Lovely and personal doggy day care set up. Daphne (our dog) gets very excited when we drop her off and the photos we get of the day shows how much she loves it there with her dog friends. Vernon runs the business very well, communication is excellent, paperwork is all in check and he ensures that he has the right type of dogs there too - so we have never had any problems in 6 months of sending Daphne there.

Great punctual professionalism delivered with a genuine passion for care and safety for your pup. Vernon provides a fantastic service, which we are regular returning customers of. Vernon has such passion for dog care, which is evident in his knowledge and experience. Our puppy Reggie has felt reassured, relaxed, and grown in such confidence in socialising since attending. We look forward to our daily updates of what our puppy has been up to throughout the day - which is documented in fun lovely photos and commentary in their Service Reports. Very comfortable with leaving our fur baby in his care! It’s his home away from home. He always runs to their door keen to commence his exciting day with his new best friends. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Our pup has been going to daycare twice a week for a number of months now. He gets so excited when he realises he’s going in the mornings and when Vernon arrives to collect him. I can tell he’s in completely safe hands in their care and the experience has honestly been faultless, there’s no where else I would trust sending our pup. He’s really benefited from regularly socialising with other dogs and we can see from the pictures on the daily emailed reports, he has the time of his life there, always has his happy face on. Vernon shows a clear passion for dogs and is highly knowledgeable in providing the best care for them. It’s a home away from home and has exceeded all expectations. Worth every penny!!!

My little Dachshund has been going to Vernon and Jen at Doggy Daycare for a couple of months now and I cannot fault the excellent care that they have provided for her. She settled in straight away and it has helped her social skills and separation anxiety massively! Vernon and Jen have been really accommodating and put my mind at ease straight away, keeping me up to date with how she gets on and I always look forward to the photos and daily reports that they send at the end of the day ☺️. I would fully recommend their care at My Best Friend Daycare, they have been great and my pup is definitely a happy little thing when she gets home from her days spent with them and the other dogs.

Vernon is excellent, I highly recommend My Best Friend Dog Care. Our Labrador loves going out for walks with Vernon and all his doggy friends. We feel very lucky to have found such a diligent and professional person who we can trust to look after our dog. The communication after the walks is brilliant.

My puppy had her first experience of day care with Vernon at My Best Friend last week. Before she went we had a meet and greet session with the opportunity to ask any questions and look at the day care facilities. Vernon is knowledgeable and experienced in dog care and behaviour and made sure our puppy was happy with the other dogs and vice versa. When we left her there last week she was relaxed and happy to stay without a second glance and very relaxed when we picked her up. Vernon sent photos during the day and a little report with more photos the next day. Overall a great experience for us and our puppy. We've booked another session and would highly recommend to other dog owners.

My Dachshund has been going to My Best Friend Burntwood for Daycare for some time but has recently stayed with Vernon and Jen for her “holidays” whilst we were away. She went on lots of walks to different places and loved playing with her doggy pals in their awesome new garden. We got updates and photos everyday so we knew she was in safe hands and we could relax. Safe to say she loved it! (I think she’s missing them today 🤣 ) Thank You Vernon and Jen :)

Vernon clearly has a love and passion for animals. From the moment he met our little pup he was kind and patient (as she can be a little nervous). Her confidence has come on leaps and bounds since going on dog walks with Vernon and her little pals and we know for certain she is in safe hands and having a wonderful time! Couldn’t recommend Vernon highly enough if you want someone to walk or look after your precious pup!

I would highly recommend My Best Friend Dog Care, a very friendly, caring and professional service. Vernon and Jen are so committed and passionate and they really do offer a home from home environment. Our pup Luna can be very nervous but Vernon and Jen have really gone out of their way to ensure Luna feels comfortable, working with Luna at her own pace she has the best time! After only four visits I can really see a huge difference in Luna’s behaviour and positive progress. We are updated with photographs, videos and a fabulous service report at the end of the day which is so lovely to read and is something I look forward to receiving. Vernon and Jen really do go above and beyond all expectations and we are so thankful Luna has been lucky enough to secure a place with them. Thank you Vernon and Jen 😃

Cannot recommend My Best Friend Dog Care Burntwood enough! I was stuck for cover for my pup and Vernon was able to help out last minute with dog walking. An amazing service and so attentive to any of your pups needs. My 10 month old Bulldog suffers with grass allergies and Vernon was fab with making sure this was watched closely and my pup always came home so happy and can really tell good care was taken of her. A service report with photos and info of the service is also sent afterwards every day and was so lovely seeing my pup having fun and just being able to be kept in the loop with their day. 5 stars always ⭐️

This was the first time we'd ever left Nelly in the care of anyone other than family, the ladies popped in everyday and we would not think twice about having to use them again. I would definitely recommend

Freedom Pets are fantastic. Deb had done several individual sessions with our dog Lola since she was a puppy to work on recall and behavioural issues. Every time we have seen a vast improvement almost immediately and have come away with a clear understanding of how to better train Lola to behave how we need her to.

