Emily is a God send for nervous fur mommas (and dads’) I’ve never left my little Ike with anyone but family, so I was very apprehensive leaving him when our entire family went on vacation together. We did a meet and greet with Emily and her fur family and I was put at ease. Throughout our vacation she sent me daily updates and pictures of Ike which made me feel so much better knowing that he was being taken well care of and loved. Her rates are more than reasonable for what she provides and I plan on using Comfy Paws for future drop offs and extended vacations. You can be rest assured that your pup will be absolutely well taken care of when they are in her care.

Emily was so wonderful with my dog over the weekend! Very communicative and sent me lots of photos! It really helped me feel at ease while being out of town. I will absolutely be using her in the future.

Emily and her family are wonderful! My dog just loves her and her sweet dog. Emily takes really good care and sends pictures. She is willing to work with me and my schedule fairly and promptly. I’m so grateful to have a loving home to have my dog boarded when I’m away. I couldn’t ask for anyone better!

Emily was so great with our two dogs while we were on vacation. Her communication was awesome, and she even sent us pictures and videos of our dogs so we could see how happy they were. Our dogs loved their time at Comfy Paws! We highly recommend it!

Emily is a true animal lover. She understands that our dogs are our children and is happy to send updates throughout the day. My dog Josie loves to spend time with Emily and I just know she is well taken care of when she goes there. I just wish there were other dogs there for her to play with, that's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I am so grateful to have found Emily! From the initial ‘meet and greet’ we knew she would take excellent care of our 1 year old, high energy pup! She kept me updated constantly over our 10 day vacation and put my mind as ease to know our pup was being loved and cared for. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who does not want to board their fur babies in a large facility, but wants to know they will continue to be loved and cared for in their absence.

Comfy Paws has been taking care of our Sadie for several months. Sadie loves to go to Comfy Paws. We know this because of how excited Sadie gets everytime we drop her off. She gets walked several times a day and she comes home tired. Picture of tired Sadie included.

Emily is a great dog minder. She’s cared for our big dog many times. We never feel guilty dropping him off with her as he LOVES going there. She’s also super responsive and great at sending pic/video updates.

Steven & Stacey are the best!! They take such good care of our pup. I love that I get daily pictures while I’m away so I can rest easy that Leo’s having a great time in my absence. I appreciate that there’s options to either board our pup at their home or they’ll make house visits - whatever works best for you. Our boy Vinz just had his first stay with Stacey and Steven. They were amazing! So patient with our boy since he is still a pup! They sent pictures while we were away and let us know how he was doing throughout his stay. This gave me great peace of mind since it was our first time leaving him. You can see how passionate they both are about animals and love knowing how happy Vinz was. We will definitely be using Pawsome pets again!!

So happy to find an amazing place for my dog close to home. Stacey and Steve are amazing caretakers for your animals. They took great care of my dog, I loved getting pictures, videos and updates daily. My dog came home so happy, clean and well cared for ! The property is well fenced and kept my dog in , she was able to run and explore all she wanted. I loved seeing pictures of her playing with the other dogs, and getting love from Steve and Stacey as well as getting warm by the fire 😎 Highly recommend. They are very affordable.

I am so grateful for Pawsome Pet Services. They have cared for my 3, and now 2 (RIP Miss Roxy), fur babies since 2018. One of my pooches is blind and the other is deaf. Our miniature poodle stayed at Pawsome Pet Services while we went on vacation. I received daily text updates and pictures which was great. Buddy got along great with the other dogs it was nice knowing that he was well cared for while we were away. We will definitely be using Pawsome Pet Services again and I am recommending them to our family and friends.

Pawsome Pets is awesome! Like many of us, my dogs are my babies and when they’re at Pawsome Pets, they’re treated like a member of their family! They have full run of the house and yard. I get daily pictures of them playing with other pups or snuggling in the owner’s lap etc. Pawsome Pets allows me to go on vacation without worrying about my babies at all. They think they’re on vacation!!

Pawsome Pet Services is the best! Stacey and Steven are wonderful people who truly love animals. They have welcomed our dog in their home multiple times and he is always excited to see them. It is wonderful to have peace of mind when we travel, knowing our animals are well cared for and loved!

Bonnie cared for our 2 dogs while we visited Yosemite. They were both super happy to be there even though they are very different personalities. Our older dog needed to be kept calm due to an injured hip and Bonnie did a great job. You can hardly tell she is injured. And our younger dog got to play to her hearts content! Thank you Bonnie for being here and providing a safe and fun environment for our dogs!

