My Samoyed, Polaris, has been going to up for paws twice a week since she was 6 months old. She always has the best time, and I can leave her with them knowing that they take such stellar care of her and all her friends! Polaris returns happy, well exercised, and most importantly, excited to return! Thank you to all the teachers at up for paws for your patience and for putting in such effort for my baby ❤️❤️

We has been delighted with the service and care from Up for Paws. Our golden doodle had a great time each week, socialising with other dogs and expelling energy in his off lead runs. Milo has been with up for paws for 6 months before we had to relocate overseas . He went once a week, and was LOOKING fward to his day care days. The minute he saw the puppy bus , he immediately jumped up and down excitedly! He came back exhausted and slept all night like a baby -:) Hurb and the amazing staff are extremely friendly and fur loving !! He got so much love and attention ❤️Milo really misses his day care days !!

I love Up For Paws, and so does my dog!! Hurb and his team are amazing. I’ve been sending my dog to their adventure pack walks for over 2 years now, and it’s been such an amazing experience. From the thorough evaluation of my dog to ensure that he socialises well with the other dogs, to the weekly pick ups that they do with 100% gentleness, with the best service - it’s so obvious that my dog looks forward to his walks with UFP every week. The team updates a group chat with photos every pack walk, and selects different locations every week so it doesn’t get boring. Unlike other dog businesses, UFP genuinely cares for their clients - both dogs and humans! I go to them for advice on dog care too, and their customer service is reliable, communicative and personable. When I travel, I know my dog is in good hands with them and having his weekly social activity, and the team keeps me updated constantly. I can’t say enough good things about them, and wholeheartedly trust them with my fur baby.

UpForPaws is absolutely amazing with our pup. They are knowledgeable, caring, and truly love the dogs in their care. Our pup has been going weekly for a few years now, and we trust them 100%. It’s a little heartbreaking for pawrents to see your pup jumps into someone else’s arms ecstatically, and goes off without a backward glance when the bus comes to pick him up. But you know they are happy and well looked after - dogs don’t lie! Our pup adores every staff members.

Really happy with the Up for Paws team - my 4 year old dog Pooka runs off his manic energy every week with them. They bring the dogs out every week to a different place. They're super punctual, polite (pick up and drop off - so important given the craziness of my work day!), and take loads of pictures/videos of the furkids throughout the day. Pooka always returns happy and tired out.

We adopted a Singapore Special & wanted him to learn some doggie social skills & be comfortable away from his family. Plus just have some fun with his paw pals! From his initial induction to now going on a regular basis the care & love the team provide is wonderful. He gets collected & dropped off & we have updates with photos through the day to let us know how much fun he’s having. 100% trustworthy & reliable. Definitely recommend!

We have been sending our dog to this daycare for the past month or so and are thrilled with the service. Our dog isn't the easiest as she is a shy Singapore Special pup. The staff at UFP have been very patient and understanding and helped to ease our dog into the new surroundings. We were so happy to see that after just two sessions, our dog wagged her tail enthusiastically when Pal came to pick her up from the flat. It has helped to put our minds at ease whilst at work to receive updates and pictures. It is also reassuring to know that our dog is under such great care whilst we are at work! I would recommend UFP for anyone looking for an excellent day care for your dogs whilst at work.

It’s never a dull moment for my JRT at Le Bliss. Ros and her team are so passionate and professional and they exude positive and enthusiastic vibes. My dog is sufficiently engaged in the day that he comes home tired (much to my delight as he has boundless energy) and he looks forward to his ride to school. Am happy to see the smiles on my dog’s face whenever they sent the videos and photos to me. Kudos to the entire team! Highly recommended!