So pleased to have Freedom Pet Services in our lives. I actually think our dogs think more of their team than they do of us! They are great with the dogs, fully trustworthy and always try to accommodate us even with late requests. Deb & Pam of Freedom Pet have a great way with dogs, and are so knowledgeable. We've used them in relation to behavioral training for our Pointer. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Can't recommend deb and Pam enough. We had a rescue dog from Bulgaria who had some behavioural issues when we first had him. They helped us with advice about managing him with visitors to the house, invited us on group walks and have done dog sits for us whilst we are away. I really cant say enough good things about Chase Pet Services. We have used them for about 4 years now, and they have been amazing. they have provided house sitting duties so our pooch can stay comfortable in his own environment and picked up Sox at the drop of a hat when we have had family emergencies. We have a Collie/Husky cross who loves to run, play and generally get into things, so finding this service has been a life and furniture saver. He loves his walks and all of the walkers are amazing. we get regular text updates while, he is out and about and have full confidence in the team. Amazing team, amazing service and the dog loves them all too....

Deb and the team have been caring for and walking my two beautiful dogs for 3 years now they have all been wonderful , caring and helpful. Offering advice and training wherever needed. I would not have been able to work and take care of them properly without them. I trust them to move into my home and take care of the dogs while we go on holiday and they are always very happy and content when we return. The best in the business, I wouldn't let anyone else look after my cat, he's a shy boy but always comes out of hiding when Deb and Pam around, says it all really, they are the best pet sitter in the trade, also so many other things that Deb does as well, go look on her page, bloody fantastic people!

BuddyLove is unique. The whole vibe of the farm is chilled, calm and with plenty of love to go around for everyone. Craig is amazing and our two GSD’s took to him the and the rest of the BuddyLove family straight away. We have no hesitation in leaving them with him, they are in the safest of hands. And they nearly pull us over when they see him coming to greet us when we arrive which says it all for us. ❤️

From our first meeting with Craig, we knew we had found the perfect place for our young (can be a handful!) Labrador to stay with whilst we went on holiday. Craig is clearly very experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about dogs…training/behaviour/well being/diet/health etc. The play field at Buddy Loves is a great space and the dogs get a real home from home experience. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Craig has been fantastic with 2 of my dogs. My Saint Bernard Hank stayed with Craig for boarding and a training session and Hank loved it, he can be funny with people sometimes but took to Craig so well. I got regular updates and Craig was quick to respond to any message or query. I also took my German shepherd cross to Craig for training as she is very nervous and can be aggressive and she showed improvement after only the first visit. We will continue boarding and training with Craig as he is so knowledgeable and friendly towards both dogs and humans alike. Thank you for taking such great care of my doggies.

I have been to Craig for dog training for my nervous Border Collie Dash. After only a few sessions Dash has made incredible progress, no longer pulls on a lead, has much more confidence, structure and many more skills. Craig has also given me the skills and knowledge to go forward a more confident dog parent too! I have been to other trainers in the past and no where has compared. Could not recommend more!

My Riley is a 16 year old labrador it was the first time I've ever left him over night. Craig met him and I instantly knew he would be a perfect sitter for Riley. Craig's knowledge and love for those he cares for is exceptional. Riley is my world. I would definitely highly recommend him. He sends photos and updates I had a very happy pup 🐶

Well what can I say but simply amaaazing. Craig was a font of knowledge, some of the things we went through I have tried with Jac and they really work! I intend to book more training moving forward also use his other services for boarding and doggy daycare. The best money I have ever spent!

Craig is absolutely fantastic. Our pup loved his first visits and we feel content and comfortable sending him there as all the animals in Craig’s care are so well looked after. Incredibly knowledgeable gentleman who is keen to share his tips to get the best out of our relationship with our pup. Wouldn’t send Barkley anywhere else!

Such a great service with a last minute booking for three days of walking services. Our dog had a great walk each day and had good experiences with other dogs on their walk which is difficult as she is reactive. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back for more walks and to have some 1:1 training at a later date. Thank you so much!

Craig has worked closely with us on recall for our rescue dog. Reggie has some confidence issues around other dogs, is an escape artist and has a seizure disorder, and so we have been very ‘choosy’ with who we work with to help our boy. Craig has been patient, understanding but also firm, giving us tools and advice that has helped us develop a better understanding and relationship with Reggie. He has a clear passion for what he does, and is incredibly knowledgable and trustworthy. I could not recommend him enough, and look forward to booking more training sessions with him soon.

