I brought my dog to Sturgeon County Kennels after having evacuated due to wildfires in the Northwest Territories. The staff was so kind and understanding. They sent me updates on how my pup was doing and I know she had a good time. It was so great knowing my giant puppy would have other large dogs to play with. I appreciate everything they did for me and my dog during an extremely stressful time.

We have used them a few times with zero issues. Our dog got sick after pick up and the staff were very helpful answered any questions the owner Mark even paid the entire vet Bill no questions asked. This is a great Kennel and the customer service top notch. They all truly cared about my dog and the experience was great we will only use this kennel. Dog is doing well sickness was not caused by anything the kennel could control.

Stacey and her team performed the impossible. They went above and beyond to help us by caring for our dogs during a family emergency. I cannot thank her and her team enough looking after our pups and taking a huge strain off our family. We are deeply appreciative (and our dogs absolutely love staying there!).

This review is solely based on the visit unrelated to pet boarding but rather an event they were hosting for animal rescue that I volunteer for. From the start to finish their staff was extremely friendly towards us and our fosters. They provided everything that made a day very enjoyable from great environment, food, drinks, snacks... Based on this, if I had to choose a kennel for the pet, SCK would definitely be on the list of favorites.

They took an order from me after an upsetting visit to the local vet. They called, like they said they would, when the order was ready. They are easy to find as there is a large blue highways sign west of Bon Accord at the turnoff. Lots of parking area and it is easy to navigate to their office. As first time pet parents (and first time going away since getting our pup) it was a little nerve-wracking to leave our pup with strangers. But the staff here made us feel warm, welcome, and soothed our anxiety about leaving. Murphy absolutely loved his time here, and even slept all the way home. They're knowledgeable about animals and the toys they sell in their shop. We and Murphy will be back again in the future. Thank you for the amazing care you gave him.

I have never left my pets with anyone before and was very leery from stories I have heard. I did a walk through with Sue and my Buddy dog fell in love. Now if I have to leave town for a day or two or even a couple weeks, I get pictures and videos and updates on my boy as much as I want. Fantastic facility I would recommend to anyone.

We absolutely love Sturgeon County Kennels. Our dog Buck has so much fun. All the staff are so friendly, and you just know your dogs are getting so much care an attention. The facility is nice, clean and spacious. Seriously the only kennel we will ever use. Love you guys!

This a great kennel, run my very nice people! We had our two dogs stay there for two weeks and not only are their rates reasonable but the facility is clean and welcoming. We got a full report on the goings on with our dogs when we picked them up (our dogs argue a little lol) and they were given all the love and attention I would wish for them to have in my absence.

Our Rosie has been going to the Canine Kingdom for daycare and boarding for 4 years and we always feel very comfortable leaving her there. She takes allergy medication and they always ensure she receives it and have even called to check in when we forgot to send it once. Just recently she was on antibiotics and they assured us they would be very diligent administering it and sent us pictures of her cut to let us know it was healing and looking better. They even wrapped it up when they noticed her licking at it. They are great at communicating and give us informative updates when we call or text. Rosie has a blast there and we are so thankful they take such great care of our sweet girl! Definitely highly recommend the Canine Kingdom ❤️

This is our go-to daycare. The staff is great, the people are great. My digs are excited to be dropped off and tired when they get home. Not the cheapest daycare in the city, but you are paying for the greater level of care and clean facilities.

My Larry has been attending canine kingdom for Daycare and the occasional sleepover for a little over a year. We absolutely love it! He is a young boy with senior siblings at home who sometimes need a break for him, and he is always so tuckered out and happy when he gets home. I love all the regular updates and the staff are always super friendly and seem to genuinely like my dog. I took one of my older dogs for an assessment, which he didn’t pass, but they were incredibly kind about it and kept me updated and gave him lots of chances. I really appreciate the reassessment police and how much care they put in to admitting dogs as it gives me so much comfort that there is less of a chance of an accident between dogs that way. I’ve read other reviews being upset about that but I think it’s a really great thing! The facility is busy and sometimes booked up, but it’s for good reasons because they are so great. Thanks for always taking great care of my lare-bear!

I take my dog everyday during the week, it's better then leaving her home alone all day, especially because she is a puppy. Friendly staff and informative. Whenever I ask about my dogs day they can inform me on many aspects of her day. I love seeing pictures of my little one throughout the day on Facebook and snapchat. I also love that I can pay for passes and services online, makes it easier then calling in especially if the staff are busy.