This is the best place for Doggy day care and boarding! The founder and staff are passionate about their job and know exactly what they are doing. My dog been going to Le Bliss for more than a year now and every time so excited to see the friendly school bus driver and happy about her pick up. Hands down the best decision we made sending our little pup to Le Bliss Paws & Friends for weekly play-date and social time. The owner and the team are genuinely passionate about the dogs and their well-being. It's not a typical daycare at all. At Le Bliss, they constantly come up with fun activities and playtime, occasional fun excursions around SG, and even dress-up the little furry friends during festive season (Christmas, Halloween etc). They also offer pick-up and drop-off service, which is truly helpful whenever we are too busy to send our pup to school. There is never a lull moment, and our lil' pup looks forward to his weekly session at the playschool! I also greatly appreciate the personalised WhatsApp chatgroup with each pawrent to provide regular updates, photos and videos, whenever our pup is with them. Thank you, Le Bliss! :D

The staff are fabulous and our dog is always excited about going to playgroup, Le Bliss work hard at giving every dog the care and attention they deserve. They provide a lot of variety in their daily activities and we enjoy receiving regular videos/pictures of our dog when he spends the day with them. Ros and team are dedicated, trustworthy and responsive. We love the photo updates we receive during playschool and the variety of activities the pups can partake in to keep them stimulated and socialised. My dog (and I) absolutely love this place. She cannot wait to go. Whenever she sees a van resembling the gray "school bus" she refuses to walk on, but rather hope the van is there to take her to her favourite place with all her friends. The staff do a fantastic job with the dogs.

I highly recommend Paw Seasons Hotel for their incredibly friendly & professional service. Joanna & Elvis are truly passionate about animals. The facility is spacious for the pet guests to mingle and play. They also provide regular updates. via photos and videos, which gave me peace of mind during my holidays. Whenever my furkid meets the handlers, she wags her tail excitedly! it's a clear sign that she trusts them and that also speaks volumes about the level of care and love she receives during her stay. Another bonus is that my furkid comes home very clean and smelling good after they shower her. If you’re looking for a place where your pet will be cared for like family, look no further than Paw Seasons! ;)

Owner replies promptly and is very friendly! Very nice people. On the last day of boarding (5th day) my kopi boy was bathed clean before coming home. He was in a good condition when he returned home. Will definitely let him return there for boarding ^^

My champion's second trip to Paw Seasons! He was so excited when I arrived near PSH. I was kinda lost and he walked me right to the door of PSH! The photos sent to me made me feel close to my champion even though I was abroad. Peace of mind. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, he was all smiles! Mocha was smiley throughout his stay and have been smiling throughout the day since he got home! I've used many pet-cation services and Paw Seasons Hotel takes the title! A great thanks to Joanna for giving my beloved Mocha such a comfy and happy stay! Also, at the very last minute, decided to let Mocha get a vacation!

Mochi has stayed with them 3 times and everytime she returns happy ! Joanna takes time to understand and care for your furkids . I have sent Shiba- Moji during my long vacation twice. Joanna and Team always take good care of Moji. He been well taken care of. It seems that he is so looking forward for his staycation everytime. Sam absolutely loves Rock n Ruff. Their whole team is amazing and Sam comes back super happy and tired from swimming and day activities. This is the only place I will put Sam as Derrick and his team are wonderful!!!

Very good and friend handlers and very gentle, full of patience for my pomeranian. No traumatise from the whole of the experience there. Have a swimming pool and all the dogs take turns to dip in. Will highly recommend for those staying in the west just to have a peace of mind.

This place came recommended to us by a friend. We have been sending our puppy here once a week for almost 4 months now. Let me say this, daycare is his favourite day of the week. You can just tell when the transport arrives in the morning that he can’t wait to get there. We love that they send photos of him on walks and swimming, and he comes home so tired from playing all day. We trust the team wholeheartedly and are very fond of all of them. They clearly love animals and work hard to provide their services every day! Thank you very much for bringing so much happiness to our pup, you guys are amazing!

