire trip feeling assured that all things were being taken care of and feel ever so grateful that we found Lynn and Ray through TH. We returned from our trip to a house that was thoroughly cleaned (better than we left it ☺), with fresh sheets on the bed, and a happy dog. Five-star sitters for sure!

Christina handled Bridie's first-ever time without us perfectly. We returned after 5 days to a happy, well-cared for and well-exercised pup --- and an emaculate house. Christina knows dogs and helped us with a few Bridie issues. We got photos and some updates while away. She was flexible and very sensitive to all of our needs. Chrisrina is the best sitter that we have ever had.

To this list of attributes I would add flexible, capable, sensitive, extremely good with the dogs even if one of mine is sometimes a little ornery, and just a wonderful person all around. Because of constantly changing circumstances due to a move and coronavirus, my dogs ended up spending not two weeks but a whole month with John and they were so comfortable and happy. John helped them in so many ways and coordinated shipping them overseas, he went above and beyond the wildest stretches of what a house sitter entails and did it with a smile and a laugh and reassurances that all would be well. And indeed he was absolutely right - the dogs arrived so well cared for that all my fears of them being traumatized went out the window. John’s flexibility, and his kindness as well as his impeccable maintenance of my house in my absence all make me recommend him an absolute 10 out of 10. Thank you John for all your help this summer!! I lost my long-time pet sitter for my dogs and parrots. That was a big loss, because I trusted her with my pets and with being inside my home. Jenn was wonderful! We had to last minute scramble to find someone to watch our pups for a long weekend and Jenn immediately said yes. We met with her and my dogs instantly loved her. Jogs with Dogs are great! They came and met my dogs and I in a meet and greet at our house which put my dogs and I at ease! During their visit, they sent me pictures to let me know that my dogs were just fine and enjoying themselves. Highly recommend!

Our pup seemed to have a great time at Char-Lyn, and one of the first times she didn't have rashing on her stomach when she came home from a kennel. When we need kenneling again while in PA from GA, we will definitely use Char-Lyn. We highly recommend. Just be prepared to use a check or cash upon checkout.
This is a wonderful kennel. Our dogs both love the staff and are very well taken care of by them! You will not find a better place in the area!
Our constant go-to for boarding our 3 dogs. We have never had any issues with quality of care, dog health, or dog behavior while away or upon return. Lengths of stay have ranged from one night up to 2 weeks. They keep up with medication needs and feeding schedules, and provide an update on dog behavior at pick-up. The low daily rate is also a bonus.
Great place to keep your furry family. They have been very accommodating to us and our dog, and she is well taken care of when she stays there.
Well went to pick up my Yorkie she was limping and I got asked was she limping when you dropped her off? I never received a phone call when they noticed nothing and can't say what happened sounds very suspicious. Took to my vet and my 12 year old Yorkie has a partial torn ACL in her back leg. Sounds like they are trying to cover up foul play here. I wish there was a zero star option. When asked owner about incident she cursed my husband out and hung up refused to cooperate extremely unprofessional. I had to block her number on my phone because she started harassing me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE!!!
I dropped off my perfectly healthy 12 year old Yorkie. When I picked her up I was asked if she had a limp before I dropped her off. The answer was no. They never called us during the day to let us know that she was limping or that anything was wrong. I took my dog to the vets after her visit and she has a partially torn ACL from staying at this kennel. The kennel when called was very unprofessional and unwilling to talk with us. I would not use this kennel or recommend them.
Clean facility, nice exercise yard, dog savvy owners and staff who care about the dogs and their families. Always, going the extra mile during natural disasters. My dog is happy going to Char-Lyn and happy when he’s done boarding. I’ve been a customer for over 15 yrs.
This is a great place for your dog boarding needs. The owner and staff are friendly and clearly care about their “guests”. We were comfortable leaving our little guy with them. We have only one wish.....that they were closer to our home!

I had to board my cat for a long stay. I was finding it difficult to find a place where she would be comfortable for so long. This facility was a Godsend! The owners and staff are amazing people who love animals. They took incredible care of our cat. She had a spacious place to stay where she could move about instead of being put in a small contained area. I’m grateful to have found Farm View Kennels and highly recommend!
We loved Farm View Kennels! We are from out of state and had no one to watch our dogs when we left town, so leaving them somewhere where we don’t know anyone was a bit scary for us. Lisa and her team were very welcoming and helpful through the whole process and loved on our dogs like their own. The second time we brought our dogs back for boarding, they were so excited to return. We are sad we had to move out of the area because we would continue to bring our dogs back because of the love they were shown here!!
