Anita was a wonderful dog sitter for Balto! They were super tentative, made sure to ask any and all questions before we went away, and they sent the best updates about Balto while we were gone. I felt so much better knowing my dog was in great hands, and I could not recommend Anita enough! Quality care, and our apartment was spotless when we returned home.

Robyn was a great pet sitter and house sitter. She went way over and beyond my expectations!!!! She sent a photo of her and my dogs and they were looking at her like they were in love. And my cats are not very friendly, but she won them over also. I would highly recommend Robyn as a pet sitter and house sitter. She is a very sweet lady. I would love to have her watch my babies again and again.

Joe was an excellent sitter and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away, dealing with one of our pup’s surgery recovery, which was an unexpected circumstance just prior to our trip. Wendy sat for us on three occasions this Summer and I can’t say enough good things about her. The dogs were well taken care of and she was, organized, tidy, and responsible. Susan and Jim were amazing sitters for my 2 boys whilst I went to Portugal to play golf. Communication we had prior to the sit was excellent, and we were able to discuss the dogs in detail. They arrived the day before I was due to leave so we were able to have a good handover. They really looked after the dogs well, and my house was immaculate when I returned. Mikayla was a superb house/dog sitter for us for one full week. She was an excellent communicator, very quiet and tidy (respectful of the space) and best of all she quickly bonded with our big dog Mouse. She cheerfully took her for long walks and shared photo updates regularly. I highly recommend Mikayla.

Shannon and Travis stepped up at the last minute when an earlier sitter canceled. Shannon and Travis took care our our large brood of animals for two weeks while we were out of the country over the Christmas holiday. They kept us informed about what was happening with the animals and our home. Our dog Pepper doesn’t like most people, but loved Travis and Shannon immediately. I would not hesitate to welcome Shannon and Travis back for another sit. They are very honest and friendly people. Their dog Dime is also awesome.

To this list of attributes I would add flexible, capable, sensitive, extremely good with the dogs even if one of mine is sometimes a little ornery, and just a wonderful person all around. Because of constantly changing circumstances due to a move and coronavirus, my dogs ended up spending not two weeks but a whole month with John and they were so comfortable and happy. John helped them in so many ways and coordinated shipping them overseas, he went above and beyond the wildest stretches of what a house sitter entails and did it with a smile and a laugh and reassurances that all would be well. And indeed he was absolutely right - the dogs arrived so well cared for that all my fears of them being traumatized went out the window. John’s flexibility, and his kindness as well as his impeccable maintenance of my house in my absence all make me recommend him an absolute 10 out of 10. Thank you John for all your help this summer!!
