We frequently use pet care academy and there is no one we trust more. The love they have for our daisy and all other dogs is lovely to see and it’s so reassuring knowing Daisy is in safe hands when we’re away. We frequently receive updates, videos and photos and you can see Daisy is thoroughly enjoying herself. 5 star for sure x

Simply the best. My dog is always very anxious to leave me, but he really enjoys going to doggy daycare at Petcare Academy. He has really settled in there and loves his cuddles from Elvan, Bora and their sons. I know I can rely on them if I ever need someone to look after Kodi. Their advice has been really appreciated too, from dietary needs to health advice, they are always happy to help. I would highly recommend Petcare Academy for all of your dog care needs.

Our working cocker spaniel Bruno has been going to ‘Pet Care Academy’ for over 2 year now. It is the only place we feel happy leaving him. His wagging tail as we arrive to drop him off there shows us how much he enjoys it. It really is a ‘home from home’ and we know Bruno is treated like one of their family. A wonderful family offering a first class service.

Rocket has just returned from his hollibobs and has had the bestest time. He’s been treated by Elvan and Bora as part of their family. Their daily updates whilst we were away gave us the reassurance we needed and we could see he was happy and having great fun. Rocket has loved playing with Leia and is looking forward to his next holiday with Pet Care Academy.

We had a meet and greet with Pet Care Academy, we were made to feel so welcome and at ease and the other dogs there were so calm and so well behaved, so we decided to book a weekend for our cockapoo Rosie to stay over. I was sent updates each day to let me know how Rosie was getting on and she was kept busy all day, she loved playing with the other dogs it was so nice to see them getting along together. We are booked in again for a week next month 😁

Wonderful dog care family. My dog Rocco had socialising issues with other dogs which meant we were struggling to find somewhere to look after him whilst we were away. Pet Care Academy did a meet and and greet session where Rocco spent nearly the entire time barking and growling, but they were so patient with him and eventually he came round. They then did a trial night which went really well and then when the time came for him to stay for a week with them, there was very little concern and everything went really well and we could enjoy our holiday without worrying. They even set up a WhatsApp group and sent us regular updates of his adventures with them. Can't recommend Pet Care Academy enough. Their passion for dogs comes through so strongly and Rocco had a great week with them.

Elvyan and Borra have been the best hosts for our dog. She is always so happy to go there and is so well looked after. Thank you again

We are currently on our extended retirement cruise around the canals of England and had to leave our boat in Nantwich for a few days whilst we returned home to Norfolk for medical appointments. The problem was that we had a dog and two cats on board! Jo at Weaver Pet Care came to the rescue, not only taking the dog into her home, but coming to the boat every day to feed the cats and deal with their litter trays. We would be very happy to use WPC again and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others. (And the dog agrees) :-)

Highly recommend Cheshire Dog Lady🤩👏🏼 Emma looked after our French Bulldog Bruce for our wedding in May. We had a familiarisation visit where we got to meet Emma and see where Bruce was staying. From the moment we met, we felt completely at ease that Bruce was going to be well looked after. Emma gave us regular updates before and after the wedding so we didn’t have any worries. She was incredible on our wedding day, interacting with guests and helping us to get some brilliant photos. Everyone commented on how fantastic she was & how she was in complete control of Bruce (anyone who has a Frenchie can understand😳😂) Bruce came back home absolutely exhausted and it was clear that he just had the best time! We will 100% be using Emma for any dog care in the future. Bruce’s photo has even made it onto her wall😅 Cannot recommend or thank CDL enough🥰🐶🙌🏼

We recently got married and we were struggling to find someone to not only look after our dog Kash but to also bring him to our wedding so that he could be included in the photos, we came across Emma and we are so grateful to have found her, she went above and beyond anything we could have expected. She completely put us at ease knowing that Kash would be well looked after. She brought him to the venue and not only helped us with Kash whilst we had pictures with him but she also took him to see all of the other guests and got some amazing pictures of him with our children, it’s one of my favourite pictures of the day :). She then had him overnight and we picked him up on our way home the next day. If you are looking for a wedding chaperone for your pets then we would highly recommend Emma she was incredible throughout the whole process and we can’t thank her enough ☺️ xx