If you're ever wondering what your dog is doing all day, and if they're having a good time at daycare, then you need to check out Canine Kingdom. They post regularly throughout the day on Snap Chat, Instagram and Facebook. My 18 month old Siberian Husky just spent the weekend there and had a de-shedding bath upon checkout. She looked absolutely amazing! I cant imagine how much time it took them to make her look like that. The bowtie they put on her was a really nice touch. The staff are always pleasant and the members portal is one of the best and easiest to use that I've ever seen. I cant say enough good things about this place.

We have been taking our boy here for about 4 months once a week and he LOVES it. When I am taking him and ask him if he is excited for daycare, he cries and wanders around until we leave, just so excited to see his friends. The staff are all super friendly, know his name, know my name, easy communication (text, pet portal, phone, email) and overall just the best service. I brought in pupcakes for my boys birthday and they threw him a little party. They are always are taking and posting photos so you feel a bit included in their day. My pup is always tired when he gets home which is the best.

Nova has been going here since she was just a baby.. it used to be more regular but due to being laid off we weren’t in need of daycare as often and now I have started a new job on the opposite end of the city so Nova goes to a different centre but we will always bring Nova to Canine for her boarding. She loves the staff and it *almost* makes us cry when she doesn’t even look back at us during drop off… “bye mom.. I got things to do” We recently had flights cancelled and ended up in California for 48 more hours than we planned..and the staff were amazing….no issues keeping her longer… They answered my “helicopter mom” questions and made me less anxious about being away from her for this long… the Christmas pictures made me cry!! Nova came home with a gorgeous ornament and a new toy from her friend… I am absolutely in love with Canine Kingdom and I am so so grateful that Nova has a home away from home.. thank you all so much.

Our Birdie loves it here and can't speak highly enough of how accommodating and easy to do business with Canine Kingdom is. Any of staff we have met is delightful and we are so happy to know our dog is loved and well taken care of when she is there.

I have been taking my pug here for daycare since he was old enough to attend ! He gets so excited to jump in the car every single day and cries of excitement when we pull up to Canine Kingdom. I am so grateful for the peace of mind I have about his well being while I am at work or running errands. He's also been for several sleepovers and it has been a wonderful experience each time. The snapchat & instagram are also a wonderful feature - I have so many amazing photos of my fur baby! I am so grateful for Canine Kingdom :)

Whenever we visit family in Edmonton, we bring our dog here. Amazing staff. But most importantly Kenai loves it and is always tired at the end of the day. Our puppy Hank loves going to Little Paws Inn! He’s full of energy, and it’s clear he has the best time every visit. The staff are so kind and welcoming, and we know he’s always in great hands. We’re so happy to have found a place where he’s so well cared for and excited to go back!

Our fur babies are our babies and Little Paws Inn always take great care of them. They have also helped us out on short notice. They are amazing.

The owners and staff have always treated our darling Darla with a lot of tender love and care. They showed up for us and Darla in big ways over the years. They recently stepped in to help us when we needed them most. This is a good place for dog families.

Without a doubt, the BEST daycare on EDM! I love the attention to detail by the staff, and the care the all put into knowing our dogs on a personal level. The updates on behaviours, cute stories, daily photos and all the other little things go a long way. I have moved around the city a couple of times since starting our pups with Morgan at Little Paws, but we always drive no matter the distance to get our babies to her. Also, the open-space overnight situation is WAY better than kenneling our dogs. Way less stress on them in a home-thpe environment! Thx guys for being so awesome!!

I wish I had of had the time to come check out the facility before leaving for an important last minute planned trip, so I'll partially take the blame. When I got there, I was surprised to find out that the cats and dogs are all in one big large room together, with the cats being up the stairs over looking all the dogs. The dogs were naturally loud and barking like crazy when I walked in, and someone was yelling at them. My cat is used to my very quiet and chill chihuahua. I felt horrible not having time to find another place that kept them separate, I just assumed they would be. Considering there is a saying "they fight like cats and dogs" for a very good reason. She must have been horrified! She seemed timid when I picked her up, and it took her a while to settle back in at home and become her normal loving and talkative self. Her poor nerves must have been shot 😭. They would not let me take her up to get her settled and see her room, they said the dogs get too excited.. I don't know how they could have got more excited then they already were.. so I wasn't happy and comfortable with that at all! I felt I had the right to see where she would be staying. They told me to keep a look out on Facebook for pictures, and they didn't post a single one. I tipped out of courtesy on the machine as it automatically asks, but don't feel it was deserved. I will not be returning my cat Nova in the future!