Took my French bulldog to Buddy love pets because she doesn't socialize with other dogs. Craig showed me and taught me techniques and what I need to do to make my pooches able to eventually be able to socialize. I just had a session but was impressed with his work with my dog. I will definitely go back to Buddy love pets ! Tha k you Craig!

Our dog Hollie stayed with Fiona for 10 days during July/August. She had a wonderful stay, Fiona kept us updated with photos and messages to keep our mind at rest. Great booking service and Hollie went for an overnight stay beforehand. Thankyou Fiona for looking after our girl so well a 100% recommendation. Hope we see you again one day! X

Our dog Daisy has stayed with Fiona and Shirley several times now, she knows exactly where she is when we pull up at the house and literally pulls us out of the car to get to the house. She loves her walks and playing with the other dogs when she is there and Fiona kindly sends us pictures of Daisy when she stays. Left our Daschund Udon for 30 days recently with Fiona and Shirley. Fantastic service and highly recommended. Prompt response and regular updates with pictures. Simple booking process and a few introductory visits put our mind to rest. We were very worried as Udon had been unsettled at most overnight stays previosly. Udon looked so happy and well cared on our return. Definitely be going back. Thank you Fiona.

We unexpectedly gained a puppy and Fiona cane to the rescue when we had to go away fir the weekend . But worried about how he would settle but she was brilliant . Would recommend and we will definitely use again

Woody has just spent another night with Fiona and Shirley. Fiona walks Woody every week and looks after him when we go away on holiday. Fiona is the only person we trust looking after Woody for long periods of time, having never left him for the first 3 years of his life. She is reliable, trustworthy and clearly loves dogs! I would highly recommend Fiona to anyone looking for a dog walker or overnight boarding as she treats Woody as if he were her own.

My dog Hamish really enjoys his stay with Fiona and her dog Shirley. Even as an old dog who is so used to his usual routine, he looks so relaxed been there and enjoys his daily walks. Fiona is really good with dogs and is happy to keep in contact while we are away to update on how he is. Would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend! Fiona looked after our Spaniel while we were on holiday and I’m not sure that he wanted to come home. He’s was made welcome in their home & we received regular updates with photos while out on walks… he will definitely be staying again.

Sarah is a natural around dogs and has quickly formed a bond with our dogs. They were happy to go with her straight away and came back clean after a muddy walk. Very punctual and happy to follow instructions for them. Very reliable and 100% recommend.

Sarah has been coming for puppy visits for 4 weeks now with our 14 weeks old jackapoo, she has offered us lots of advice, plays with our puppy, has been working on commands and introducing different sounds and surfaces aswell as helping us with feeding and general care. I genuinely can't recommend Georgina & this cattery enough. This was the first time that we'd used a cattery & I was super-anxious about doing so as our cat isn't a big fan of strangers. Georgina is such a lovely, kind person & put me at ease straight away though. She has a obvious love for cats & gives each cat in her care '1-2-1' attention. The cattery itself is modern, clean, safe & spacious. During our fortnight away - Georgina sent us updates, pictures & videos. When we returned from our hols our cat was happy & healthy. Since returning I have recommended her services to all the cat parents that I know & I will continue to do so. Massive thanks again, Georgina, for taking such good care of Kevin.xx

First time using this cattery for both of our cats. We were a bit nervous with them being placed together, as they tend to squabble a lot at home. Georgina sent us updates and pictures whilst on holiday which was very reassuring! When we picked them both up they didn't want to come home! Since returning home they have been golden with each other. They were really well looked after and the facilities are clean, fresh and spacious. It is nice to see someone who is very passionate about what they do! Really happy with the service provided and we will definitely be bringing them for their next holiday soon! Great cattery. Have used Georgina twice for full boarding services at her cattery and also for pet sitting services on weekends away. Very obliging, cannot do enough for you and ensures our cats are well looked after. Our 1 cat is very distant from people she doesn't know and requires daily tablet medicating. Georgina's understanding and calm approach has won this cats trust. She is reliable, trustworthy and gives 100%. For anyone moaning she hasn't returned your call right away, that is because she is busy, giving 100% care to the cats she is looking after.

Very happy with Paw Cross cattery. Our furry baby came home after a 10 day stay last week. He was in perfect shape and had obviously been well cared for. We won't be looking to take him anywhere else in the future 😻. The pens are very spacious and clean with heated 'bedroom area' - probably the best cattery I've ever used & I've been a cat owner for 30 years!! Thank you Georgina 😊

We’ve used Barking Tails for our three dogs for quite a while now and would totally recommend their services. We get photo updates of them enjoying themselves and can see that they are genuinely happy playing in the secure field. ❤️

I have used barking tails twice now for the home boarding for our two dogs when we go away. I wouldn't trust any one else and know they are well cared for and having so much fun running free in the field. I have peace of mind while we are away.