We boarded our Pitty with Bonnie just before Christmas for two nights while we explored Yosemite NP and it was a great experience. We were a little worried going in, as a few days prior to our trip stay our pup suffered a pretty bad leg sprain and we were concerned she might injure herself further during puppy play. Bonnie was awesome, and even sent us a couple of email messages during our trip to let us know that our dog was doing well, which we really appreciated.

Bonnie is amazing! She took excellent care of our pup! Great price and close to Yosemite. Our pup left happy! We will use her again! She even worked with out pick up times too!

So glad to have found this place. Left my pup, Milo here for 4 days while exploring Yosemite and he had the best time in the large yard and in Bonnie's care. Bonnie made me feel so at peace with trusting my pup in her hands. Great communicator, she had everything confirmed a month out and already has our booked for the next time we are returning. We did a last moment daycare when we were visiting this area for our doggo. The owner was extremely kind & loving. She took care of our doggo Milo very well & accommodated changes in our schedule very gracefully too. We felt happy & safe leaving our doggo. We 100% recommend this place

Bonnie took great care of our Josie. About 5 or 6 dogs getting along. When it gets hot, Bonnie brings them in. Both days when we picked up the dogs were inside, not kenneled just hanging out. If you want to do something and doggie can't go, this is worth the extra time and $$.

Bonnie is a very nice, trustworthy person and you can tell she loves dogs a lot. Your pup will be in good hands with Bonnie. We would highly recommend her!

Best boarding place ever. Bonnie was great and able to to get my little Zoey in on short notice. I felt very comfortable leaving Zoey there for a few days while we enjoyed Yosemite. Murphy’s Pet and Home Sitting was great! Diane is the universe’s best! My cats were injured by dogs and Diane took very good care of them. She updated me every day and sent pictures. I felt so secure being away.

Pet Vacations has been THE BEST EXPERIENCE for our puppy Tucker since he was 6-mos-old (he's now 8-mos-old). He gets so much playtime outside with others that he would play well with (not all dogs are the same demeanor!) and gets so much attention from Owner Lindsay Stark and her staff. We are so, so happy we found a good place for Tucker to have fun with his friends and other humans besides us. Lindsay gave me daily updates for Tucker's first time and these wonderful pics. We highly recommend Pet Vacations. 🙂

I went camping 4th of July week and while I was out of town, there was an issue with where my dogs were staying and I needed immediate help. I called and explained my situation with Pet Vacations and she was amazing with helping me out last minute and during a busy week. My two dogs were in a stressful situation and I was worried about the change of location stressing them out more but I was put at ease by the text and picture updates of both my dogs playing and having a great time. They go out several times a day to play and run and even got to make new doggy friends to play with. I will never use a different boarding facility again!

We recently had Lindsey at Pet Vacations take charge of our previously never left without us 3 1/2 y/o labradoodle. She’s our baby and of course we were very cautious with who we’d trusted with her. We met Lindsey at her location and she showed us around. Mollie, our pup felt very comfortable so we had Mollie do a 24 hr complete day at the board and care. Mollie came back in great shape. Now we feel more comfortable with leaving her for a longer amount of time knowing she’ll be well taken care of. Thanks again Lindsey for your caring support and hope to see you again soon.

Coco loves going here on vacation! She makes friends every time she goes. Staff is very friendly. Anything you need or a question you may have, they will be there!

My dogs love going to Pet Vacations and the staff is always professional and caring. Over the years on the rare occasion when we’ve had to take our dogs to another facility, they are apprehensive, and show stress, especially if we have to take them to a place a second time. However, they are always happy to arrive at Pet Vacations and run right in the door!

We had a trip to Yosemite planned and found out we could take him on the trail we planned. Called up a day prior and they were more than accommodating for the 2 nights. Brodie seemed to have enjoyed himself. You cannot beat the price and convenience in respect to going to Yosemite from Sacramento.

This is such a fabulous place, so much room to run and play and when I’m taking Wilson here for his vacation and when we turn onto the road Wilson gets so excited cause he knows he’ll meet a friend or some friends for the time he is there. The staff is so caring and loving to him every time he stays here. This is definitely a two thumbs up from my family and especially Wilson. Thanks for your personalized caring for Gods creatures. 👍👍

First time we used Pet Vacations. We have a finicky dog and hate leaving him. The person there when we dropped him off was really good with him and made us feel good about leaving him. They let him out to play on his own instead of group play. Our dog seemed fine when we picked him up when usually he comes out wining and crying like they tortured him.