Our dog loves coming here for daycare and we have 100% confidence in leaving her with them for boarding. The staff are all so friendly. Our Bernadette is a bit timid and shy around new people but has adjusted very well with the staff here. 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome owners and a good facility. It is cage-free and allows the dogs to free roam. Ultimately it wasn't a fit for our fur baby and they didn't have the capacity to work with my dog individually at the time. Would still recommend to those looking for daycare and overnight stays!

I always look forward to taking my pups to Little Paws Inn! Being a small business, there is such a family feeling among the staff. Everyone loves the dogs as their own and you know they will be well taken care of! We have used them for daycare, boarding and grooming and we have always been very pleased, plus the dogs always get excited when we pull into the parking lot, so that makes it even better! Highly recommend!

Today we went to their social day and it was the best experience. The girl with black hair (I wish I asked for her name) was SO knowledgeable, professional, caring and definitely knew what she was doing. Our border collie Future was very straight forward, excited to play with other puppies even if they were shy and timid and was showing some herding instinct. They worked on his impulse control on the spot while explaining to us in detail and the improvement was very clear. We learned SO much today from these highly knowledgeable and amazing people and had so much fun!! Time for sure flew by. We feel extremely lucky that we have found this place and cannot wait to be back for their future monthly social days!!

My pup started attending daycare a few weeks ago and loves it! She is always so excited when she arrives and happy and tired when she comes home. The staff are nothing short of amazing and do a wonderful job at catering to all the pups different needs and updating on anything significant that happens during the day. My family sends our dog here pretty often, the staff is very friendly and trustworthy! We left our dog Uzi here for a whole month when we were away on vacation, they posted daily pictures of him so we knew he was having fun. Best daycare I've ever toured or had the pleasure of boarding my dog at. They are patient, knowledgeable, and caring when it comes to handling all of the dogs at the facility. It's almost as if it's your own family taking care of your dog and that's the most important aspect I look for in a daycare. Will always recommend this place and will always come back as Teddy's first choice.

We started bringing our Nori here a few months ago for the structured socials. We had been living somewhere remote and then had a few months off while moving to Edmonton, so unfortunately she missed a few months of socializing while she was a puppy. After a few times at the the structured socials I started to bring her in for day care a couple times a week, the improvement she had made already in these short few months is amazing! She was very shy and scared around other dogs, probably had a bit of separation anxiety because she was with us 24/7 for a few months, now her confidence has boosted tremendously. My husband and I are a little nuts/overprotective when it comes to her, we honestly trust no one but ourselves with her and now the amazing staff at second pup! She loves everyone there and gets so excited to be with all her new friends! & thank you so so so so much again for taking such good care of her!

My pup has the best time at the second pup and always perks up once I mention the word daycare. She’s attended daycare, boarding, socials and the girls at second pup always makes it interesting with events during Christmas and Halloween. I just went away for vacation for three weeks and it was very hard to leave my puppy Oscar, however Oscar has been going to second pup for doggie daycare and he always has an amazing time and the ladies at second pup have always looked after him really well so I did not hesitate to make them my first choice for a boarding kennel. True to their goodness and love of all our fur babies they took exceptional care of Oscar. Oscar got sick and they immediately noticed his change in behavior and had him taken to the vet right away. The went above and beyond with nursing him back to health and by keeping in daily communication with me about his health. He was back to good health in no time and back to enjoying his time with the ladies at second pup and all his friends that he has made their. I could not ask for a better place or group of ladies to care for Oscar who literally means the world to me. Thank you Second Pup for going above and beyond in your care for Oscar consistently.

My dog, Daisy, has been coming here since I got her earlier this year, she’s a tiny dog so I tend to worry about her getting hurt playing with bigger dogs. The second pup team understands this and takes good care of her and I trust this place and their trainers, which is why I will keep coming. The facility itself is spacious and I really like that there is a large green space. Daisy always comes home tired and happy. Thank you for taking good care of my pup 💚

Our family has been using second pup with our dogs for almost ten years. I never worry with the care they give the dogs and they go above and beyond to make sure your pup is comfortable. I love the pictures they share of the dogs, and the open communication with you about your dogs stay.

