Kathleen was a fantastic sitter and Olive and Noodle miss her already. She was great about sending pictures and updates - never had to ask anything, she always beat us to it. She didn't assume anything that wasn't clearly stated - always asked us beforehand. She was great with our dogs - they immediately bonded with her and didn't want to leave her side. We really appreciated being able to go away and not worry about our pets' welfare, we knew immediately they were being so well taken care of. We hope to host Kathleen again soon!!

Kelly was an excellent sitter for us. She communicated well, before the sit and during the sit. When we got home, the dogs and our guinea pig were happy and well. Kelly was dependable and showed up exactly on time. The house was well maintained and clean when we arrived home. We would definitely host Kelly again.

Diane and Les were excellent pet and house sitters. Jet was a very happy dog when we returned and Diane had shared many photos of their days together while we were away on holiday. The house was very clean and tidy when we returned and some milk , bread and sweet treats had been left for us, which were very welcome after our 2 long flights home. Jerry gets a five star in every area! We actually connected on the phone before he ever arrived but once he got here, it was like we known each other forever! He was very thorough and how he was going to take care of the dogs and the house!! very friendly with the dogs, and they immediately connected with him!! dogs know when they are💖💖 he arrived early so he could become familiar with Circus and tinker and the house and we had a meal together and quickly became best friends! He sent pictures while we were away and updates. Every day. He was gone by the time we came back, but it honestly looked like he had never been in the house. If we could give 10 out of 5 stars for Candace, Brian, and Chris, we would! They were amazing house and dog sitters for Brown Dog and Scout. They were so accommodating with our timeline and had read our welcome guide to a tee! It was so reassuring being gone for 2 weeks and knowing our pups were in amazing hands. They sent us daily updates and pictures and it was clear the dogs were so well cared for! They left the house very clean and even had all of our bedding and towels washed for us when we arrived home. Would absolutely recommend them for a sit and would love to have them back again any time!

Emily and Chris were absolutely incredible house and pet sitters. They took care of our dog and two cats for 10 days and were some of the best sitters we've ever had. They took amazing care of all three animals -- giving medicine to our aging dog and managing to befriend our very shy cats on day one. We received adorable picture and video updates each day and it was clear that the pets loved spending time with them. Additionally they left the house in pristine shape and were incredibly diligent in all aspects -- bringing in packages, taking out the trash and recycling, etc. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Robert and Biljana are absolutely the best sitters you could ever get. We have used them several times already. They have always arrived at the stated date and time. They are eager to receive any and all instructions and will follow them as stated. They keep us informed almost every day on our dogs and send pictures regularly. They always go above and beyond their duties. Robert has fixed a few things around the house without being asked. They buy things for our dogs and have even trained our dogs on certain issues. They made a concerted effort to get to know the neighbors and talked up our dogs to all of them. They will be discreet with any and all information given. We really appreciated all their hard work and effort. They have certainly elevated the bar for the next sitters. Biljana took very good care of our plants and spoiled our dogs to excess. They now expect the same from us!! We will welcome them back anytime. Hiring them is a decision that will not be regretted.

Stephanie, Brian and baby Martin took fabulous care of our home and pets for two weeks. From the outset, communication was quick, smooth and friendly and it was clear that both Stephanie and Brian are reliable, professional and warm sitters who take all the various elements of a sit seriously. They kept us up to date with photos and messages, dealt proactively and competently with any unexpected issues that popped up, and most importantly showered our dogs and gerbils with attention and care throughout the time we were away. We returned to a spotlessly clean home (with thoughtful touches of fresh milk, bacon and bread waiting for us) and happy, settled pets. I would definitely recommend this lovely pet carer. Although at short notice she was able to accommodate my dog without fuss after acquiring the necessary paperwork and checks. She was diligent, knowledgeable about dogs. She sent me lots of photos and videos to reassure me that my dog was contented. Our two dogs stayed for a week, they are normally very spoilt and use to a lot of freedom. They had never been in kennels before (one is 10 years old). Both loved it there and I am sure would be happy to return. I feel they were given lots of attention and extremely well looked after. Thank you!

