Couldn't recommend Pavilion Pets enough! Archie (cocker spaniel) loved Charlotte from day one. We feel very reassured when he's with Charlotte that he's happy and safe. Charlotte goes above and beyond to care for both dogs and owners- providing excellent advice and helping with training. Thank you for looking after our boy!

Charlotte has been excellent from the very first visit to meet Tilly. At that point a tiny puppy who was getting used to people the two of them hit it off straight away. Tilly now sits in the window expecting Charlotte to arrive tail wagging away. Being new to dogs ive asked Charlotte lots about behavioural things. When Tilly started getting a little boisterous, Charlotte suggested playtime with some bigger dogs which calmed her down straight away. Now shes away with Charlotte on walks and away days. Would highly recommend!

I recently picked up a 5 year old French Bulldog with some reactivity issues. I contacted Charlotte to help and within 5 sessions it's like I have a different dog. Charlotte is not only great with dogs but has helped me become a better owner too.

Charlotte really helped me with extra training and ideas to help my anxious dog who finds large bouncy dogs intimidating. She has helped us build up some strategies to help Clover and already we are noticing a reduction in Clover’s reactions which we hope will continue to improve with time and consistency. Thanks

Charlotte is a great dog trainer and she was very understanding about our dog's habits, ours too!! We got our puppy just before lockdown so it wasn't easy to get her used to normal every day social activities. Our dog kelty was anxious about being with other dogs and she would bark after a couple of bad experiences. Charlotte gave us some training sessions and she takes kelty out for walks with other dogs so she is alot more confident. We would recommend Pavilion Pets to anyone.

We used the services of Pavilion Pets earlier this year to calm our very active border terrier Luca down as he wasn't ready for puppy class! Charlotte has been great at giving advice and we progressed onto puppy class which has been great at introducing our puppy to some training (as well as Luca getting lots of socialising - he loves it). He has also enjoyed a couple of swim sessions with Charlotte, one perfectly timed with the hottest day of the year. Luca has also enjoyed walking with Charlotte and in addition has spent a couple of days with both Charlotte and Kate. He has thoroughly loved his 'days away' and comes home happily exhausted! He always seems happy to be left when we hand him over. This has been so reassuring for us as we have absolutely no anxiety about leaving him and know he is in expert and loving care. We started working with Charlotte at Pavillion Pets about 2 months ago and the results have been amazing. Our little puppy Luna was a flight risk and her recall was non existent, although we had tried all the usual tricks. Charlotte was patient and fantastic at guiding us through the process and now 2 months on Luna is a different dog. She is enjoying walks off the lead and playing with other dogs in the park. Something I never thought I would see. Charlottes sensitivity and understanding has also helped my confidence so much, she understood my anxieties about walking Luna alone and has helped me overcome them by reassuring me and meeting with me and Luna on several occasions to show me in person how to handle difficult situations. I honestly cannot thank Charlotte enough for all her hard work and dedication, Luna absolutely loves her and I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting help or guidance. Luna still has some training to do but I know with Charlotte by our side, we can overcome any obstacle. Thank you Charlotte and Pavillion Pets.

We went on holiday for 17 days and initially we was worried about putting our dog into doggy care. However, with Charlotte I felt at total ease. She looked after Pippin throughout the whole stay. She even groomed her when she returned home. Our dog was exercised daily and we had regular updates on our dogs activity. I would definitely recommend Pavillion pets and we will use their services again. Charlotte is very caring and she devotes her time and care to make sure the welfare of your dog is paramount. WE have used Pavilion Petsdogwalking service twice when we were away ( for 2 or three days each time) and our young Labrador Brannon was staying with our daughter. We have been delighted by their service and we a pretty fussy about people interacting with our dog. Charlotte take the trouble to find out about the dog,s individual tastes, requirements and, most importantly for us, training regime. Three different people have walked Brannon and we have been pleased with all of them - and so has he. Charlotte is efficient and super helpful with the admin. We are now loyal happy customers. All the workers were happy to continue with Brannon's usual walk training, especially around loose lead walking).

Jane has been walking our dog Rocky for a few years now and has always been very flexible and adaptable to our varied needs. She has assisted us with finding temporary cover whilst she is away and has also helped us find boarding care when she was unavailable at very short notice. Rocky loves going out with Jane and the rest of the Paws and Whiskers gang. He recently boarded with her whilst we were abroad on holiday and the care given was fantastic. It really did help us to relax and have a great time knowing that Rocky was well looked after. We would highly recommend Paws and Whiskers Pet Care to anyone needing her services. Paws and Whiskers have done a fantastic job looking after our 2 cats and guinea pigs whilst we've been away! Really good service and felt our pets were in safe hands. Got regular updates. Would definitely recommend.

