This was our first house/pet sit with @zeewoi and we were extremely pleased! Robert showed up when he said he would, he accommodated our timelines and our dog's scheduled routine. He left our home in excellent shape and we had a very happy, relaxed pup to come home to. It was important to us that Robert meet us via video chat or in person before we left and he went above and beyond. He sent photos of our dog, Cooper, and him throughout the sit and we could tell that Cooper was very happy with Robert. He responded immediately to our texts, giving him updates about our return. Communication is so important for making sure both the sitter and the house owners are confident in one another. Robert is very outgoing and friendly and we have 100% confidence in him to look after our home and our dog when we are away. We look forward to Robert providing another future home sit.

I’m sure most folks say the nicest things about their sitter, but honestly, if there were a “super star” status available then Denise would win the prize as sitter of the year! From the start, Denise was an excellent communicator. While we were still in the decision phase, Denise was always available to chat either by FaceTime, telephone or text. It was so easy to choose Denise; as you can see from her countless 5 star reviews, she truly is the only pet sitter you’d ever need and the one everyone hopes to have. Denise came to our house eager to meet us, our pets and the quirks of our house. Denise has an excellent sense of humor and immediately put us all at ease. Our pets took to her as if she was a long lost friend (even our finicky Siamese cat was loving on her from the start). While we were gone, our dog had a non-emergency health issue come up and just like that Denise was taking her to our vet, and administered the dog’s meds like a champion (Denise is also a nurse BTW). Additionally, Denise brought our pup to her scheduled groom appointments and even made future appointments for us to make our return home as seamless as possible. Denise was even above and beyond helpful to our neighbors and they appreciated her giving them access to our refrigerator when theirs broke down on Thanksgiving Eve! When we got home we were super impressed by how perfectly immaculate our house was! Most sitters leave the house clean, but Denise met and may have even exceeded our military standards of clean and orderly. Seriously, our house felt like we never left it. Everything was spotless, shinny and clean. She didn’t miss a beat!! Our pets were so happy to see us but honestly, I felt like our pup and kitty were disappointed when we walked in the door (I believe they were expecting to see Denise!). Haha. If you are ever fortunate enough to have Denise apply for any of your sits then I can’t recommend her enough. Seriously, you can stop reviewing applicants and just go with Denise. She was awesome in every sense of the word and I hope she’ll come back and stay with our pets again.

Angela provided complicated medical care for my sick dog for three weeks in Mexico City with the utmost professionalism and kindness Right before Angela’s arrival, my dog was hospitalized and almost died. Angela took care of follow up vets visits, administered eight medicines a day for two weeks, and nursed tico completely back to health I could tell from the photos and videos that she was taking excellent care of him - he was too weak to walk so she made a comfy bed for him in a large bag and carried him a over the city so he could still have fun during his recovery I could not recommend Ángela more. She went so far above and beyond what a pet sitter should do, and she did it all with a caring and capable attitude

We loved Misty!!!! She was absolutely the most perfect baby sitter for our dog and an amazing short term tenant at our house. Not only did she keep the house clean but she even washed everything she used before we got home. We even got a couple gifts from her. She is such a sweet human, kept in contact with us while we were gone and sent videos of the hikes and walks they went on. I would 100% ask her to stay at our house again

Lori is the best of the best! I would recommend her 100 times over! Lori is great at communicating and our dogs were extremely happy. She was very attuned to our dog’s anxiety and did a great job making the dogs feel safe and loved. The house was spotless when we returned. Lori also had the job of taking care of my numerous plants. I have to say the plants look better when I got home than they did before I left😂 Lori has a green thumb. Lori is so kind and just a wonderful person. Wendy sat for us on three occasions this Summer and I can’t say enough good things about her. The dogs were well taken care of and she was, organized, tidy, and responsible. Such wonderful owners and staff. I got another dog who is 8 months old, this was his first time staying at the kennel. He was so scared and they ensured he was able to check things out and join the group when he was ready. My other day loves going to the kennel. Actually I think he likes it there sometimes more then home. The convince of different pick up/drop off times makes it easy to fit into anyone's schedule. As always the photos posted to Facebook make it easier on the kids to be away from their dogs.
This place really allows us the luxury of having a dog! We had Max here for well over a year, sometimes twice per week (while we’re at work) and recently even once for three weeks straight. The owners really take care of the animals they host and the business is ran out of passion and not all for profit! The owners really care for what they do and the boarding service is really affordable! They have a large yard and nice accommodations and really look after the pets in their care. I’ve seen so many pictures of them (the owners) on FB, playing with all the dogs in the kennel. Very professional, reliable, accommodating, very good value and most of all I know Max is in great hands there! They really understand what the dogs need and how to behave with them, how to control them while being kind but firm at the same time. Our dog behaviour has improved since going to Long lane, too, becoming more social and reacting better to other animals. He is also so satisfied when he comes home: the Border Collies are such a quirky dog and everything tends to show on their demeanor. We could not be happier with a kennel, for daytime stay or long term! Thank you, Gary and Tawnya!

They have a fairly routine day that they like to stick to so there are specific pick up and drop off times so that you aren't there during the nap hours. Very accommodating and I love that they are able to communicate via text and use e transfers makes my life a lot easier. Fantastic prices and I always use them when I have the need and am in the area. Highly recommend. The People: super awesome and friendly as long as you don't randomly show up during the down times but they really care about how much your pup needs to be fed and exercised. Last month Hunter went for his first visit to a kennel. Upon arrival we had to drag him out of the truck and for the first time in his life he actually jumped back in. When we picked him up he kept jumping out of the truck. He didn't want to leave. Today he arrived for his second visit and he couldn't get out of the truck fast enough to join the other dogs. He loves it there! He was voicing his opinion that it's a great place to be.
Attendants are incredibly friendly. Dogs are divided into 2 groups; energetic and laidback. My dog finished her stay happy and exhausted from all the play. I'd come again!
You won't find a better kennel. The operators truly care for your pet as if it were their own. I can't say enough good things about this business.

