Leaving my dog with someone is not easy, but I had to while vacationing due to dogs not being allowed in the national parks etc. I'm happy I found Almost Home. My pug had a good 2 days in doggy daycare. The facility was clean and the owner was very personable and the fee was reasonable. I'd use them again if we are ever in the area.

Almost Home Pet Resort is the only place I will board my dog. They are amazing and give my anxious high energy dog the best care! The owners and staff are top notch and it's obvious they really care about your furry family!!

We boarded our dog here very last minute in April 2024 and had an excellent experience! The rates are more than reasonable, the facility is clean, and they give daily updates on how your pet is doing while in their care. It was evident that they spent time with our dog because they were able to pinpoint specific characteristics about her personality when we picked her up. We will return for all our boarding needs!

Almost home pet resort will be my go to for my babies when I have to go on trips. They were caring, kind, and conscientious. They have wonderful add ons that allow you to set up a stay that works best for your pet. They take special needs into consideration and can adapt to personality eccentricities efficiently. My hound is a runner and they caught on to her habits easily to prevent any issues. I loved the reports cards they sent out everyday. It put me at ease to know that my dogs were being treated well and also behaving themselves. Shane was very welcoming and funny during drop off and pick up.Thank you for being so good to my dogs, we can't wait to visit again!

We were in Rapid City on vacation and needed someplace for our dog to stay while we visited Bad Lands National Park. The owner here was super nice and took great care of our fur baby. We highly recommend Almost Home Pet Resort!!!

The owners are simply amazing. Very friendly. I knew our Lilly was in perfect hands. We used this place three times for doggy daycare when we RV'd in the area. We would absolutely use this place over and over again if we lived here.

My dogs are always happy when I take them and pick up. Owner is always willing to help in a pinch, friendly and love the pups in our absence

They had a genuine enthusiasm for caring for my dog! She got more attention and outside play time than the other places I have boarded her. The facilities are clean. There are convenient drop off and pick up times. I also like the app to be able to see photos and updates during the stay.

We've used Almost Home for years, and always had good things to say about them. We were unhappy when they closed and struggled to find a new boarding place where my dogs would eat and feel comfortable. The new owners are fabulous and running the kennel in a similar fashion to the previous owners. My dogs ate every meal during a recent one week stay and enjoyed the attention of the owners family.

I canceled a reservation 3 weeks in advance and they will not let me transfer my $50 deposit to a future stay. They said that deposits during a holiday are non refundable but when I booked through their website, the reservation was automatically created, I was charged, and nothing on their site stated this policy. I understand having a deposit and not being able to refund for cancellations and that’s fine but the fact that they won’t allow me to transfer it to a different stay is just greedy in my opinion. I canceled with plenty of advance notice. We had been using this place for years but we will not be returning.

We love All Season's! They take such good care of my fur babies! Jordan is awesome to work with and remembers each dogs names when I call. Even after our Shar Pei's eye surgery they to great care of him while we were out of town.

The only place I would ever take my pups. Their staff is so incredible and I know my dogs are well cared for and safe.

Phenomenal customer service, great prices, and extremely knowledgeable owner. My K9 was always treated well and throughly taken care of. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

Got charged for grooming that was either just not done or done so poorly you couldn’t tell it was done, both dogs lost weight while there so makes me question adequate feeding, one of our dogs came back with sores like she got into a fight, tried calling got no answer left a voice mail asking for a call back to discuss these issues and no communication. Definitely find somewhere else that actually cares about your animals and not just trying to get a quick money grab from you.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for boarding for several years now. I understand that there was recently a change in ownership and my last 2 visits were after that change. I’m happy to say that the level of service and satisfaction has remained that same. My dog is happy being there and I’ve never had any problems. They’re very responsive and pay close attention to her well-being. They even called me on my last trip to ask about a lump on her leg, to make sure I knew it was there and ask if I wanted them to take her to the vet. (In this case I did already know about it and had the vet look at it but I forgot to let them know at drop off.) I was very grateful that they payed such close attention to her health and that they were proactive when they noticed something. I would 100% recommend boarding your dog here. They’ll be safe and happy.

They wouldn't let me do more than peek through the door to the kennel area. Red flag to me. No tour offered. Also let me know their fees were going up. That made them the most expensive I'd looked @. Not very friendly staff. No thank you. I won't be boarding my pup with them.

