Ruth had our chocolate lab for his first home boarding this week whilst we were on holiday and he had the best time! Ruth was fab with updates and made sure he had lots of lovely long walks with her dogs and plenty of playtime. Thank you!

Wonderful service offered by Ruth at We Love Pets Woodbridge. We had a thorough induction, knew exactly what to expect and felt very comfortable leaving Daisy our cockapoo, meaning we could really relax and enjoy our holiday. We had regular updates about how she was getting on whilst we were away and it was clear she was being treated like one of the family. Now she is back home with us we think she actually misses being with Ruth! Would have no hesitation in recommending We Love Pets. Thank you Ruth!

Rachel has looked after my mums two dogs several times when we have had family holidays and events. It has been great knowing the dogs are in good hands and in a loving home environment. We will be using you again the future!

My whippet Maggie has just had her first stay with Ruth at We Love Pets Woodbridge and I can not recommend them highly enough. Maggie has had a wonderful time! It was a real home from home experience for her with lots of cuddles, snuggles on the sofa and stunning walks through the countryside. Ruth is lovely and made me feel confident from the first meeting that Maggie would be wonderfully looked after. I had regular updates throughout her stay to how she was getting on and lots of photos showing how relaxed and happy she was in Ruth's home and out on walks. Maggie will definitely be staying again.

Ruth and the team have been great with my Alfie he was lacking in confidence when they first met him and by the end of his time with them he was a happy bouncy boy. If we hadn't moved out of the area he would still be having his daily visits. Highly recommend Ruth and the team!!

Rachel and Ruth are both caring and professional. Our dog has stayed with Rachel on several occasions, and she is well cared for and has fun with Rachel's dog. I like the fact there are a couple of dogs and it's a relaxed environment, rather than a pack of dogs which our dog wouldn't cope well with. Thank you We Love Pets! You are highly recommended:).

Bella had a lovely weekend stay with We Love Pets Woodbridge. She was treated as a part of their family and had lovely walks and cuddles. Their communication was outstanding and sent daily emails with pictures during her stay.

Rachel and Ruth were fantastic with our two rescue dogs. They cared for them in our home for 4 days. When we returned the dogs seemed happy and relaxed which is far different from when we put them in kennels. Definitely 100% recommend and will be using their services in future.

Cannot recommend enough. Ruth was amazing looking after our Cockapoo Bella who can be anxious. The photos and messages from Ruth were so reassuring which gave us peace of mind all was ok. Bella had a lovely stay in a welcoming home and countryside walks, she was looked after so well. Thank you Ruth x

Rachel was able to accommodate our dog very last moment and accepted him into her home as part of her family, even made him his cup of tea every morning, so that he didn’t feel too strange being away from us. Rachel also kept in touch whilst we were away with photos of his walks and lounging in her home with her dog. It was a very positive experience for us and we wouldn’t hesitate using this service again and thoroughly recommend them, especially if you feel worried about leaving your dog!

I would have no problem reccomending Pamered Pets to anyone, the dogs are treated like you treat them yourselves . We have rescue dog from them, Ronnie's her name and she is absolutely wonderful and spoilt rotten by all who meet her. We l9ve her to bits and so does her doggie brother Charlie.

This is the first time we have had to use kennels and so pleased we found Pampered pets Hotel. Jane and her staff were so welcoming and friendly and our little boy Coco was treated as one of their own. A superb doggy hotel in a beautiful house and gardens. Very professional and Highly recommended

My 2 yellow labs appeared to love their stay here whilst we went on a 1200 mile round trip to Scotland. Staff are friendly and accomodating and the dogs run in and don't stop to say goodbye to us so I guess that says it all!

Absolutely fantastic place to house your dogs whilst your away. Very well priced and friendly staff. We’ve used fantastic pets multiple times over the past few years and still can’t believe how good they are.

I am so pleased with the grooming provided at Pampered Pets. My rescue puppy (Binky) came to me very matted - so matted her coat had to be totally clipped. This was done without causing Binky any stress and I know she feels much better. She will now be able to have 'normal' grooming. Thank you. Kris

Be very careful they only care about making money we got a dog from them he turn on us they knew that he had problems. I wanted to know what happened to him as we had falling in love. They said they had found him a home far away turns out he was living in the same village as us and again they had the same problem. Emma dose not care about the dogs at all be very careful this sort of thing has happen again and again with them. I still think of him every day.