We've been boarding out pets here for at least 15 years. We know that they're well taken care of and get plenty of exercise in the doggie play yard. Lindsey has been our fairy dog-mother through a couple of adoptions. Highly recommended.

We had to leave our 2 dogs for an extended stay (3 months) after our pet/house sitter fell through at the last minute. Our dogs were very, very well cared for while we were gone. I am so grateful for the caring staff! Our dogs were happy and healthy when we were finally able to make it back home :)

We called on a Wednesday searching for a place that could take our dog Thurs-Sat morning during spring break. Everywhere was full and the Paws Inn called us back as they had found a spot for him knowing we really needed it. They took great care of our boy and he even had another large friend to play with during his stay!

The staff was great!!!! We left our two little guys with them for 3 days. First time ever boarded them. We called everyday and they gave us updates saying they we're fine. So thanks Paws Inn!!!! Great job!! Rick and Dacy

I left my three dogs in the inn for 9 days. they took very good care of my dogs . They came out healthy and happy and they were all safe while I was away. And I have a husky who is hard to keep. Thank you paws inn

Tillie our 8 month old Lab loves it their. We do play day and over night stays 3 or 4 times a month. Recently remodeled. Indoor/outdoor kennels. Heated and cooled. Reasonable rates. Friendly staff.

Paws Inn has been nothing but wonderful, the staff is awesome and they treat your dogs as if they were their own. Their pricing is very reasonable, you can't beat it. Just all around an awesome place to take your pooch. 😊

We've tried a few places to board our doggo when we can't take him out of town with us, and Paws Inn is where we take him now. The staff is friendly, and greets him by name when we arrive. He always looks happy and healthy when we arrive home. 13/10 doggos would agree.

I could get my dog washed for just 25 bucks. The help is always friendly and I enjoy going there I probably would have found it if my dog didn't have an emergency and I went to Mono that's next door. While I was waiting for my dog to get fixed up I notice assignment so I walked over there and talk to them. This is where I get my dog washed from now on

They were able to fit our puppy in for boarding during a last minute trip while our normal (in town) boarding facility was remodeling. So thankful to have thought to look in Sonora

If I could give 31/2 stars I would. When we dropped Harley off, we had a very smooth transition. When I picked him up, the girls were frazzled and kept saying it was a hectic day. I had him signed up for a bath and a nail clip. He got the bath but they forgot the nails. One girl came out and said she'd clip his nails real quick. During the clipping, Harley got a little squiggly and she pulled him, not in the nicest way, and told him settle down. They lost his blanket, and kept bringing me the wrong ones which says other owners are going to go through the same thing. I'm not sure if I'll go back. If it hadn't been so caotic at pickup, things would have been different. I walked away wondering how his stay was.

Mary has been there for us in the drop off a hat. My husband requires treatment in SF and we literally have given Mary just hours notice that we need her and she never hesitates to be there. It's nice not to have to worry about my fur babies with her. They're in excellent hands. And she sends me pics of them which cheers me up. She also goes above and beyond with specific things needing to be done at the house (specific lights on, checking mail, garbage can day, etc.) I highly recommend her services, she's been incredible.

Mary watched our 7 cats while we were on vacation, and she did an amazing job! I got pictures of all kitties each day so I could see that they were ok. I could tell that she was nice to them because in the pictures, they really liked her. They enjoyed her company very much. She also made a photo collage of each kitty for me as a nice gift. It gave us a piece of mind to enjoy our vacation. I would highly recommend and will definitely use her services again in the future!

I feel so fortunate to have found Mary to provide care for my dog Doorstop while I am at work. She deeply cares for animals and is super reliable. I feel very comfortable and at ease, knowing that she is there to help. Doorstop loves his walks with Mary!!

The dog always went away with us but kitty stayed home and Mary visited daily, keeping Kitty fed and watered and loved! Sometimes we even got videos of Kitty’s play time. We had Mary watch our cats and fish while we were gone on vacation. We are so thankful that we did. One of cat's became ill and Mary took her to vet for us, dealt with long phone calls and wait time. She kept us up to date on her condition through text messages and videos. She basically saved our cat's life and we owe her a debt of gratitude. She took special care of our ill cat and the others... We truly appreciate Mary and the service she provides...