If you're nervous about leaving them in boarding (as we were the first time), I'd highly recommend asking for a tour of the facilities. Seeing everything put my worry at ease, and we feel confident that they're in good hands at Sublime Cat & Canine! The staff are very friendly, attentive, and communicative. We love that you can get updates about your pet via text. The pricing seems fair, and the booking process (including modifications or cancellations) is very straightforward. Their pick-up/drop-off hours are also very reasonable and relatively flexible.

I was nervous about taking my elderly tiny dog to daycare - she's deaf, a bit frail, and doesn't handle change well. These folks completely assuaged my fears and took great care of my dog for 4 days of overnight boarding. She almost didn't want to go home with me. 😆 I especially loved that they have folks stay overnight with the dogs in the runs and give lots of cuddles, which I know made all the difference in the world to my anxious pup.

We found ourselves needing boarding for our dog for a longer duration than expected , and sublime treated Banjo as their own. We felt like they treated him just like family and we were so pleased with the level of care provided. During his stay he ended up needing a vet visit a few times, and the staff at Sublime helped us find a vet with an open appointment, and they even took him there for us! They texted us updates frequently and always answered our questions quickly. I highly recommend Sublime!! It’s so nice to know we have a second home for our dog if we need one.

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sublime Cat and Canine is Amazing!** We recently boarded both our dog and cat at Sublime Cat and Canine, and they absolutely loved their stay! Our dog is a senior and normally has anxiety, but during their stay, they didn’t show any signs of it, which was such a relief. The staff provided us with constant updates, which really put our minds at ease. Our cat was also groomed during their stay, and we’ve noticed a remarkable difference—no shedding at all! Both pets were so happy and well taken care of that they didn’t even want to leave when we came to pick them up. Our dog especially loved the walks and the fun lick mats they provided. We couldn’t be more pleased with the care they received. We highly recommend Sublime Cat and Canine to anyone looking for a top-notch boarding experience. We’ll definitely be back!

My 1.5 year old dog Gracie loves going to daycare at Sublime. When I drop her off she’s excited and when I pick her up she’s ready for a long nap. The girls who work here are so kind and I feel like they really care about Gracie. The staff are always quick to respond to any questions I have and if I email them during the day to ask how Gracie is doing, they always get back to me quickly. I highly recommend Sublime!

I can't recommend this dog boarding service enough! They took excellent care of my two dogs. I love that they are cage/kennel free and that you can buy add-ons to their services like one on one play time and extra treats. They post throughout the day on facebook so you can always check in on how your pup is doing. My dogs came back happy and well-exercised. A huge thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for them! 🐾❤️

The best care I could possibly expect for our dog Leo. He loves going there almost everyday, even gets excited as we pull up. The staff are all very kind, pleasant and willing to help. Like their tagline says, simply sublime!

I take my two boys here for grooming, and Sarah always does a fabulous job! Our biggest guy, Smokey, is quite sensitive with his nails and ears, but she always handles him with ease. I always get a great follow up from her on how their time was, and they always look adorable! Thank you!!

This was my first time boarding my dog and she LOVED IT! I appreciated the photo updates (attached!), although they were not as consistent as I hoped—but I’m just a helicopter dogmom. I could tell she loved the staff because she wasn’t dying to leave when I picked her up (like she usually is at daycare and the vet). They were very courteous and responsive when I called during her stay to check in. We will absolutely be boarding with them in the future!

Our dog had stayed at the Ranch during many of our trips. On our most recent trip the unimaginable happened and he needed emergency vet care. The staff at the Ranch noticed he was acting off, immediately contacted us and took him to the vet. Because of their swift action, it likely saved the life of our beloved dog. We are forever grateful and would recommend this facility to anyone.

Thank you for always taking such great care of our doodle Annie! She has been attending daycare and is always so excited in the car on the drive over. I am sure if she could talk her highlight would be the tennis court! Recently we boarded her and it was so nice to know she was in good hands while we were away. The Ranch has been my dog’s second home every time we go on holidays. For the past 3years we’ve left him there for 5-6 weeks at a time every summer when we go to Europe. He loves being there and isn’t strange or different when we pick him up. They provide updates every time we email or call, and sometimes surprise us with photos of him when we’re not expecting. My family and I completely trust them with our small dog, and highly recommend that everyone take their dog there for boarding or daycare.