I haven't boarded my dogs here, but I've used Sniffspot to take my dogs to their arena space for enrichment and time to run around and play. It's an indoor space, so it's great in bad weather and is always so clean. If I lived in the area, I'd be participating in dog sports here; their barn hunt setup looks like so much fun! There was also something indoors that looked to me like a setup for nose work. Great experiences with the owner, who was always so helpful and flexible. We're from out of town, but we'll be back—and now that we know RyeDoodle is here, we'll stay longer!

I love this place and the people. My dog is always happy to come and go here. Rye provides excellent care to my dog Rosy. It's a great place. Best ever!

Dogs well cared for. Dogs seemed happy when picked them up. Even had their nails clipped while there. Workers pleasant on phone and in person. Fast check in and check out. Would recommend this kennel.

5 stars is not enough for Safe Haven! Not only are we worried free about our pup stay and her care, we were able to look at their Facebook page to see pictures of her having fun! Paris had a great time! Thanks to your great staff! You folks are awesome!

Today, I visited Safe Haven to utilize the self washing service. I was ecstatically surprised to be taken to a room with two big walk around tubs and EVERYTHING I needed to bathe my dogs. The tubs were so nice and so easy for me to reach into to bathe my girls. The spray nozzle was hands down my favorite part. My puppy (13 weeks) is afraid of loud sounds still, so being able to have the water off when she wasn't being rinsed without having to turn the water on and off was so great. The water pressure was wonderful. I used the regular spray most of the time but when I needed a little but harder, a mix of the spray and jet was perfect. I loved being able to tie my dogs in so they couldn't get out of the tub with the provided leash system. There were also multiple brush options depending on the type of hair, lots of towels, shampoo, and even cologne spray! Absolutely everything I needed was there and readily available. Also, the floors were perfect. I made enough of a mess trying to rinse my dog's belly as she tried unsuccessfully to scoot around and got the floor sufficiently wet. It wasn't slick at all and I was not worried about myself or my dogs on the floor. In all, an amazing option to get my dogs clean without the price tag or the disaster in my own house. I will definitely be going again in the future!

I am so grateful that this place was recommended to me! The staff take such great care of my pup and Amanda is so patient with him when he needs to be groomed. Every employee here is so friendly, so helpful, and all the pets love them! I recently started using their daycare service for my puppy and it has been so great for getting him socialized with other dogs and it has really helped him in the long run! Actually I have to rave about their customer service here for a bit. I had a grooming scheduled with Amanda, but the day of my appointment she fell ill and could not make it. That is totally fine, but I was already in the parking lot ready to drop off my pup when I received the news that he would not be able to be groomed that day. However, because I had already travelled all the way into town and instead of having to take my pup all the way back home and make it to work by 8, they let my pup attend doggy daycare for the day free of charge! That was the first time I experienced the doggy daycare service and have used it a couple of times since and I certainly plan to utilize it more in the future. Thank you Safe Haven for being so amazing!

We were gone for a couple weeks, we were glad to hear our pug made some friends. The pictures on Facebook were always fun to check in and see how he was getting along.

I wanna love it, but I can not get a call back. I left two messages and a text message. No reply to any. That was two weeks ago. My friends all love them. ***update -April 2024*** We found out that if you book online, you will get a response. A fairly quick one. Our dog needed a place to go, and I booked online with ease! My normally non friendly dog had a blast! She loved it. I will use them again. Just don't try to call. They post photos at the end of the day. I love that.

Superb. Very clean and the staff is amazingly kind and considerate. Our pup did an overnight here and all of us had a great experience. The staff was so kind in letting our girls take their time saying good bye. When I picked her up, our dog was in great spirits. I decided to try their “do it yourself” bath stalls (she wasn’t dirty from staying there, we were on a road trip and it was just time for our dog to have a bath). I hadn’t planned this ahead of time and the staff jumped on my inquiry and made sure the stall was ready to go. It was the best $20 I ever spent! They provided everything I needed and more. Overall fantastic experience.

Hi I am Buddy!!! My mom brings me here 3 times per week when she goes to work. I get so excited and can't wait to go when she gets my leash out. I have friends and I have toys to play with and the humans who work here love to give me belly rubs..I couldn't ask for a better place for a doggies day out!!!