Finding someone you trust to take care of a pet while you’re gone tends be stressful and difficult. I have a rescue cat who is a shy and nervous little guy. Because of his disposition, I didn’t want to board him and instead wanted to keep him home in a place he was comfortable and familiar with. Between his and my separation anxiety, I was really anxious about finding someone who would take care of him while my husband and I went on vacation. I am so beyond thankful I found Mary. Her initial house visit immediately put me at ease. We sat down and discussed everything, from the scheduled visits right down to every little detail. Her attention to detail and thoroughness of everything is really amazing. I wanted someone who would spend time with my cat instead of just “come to feed then leave,” so the fact there were options for the amount of time spend per visit was so appreciated. She also offered to take care of additional small tasks around the house while we were out, like watering plants and take out the trash, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. I knew she was a perfect fit when she got a few pets in from my cat — without a single treat !! I knew he was in the best possible hands. Mary was so wonderful while we were gone. She sent pictures and video updates with each visit so I could see how he was doing (the photo uploaded is one she sent me). She was communicative, responsive, and professional, and I am thrilled to have a go-to sitter whom I truly trust. I cannot recommend Mary or her business highly enough. Thank you Mary !!

Our cat is very affectionate and likes attention and being around people at all times. She does not like being left alone. After moving to California 4 years ago, we were searching for a pet sitter. The Humane Society of Stanislaus County recommended Mary's Pet Project after hearing good things about her. She deals with all sorts of animals. My wife and I travel often, sometimes overseas, and need reliable visits to our cat. I was impressed that Mary maintains detailed files about every pet, including Vet and medication info if required. Mary texts updates, including videos of a kitty who is happy at receiving regular visits. She deals with all pet related cleaning, grabs the mail, and takes care of lights and other household adjustments. I would highly recommend her services.

Love this place! They are so awesome. Paradise Doggie Daycare takes great care of your dog and treats them like family. Our fur baby has anxiety and he did very well with them. So glad we found such a wonderful place with wonderful people. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Best care you could hope to find for your dog(s). I've known the owner, Tine, for a long time. She trains all her people how to correctly care for the dogs. They are loving and caring while setting appropriate boundaries. Plus, it's clean!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We are from out of town and needed day care for our 13 year old mostly blind and deaf jack russell terrier mix. When we called, they were so welcoming. They invited us to come check out the place prior to leaving our dog. When we arrived we were pleased with the set up, cleanliness, number of staff working, and security cameras. The owner is on site and very pleasant. As our guy was too old to hang out in the small dog play area, they offered to keep him in the reception area with the staff. We were so pleased with this offer. Jacky spent the day and when we picked him up, he was in good spirits (land slept most of the evening. Be prepared to show proof of vaccination. Bottom line: great place, welcoming staff, good price. We felt good leaving our beloved dog with them.

We had left our puppy there for the very first time for three hours and when we went to pick him up he was completely covered in urine. Gross.

Extremely clean and well kept. The girls at Paradise care for the dogs like each dog was their own. Even though I only left my 3 year old terrier for a couple hours (she has separation anxiety) when I picked her up she was very content and comfortable with the girls. They took special care to make sure Sammi was comfortable.

We have we only been there once so far. Staff was really nice but I really would have been more comfortable if I could have seen the area my fur babies were taken to. It was described to me: yes, I am a helicopter mom. I was hoping google would have shown some pictures but only close ups of the dogs. I'm pretty sure I'll give it a 5 start once I'm more comfortable. When I picked up the dogs, they were more than ready to leave after an hour play time. They need time to adjust as well. I'm getting older and they need more play than I can give them daily. I think this will be a good option for them.

I love this place. Jeremy and Alicia have always taken great care of my 3 babies, ever since I started flying to the east coast, regularly, for work. They always send me picture updates and let me know how they are doing. My dogs are always tired out after i pick them up, and they are always happy when i bring them back. So i know they are doing something right. And their prices are very reasonable, better than other kennels. Thanks guys for everything that you do. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My dog, Maia, loves staying at PDH! And if she loves it, I do too! Both the owners are great people and really love taking care of dogs, and it shows! I wish I had found them a couple years ago, but in my life everything happens as it should. Every picture I'm sent while Maia is there, I can tell Maia is happy and having a good time. And when I'm there to pick her up she's not dragging me to the car wanting to rush home, cuz she wasn't happy stayin in whatever curfuffle she dealt with....which has happened with other sitters or boardings I've tried. And for me, and my weird life, the fact that Alicia and Jeremy are flexible with keeping Maia more days than I planned for is huge for me! Maia chose them to take care of her, as long as the pool is full, the treats are a plenty and she's treated like family and is allowed on the furniture with the peoples... shes happy as a clam. And, I know better than to let a husky review anything, cuz they are highly vocal, and all, but for me with Maia its her body language when she's around people that speaks more to me ... and with both Jeremy and Alicia, she leans in to being petted and smiles. Says volumes to me about Maia's opinion of them, and to me, makes every dollar I spend for Maia to be with them is well worth it!!!!!!!