Place is absolutely filthy and smells so bad from the outside. Dogs in day care looks quite pitiful - lying in the pool of pee and on the floor (no cushions etc)

Our dauschund Cody has had a fun-filled 10 days staycation at Rock n Ruff. Her days were filled with group walks, swimming lessons and interaction with her doggies friends. Derrick, Lynn and their group of dedicated care associates assured us with pictures of her having fun at activities. Cody is already looking forward to her next stay at Rock n Ruff. Best place to get treaty for your fur kids

Having our dog Ollie in someone else's care whilst my family went on vacation is a nerve-wracking experience, however my worries was quickly put to rest. Thanks to Jennie and Dart, both of them did an awesome job looking after ollie for a full week. They were prompt, reliable, proactive and have genuine love for dogs. Adorable photos and videos were provided daily. Ollie got plenty of walks, playtime and heap of praises from Jennie after each meal, not to mention how they managed to recondition Ollie’s pickiness with food to heartily enjoyed home cooked chicken meal prepared by Jennie. We would not hesitate to leave Ollie with them again, knowing she is in good hands. Thanks again Jennie and Dart!

Duffy is so happy with his 4 days 3 night stay with Paw Favor. When we sent Duffy to Jennie he was shivering all the way in the car. I was so worried that he will not get used to boarding. Surprisingly, I can see from all the photos that Duffy is happy and well taken care by Jennie and her family. Thank you Jennie and family for taking good care of Duffy during his stay!😘 Definitely will send Duffy for his next boarding at Paw Favor!

Our dog Hamish always has the best time when boarding with Jennie and her family! He is well taken care of, goes on many walks and gets to socialise with other dogs as well! I never have to worry either as Jennie sends frequent updates and the dogs have a great space to play and lounge. 10/10 recommend Jennie as she truly cares for your dogs and I will always return for her services!

Moca was excited for his stay at Jenny's. Jenny allowed the dogs to play with others about their size, giving my puppy a safe play space. Frequent updates were given of his walks and playtime with other dogs. I need not worry when my dog is over at Jenny's, and gave me a peace of my mind to enjoy my holiday. Will definitely send my dog here again!

Oreo had a great time at Jennie's while we were away for the holidays. In addition to the twice daily updates we received, Oreo was very kindly taken care of by Jennie and her family. Her son and daughter coaxed and assured Oreo because he gets terrified of the thunder and he made so many new friends on his daily walks. At the same time, Jennie is responsive and replies very quickly when I have questions or queries about Oreo. As we have never boarded Oreo beforehand, I must say Jennie and her fam has done a very commendable job taking care of him and ensuring the pawrents are also reassured. We will definitely place Oreo with Jennie again! As you can see from the pics, Oreo has taken a great liking to Jennie's son so much that he slept so soundly on his bed. Thanks Jennie and family!

Great pet boarding choice! Our golden retriever Oscar has been here for a couple of times, both short and long stays, and everytime he is being taken great care of. Also great place for socialising with other dogs.

I left Miso with Jennie and Dart for 3 weeks. Dogs are allowed to free roam in their house and patio which is an import factor for me. From the daily photos and videos, I could see Miso hanging out with dogs of similar size and even temperament socializing with one another. It was wholesome to watch and I felt a sense of relief seeing him in such an environment. I also liked the fact that you can order meals cooked by Jennie for the dogs, it’s definitely a convenience! The only issue I had was that Miso had to be in diapers every day while he’s indoors coz apparently he’s peed inside their house even though he’s pee pad trained at home. I was more concerned with rashes than anything else since it wasn’t a short stay and Miso is prone to skin issues. But having said that, I would still choose PF in future coz i know Miso will be in good hands.

My furkid loves both Jennie and Dart. He makes a lot of friends at their home. They are both very accommodating and patience with my kiddo who is always jealous with others. I am always updated with pics of my kiddo with his friends. I can travel with a peace of mind knowing my kiddo is in good hands. Thank you so so much Jennie and Dart 😘

My Dachshund, Yuffie, is always happy to stay with Jennie and family. It’s evident that they love her a lot and always take great care of her. I feel assured that Yuffie is in good hands whenever I go on holidays.