Jane has looked after our 13 year old springer spaniel a few times he is still extremely lively but he copes well with the fabulous walks Jane takes him on. We get fantastic photos of him whilst we are away and updates. He couldn’t be in better hands, we have no concerns as he is so content staying with Jane.

Arnie loves going for his walks with Jane. Jane has helped out numerous times at very short notice if something has come up and we need arnie walking. The best dog walker in the high peak. 100% recommend

Jane has been looking after Angus for a while now, he always looks forward to seeing her whether it’s for walks or pet visits, she is always making a fuss of him when she sees him, I have a very varied and busy schedule that changes regularly and Jane has always been accommodating for this and is always happy to help if she can. I really appreciate all that Jane does for Angus and I’m sure he is too. Thank you for all your help.

There is nobody else we would trust Daisy with when we go away other than with Jane, we get updates via messages and can see where she's been each day on the Facebook page surrounded by other dogs which she loves. Daisy flies through Jane's front door and truly makes herself right at home because she's so comfortable and happy there! Knowing your dog is happy and so well looked after is priceless and I would highly recommend to anybody.

Jane is so lovely. Her love for animals is apparent in everything she does and she always goes above and beyond to make sure our dog is well cared for. Luna loves her walks with Jane and it is so reassuring to know that she is in good hands. I love to see the amazing photos she takes on her walks and it’s so nice to see Luna having fun with her friends. Would 100% recommend!

Our four cats had the pleasure of being cared for by Jane whilst we were away for the weekend. We were able to relax knowing that Jane was visiting them and we received updates so we knew our fur babies were in good hands. Would definitely recommend.

I have used Jane for the last 4 years to walk Archie, she was recommended by another user and I am so glad she did! Archie gets excited every time I mention her name let alone when she turns up to walk him. We also use Jane for boarding as I know he is being so well looked after & I can go away with no worries whatsoever! She should also be a photographer as the pictures she takes of the pups in action are amazing! I really do not know what we would do without her! 😘

From the moment I dropped off my pupper, it was clear this place is run by true dog lovers who genuinely care about every furry guest. My boy, is usually a little shy in new environments, but Jasmine made him feel right at home with her warm smiles and gentle care. The walks she takes the dogs on are nothing short of amazing – scenic trails and open fields where the pups can stretch their legs and enjoy nature. My pupper comes home happy and tired from all the fun adventures! One of my favorite parts is the photo updates Jasmine sends throughout the day. Seeing my dog having the time of his life brings me so much joy and peace of mind. The facilities are clean, well-organised, and filled with toys, cozy spots, and plenty of room for the dogs to play. Jasmine looked after our dog for the day whilst we were on holiday and took a trip to Alton Towers. Jasmine has a lovely manor about her, and I felt completely at ease leaving Rosie with her. Rosie was nervous at first, but Jasmine was patient with her and gave Rosie the time to settle. Rosie was incredibly happy and chilled when we picked her up. Thank you Jasmine ❤️

We left Pixel for the day with Jasmine while we went to Chatsworth. We had been worried about leaving him somewhere new but as soon as we met Jasmine we felt comfortable and happy to let him spend the day - which he did with great gusto! One tired and happy pup on collection. Thank you Jasmine, we would definitely recommend you and bring Pixel to you again next time we are in the area.

My two dogs had a great time here. Nicolette is obviously a dog lover and really understands them. They both came home super happy, and she was so lovely with them. We recently drove near and they got so excited when they saw where we were. Definitely recommend Cosy Kennels if you’re looking for a home away from home for your fur babies.

Took my dog Saffy to cosy kennels while we were on holiday I was so anxious about sending her as she is so nervous of people .I needn’t of worried Nicollette was so kind and patient with Saffy . I had many videos sent of Saffy enjoying her many walks with the other dogs . I would have no hesitation in booking her back when we go away again.

Vinnie loves going here, the staff look after him so well. He isn't desperate to get away when we pick him up so that's a good sign too! We will use this kennels everytime.

My two dogs have just stayed here we travelled from Newcastle to high peak for a family party never left them in kennels before but was so pleased with the kennels the staff were all great and looked after all the dogs so well I would def recommend the kennels to anyone looking for good service and lovely staff thank you all

We booked our working collie in for 8 nights whilst we went on holiday. Our girl is very very anxious and nervous of new people! But she was extremely well looked after and catered for whilst staying at Higher Brookhouse. We would 110% recommend here to anyone! We will also be using HB kennels again in the future. Naomi and her team are brilliant! Our two dogs loved staying here at brookhouse Kennels. They came home looking very well looked after and happy. Definitely wouldn’t use anywhere else from now on.

Naomi is amazing with our two hounds. They absolutely love coming to the kennels and really enjoy their time. We have no doubt our dogs are really cared for. The communication and flexibility from Naomi is fantastic. Would never use anywhere else. I wouldn't trust any negative reviews !!! Go and see the kennels for yourself and you'll see!!