We have boarded our dogs and our cat many times with Alicia and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are very conscientious of our pets needs or special needs if required. We get pictures of our pets while in their care to be assured they are doing well.

We recently boarded our 13 year old dog for one week at PDH, and can't say enough about the great care provided. Our pet came home happy and playful.

Great home for your puppies when you're away on vacation! I love Placerville Dog House. We use them often. They're a little off the beaten path, but well worth the drive. They are always professional and easy to work with. And their pricing is much more competitive than anywhere else in the area. Happy Customer. Highly recommend!

Amazing! We took our 6 month old German Shepherd Maui here today for doggy daycare (aka "playcare" as Alicia perfectly describes it) so he could socialize with other pups and burn some energy. Judging by how he is zonked right now and the look on his face when we picked him up, he had the best time. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and Alicia and Jeremy gave us a quick tour of the place. The backyard play area is incredible and has multiple obstacles, tunnels and room for pups to explore. You can tell a lot of thought and work was put into the space. Alicia and Jeremy were extremely kind and knowledgeable, and we felt 100% safe leaving our boy there for the day. They brought out a few different pups to introduce to Maui to see how he would do, and all went great. It ended up raining while he was there, and of course he got muddy playing with all of his new friends. These guys are so awesome that they gave him a nice rinse and dry down before we left so he'd be good to go for the car ride home. All in all this was an amazing experience and we will be back for any and all of our boarding/play date needs! PS: Alicia also takes great photos!

We are so glad we found Alicia's Leash Animal Services. Not only are they conveniently located to suit our needs but the care they provided our dog was top notch and much better than a typical kennel situation. Great place! We just moved to the area and needed a place to board our dog overnight. Alicia's Leash was wonderful and took our dog last minute. I was a little nervous dropping our dog off because she is quite shy but she did great and I knew she was in good hands. They took excellent care of her and she seemed to have a lot of fun. They have a big shaded area for the dogs to play in complete with tires, grass, tunnels, etc. and all the dogs sleep indoors at night. We will definitely be back!

They have a beautiful spot in the mountain. Not commercial at all. Just a home converted to a dog care facility. The play area is contained well and has tunnels and igloos buried around for the dogs. Jeremy and Alicia are really nice. Highly recommended!

It was my first time taking my dog boarding and we went to Alicia’s Leash. Alicia is super nice and great with animals! She made me feel so comfortable to keep my dog there overnight and she also sends you pictures and videos of your dogs playing with the other dogs! I would 100% recommend Alicia’s leash to anyone that wants to be able to relax on a vacation or business trip and know that your dog is in great hands! Also when I picked up my dog she even made a magnet with our dogs picture! I can’t wait to take my dog back for day care so she can play with all her friends!

Our Pomeranians seem to be very happy here. They are very well treated. Staff are proud of their work and quite devoted. First class service. Costly to provide ergo costly to take advantage of.

We took our now, 9 month old puppy to be groomed twice, including an overnight boarding the first time. We were worried about leaving her but our scheduling left us no other options. They did a great job. The place really is a pet resort! Their employee's were warm and sincere. They made us feel comfortable the very first visit there. Best of all is that she loved it! We can go and do whatever, knowing she is in good hands.

I was pleased with the care from Town & Country Pet Resort with my brand new puppy while I went to visit my mother They have playtime and cuddle time and your puppy can be groomed as well. I highly recommend them

Doggie Day care went very well. 6 hours and our 9mo old Dal seemed pretty happy. Staff is great!

The best!! Our dogs love it there!! It was 1st time boarding our 4 month old pups and they had the best time!! Facility is immaculate with indoor/outdoor kennels (heated floors), secure play areas, and kind, caring, wonderful staff who go above and beyond. Great pricing and add-on services available. Cat boarding also available.

I always feel confident leaving my dogs here. It is a treat for them to be groomed while we are away, and I don’t feel guilty for leaving them for a few days because I know they are well taken care of.

We took our Great Pyrenees for her spring grooming. She was a mess and Town & Country Pet Resort turned her into a beautiful soft white fluffy dog! The facility is clean and inviting and the help is warm and welcoming. Will be returning to them again!

We left our Border Collie Daisy here for 6 days. She has never been away from us since she was born. The bordering area and play yard area is so super clean and no smell at all. They staff are very caring about the animals they have there and also very professional. We will be using them from now on when we have to be out of town.

They always do a wonderful job for us. You can't go wrong with Dolly and Mary. They are experienced and have taken care of our pets for many years.