This is such a special holiday home for your beloved dog. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My beloved Casper went there for the whole of his life....always bouncing out of the car to greet his friends and 2nd family at pampered pets. Now my Poppy follows on in his paw prints and loves to be there also. Home from home.

Jane, Steve and all the staff really do love the animals in their care. "Joe" was clearly very well looked after and seemingly would happily have stayed longer than 2 weeks!

I have never been to a kennel that is so clean and tidy with immaculate outdoor facilities. To anyone anxious about leaving their dog in kennels - they couldn’t be in better hands. Carol cares so much and is extremely professional. I miss Henry when we go away but I never worry about him and he clearly has a lovely time whenever he stays at Kings.

Was a bit nervous sending our dogs to kennels as they had never been before. But was completely reassured from the moment they arrived that they we're in great hands. The kennels we're lovely and clean and completely secure. We had updated photos most days which was lovely to see our dogs having a lovely time and settled in ok. Would definitely recommend and ours will definitely be visiting again.

King Kennels is one of the best we have used over the years. The accommodation is spacious and clean. My dog Rufus has received excellent care and I always feel he is in safe hands with these owner's.

My two boys stayed at King Kennels this week and I cannot thank them enough. I have never used kennels before and the care they received was outstanding and we had a lot of updates including photos and videos. The kennels are lovely and clean and are warm it doesn’t look like your usual kennels. Lots of outside space too. Both boys are shattered this evening :) will 100% be using them again xxx

Having moved house last December, we had to find new kennels for Poppy, our much loved (spoilt!) cockerpoo. We found King Kennels and what a find!! Recently opened,we were really impressed with the layout, attention to detail, cleanliness and friendliness when we visited. Poppy has just returned from her third 'holiday' and we couldn't be happier. Carol takes such care when receiving her into the kennels and doesn't push you out either when bringing or collecting your dog. She genuinely cares about their welfare, sending photos and messages. We have no hesitation recommending them most highly. A gem of a find.

Our dog is very nervous and haven't really been able to leave him over night before. Having contacted Kings Kennels we left him for one night. Although he didn't seem to eat he went out for walks and we were sent a video of him walking happily wagging his tail. We were kept up to date with how he was doing. Would recommend.

We have used king kennels twice now. We have a very anxious dog and they are brilliant with him, always get updates on his stay which puts our mind at rest and he is always happy. They meet his nutritional requirements and will feed him how we do at home (althought he has to have chicken whilst at kennel!) Although we will stick to only going away for a week due to our dog being anxious , we will definitely stay with king kennels and highly recommend them to anyone! Our dog is always happy to see Carol and maston and they ensure they spend time with him and make sure his happy.

We had to leave our 5 years old cat for the first time in a cattery and we chose King Kennels for her first stay. Carol and Maston were so friendly and our cat adjusted very well. We could tell both Carol and Maston are very fond of animals and we had a total trust in them. We received pictures of our cat during the 3, 5 weeks she stayed in their care. On our return we found a very serene and peaceful cat, who re-adjusted very well in our home again. Thank you so much King Kennels, we will definitely chose you again in the future!

We went on a short vacation and could not bring our puppy with us. Happi Days looked after our little boy very well during our trip. Throughout his stay, they posted pictures of all the dogs in their care, so we could see how he was making friends with other dogs and was enjoying all the playtime. We recommend this great dog care place!

Our sweet, little dog stayed here for four nights. For the amount that we paid Happi Days to look after her, we then had to pay more than that again in vet fees to make her better after her stay. She came back to us filthy and stinking. Worse, she was utterly traumatised. Wouldn't move, wouldn't look at the kids, just absolutely a changed dog. God only knows what happened to her there, but it clearly wasn't good. She wouldn't eat for the first few days, and when she eventually did, she vomited it up again. Needed a load of medication and vet care to get her back to her usual happy self. Horrified by what happened to our poor dog. Goes without saying, will never use them again.