Emma was a wedding chaperone for our dog Marley just before Christmas and she was incredible. Marley just loved her instantly and everyone commented on how brilliant Emma was with him, attending to his every need and keeping him calm throughout the day. He’s in our pictures and it’s just everything we’re wanted. We are so glad we came across Emma on Instagram and decided to have Marley at the wedding. Prior to the wedding Marley stayed at Emma’s and gave us updates about how he was settling in and what he had eaten. Emma was brilliant and I know Marley can’t wait to stay with her again! Emma and her team are simply the best there is! We are so fortunate we found Cheshire dog lady upon getting our puppy last November. With my ever changing football schedule Emma has gone above and beyond to make sure she is there when we need her. We booked our dog in with Cheshire Dog Lady for the wedding chaperone service with two nights stay over. Emma was absolutely amazing! My dog has never stayed away from us before and I knew he would be incredibly nervous, however, the care and compassion shown to make sure he was as comfortable as possible including giving him the space he needed away from other dogs when he was worried was so reassuring. Emma kept me updated throughout and was upfront and honest about how he was coping which I would much prefer than to just be told he was fine but to know yes he was anxious but here’s what we have done to reassure him was exactly the update I needed. Our dog was calm when at the wedding which is a credit to Emma as he obviously trusted her and felt safe with her as he would have made it clear to us if he wasn’t. Emma was also amazing with helping with photos and could not have been more accommodating. I 100% recommend Cheshire Dog Lady thank you so so much for allowing us to have our boy at our wedding!

Emma was our wedding chaperone for our Golden Lab Woody. She was absolutely amazing, worked so well with the venue and our photographer Adam Roberts to make sure everything ran smoothly. I can honestly say Woody had a fantastic time boarding with Emma for 2 days and also on the wedding day as we wanted him to be a part of our ceremony. Emma really was so good with Woody, making sure he was always comfortable and behaving. I had alot of comments from guests saying how smoothly she handled Woody throughout the day.

We booked the Cheshire Dog Lady wedding chaperone service to look after our two dogs during our wedding. Emma was brilliant on the day and took great care of our pups, especially as one was very scared of the new surroundings and she looked after him perfectly. The pictures she captured of them were fantastic too and it was lovely seeing what they were up to. Emma also looked after them overnight so we could enjoy our wedding without worrying and they had a brilliant time. The dogs loved being there, they played with the other dogs and were spoilt rotten. Highly recommend!

Claire (in Emma’s team) is so lovely with our dog, who is a little fearful of new people. Claire is confident and ensures she has a great walk/ play. Emma offers an excellent service, always clear comms and easy to book. Thoroughly recommend.

I could not recommend Cheshire Dog Lady’s home boarding, day care AND walking services any higher. I trust Emma and the team wholeheartedly to look after my boy and he always comes home smiling after making tons of new friends. Emma and the team treat Murphy as their own - CDL really is his home from home.

Thank you Waggy Tails for changing our Wolf care experience for the better! Doggy day care might seem like such a fun and exciting idea when you get a new puppy! But after being told they don’t have time to send any updates, not supervising a little Wolf near big doggies, coming home soaking wet with big chunks of hair missing and no explanation, our experience wasn’t pleasant! I was very apprehensive to let anyone else look after him. But since finding Waggy Tails we have had a much more positive experience. I get regular updates (including lots of cute pictures) which really settles my mind when I’m at work! They show real care to him and respect when they come into our home! Wolf absolutely loves the team and he’s always so happy to see them. Would really recommend Waggy Tails to anyone 🐾

Waggy Tails are a life saver when it comes to them popping over to spend some quality time with Kaiser when we are both out on work commitments. They certainly have the gift with dogs, especially Kaiser who is quite a large dog. We can't recommend them enough and trust them implicitly when coming over to visit.

Waggy Tails Pet Care is simply the best dog walking service you could possibly wish for your pet. I feel reassured that my dog Hendrix is in safe hands with Neil and Marianne. Our spaniel Rowan has received regular visits from Waggy Tails for over a year now and I cannot fault their absolutely amazing services! Julie & I cannot praise Waggy Tails service highly enough. Marianne & Neil visited a our two Jack a Poos everyday throughout the year while we were at work. They are very caring and professional and have a love for their work - seldom found these days. The dogs really enjoyed their company and we enjoyed the daily pupdate photos that they sent to us.We thoroughly recommend them and needless to say will use them again when we need them.