We are very glad to have found Paw Favor as a boarding place for Sol-Kun - it is like a “home away from home”. Fully appreciated the frequent photo+video updates during his stay. It felt as if Sol-Kun also went for a vacation at Jennie’s place (we went overseas for 1wk), having a good time playing with his many doggie friends. Ps: We have already secured a second stay for Sol-kun, haha!

I've started sending my furkid to Snuggery since he was about 5months old. Initially he would bark to try to engage other dogs but after attending daycare, he has learnt to wait and not bark to engage. The team at Snuggery takes care of him, from fetching him to and fro school, cleaning him up after dog runs, ensuring he gets his meals, taking and applying his meds. They would share updates with me and I'm also able to view what he's doing via CCTV live link. My furkid would come home each time well exhausted and happy. Sometimes he even refuse to leave the school bus 😅. Thanks team Snuggery for taking care and loving my pup

Ella loves going to Snuggery and has her own special clique of friends that she plays with every Monday. It's lovely to see the extra mile Snuggery goes to in hosting special events like Christmas and Valentine. The keepsakes from these events will always be treasured by me.

Honey, our 5-month-old Cocker has been going to the Snuggery all this week and has had a blast! She is more on the reserved side and takes a bit to warm up so it is a testament to the people at Snuggery that she is comfortable there and having fun. Thank you especially to Joanna and Alson - her favorite people to get pets and attention from :) If you choose the package with the outing, you also get these pro videos and photos from the trip! I started sending my dog, Brixton to the snuggery after seeing how well-socialised my neighbour's puppy is. I like that there was a trial assessment to see if Brixton would be under stress being in a daycare for the first time before we signed up. The place is well-managed, clean & there is webcam access to check up on your dog any time you want! Even though Brixton was initially a little anxious, he slowly warmed up and really enjoyed the pack walk and outdoor play with the other dogs. The handlers are also trained to make sure all play times are monitored. They're transparent about what happens and how they deal with bad behaviour. Overall, I feel confident that they'll take good care of Brixton! They also take awesome videos of outings! Thank you, the Snuggery Team! :)

We love The Snuggery! Archie attends daycare there each week and has the best time. He is so tired afterwards that he sleeps most of the next day. They take them on adventures too so they’re not stuck inside playing. The staff are always helpful and responsive, and the drivers that pick up Archie are always so friendly (to both humans and pups). 100% recommend The Snuggery.

I started sending Abby to Snuggery 1 month ago for day care services. The staff at Snuggery are professional and very responsive to feedback. They keep owners updated of their pups' progress and regularly send videos of play time.

Very impressed with the high level of attentiveness and positive reinforcement training provided by the lovely team (Elayne, Elerina, Alson, Joanne etc) at Snuggery daycare for our dog Leo! We'll always have peace of mind that our dog is in good hands, having a wonderful afternoon playing with the pack in a hygienic and clean environment with updates on his progress & behavior. Leo has definitely came out of his shell, transforming into a more confident, well socialized dog after attending Snuggery.

Abby has been boarding with them for past 5 years and they take great care of her every time. Sadie now has started day care with them too and I am sure she will love the place too. Great way for the dogs to build confidence and meet other dogs.

I’ve tried a few other cat hotels must still find Nekoya to be the best. They provide a clean, calming and pleasant environment for cats and the caretakers do an amazing job of caring for the cats. I look forward to receiving their media updates which are always infused with such personality. I only wish they expanded at KAP as it is sometimes difficult to find vacancies in peak periods!

We are taking Nekoya's service since our kitty was an year old. Since then my cat has stayed at Nekoya KAP and other branches many times and every time it was absolutely best experience. The caretakers are gentle and understands the behaviour of my cat, she is particularly skittish and hissy. They followed instructions about feeding and any special care my cat needs, every single time. It is always difficult to leave behind your pet and travel, but with Nekoya, it becomes little bit easier. They share media updates everyday and I love to read their write-ups about my cat's day, It always brings a smile to my face and reassures me that she’s doing well. I haven’t had a chance to use their pet-sitting service yet, but I’m eager to try it soon!