Me and my dog absolutely love Barking tails. I love my dog and would only give him to someone I know would love and care for him like he was their own and that's what my dog gets from Barking Tails. I used their home boarding when I went on holiday and i could relax knowing my dog was well looked after. I even got picture updates which I felt was a lovely touch. I booked in with Barking Tails for home boarding for 2weeks and my dog absolutely loved it, I had regular updates on how my dog was doing and the fun she was getting upto. I got regular pictures on the Facebook page of her running with new friends and enjoying her time at Barking Tails, I would recommend to everybody looking for a home from environment for your fur babies.

I have peace of mind whilst at work and away...knowing he will be looked after in a homely environment. Jo and Meg have looked after my two precious babies for a while now, if it’s been over night care, general walks and daycare, the service is above and beyond nothing is too much trouble I woukd a million percent recommend barking tails to anyone. Not only their services but emotional support too when my girl broke her leg jo lent us a cage and always asked how she was and gave advice on general other things aswell with both of them. I contacted K9 at Mine as we needed short notice doggy day care for our Romanian rescue, Bobby due to a family funeral. Jayne moved things around to accommodate and we are extremely grateful. As Bobby is extremely nervous and doesn't trust easily, we were a little anxious about how he would cope. Jayne arranged for us to meet prior to the booking so he could get to know her before being left. The house is extremely dog friendly and the outside area is secure (even for our little escape artist). She was very attentive to his needs and made sure his stay was a success. We would definitely use K9 at Mine again if we are in the area, and highly recommend to others.

I was so pleased with the service at K9 at Mine. From start to finish it’s been an absolute pleasure. The attention to detail, ensuring your furry friend will be well looked after as they would at home, in a safe, secure, and loving environment. It’s such a relief when going away. I had a lovely puppy Boarder Mandy Jones who was excellent in providing love and care for our puppy when we went on 8 day holiday . She took efforts to message me and share pics of my puppy on a regular basis which gave me lot of mental peace. She was also very flexible with pick up and drop off times which meant a lot to us. Her 2 dogs gave good company to our puppy and it was evident that she was a dog lover; I strongly recommend her and feel fortunate to find her through this great website.

Can only give 5* have used Lookafteryourdog for over 5 years and would thoroughly recommend them, simple booking process, value for money but more importantly you get to meet the boarder beforehand so you can be sure your dogs are in good hands. The boarder I use is absolutely fantastic and a credit to Steve and the business, they are so popular and have many repeat bookings my dogs love going there - absolutely stress free for me too knowing they are happy and most definitely think it is home from home.

A great way to ensure your beloved canine family member is looked after perfectly within the safe and friendly home of an approved boarder family vetted by this trusted company. Even if fees were more than normal kennel fees... which they aren’t...I would not entrust my Labradoodle Cassie to anyone else. Booking ahead is essential as so many likeminded dog owners are of the same opinion as us.

Sally’s Pooches ! what can I say they are amazing , they treat our dogs Minnie & Bear like they are their own. We wouldn’t be able to do half of what we want to do if it wasn’t for them. They go above and beyond to look after them., from taking them out for walks to boarding an excellent service would highly recommend.

Fantastic!Home from home for Milly-Moo. Milly goes to daycare once a week and she absolutely loves it(she comes home shattered) She has also boarded 3 times now and we can enjoy our holidays knowing milly is cared for safely and with lots of love and cuddles, nothing is too much trouble for Sally and Pete. We had to extend our holiday due to illness and there was no problem with Sally and Pete accommodating milly for 2 extra days. Milly also goes for grooming now and as she not a fan of the process Sally and Pete take their time and offer lots of reassurance as milly is being groomed. I really can't recommend Sallys pooches enough. Wonderful,caring,genuine dog lovers.

The best doggy day care you could get. Pete and Sally look after our dog like she is their own. We couldn’t ask for a better home from home for our beloved dog - so much so she tries to get in the van given a chance when we are out on our walks!! Sally and Pete send videos throughout the day and keep the dogs busy constantly, which is amazing. Can’t thank them enough for the care and attention they give our dog.

Sally and Pete look after my dog when I go on holiday and they are brilliant with her! I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after her now. Would highly recommend

Amazing service from this team. My old pug really enjoys his time here with his new dog pals and what I love are the daily video updates that we get of him whilst we're on holiday worrying if he's alright! He's always alright and means we can relax in the knowledge he's being well looked after. Used regularly over the last few years with no issues or concerns.