Cuba our little Yorkie has just got back from a 17 day holiday at Waggy Tails and he was so happy to see us on our return that his tail never stopped wagging. Marianne and Neil have been professional from the onset. We also got regular pictures of Cuba sent to us and regular updates about Cuba’s well being while we where away on holiday. It’s very reassuring to have regular updates about Cuba. Oh and always on hand are their children who regularly give Cuba plenty of cuddles. We where so impressed with the care and attention Cuba received that we’ve booked another holiday for Cuba February 2019. Thanks you Waggy Tails you certainly live up to your name. 😊

Marianne recently look after our cat Butters whilst we were on holiday for 5 days. I would thoroughly recommend waggy tails pet sitting service! It gave us piece of mind that our lovely cat was safe and well looked after whilst we were away. It was also nicer for our cat to be at home rather than in an unfamiliar cattery with not much freedom. Marianne, was thorough in finding out about our cat by visiting beforehand and it was so nice to get the photo updates via WhatsApp each day 😊 she even fed our fish and watered the plants, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend waggy tails!

Our old rescue was treated with care and patience by Neil and Marianne. They are reliable, friendly and genuinely love and look after your 4 legged friends. We are moving away and will be very sad to leave but would recommend Waggy Tails without reservation.

Our 2 dogs have a great time staying here. Staff are friendly and seem to care a great deal. Been using this service for a few years now. Note, if using Waze satnav, continue another few hundreds yards after it says you've arrived. It's on the left.

Extremely rude and I would advise to not use this kennel under any circumstances. After speaking with the lady and trying to find somewhere for my pup to go last minute as I was getting married. She was extremely rude and and refused the business. God knows what she’s like looking after your dogs.

Both my Dogue de Bordeaux’s stayed her for 2 weeks, they were well looked after, and were very happy, staff are amazing and extremely helpful, will definitely be booking them in again next summer 😊 …

Great Kennels for our 2 Mutts! They go there 5/6 times a year and love it!

We have been bringing our two dogs here for almost ten years now. They absolutely love it. Even our German shepherd who is very attached to us goes in tail wagging. Both dogs finish their stays happy, healthy and well-cared for. Experienced, friendly, dog-loving staff. We wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else. Other family members are now taking their dogs here too.

I picked my dogs up last Saturday and wasn't happy with their condition, they were wet and their coats were tacky, even their heads and they stunk, one of them had diarrhoea even though I take my own food, I think they are short of staff, when I picked them up the girl on duty said she was on her own, not acceptable! I won't be taking them there again.

I have used summer hill boarding kennels for many years with no concerns. I left two dogs in their care for three weeks due to me needing major surgery. After two weeks I arranged to pick them up a week early. On arrival one of my dogs was dehydrated and malnourished. The other dog had shocking weight and muscle loss. At no point during their stay did summer hill phone me expressing any concerns. One of my dogs went straight to the emergency vet where she sadly passed away. Vets spoke to the kennels who said they had concerns for approx 4 to 5 days earlier - no phone calls received about this. Had I been informed at this point my dog the vets said she would have had a chance of treatment. I sent my dogs expecting them to be fed, watered and cared for I put my trust in the staff. I don't even want to rate them 1 star and will not be using them again. They have let me down and now I grieve for the loss of my little one. Think carefully about using these kennels.

I put my dog in there for the first time and wow I have never been so disgusted in my whole life my dogs bedding was given to other dogs my dog came back really thin he's had 2 bowls of his food and still crying for more my dog and his bedding really smelled when you touch him you can see dust coming off him and when you ring the manager just shouts at you you can not pick your animal up after 4pm even tho the website says different they also change the price whenever they feel like it during my dogs stay they put an extra £60.00 on the staff have to pay out of there own pocket for animal food as the boss won't pay and they try there hardest to make you pay cash and try not to give you a receipt you've got to be persistent in asking for a receipt and eventually they give you one.we are not happy with there service at all and certainly won't be using them again all they care about is taking pictures not actually looking after your animals if it was on the other foot and you treated your animal friend like this we all know the consequences we also believe that the owner to this so called kennels is a traveller wish I knew sooner the girls there are doing everything by themself theres no manager and the boss treats the girls like this too all hes interested in is the money.please if you love your animal friend as much as we do please don't send them there.This place needs closing down as soon as possible!!!!!!! Please avoid!!!!

Very sad and angry to see that 13 years on this place is still neglecting to look after our beloved pets. 13 years ago myself and my children put our trust in them to look after our dog milly for a weekend, just before we went to collect her we got a call from them to say our dog had been savaged and ripped apart by another dog. When we got there to find out what happened they gave us our dead dog back ripped to pieces in a crisp box, no remorse shown whatsoever. There only explanation was that the lock must have been a faulty on the cage.