Thank you is not enough with all the care,love and patience they had given to our boys,Yamo and Kassie while we are away.This is the first time we are away from them since we got them when they were 3 months old. They are anxious and not much socialized,we got them during covid time.I had checked few boarding kennels,but i always ended up in cancelling because i can’t feel and see the satisfaction and safety for our boys.Our niece referred to us The Ranch and i absolutely satisfied.Boys are clean,looks healthy and happy when we picked them up. We’ve been sending our dog here for years now and she always has a blast and we know she is well taken care of. They treat all the dogs in their care like their own and it is so evident how much love and care they put into their boarding and daycare! We have two sets of twins and both times The Dog Ranch accommodated us wanting to board our dog for 1-3 weeks after delivery and worked with us on a floating start date so we could know our dog had somewhere safe to go when we had to suddenly leave home. They are amazing people who also run a rescue and we are lucky to have them in our community! Highly recommend!

Our pups have been going here for years, the staff and facility are wonderful. We love that the dogs get to play in playgroups through the day and come home freshly bathed every time. The add on services are top notch for keeping your pets happy while the owners are away. Highly recommend!

Our dog Thor stayed at the ranch for the first time Dec 27- Jan 12. I was pretty nervous putting him in a kennel as he is a rescue who was abandoned in the dead of winter. Our previous rescue was never kenneled as our boys lived at home. The ranch was recommended by a friend. They were so great with Thor. He was a little nervous the first couple days, but they got to know him and his personality. It was really cold during that time so they had a lot of indoor play time. He was not stressed at all when we picked him up. In fact he hugged the lady that brought him out to us. I even e mailed to check on him while we were away. They responded very quickly. I am so impressed with this kennel. Thor will be back!!!

All Around Hound is amazing! I travel frequently for work, and they always take great care of my two energetic dogs. The staff is incredibly patient and caring, especially since my two 90-pound pups can be reactive in some situations. They go above and beyond to ensure both my dogs and I feel safe and comfortable. I can’t recommend this place and its team enough!

My dogs love being a part of the All Around Hound family!! They always come home from daycare completely tuckered out - I love reading their report cards to see how they spent their day. The groomer at All Around Hound is fantastic! She is so patient with reactive dogs, and does an amazing job even if they’re squirmy. Peanut has been going to All Around Hound for daycare, boarding, grooming and training for almost four years. Everyone there is great with her and they are great with their human clients too. She usually drags me through the door when we arrive in the morning and has her ritual seat on the green bench for a treat when I pick her up. I never worry about her when I leave her with them and she always comes home happy. Their love for animals is obvious every day and in their work with Through Your Pets Eyes Rescue.

Absolutely LOVE the staff at All Around Hound!! They have become a second family for our miniature pinscher, Hugo. We have been bringing him there since he was 10 weeks old and he is now 1.5 yrs old. I would like to especially call out Paige, she has so much patience and love for all of the dogs that enter the facility, specifically working with Hugo; he is quite shy and reactive but she works wonders with him and he is always very excited to see her in the mornings. They are a fear-free, science-based training facility that also does daycare and boarding. We've had Hugo there for daycare as well as boarding and we will always continue to send him there. We also refer any friends or family members who have dogs and are looking for wonderful care. All Around Hound also sends photo updates and readily answers any questions that you may have regarding your pet or their services. Our family loves you All Around Hound.

Amazing!!! We stumbled on All Around Hound and could not be happier. Thor absolutely loves going to daycare. He goes 2 days a week and is mad at me on the days I do not take him. You can tell the staff totally enjoy what they do. They are so good with the pups and provide a lot of personal attention. Would not even hesitate to recommend them!! Think the look on his face says it all. Wanted to add to my previous review. Still five stars, super impressed with the care and attention the pups well being. Staff is amazing. Thor has now stayed in their VIP room, amazing!! A private room with all the amenities, personal toys, couches, radio , raised dog dishes, and special treats. Best part is they still get to be a part of the daycare, but can then retire to their private place!! Well worth the little bit extra, oh and of course extra snuggles from staff who are on site 24/7!! Check it out!!