I can not recommend Alicia enough she looks after my two British bulldogs as if they were her own, they are not the easiest of dogs to care for one dose not like other dogs and they really struggle with the heat and need constant aircon/fans. Alicia goes out of her way and makes them there own room in her own kitchen. They are both excited when we pull up to the gates a lovely family run business.

Delightful welcome. My cats and dogs enjoyed their stay so much they were reluctant to come home and would have been quite happy to stay longer. Came home looking healthy, happy and clean. Casitas warm and cleaned daily bedding changed daily and my pet who is on medication was tended to without fuss and expertly administered. Service brilliant by a true animal lover.

The very best daycare and dog hotel I've ever boarded my dog with. Keith and Olivia treat the dogs like their own and truly love them. My dogs run in the gate and after a day of swimming and playing they come back to me exhausted and happy. Highly recommended. We will miss it so much when we go back to Ireland.

My dog is always eager to get in there and totally exhausted by the time I pick him up. They are out playing all day and have access to the doggy swimming pool. Love the regular pup-dates on Facebook too!

Very satisfied with the way my two cats were looked after. It was also so nice to see pictures of them every day on FB . So reassuring that they are just fine! Only one thing to mention is the limited pick up and drop off time. I had to pay for extra days as they were closed on my way to and from Alicante airport .
This has got to be the best place for any dog. They look after the dogs, have lots of things for the dogs to play on and with They have even had a pool built specifically for the dogs. They are so caring such lovely people. My dog can't wait to get inside.
We send 3 of our dogs here every week. They have the time of their lives and we know that they are safe. One of them is a real escape artist but we know that they take good care of her and we don’t need to worry at all. They spend so much time with the dogs making sure they are always having a good time I’m a healthy environment and when we pick them up we get personalised updates on each and every dog. Staff are amazing!

Can't praise Paws and Claws enough! What a find! Our dog Kassie goes every Thursday to play! We all know when our dogs like something and she absolutely loves it! The staff are absolutely amazing! How they find the energy to keep so many fur babies happy is amazing whilst at the same time taking videos and photos of every session so we as owners can see how much fun our babies are having, it's incredible! Kassie has also had 'sleep overs' and we would not hesitate to reccomend Paws and Claws to anyone. They obviously love what they do. Amazing!

From the first visit, we knew that our four legged baby couldn't find a better place. The owners are pros, they care about our opinion, ideas and they do their job with a passion. When we arrive there in the morning, our labradoodle doesn't even look at us... the only intetest is to be with his friends. Both owners send us a video or two once in a while or some pictures. Our dog is the Love of our lives...and nothing comforts us more than knowing he's safe and happy. We wouldn't bring him anywhere else ❤️

I had my dog here several times. He loves this place and Gary is a great guy that looks after every dog like it was his own. This is for sure the best place on the Costa Blanca.

Awesome place to take your pets. We have a very old dog with back leg issues and dementia and a cat that we rescued that is deaf. And Lesley accommodated all our needs! Our animals was happy there and will be sending back there every time. ❤️
What a wonderful place!! First impressions were great, clean and airy, with a lot of space for the animals. was surprised how my Lucy behaved when she stayed for 2 weeks and a bit in pets paradise. when i picked her up i saw a happy and healthy dog. Lesley charges reasonable amount and yet she gave the best care and attention to my dog. I have been with this family for almost 3 years. My dog Bella is delighted with this family and so am I. I feel very calm every time I leave her there because I know that nobody will look after her better than them. Apart from looking after her wonderfully, I had a problem with Bella that when it was time to walk her she always pulled me a lot and it was quite complicated for me to walk her, but after taking her to this family they have not only looked after her but also taught and educated her and I am very grateful for that. Bella and I recommend this family to 1000%
We left out dog with the Dog Sitters for a whole month and it was great! They always kept in contact and sent pictures almost every day to let us know how our dog was doing. Great service, if we need to leave the dog again we will happily leave him with the Dog Sitters again 😍 …