I take my dog there all the time and he loves it there the staff are always welcoming and polite and the owner always is there to greet me and personally take my dog and if my dog needs a brush or a wash he comes back clean and happy

Very disappointed after our cats first stay away from us. We visited before and were shown around the cat area which we were happy with and we had already seen that they post photos on FB which is something we really wanted as our daughter and us were quite anxious about leaving him for the very first time. We were told when we visited that yes photos would be posted. We dropped our cat off on Monday along with a note of his feeding and asking again for photos. Photos were posted most days and I phoned on two occasions and left voice mails also sent emails to which I got one back saying they would try to upload a photo. The time it took them to reply to my email surely it would of been easier to just take a photo and upload it. My daughter would ask several times a day and this distracted her from enjoying our holiday. Collected our cat today and whilst I was paying my husband and daughter went over to take a look at our cat. I explained to the girl who was taking my payment how disappointed we were with the situation. She apologised and I may be wrong she did not get the point I was making and would expect that she should have been more understanding. It gets worse i then walked outside followed by the girl who took my payment and my husband was walking towards with our cat in his carrier. My husband had been into the cat enclosure as none of the doors were locked and got our cat (he was wrong to do this) however he could have been anyone as there were no employees around and taken any of the cats. Very poor security for the pets we love so much, I am astounded that the area wasn’t totally locked down, keeping our pets safe while we are away. This to me is a very serious issue.

Luna has been attending on and off now for a few months, whether that is daycare or staying overnight. We have never had a problem and she always comes home happy. The staff are always polite and are quite accommodating! :)

Our Lab has stayed with Summer hill whenever we go away for nearly 10 years now. Great service and very accomodating staff. Helped with some short notice bookings on occasion with now fuss. Ossie is always happy to be left when we drop him off and needs a good sleep when we pick him up too!

Jo is fantastic with the dogs and here facilities are exceptional, Buddy is so happy going to Finbars Friends highly recommended

Forget kennels and send your dog here! Trust me, they will thank you for it - as well as have as much, if not more, fun that you do on your holidays!

Amazing and so professional! We have just recently moved and was looking for a new pet sitter for our Alaskan Malamute and HuskyXMalamute both really big dogs! We are so worried about leaving them at home and wanted to ensure we picked the right people! and we did indeed! Jodie and Holly came round and met the pups a few times before they we going to stay over to make sure they are comfortable and came on our a walk with us to ensure they are kept to their routine at all times whilst we are away! Whilst we was away we were kept updated with photos of them in the garden and on their walks and updates on how they are getting on. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pet sitter in the crewe area.

Jodie fed my 2 cats daily for a week, they aren't very sociable cats but she tried her best to get a picture and gave me regular updates. Can't fault the service. I felt confident that she would do a good job and is trustworthy. Both cats were happy and fed when I returned. Would definitely use again.

I recently had to spend 12 days in hospital. Jolly Good stepped in to look after my 9 pets at short notice. They were AMAZING! In addition to twice daily visits, they dropped stuff off at the hospital, did a tidy up and clean of the house and picked up some groceries for when I was discharged. My pets were superbly looked after and I received photos to reassure me that they were all ok. The charges were very reasonable, especially in light of the outstanding quality of care. I recommend Jolly Good Pet care 100%.

We’ve been using Jolly Good Pet Care for a few months and would highly recommend them. Working shifts can be an absolute nightmare and thankfully, Jodie has been really flexible in helping us out with looking after our two dogs. The dogs seem really happy and content when they’ve been out for their walkies. I certainly do recommend Jolly Good Pet Care and find them extremely trustworthy.

Jodie and Holly took brilliant care of my border terrier puppy at very short notice due to difficult personal circumstances. Having met them and seen her positive reaction to them, I was confident that they would address her medical needs well. Sure enough, one happy, healthy pup at the end of the evening. Can't recommend Jolly Good Pet Care highly enough! Jody and Holly came and house sat whilst we went away. Not only did this mean no anxiety for the dog because he stayed in his familiar environment, but they also looked after the house, and it was spotless when we came back. I can't recommend Happy Feet enough!! I have an old boy Wilson, who is 13 years old now and I wanted somewhere that I knew he would be treated well and made to feel at home. Diane is lovely and you can tell she genuinely cares about all her visitors. When I went to pick him up after his stay he wouldn't get in the car! That's how well he was treated. If I could give 6 stars I would. Big area for them to wander around, absolutely fantastic. Thank you Diane and family :)

Luna has attended daycare and boarded here previously but this was the longest time she had stayed over (11nights). We were kept informed with pictures and videos showing us what a fun time she was having! The team at happy feet give Luna all the cuddles and attention she loves! She has had a great time and has come back home relaxed and ready for a good snooze. Highly recommend happy feet!