All around hound is an amazing place with amazing staff. I found my sweet little baby Kiki there, after i took her home i kept bringing her there for daycare because she loved the staff so much and they clearly loved her. My pup holds a special place in her heart for the staff, especially Sam and Paige. Sam helped my little rescue baby grow into a beautiful confident little girl, who is no longer scared of people! Kelsey the owner of the place is amazing, even though its her business shes extremely interactive with the dogs and clients. Shes always playing with the dogs there or cuddling them, shes not the typical business owner. The place is well organized, my pup always comes home with everything i drop her off with, accept for treats of course! The growth this place has given my dog i will always be appreciative for, because of all around hound i have the perfect doggo.

We have been taking our whippet Sloane to AAH for almost a year now for half day daycare 3 times a week. We love the staff and how friendly they are at drop off and pick up! They have worked with her on crate training and isolation training throughout her days with lots of treats! She always comes home clean and sleepy from lots of snuggles and playtime. We love the daily report cards and pictures that shows who her playtime pals are! We also signed up to the beginner flyball course and loved it so much we are now part of the team which is a lot of fun!

I brought my golden retriever puppy for day training with Sam, and then began doing daycare as well and I could not be more thrilled with how my puppy is doing. Sam is incredible, knowledgeable & personable. She makes you feel so comfortable and hopeful! She has laid such an amazing foundation for our puppy and we are so happy. All of the staff that I’ve met at the front desk are beyond friendly & my puppy just adores them. There isn’t a single person at this facility that isn’t lovely!

My dog absolutely loves going to All Around Hound!! I first brought Caine in for training back in October 2023. Sam was so great with both Caine and I and the results were excellent! I signed Caine up for daycare to be sure he was well socialized. Again, the results have been excellent. He loves all people and dogs. It is truly worry free bringing him because they all treat him like part of their own family. He even gets cuddle time when he needs it. I have never felt comfortable leaving my dogs with anyone but with All Around Hound I would not hesitate to utilize any of their services or to leave him over night if I needed to. I can't thank All Around Hound enough, the peace of mind when bringing him there is truly priceless ❤️ 🐾

This place is stellar! They take photos of the dogs through the day, post them on social media, and send you a report card for the end of your dog’s visit! The report card shares their bathroom etiquette, who they played with, and has a short description of their day. Also boarding here was seemless! A tired dog falls asleep on the car ride home and he does so after every stay with All Around Hound. 10/10

I highly recommend Sarah. We feel peace of mind while we are away, knowing our cat Venus is being fed twice a day and Sarah plays with her. Very grateful for the service she offers.

Sarah did a fantastic job watching our 2 cats. Not only did she care for them, she sent us regular updates and pictures and took special care of our home. We will definitely ask her to watch our cats in the future!

We have been using Sarah for the past several years and appreciate her services. Sarah takes care of our cats 4-5 times per year, we have multiples so it is very important that the litter boxes are cleaned daily as well as our cats being super social it is nice to know that individual time is spent with them. The extra things like checking our furnace and being able to shovel the driveway is always appreciated. We had an older cat that needed daily pills and with Sarah that was always done. Have referred her to several people - excellent service.

I have known Sara from when she started this business and have been a long-time client. The first two cats I had were both diabetic and she was reliable in coming twice a day to give their insulin. When I got my current fur babies, Sara was the first person I thought of to sit and care for them when I was going to be away. She provides thorough service, and will call or text before each booking to clarify kitties' needs, dates, and if there are any new considerations she needs to be aware of. In addition for feeding, watering, and cleaning litter, Sara plays with them and it didn't take any time at all for them to warm up to her and look forward to her daily visits. Sarah looked after our diabetic cat for us several times. Our cat required two injections daily, but the dosage could vary slightly as he was newly diagnosed and management of his care was fluctuating. I was very confident leaving him in her care because she had experience giving insulin and was knowledgeable about the disease. But more than that, if she didn’t know something she would ask. I never worried that she would make a decision about his insulin dosage independently without checking with us first, so I completely trusted her with his care. She reported everything to us while we were away, and the updates were reassuring. His litter was always properly cleaned, and I know she spent some time with him rather than hurrying out the door.