Love this spot for our dogs, great people, it's very clean. But my only problem is that I wish they had more room to run. My two baby's love to run.

We boarded our very timid Border Collie, Max, with Safe Haven for five nights. We were thrilled with the care Max received as he came home happy and more outgoing. It was a very positive experience for him (and us) and we will definitely use their services again!

My dogs spent 5 nights there and I just picked them up this morning. They are happy and healthy and we had a great experience. Mike did suggest to keep things low key when he brought them out and it worked perfectly - they stayed nice and calm. When we got home they were excited to see me and were their normal selves immediately. My dogs are my children so it’s very difficult leaving them but I couldn’t have been more pleased with their time here. Also one of my dogs is a puppy and is very attached to me and she also did great. Thanks for the great experience! I’ll definitely recommend to all my fellow dog owners.

I love this place! My dogs love Mike and Stacy and are never upset to go visit them. This last stay was when the weather was so cold and was for over a week, but I never worried about them. Our dogs are exercised, fed and loved on the entire time they are there. Highly recommend!

My husband and I boarded our dogs here for a little bit during the holidays and needless to say we will not bring them back. When we initially called we got belittled for asking if there was a military discount available. Which should’ve been the first indication to go elsewhere not just due to the cost, but the fact we were made fun of and yelled at for asking. Things seemed fine once we dropped them off, but upon picking them up, my husband was again yelled at for being 15 minutes early to pick the dogs up. We thought our time to pick up was 11:00, not 11:30 like the owner had written down. Then we were instructed to completely ignore our dogs when they came out in order to make them think the boarder is better than us. Once we got our dogs back, our bigger dog had CLEARLY lost weight, and our smaller dog was completely out of sorts and had dried blood on his paws. It has taken multiple weeks for our dogs to start behaving normally again, one of them still flinches any time someone raises their foot to walk/step around him. I hope no other animals are treated how we can only imagine ours were treated there. I’ve also heard from other people following us getting our dogs back who have experienced very similar situations.

Keep Wagging' Ranch was amazing to my 5lb, shy Maltese! She loved her stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is the best priced doggie hotel in the area. Mike is wonderful and very knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior. It was truly a wonderful experience and I couldn't recommend them more!

Mike and Stacy are the best!!!! They were so kind, patient and understanding with my extremely shy and insecure Great Dane! They allowed us to visit several times with our gentle giant to get him acclamated before we had to board him. They are truly talented and understand the K-9 language. They are absolutely amazing and I will continue trusting them with our furry family members. Thank you Mike and Stacy for taking such great care of Jasper and Lizzie for us!

My dog loves going there. She even whined about leaving as we pulled out of the driveway! My dog seems to have a great time and I know they care about our furry friends. Clean place and lots of outdoors. Years ago I went to other places but now I stick with the best and an owner who cares.

Both of our dogs seem to look forward to their vacations away from us at the ranch. They get excited every time they see Mike, which tells me he treats them well when they stay there. The kennel is always kept clean and there is a large fenced in yard for exercise time outside. Easy pick up/drop off, reliable and affordable!

We were only in the area for about a month and I had to make a trip to Florida for about a week. Mike was very helpful and I felt confident that he would take very good care of our 4.5 y/o neurotic Weimaraner. Takoda did very well, was happy and energetic, and looked no worse for having stayed with Keep Waggin' Ranch. I would not hesitate boarding him again, if we were in the area and had the need.

Very responsive and flexible staff! They took great care of my cat for a 10 day stay and were able to take my young puppy on short notice. Fair pricing too!

We own a high energy Aussie-Doodle. Levi & Hannah were able to take him in at 10 months. In his 3 weeks of intense training we were amazed at how much he changed. From the basic 'sit', 'here' & 'place' to an advanced off-leash 'heel' (even while riding my bike), and no longer jumping up on people. We could not be more pleased with the transformation of our puppy.

We were having a lot of problems with our Beagle Milo, and were referred to Real Results by a friend at our work. I was skeptical at first as I have never used a boarding school before. I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of the team and felt safe leaving our little guy. The real time video updates of his progress had the wife and I excited with each passing week. Now our Milo is a distinguished boy and can hold place, wait to eat until told to and can actually walk on a leash without pulling! It is important to continue the training after the weeks spent in boarding, but Levi did a perfect hand off and laid out easy to understand training and expectations on how to continue. 10/10 recommend for any trouble pups or those needing to learn. Real Results was the last stop for our pup. We had tried a multitude of things but had gotten nowhere with training. We now have a trained dog (maybe not so much the humans sometimes) that listens, obeys, and isn’t a threat to everyone and everything. Thank you for saving us!!