If you're looking for a place that will take care of your beloved little one, look no further. The team here have an amazing set up and really really care for the wellbeing of each and ever dog that they look after. During a heatwave they had the pool out and fans going in cool places. They keep you informed, sending you pictures and video updates so that you feel relaxed and at ease. Highly recommend, thank you so much to Diane and the team.

Ive used happy feet quite a few times over the years. They’re great, friendly and great at what they do. The dogs get excited whenever we pull up to drop them off so that’s always a good sign. Couldn’t fault them at all, amazing.

All I can say is - amazing!! We’ve struggled to find a place where our dogs would receive the appropriate care and attention whilst we’re away. We were apprehensive about trying somewhere new but Diane, Steve & co exceeded all of our expectations and gave our two small (anxious!) Spanish rescue dogs individual care and attention. We were given updates, photos and videos to put our minds at ease. My parents-in-law said that both dogs seemed so much more relaxed upon collection than at other places they’ve stayed in the past…. I won’t hesitate to book our dogs in for a visit next time we are away - if we’re lucky enough to get a space! Thank you for taking care of our guys!!

After taking our rather sensitive rescue dog to another more traditional ‘barky prison’ style boarding kennel and having him come home absolutely frantic, we decided to try this place, and so glad we did. He loves the company of other dogs and has such a great time at Happy Feet charging about in the paddock with them all day. He’s cream crackered when he gets home and much happier than after the other kennel. I can’t recommend this place enough. They send you pics too, which is ace (see attached 1 x happy mali).

Diane and Steve are such lovely lovely people who take such great care of your dogs. I was a little apprehensive about the boys going for the 1st time. I needn't have worried, they had an absolutely fab time with all their doggy friends and came back absolutely tired out. They have been back again for a 2nd visit ready for when they stay next week for 3 weeks. Couldn't ask for any better care for our pups.

DONT BOOK!!!! Honestly if i could have given zero stars i would of!!!!! Me and my family are in so much distress right now am extremely upset and can't believe what im writing about. my dog has been treated while at your kennel and in you care where our pets are ment to be safe and well looked after!!! WRONG!!!! we have picked our beautiful dog back up to find her not being herself she was absolutely filthy despite the there claims they had just bathed her! She had definitely not been bathed but instead she has been left out side in this horrible weather for the duration of her stay. You have cut all her fur as iv guessing it was all matted with mud?! Like her belly was!! I bathed her when she got home an that water was black she hadn't been washed nor has she been looked after, my poor dog is petrified of barking or making a nose since being in this kennel!!! We also noticed her not walking properly and not putting weight on her back paws turns out that her paws are all ripped an swollen an puss coming from them she's been taken to the vets who have said it's like she's been dragged against her will!!! She's lost weight also even though all her food was packed how they asked an we put extra in. ( I have attached photos of my poor dogs paws) Please don't write back an try an patronise me an tell me my dog was barking an the same rubbish you put to all your other bad reviews where you never take accountability!! My poor dog is now on antibiotics and is constantly crying because of her paws... Oh and believe me why tried contacting multiple time but was met with such bluntness messages was all ignored. First red flag should have been how they don't invite you in to the grounds to have a look around. DONT BOOK THIS KENNEL for them it's another day another dog!!! But for us our dogs are our baby's!!!!!

We first came across the lovely people at Happy Feet when our two Beagles were placed with another day care facility. Myself and my husband work full time, and having two Beagle puppies was quite the challenge. We want them to be happy, stimulated and to make friends outside of each other. Unfortunately, owning two Beagles does not come without their challenges (as much as we love them) and their previous daycare facility was unable to care for them. We were referred to Diane and Steve as their environment appeared to suit the boys much better. I called Diane in an absolute state, worried that I had somehow let my dogs down and felt ashamed they had been ‘booted out’ of daycare. Diane was amazingly kind with me on the phone, and that is a conversation I’ll never forget. We were invited to view their property, and for a meet and greet with the boys and given full information of how they would care for our boys as well as viewing the grounds. As I mentioned, my boys do not come without their challenges, and when they first started to attend daycare with Happy Feet I will admit there were a few teething problems with their behaviour. This did not put Diane, Steve and the wider team off. They worked with us, and the boys and now over a year later our boys are definitely a permanent fixture at Happy Feet. I can’t thank Diane and Steve enough for the care they provide to our (naughty at times) boys. They have took the time to understand them, their relationship and even us. An example of the care they have shown to us is that my husband was in a car accident on the M56 to daycare with our dogs in the car and Steve drove out to get them for us. Absolutely top quality people who our boys love.