Our Jack has stayed at Happi Days several times while we're on holiday, and he seems to have a good time. They post photos on Facebook so we can see how he is.

We love them and our dog Amber loves them. We could not look after our furbaby without them. She was a very nervous and stressed dog before she started attending Happi days and now is lovely and relaxed and gets along with other dogs. We are so grateful for Helen and Emma and the team

absolutely fantastic, excellent qualified staff and plenty of them to feel assured your loved dog is in safe hands, plus they have loads of different areas and woodland walks, I know Queenie will always come home tired after non stop playing and she loves going there and good for her to socialise with other dogs. recommend ++++

Took our Cocker Spaniel there today for grooming. We attend Martlesham Happi Days but no groomer at present. Very welcoming staff and (Amy)? did excellent job with groom. Well satisfied and highly recommend.

This is an absolutely brilliant facility. Mabel loves it and all the staff love the dogs. Great socialisation, fun and care. Very flexible when needed.

Our little lab attends Happi Days every work day and absolutely loves it. They celebrate the dog's birthdays and always have themed events depending on the time of year. They also offer a discount if your dog attends more than a certain number of days a month. As of September we won't need daily day care for our pup but we'll still take him in on the odd occasion to see his pals.

So, so happy with the discovery of Happi Days! I thought it was just day care, I wasn't aware of the grooming service, a friend recommended them. We had Sophie as our groomer, the whole experience is a good one. You can feel the lovely atmosphere the second you walk into the place. Never been so impressed with a groomers, can't recommend them enough. I'd also like to point out the value for money. The amount of "extras" you get as the standard package is brilliant. For example, Pets At Home would charge extra for the nails cutting, Happy Days don't, that's just a standard thing they do.

Seems like a lovely place: we were looking for options on day time care from a surprise dog arrival. However, the cost was too much. I must specify that this is not a reflection on this company specifically. Dog daycare in general is an expensive cost which was something we cannot afford. This looked like the best in the area!

We take our dog to happi days and as soon as we mention the word she gets really excited. They do so much with her from partues to agility, walking in woods.

Plenty for dogs to do. They offer extras too for busy owners, like wash, groom, woodland walks. They take photos every day so you can see what your pooch got up to. Our dog has been for two half day sessions and comes home whacked but happy. Opens early and finishes late to fit in and the offer over night stays too.

Our dog goes to Happi Days Dog Day Care every week day and comes back home very tired so she must definitely enjoy her time there! They put daily pictures on facebook so that we can see what our dog has been up to. Staff are friendly. They also offer wood walks and other treatments but we have not tried them. I would definitely recommend them if you have got a high energy dog like ours (she's a beagle!). The price is also competitive in comparison to other creches.

Highly recommend Sophia. She was really quick to respond to my queries and kept in touch with photos during the day so we knew how our dog was getting on. We felt very comfortable leaving Luna with her and would do so again without a second thought.

Can’t recommend Sophia highly enough. I found Pristine Pets through another recommendation and I’m really glad I decided to leave my dog, Bertie in Sophia’s care. It’s clear when you meet Sophia how much of an animal lover she is. I received photos and updates on how Bertie was getting on during the week and Sophia always responds straight away when you message. Amazing service- thank you so much. Bertie looks forward to his next visit! 🐶

I didnt meet Sophie but dealt with Sophie mum Laura who was brilliant. . My dogs had excellent care and couldn't be happier. They helped me out when I got let down last minute so I was very worried about leaving them and was reassured. Will definitely use in the future

The team at White House Kennels are supremely easy to work with. Quick bookings and swift reception means you can drop the doggies in a dash. All the staff genuinely love dogs and this is reflected in happy and clean dogs that return from their stay. Highly recommended .

Awful Kennels, never walk their dogs and many are left to cry all night for their owners. Your dog will be safer left on the street. Should be investigated and have their licence taken away.

I have been taking my cat here for the past 6 years. Would highly recommend them. Fur babies are always well looked after.

My dogs are always happy to go in once in car park, and always fit and healthy on return