We rarely write reviews but we’ve had such a wonderful experience with Levi and Hannah we are excited to do so in this case. Let’s face it. Dog training can be expensive and we certainly wondered if we would feel the large investment was worth it. Would we really see that big a difference in our two puppies—Cavapoos—to justify the expense? The answer with Real Results Canine was a resounding yes. Our puppies came back home as different dogs. Responsive to commands, focused on us, and generally well behaved. When they do get caught up in the moment and fail to come, jump on guests, or bark, it has become easy to regain their attention and quickly get compliance. My wife describes it as a miracle! Even better,, Levi has been a partner through the whole process; always willing to answer questions anytime. We have especially loved the several follow up sessions—included in the price—where Levi works with us to ensure we know how to carry the training forward. We are in that process now. We also loved that throughout their training we received videos so we could track our pups progress. It was so easy and helped us get a sense of what was being expected of them so we could easily carry that forward when they came home. Bottom line: These are gifted trainers that know how to get the best out of both pups and owners. Our home life is so much better with our little pups. We highly recommend trusting your dogs to RRC. Real results Canine Training are the absolute best of the best! We sent our German Shepherd puppy at about six months old, for 3 weeks, and they sent him back the best trained dog I’ve ever had! I can’t say enough good things about them and their training methods. Not to mention, they are absolute, great welcoming and amazing people. We will be using all their services for any future pet needs

I got in waaay over my head with a dog I rescued and Real Results helped me when I was desperate. After her board and train, she’s confident, responsive, loving, and a joy to take on hikes and to parks. They are also guiding me with her integration with the rest of my dogs. Because of them she is living her best life! I recommend them for not only the dogs you currently have, but if you are bringing home a new pupper and want to ensure a smooth transition. If I had hired them in the beginning, I would have saved everyone from a lot of stress!

I cannot share enough good things about Levi and Hannah! They trained our Bernidoodle named Sage and did a FANTASTIC job! When we first got her, she was constantly jumping, chewing, and more. But now she is well behaved, listens, and is a joy to be around. We liked them so much for our training we still use them for our kenneling needs as well. Hannah and Levi at Real Results Canine Training directly changed my family's life for the better. Having one dog that was severely injured and mentally impacted due to a dog attack, and a hunting dog with seemingly no better reward system than her own desires to run away and chase anything, I thought my dogs would provide quite a challenge for them. However, the trainers made lightwork of my dogs and now I can finally hike with both of my dogs off leash or go to a park with other dogs and have complete control! I chose the Combination Program, in my opinion it provided my best chance of success with my schedule. I was able to work with the trainers directly where they trained me and the dogs, and then they went off to "boot camp" to reinforce their training in different scenarios. I was shocked to see how well my dogs behaved under different triggers when I got them back. Thank you Levi and Hannah, I have so much more confidence letting my dogs be dogs, safely. We can't wait to attend the group trainings and further reinforce our training!

We tell everyone we know about our positive experience with Real Results Canine, our girls Willow and Piper learned so much during their board and train. We truly appreciate Hannah and Levi for taking such wonderful care of them while they trained them. We can take our dogs to so many more places and give them the freedom and enrichment they desire and deserve. The ability to let them hike, walk and just be off leash has allowed us to enjoy taking them more places safely. They are still learning however the foundation they gained during the 28 say board and train was beyond our expectations. We would recommend them to anyone who wants to enhance their dog's life!

My husband and I wanted to be able to take our two dogs with us and to be able to allow them to have as much freedom as possible. We wanted companions, not dogs that needed to be kenneled constantly. When I decided to have Levi and Hannah train them, they were running away almost daily, jumping all over people and in general, not listening. Now, they may hesitate for a moment, but they know what they are supposed to do. We can now give them piles more freedom, they are true companions. Levi and Hannah did an amazing job of keeping us updated through the training process and have continued to be supportive and give us guidance after they came home so that we can continue the training. It's worth every penny to have the companions we were looking for.