We have two rescue dogs who cannot be left at a traditional kennels. Happy feet are so lovely and patient with them and treat them as if they are at home. They are also great for giving regular updates on how your furbabies are getting on.

What a fabulous kennels. Our dogs Coco and Mimi stayed for four nights and were in high spirits when we collected them. Sue and her team are amazing and we highly recommend.

Outstanding Kennels! Our dog, Duke, has been a frequent visitor to Ridge Hill Kennels since 2007. Duke absolutely loves it there and cannot wait to get out of the car when we arrive. He trots off with Sue or one of the girls without even a backward glance! As a rescue dog who had a very bad start in life, Duke is not the most confident of dogs, but he clearly feels very safe, happy and at ease in the kennels. Nothing is too much trouble for Sue and her team; they go out of their way to make sure that their canine guests are catered for in every way, and that they feel at home. Duke gets plenty of exercise out in the paddock or surrounding fields, which he loves, and he is very happy in his 5 star accommodation. Sue maintains extremely high standards of cleanliness and care, and even when I have had occasion to turn up unannounced, out of hours, I have never seen them fall. Duke always leaves (reluctantly!) very happy, healthy, clean and well fed. I recommend Ridge Hill Kennels unreservedly.

Exceptional care of our deaf English bull terrier. Staff are so caring of him and dealt with him faultlessly for 8 years. He never looks back when we drop him off! 😄 After a few bad Experiences with other kennels we were very dubious about leaving him anywhere but sue really helped put our mind at rest. It's nice to see staff excited to see him, it really means a lot to us.

I have been using Ridge Hill Kennels for about 12 years. My dogs go in happy, and come out happy. They are well looked after, and are excited to get out of the car. So, that's good enough for me. I just haven't found any other kennels where I trust the standard of attention and care as much. I have used two or three other kennel businesses, when there has not been availability at Ridge Hill (as I left it too late!). I am always happier when my dog stays there.

This is the best boarding Kennels for us to date Holly stayed for 6 days & she came back very Happy looks like she's really been very happy we won't be looking any where else this place is a keeper I am extremely fussy no problems whatsoever my husband tells me she said her goodbyes to the kennel girls . Excellent kennels and cattery I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. My dog Meg never wants to come home when she has been staying here, and the pictures and updates on facebook are lovely to see whilst we are away. The groomer always does a wonderful job too she always comes home looking and smelling beautiful!

Our dog Cassie can't get in there fast enough when we take her. She loves the doggy play times in the field. Glad we can leave her there knowing she's going to be happy and well cared for.

Dear All, After having first hand experience with Ridge Hill Kennels and then reading the ONE negative review that had been written, I felt duty bound to add a review. I was a Police dog handler for over 25 years. My dogs are not only pets, but colleagues. We work as a team, trust each other and consequently have an incredible bond. I rarely put my dogs in to kennels and each time I had to, hated doing so as I worried that they wouldn't get the attention equal to my expectations. Since retiring from the Police, I had the need last year to put my dogs in to private kennels. I was very lucky to have found Sue and her team at Ridgehill. They have a fantastic understanding and empathy for each individual dog/owner. After checking that the dog in question is sociable, they are allowed to exercise with other dogs. If a dog has specific needs/medication etc this is managed without question. The staff get to know each dog and recognise if there is any change in their behaviour/health etc. They even take photos of the dogs exercising together and post them on their website, so that owners can actually see their dogs having fun. I totally recommend Ridgehill Kennels to anyone who has the need to place their dog in a secure,warm and enjoyable environment. Thank You Ridgehill for providing such a fantastic service. Our 2 poochons love their holidays at Beepaws. A very big garden to explore and they especially enjoy the dog flap as we live in a flat so the freedom to go in and out is fantastic. Lynda loves them as her own, there's plenty of cuddles and love too. They can't wait to get out of the car when we arrive. I highly recommend

Highly recommend. Looked after my little Toby so good he didn't want to come home. House clean and spacious , as the run of an amazing garden ... would definently use again x