I love this place, staff are amazing, facility is great, my dog can’t wait to go on daycare days! I drop Pip off early mornings and the staff always are super friendly and make your morning. Highly recommend this place if you need a place for your doggo to burn off some energy and socialize them bring them here! P.S. they went as far as making handmade ornaments with your dogs face for Christmas for their owners, I can’t say enough good stuff about this place!

Worst training experience ever all this trainer does is read off a computer then lectures you how training is important. Find a real trainer not a lecturer. You have my number I've left messages and you have failed to call me back

Cloud nine is the absolute best with my cat! As a diabetic cat on insulin I’ve been worried about leaving him places in the past but I always feel so confident in leaving him here since I know they take such fantastic care of him! Would recommend to anyone looking for a kennel for their kitties! I also love the photo updates they post too, I’m always excited to see what he’s up to each day! ☺️
My 10 month old puppy Ginger has been going for daycare once a week and has an absolute blast. The Cloud 9 staff always post picture and videos of her throughout the day which is awesome to see her playing with her puppy friends. The Cloud 9 staff are all so amazing and caring when it comes to her care. 10/10 recommend for daycare and overnight stays!
My pup is 6 years old and has never been boarded. I was nervous to leave him as he can be anxious and slow to make new friends. But the staff here were amazing! They took time to work with him so he was comfortable and he seemed to enjoy himself! It’s great to know there’s a place I can leave him where he will be able to socialize and he is SO well taken care of! It was also so reassuring to know that I can check their social media to see how updates on how he’s doing. One employee even gave me a call the first day to give me an update on how he was adjusting. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

We were in a bind when our usual kennel was booked up for the days of our trip. Cloud Nine came highly recommended. I was immediately impressed with Amanda and her responsiveness. Everything about the process was easy and painless. I loved being able to check their social media every day and see pictures and video of my dog just loving life. When we picked Roscoe, Amanda let us know exactly what he had been up to for the past week and was genuinely sad to see him go. We will absolutely be back and Cloud Nine gets all my recommendations from now on.
I've recently started taking our youngest dog to cloud nine to get him used to it for when we go away this winter. After 2 days of daycare I can honestly say there are no worries, he gets excited the moment he sees the building and leaves happy and tired and is asleep minutes after! This business and the staff exceed any kind of expectations you could have. My little guy runs in the door excited to see the staff and forgets I exist instantly. The staff are very caring, organized and extremely personable. By the time I go grab him at the end of the day he is exhausted from running around. He usually doesn’t make it 2 minutes into the drive home before he’s asleep. And I love being able to go on Instagram and see videos of the pups playing all day. There’s no place I would trust my little guy with more. I highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone :)

I have been bringing both my girls in for 2 years now and I’ll never look anywhere else. The staff is quick to adapt when things changed with my girls. Using a special shampoo for one dogs allergy, taking things slow with the dryer with the other because of anxiety, and adjusting to some delays after one had a stroke. There is immense care, compassion and love that they show the dogs that I couldn’t be more grateful for.
All these wonderful women were so amazing with my girls! My one girl is only 10months old and is still a little afraid of people and they were all so patient and loving with her! I couldn’t be happier! If there was a ten star rating they would be getting that!
Highly recommend!!!! Took my dog in today for her first grooming. I Can say I was extremely nervous. as she is large dog and not good with strangers. The lady’s where extremely professional. And had no issues taking on the challenge. The quality of grooming and service was way past my expectations. Definitely will be using them again.
Recommend. They've done a beautiful job caring for all three of my goldendoodles, especially one who is quite anxious. The dogs live on a farm so they come in needing lots of work and they're always gracious and caring.
I took My 2 puppies there for grooming and they did an awesome job best of all my boys came out happy which is very rare for groomers it is the only place I will take them now

My pup gets really really bad mats , I called Ipets grooming in hopes for a quick appointment, I spoke with the owner who said they were booked until the next month but told me to come in anyways so she could remove my pups mats, she was so so sweet with my girl and took amazing care of her , had genuine concern for my pups well being , after going to a different groomer who was very unkind , we are absolutely grateful to have found such a great place!!! We have boarded our 4 dogs here a few times and have been happy with the experience our boys had. All came home happy, exhausted from playing together for 2 weeks, and well loved while we were away. Kim was awesome and super friendly which eased our anxieties of being separated from our doggies while away. Would definitely recommend!
An above average experience. Highly knowledgeable staff that truly care about the animals, have excellent communication, and are very professional. I feel like some boarding kennels have become successful enough that they no longer give the same level of care to every client and animal, but that is not the case here. Nothing but positive things to say about this place. Have been taking my golden there religiously for a few years when I work out of town. Kevin still drags me to the front door every time I drop him off. He loves it. Not to mention little pics/video updates while I'm away. Working away can be tough, but I know I never have a worry in the world about my #1 buddy. Wouldn't dream of taking him anywhere else. Keep up the awesome work girls 👍

We have used this awesome kennel for our boy chase the last few summers. He loves it there, all the staff is very friendly. They send you videos and updates on your pup and you can see for yourself just how much fun your pet is having .