The experience was wonderful as they took extremely good care of our elderly cat. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always inviting us in with a warm smile. They treated our cat very well, and were very gentle with him as he is an elderly cat. When we fetched him from there, he was in good condition just like when we first placed him there. Lovely experience and would definitely recommend. 😊

Firstly, I loved the location. Previous cat boarding places I’ve been to are never near home. This one is. It can be a little bit more pricey than what I’ve used before, but factor in the location, the time saved is invaluable. I liked how the staff asked thorough questions and try to understand our cat’s behaviours and preferences. Their daily updates were very thoughtful too. Gives you a very clear idea on what went on in their days. Very assuring. I loved the experience and will be back again when need. Do make sure you book early thou!

I recently boarded my cat, Casper, at Nekoya KAP and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand Whiskers' personality and needs, which put my mind at ease. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and filled with plenty of toys and climbing structures to keep the kitties entertained. I loved that they offer separate play areas for the cats, ensuring everyone has their space. One of the highlights was receiving daily updates and photos of Casper enjoying his stay! I highly recommend Nekoya to any cat owner looking for a safe and loving environment for their furry friends while they’re away. I will definitely be bringing Whiskers back next time I need boarding.

It was my cat's second time staying at Nekoya and it was wonderful. He got comfortable quicker than I thought, because he was already familiar with the people and the space there! I can tell he really likes those on duty there too!! The daily updates (pay for the media updates, it's worth it, I swear) reassure me that he's fine and also makes me so happy to see my cat being comfortable with the caretakers! For sure will be back whenever I head overseas!!

Replied promptly, detailed emails on what to pack/bring for cat boarding etc. Provide daily update on our cat. Place is clean with no funky smell. Can bring your own pet mat, scratch board & revolution if you don’t want to pay extra for it here. Overall, we like the service provided, will definitely board our cat here next time.

We've been taking our Pomeranian, Browny, to Aylabella for daycare services for a while now, and have been really satisfied with the overall care they provide. The facilities are very clean and well-maintained, with scheduled activities to stimulate the dogs and foster social interactions. We are also really appreciative that the staff provide regular updates and photos, so we can be rest assured that Browny is assimilating well. Overall, we're more than happy to recommend Aylabella - we've found them to be reliable and trustworthy thus far!

We boarded our dog, Chi Chi, with Aylabella for two weeks and couldn’t be happier with the experience! They provided frequent updates with photos and short videos of Chi Chi’s daily routines, including three potty walks a day, meals and snacks, playtime, and nightly brushing. It gave us a real sense of security while we were away, which I’m sure all dog owners can appreciate. The staff were responsible and caring, and Chi Chi clearly enjoyed the occasional petting from his night guardians! When we picked him up after our trip, Chi Chi looked so happy and energetic—it was obvious he had both a fun time and plenty of rest during his stay! We’re really happy we chose Aylabella for Chi Chi’s boarding!

We've had an amazing experience with Aylabella! One of the things I truly appreciate is the frequent short clips and video updates of our boy, Whisky. Our first time putting our dog to boarding and they were on top of everything! We didn’t worry about our dog as she was cared for all throughout her stay. They update us every activity, meal time, nap time, and even potty time. Nala is a shy dog but they were able to let her adjust on her own and met new friends! 💕 will stay with them again for sure!

hi ! recently brought nugget for boarding for 3 days and 2 nights… here are the pros and cons of aylabella dog boarding Pros : Appreciate the regular updates of nugget, be it eating time, playing time or walking time. Updates were constantly sent around 30 mins, and her stool and they immediately updated me. Brendon & Constance were very friendly and helpful when I texted them. Whatever requests I have, they try to meet them. The environment is rather clean and nicely renovated. Be it pee or poop, they will clean it asap. As a dog owner, I am also pleased with how strict their evaluation is. I think its rather important to know the dogs around my dog is healthy and friendly. Cons : I feel they could use peeing trays as some puppies will tend to bite the pee mat and that might cause confusion to them. They will be unsure where to pee or poop. I personally feel nugget’s playtime was rather long, most of the updates were videos of her running. I feel they could shortened playtime and instead take her for short walks. She came home totally exhausted, slept for 1 whole night and 1 day. But in a nutshell, I would still recommend this boarding to dog owners! I will bring nugget again to aylabella when I am away for a few days trip. She was rather happy too when she came back haha