Sarah’s care is so attentive and caring. Our cat was smitten with her at first contact so you know she has that aura that animals tap into. We felt very comfortable and confident while on vacation that all was well. Sarah sent photos and updates and the fact that she has pet first aide in her skill set helped us to enjoy our vacation worry free. I love the professionalism Sarah presents and the very clear contracts she presents. The extras are great too (garbage pick up, mail, lights off and on, water plants). Sarah will be our go to. I’ve already passed her cards along to friends/acquaintances

Kitties at home has provided me with the best service one could hope for. I have used their services the past 8 years I have been living in Sherwood Park with no issues at any time ever. The price is fair and the service is excellent. You can really tell Sarah (the owner) loves animals treats them with the utmost care and respect. For example, Sarah takes care to have your pet's veterinary info on hand in case of emergency. In addition, she will keep coming to your house until you specifically tell her you are home so that you know your pet will be taken care of even if you have unexpected travel delays and are unable to make contact.

Very professional and reliable. Immediately upon meeting Sarah I felt very comfortable with her checking in on my cat while I was away. In total, I was away for three weeks. Sarah kept me up to date on how my cat was doing, and sent pictures as requested. I've already scheduled her again for my next vacation. I would highly recommend!

Erica from Kitties at Home took care of my cat for six days while I was away. I received email updates with pictures and my cat was calm and relaxed when I returned home. I will definitely be using Kitties at Home again.

Erica from Kitties at Home cared for our cat while we enjoyed 10 days away from home and she did a great job. We received a couple of emails with pictures of our cat playing and having a great time. When we got home, you could tell our cat was very well taken care of. Erica came to collect the amount owing and return our keys and our cat rushed to the door to say hello to her as well!! We are going to be using this service for all of our away from home plans and we highly recommend Erica for pet sitting. 💯

My husband and I absolutely love this facility for our pup's daycare and boarding. The staff are so lovely, and you can tell they truly care about your pet. It is clean, has good air circulation, and our dog always comes out stress-free. Thank you so much Barkers for being such a wonderful place to be for our little guy!!

Our dog Mulligan had been going to Barkers since he was 9 months old and we have nothing but good things to say about them. He attended daycare there, weekly in his younger years, was groomed there and we boarded him there while we traveled. He was genuinely excited to be at Barkers and it was his home away from home. We love that it is a family run business, and we truly felt like family.

Our dogs love coming here, they get so excited when we pull up, which tells me a lot. The staff treat the dogs so well, and even let our puppy stay outside longer than planned when she wanted to socialize, which was great for her.

Amazing pet motel, the staff was so great about taking the time to show me around and getting profiles started for my pups . Online booking is convient though i struggle with online things the staff fixed it right up. Drop off and pick up was smooth and my pups were so happy. Staff is well trained and I fully trust my puppers here.

Barker’s Grooming has consistently been rated the best in St Albert I would say the groomers are simply THE best! My Lucy was a very sandy , dirty and furry Bernese yesterday when I dropped her off . I got a beautifully clean and perfectly groomed girl back! Thank you so much!🥰🐾 …

We've been regulars at Barkers, and we couldn't be happier with the care our pup receives. The team is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring the dogs have a great time. Our black lab, Blake, can hardly contain his excitement when we pull into the parking lot—he can't get through the doors fast enough! After a full day of "partying" and dips in the pool, he comes home exhausted and ready for bed. The artificial turf is a fantastic feature, as Blake stays clean and free from dirt and mud. Highly recommend Barkers for any pet owner looking for top-notch care!

We've used Barkers a few times. But this time was a pretty lengthy time, of 16 days. We just got out girl back and she is doing so well. This dog boarding is awesome. My dog always does well here. Price is fair and they always willing to update you if you ask. We will keep using these guys for our dog boarding needs.

We love taking our Westies to Barkers! They always have a great haircut when they are done! The front desk gals are great and welcoming! Also a great place for boarding too!

If you got a big dog, don’t bring it here. They kept my dog isolated from the other dog all week. Never has my dog ever needed to be isolated from other dogs in any other dog boarding situation. Feel so bad for my dog, when I picked him up he seemed depressed took a few days to get him back to himself. Never will I bring him back to this place. Owner told me , my is dog is big and strong, to strong for the other dogs… ? Time to Get trained staff. My dog is strong not aggressive, what a waste of money to have him there isolated. He also got Cannel cough, lucky he was vaccinated so it only lasted a few more days.