We are regular customers of Higher Brook House Kennels.Naomi and the team are fantastic.Our dogs Freddy and Holly love going there.They are always so happy and well looked after.Sometimes they don't want to leave.The kennels are of a high standard and the needs of each dog is catered for. Highly recommend this lovely place !

Excellent! The only kennel I can leave my dogs without worrying, they are happy to be left. Amazing location and paddock for them to be off lead and play. Food is included so one less thing to think about, very reasonably priced. The fact that one dog is reactive isn't an issue, she even manages to get along with the other dogs there.

Our Black and Tan girl Scooby stayed for her first sleepover, after a settling in day a few months ago. Nina’s dedication to daxies was clear from the start, she got to know Scooby while making sure she was happy and comfortable, and welcomed to the pack. We knew our dog was safe and well looked after, especially as a one of a kind breed, and Nina shared regular updates throughout her stay too. Everything is secure and they wear GPS collars, the only thing we needed to bring was Scoobys food! She was even given a tote bag for her next pawcation. Scooby can’t wait!! 💜

Would highly recommend Moore Black and Tan Boarding, amazing place for your fur baby too stay. My little Wanda is on the nervous side but Nina was fantastic helping Wanda settle with stop overs before her bug pawcation. Lovely updates during each stay with photos too. Nina and Russ at Black and Tan are just quite simply, absolutely amazing. Gregg gets excited every single time we’re approaching their gorgeous surroundings and he’s so happy once he sees them. Lots of rooms for indoor play as well as the most beautiful fields to play ball in 😍 Nina always updates with lots of photos, videos and reassurance. She recently helped me out with a minor health problem regarding Greggs skin, and was so understanding and helpful due to her extensive knowledge of this lovely breed. They really do treat your dog like their own, and it’s so heartwarming to see. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! ❤️ A home from home. ❤️ Thank you for all of your help, support and kindness Nina and Russ! We can’t wait to come back soon x

We’ve lost count of the times our two sausages have boarded with Nina, we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! Our dogs are so well taken care of and have a huge field to roam about in. This is perfect for one of our dogs who can be nervous and barky. Our miniature Dachshund Joshua has just come home a very tired sausage from his pawcation with Aunty Nina at Black and Tan Dachshund Boarding. I honestly wouldn’t leave him anywhere else. Nina makes him feel so welcome and loved and treats him just like her own, always keeping us updated with photos and messages. Absolutely incredible. I cannot recommend Black & Tan enough for any Dachshund owner looking for boarding! Our little sausage Apple has stayed here for a week recently and absolutely loved it. The house is ideal - set well away from any roads, there's a huge secured field for all the dogs to play in with the toys and have a good run around. It's basically Nirvana for them. Nina is fantastic too - always helpful and quick to respond, brilliant in settling Apple in and she sent us plenty of updates on how Apple was doing whilst we were away. Thanks very much, we hope Apple can come back to stay with you again soon!

Claire did a great job of looking after our cats and providing us with daily updates, photos and videos. She was very attentive to their needs and even our nervous cat felt comfortable with her. We found Claire to be well organised, polite and reliable.

We would absolutely recommend Claire to anyone looking for a cat sitter. Our cat can be very shy and nervous around new people but Claire managed to win her over immediately! We loved seeing the photos after each visit and the updates meant that we could really relax knowing that our cat was in such safe hands. We already have more visits booked in and I’m sure Poppy is looking forward to it!

Great experience using Peak Pet Services - Claire took the time to understand our cat’s individual needs before we went away which really helped us feel at ease. Daily updates and photos were provided and the questions/messages exchanged demonstrated that Claire was truly invested in our cat’s welfare whilst we were away. We came back to a calm and happy cat (which is not always the case after we’ve been a way) - a clear sign that Claire had done a fantastic job. We will be booking again the next time we are away!

I’m very pleased with Peak Pet Services. I was kept informed the whole visit about how my cat was, photos included, and I was so surprised that my cat actually ventured out of her safe space while Claire was there! I’ll definitely be using them again.

We felt completely at ease on hour holidays knowing our cats, rabbits, chickens and chameleon were being cared for so well. We got sent updates everyday and no pet sitter has ever spent the time getting to know our cats so well which was just so lovely to see them bond. If I could give more stars I would !

Excellent pet sitting! Claire from Peak Pet Services is an absolute gem, we’re so happy we found her. When we’re away we know that our cat is well looked after, happy and fed. Claire is really intuitive with our boy, and will follow his lead when she visits - sometimes he wants to play, sometimes he just wants a cuddle. She sends regular updates and takes (great!) photos of him on the days she visits, which is reassuring, and she is extremely flexible and happy to suit our timings and needs. We wouldn’t know what to do without her!