We were very happy to leave our dog (Yorkshire Terrier) Hana here for 7 days. When we left Hana with them for an hour before boarding they were very friendly, clean and reassuring. During the boarding they sent us pictures and videos of Hana several times a day, which made us feel very comfortable. They also replied immediately when we had questions and allayed our fears. We were worried that Hana was scared and shy etc. but her tail wagged a lot and Hana was very friendly with them. We will continue to look after Hana when we leave her with them.

Very happy to chance upon Aylabella Boarding & Daycare and we have been bringing our dog, Butter to daycare sessions. We went overseas recently and put Butter at Aylabella for boarding and we are very happy with the care and service that the team showed. They were very patient and passionate and provided regular updates which gave us a peace of mind while we were travelling. Brendon & Constance were also super nice to accommodate our requests and they are very prompt in their responses as well. Knowing that Butter is a shy boy, the team let him hang out with dogs of similar temperament which allowed him to play well with his new fur friends! We could tell that Butter had a great time and he will surely miss his friends & the friendly team there 💙 Thank you for the love you have shown Butter & for taking great care of him while we were away!

Boarded my corgi, Chloe with Aylabella for the second time in 3 months. The facilities are bright, cheery and clean. Chloe enjoyed her stay there and also the playtime with many of her furry friends. Brendon and Constance provide us regular updates of her stay there with photos and videos and we are assured that she is well. Every time we needed to put our dog Bailey at daycare, we have a complete peace of mind knowing that Brendon, Constance, and their incredible team at Aylabella Daycare are taking care of our beloved dog. They are always kind, attentive and most importantly passionate about animals - which truly shows in how they care for Bailey. We've only been patrons for a few weeks, but the experience has been wonderful. Not only is Bailey well cared for but she also comes home happily exhausted. I also appreciate the structured breaks they provide, ensuring the dogs in the daycare don’t get overwhelmed during the day. The hourly updates with pictures and videos are amazing and allows us to see how much fun Bailey is having. It also reassures us that she's happy and safe in their care. We initially thought it was best to find a boarding place with 24/7 CCTV so we could monitor Regi while we were away. However, after entrusting him to Aylabella, we realized that constant updates and genuine care matter so much more than having a camera!! The team at Aylabella went above and beyond to keep us updated about how Regi was doing, and their attention to detail gave us great peace of mind. They took exceptional care of Regi, especially during the days when he was having soft poop, they ensure that he had more rest time and gave him the love and attention he needed. I'm a pet-sitter on Godpawrents. The admin team has been very helpful in assisting me with curating my add-on services. I especially like that they are understanding of the fact that taking care of more pets requires more time and effort, and hence offer us pet-sitters many choices when it comes to setting the additional services we provide and compensation for the services. Additionally, the calendar is well-designed. We are able to set specific time periods during the day when we are unavailable, rather than block off the entire day when we have other errands/appointments. This allows us to coordinate with pet owners better, as some pets require visits at specific times of the day as per their feeding schedule.

The pet walkers have been amazing, and the dogs have had much adventure during this period while my helper is away! And with Maurice’s surprise gift in my mailbox, Xmas came early :)

Pet sitter here. This is definitely one of the better petsitting platforms in SG, and customer support is active and helpful. The range of services you can offer is also flexible and customisable, and you're not limited to just a small number of presets. The UI can be a bit weird to navigate at first, but Maurice was very helpful with setting things up. He's really proactive and helpful to both sitters and pawrents, and I find his flexibility and willingness to help one of the main factors for godpawrents winning out over other platforms I've used.