We looked at at lots of places to leave our dogs Holly & Cooper for 4 nights and chose Hotel de Mascotas. What a great choice we made. Have to say we were so impressed from our initial enquiry through to end of dogs stay there. They asked to see copies of dogs passports in advance which reassured us. The location is out the country..It is very secure, well kept with very spacious play areas for dogs. We were given a tour of all the facilities and got to see everywhere which reassured us again. During their stay we saw photos of dogs online . When we collected them they were happy and had been freshly washed and dried and looked great 👍 We have no hesitation in choosing this hotel next time and would highly recommend this 5 star pet hotel to anyone ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our 3 dogs stayed for 5.nights and all were very happy and healthy when we picked them up. The staff is very friendly, professional, trustworthy and communicative in a timely manner to any questions we had. The facilities are clean and safe. We would definitely have them stay in the future. Very nice that they take photos of your pets so you see how they are. Best dog resort in the area (we drove 1.5 hours to choose this care). Definitely recommend highly ❤️
First time we have used Caniresort as Tom has always been a 'home from home' boy but we are very pleased with this pet hotel. He obviously enjoyed his holiday and would not hesitate to use them again ❤

First time for our dachshund Binky in a Spanish pension. He seemed to have had a good time with the other dogs and got lots of cuddles from the owners too ❤️. Only thing that can be improved (more for the people than for the dog) is that it would be nice to see a photo or video on Facebook or Whatsapp every day. Just because you miss your pet so much and want to know if he is okay. Furthermore; a nice, clean and safe place to bring your dog!
This Pet hotel is our favorite and hope our dogs love it too ;) Great and professional service, Nice people working there, and every time our dogs come back home clean. Only note I can make is that food is not given individualized and timely, dogs are returning home with gained weight and next few days with bad puu. If they can improve it would be 7 stars! My dog spent a night in Caniresort Costa Blanca. We were really happy with the service provided. He was also trimmed by their groomer. The price was really reasonable and I loved the result. Thank you very much for your professionalism.
My Guinness (rottweiler) goes to day care 3 times aweek he absolutely loves it comes home so tired from all the playing with all his friends. He absolute loves all his friends and all the staff there. Definitely 7 star
We have used the kennels a couple of times they pick up and drop off on time stated. Our dog is always happy when he comes back home smelling beautiful after his bath. We are kept upto date with his experience whilst he is in the kennels definitely would recommend this place very professional service

Dog Otel on CATRAL Campo, the owners Cathy and Dave look after our young dog, very well. When we arrive to pick our dog up, he seems to have enjoyed his stay at the spacious field at Dog Otel where he can run freely and exercise every day. On the meet and greet both dogs took to Suzy and Yan straight away and I knew I could trust them to handle a pair of big, energetic dogs. They came back happy and exhausted and are looking forward to going out with you guys again. Brilliant service from two wonderful people who obviously care for animals deeply.
We contacted Buddies to see if they would look in on our 3 cats whilst we were away. I found Suzie & Yan to be both very professional and friendly It was ovious that they really loved looking after our cats, who enjoyed all the attention that they got from Suzie & Yan. I would not hesitate using their services again & would definitely recommend them

While I was waiting for a hip operation to be planned, my walking became increasingly worse, so I had to find a solution for walking my 2 dogs. I came into contact with Yan and Suzy via Facebook. During the introductory meeting it quickly became clear that I had made a good choice. My dogs accepted Yan and Suzy immediately. Now they look forward to Yan's arrival every morning and proudly walk along with him, wagging their tails. I don't know how long it will take, but I am very happy and satisfied that you got to know Yan and Suzy.

Once again I have left my dogs with Monica and this time for 3 long weeks. They are so happy with her and she takes care of them so well that it is worth the hour-long trip there and back. I went on vacation and left my puppy Bebe with Monica, she has been very loving, concerned and attentive. I would recommend it 100%, I left calm knowing that I was going on an excursion, to the beach and that I had the best care. Monica is very kind. We had nowhere to leave India for a few days and we found her by chance. He sent us photos and videos during his stay and made himself feel at home. He gave us facilities for sub-delivery and collection. We will repeat without a doubt.
We had never left our dog with anyone and we were a little afraid, but the experience with Monica has been perfect. Monica took care of my little Xana for a few days and everything was perfect, always telling me how she was doing and adding photos and videos I recommend 100% if you have to leave your dog in someone's care.
