Craig and Nicki looked after my boy while myself and his dad got married. I chose them as I knew Chip wouldn’t cope at a kennels as he loves company and is a big baby and wanted somewhere that would treat him like he was theirs. Our Corgi Rory really enjoyed his stay with Craig, Nikki and Crew!! He was with them for 2 weeks whilst we were away, we got pictures everyday of him having the time of his life, regular updates. Fortunately there were no issues and he didn’t get up to much mischief but I know they’d have updated us straight away. Very reasonably priced and the knackered corgi is 100% worth it. Cannot recommend enough will certainly be back!

A place where they go beyond caring for your dogo. Gorgo had learn how to interact with other dogs, how to sleep with other dogs (not in bed with hoomans), how to play nicely. She is howling from excitement when we take her over in the morning, and then passes out when we pick her up in the evening (considering she is a malinois you can only imagine how much of work Craig and Nikky put into daily entertainment to get her tired 😉 ).

We left our dog, Lupo, with Nicki and Craig while we went on holiday. This was the first time we have left him and we were obviously worried about how he’d be. We shouldn’t have been at all, he had a fantastic time and made lots of new pup friends and we had regular updates from both Nicki and Craig with how he was doing whist we were away. When we go away again Lupo will be back!

We had Sammy only a few months before covid and the first lockdown so he's never been left which made us quite worried about leaving him as we were off on holiday for 5 weeks. Happily we came across Craig and Nikki and we knew they would take excellent care of him. It was obvious from the numerous photos and videos that they sent us that he was having a great time running around and playing with other dogs which took away our worries so that we could enjoy our holiday all the more. So it was a happy and relaxed (not to mention fitter) little dog that we picked up at the end of it. The care and attention that he had was worth every penny. He will definitely not be going to anybody else in the future!!!

We have used Home2Home4Dogs on several occasions from single day/overnight care through to full holiday sitting. The best test for us is when Teddy literally jumps out of the car to pull us to Nicki’s and Craig’s door. He loves his time there and we feel fully comfortable when we need to leave him.

Meg's first overnight stay was fantastic. Craig and Nicki are just so welcoming. It's fantastic to see all the lovely videos and photos of her 24hour stay. Peace of mind for us owners and there is a lot of love and attention given to their boarders. You are assured a stress free holiday knowing that your four legged friend is having a whale of time. This was Barney’s first week long stay with Craig & Nicky, any apprehension we had about leaving him soon went, with the regular updates, photos and video showing him happily playing with the other dogs, this allowed us to get on enjoying our holiday. When we returned it was obvious they had taken the time to understand Barney and his little quirks. We have already booked him in for our next holiday, and would definitely recommend Home2Home4Dogs if you are looking for the best holiday care for dog 🐶

First time visiting with my pup and daughters pup. Lovely field to allow dogs a good run around and to practice recall. Separate walkway in and out of the field, shelter to sit in, and a bench in the middle of the field. Water and bowls provided and some toys, also a small agility course. The only small issue we encountered was when we arrived at our time slot, there was someone still in the field with two dogs. He did apologise and said he didn't think anyone else was coming, but we then had to wait while he caught his dogs and got them on their leads. The dogs were barking at our pups a lot during all of this, and while they walked from the field. Luckily, ours weren't phased, but it could have been a different story for a nervous dog. These kinds of places always ask you to leave promptly at the end of your session, and I think this should be adhered to for safety reasons. It hasn't put us off though, we will definitely visit again.

We often send Harley to Salthouse for doggy day care and also she stayed few/couple nights over. Also we booked her in for our summer holiday. I'm sometimes nervous how she is doing there as she is my baby girl but after 3 times per day updates I'm absolutely relieved. You can go inside the kennel with your baby. Love having pictures and updates of Harley how she is doing and she looks happy. She can be quite nervous around another dogs but they know what they doing. Staff is amazing. I met Grace and Mike and they are both so laid-back, friendly, always saying after me asking how was she? - she was absolutely fine 😁 Also met last visit Daisy and Sammie and both make you smile on face. I need also give big credit to Ayla, she always replies at my emails so fast and if i need some help with rebooking or make some changes there are never any problems. We tried different kennel in past but from day one i wouldn't send my girl anywhere else! They have big field where we often go, also indoor area. The whole place is very well looked after. Thank you for all your hard work!

Our 2 dalmations have just come back from a 2 week stay here and I can't honestly fault the service. We got photo updates 3 times a day with at least 8 photos everytime. They have the freedom field the indoor arena and the pens to play in so we knew our dogs would get some good exercise. It's nice to know they are let off the lead to have a good run and to know they are in a safe environment as all areas are enclosed. They looked very happy and healthy and were having fun on every update. Would definitely recommend salthouse. You can view the kennels before you book you can take your dogs own beds so they have their little bit of home with them.

Not for us, unfortunately! We visited to use the indoor park space (which does have the positives of being an enclosed, dry space with some toys and 💩 bags provided). However, there are several sections where the turf is missing and this caused both my dogs to slip and fall. My elderly dog is now seeing our vet as he cannot put weight on his leg! The water was empty during our visit. We haven't used the outdoor section but it looks like the horses are right next to the way in/out, and this wouldn't be suitable for most reactive dogs (including mine).

Our favourite kennels. Lovely team who seem genuinely interested in the dogs. Clean, indoor accommodation. Straightforward web portal for bookings, clearly illustrating availability, and photo updates posted three times daily for overnight stays. Bramble is thoroughly excited when he realises where he's going and when he arrives, which is a far better review than I could offer!

Thank you for looking after Cleo for these last two weeks. Judging by the daily photo uploads, she seemed like she was having the time of her life! The photos really do provide peace of mind when abroad knowing that she is being well looked after. Holly checked us in and out. She was really polite and helpful. You can tell that she has a genuine care for the pets staying at Salthouse. We will be recommending Salthouse to all of our friends and family.

Lottie has been to Salthouse many times since a puppy we get piece of mind knowing she's very well looked after while we are on holiday. Kennels are spotless warm and also air conditioned. All feeding instructions are followed and treats are given as requested. The kennels are family run and all staff are friendly and they spend quality time with each dog in boarding. We have our own app where we can see lotties activity throughout the day. We highly recommend Salthouse.

This was the first time I have used Salt house, I booked the indoor play area for my small dog and my daughter's dogs to have an hour together. I chose indoor area so that we didn't have to bath our dogs after exercising them. I was however not happy that the approach to the indoor area was extremely muddy and upon entering there was a very very strong smell of urine . The ammonia was so strong that it appeared to cause 2 of the dogs to drool/ salivate excessively!! It was such a disappointment and still had to bath our dogsvto get rid of the ammonia or/and the mud from the driveway. Sadly will never use this place again.

"I've been using this facility for a couple of years. First thing's first, the dog loves it there, and it's convenient when the weather is horrible. However, there is an overwhelming smell of dog urine, and the amount of dog poo left there is disgusting. There are patches of turf missing, causing the dog to slip. This morning, the owner called me alleging there was damage in the arena that I caused. I was stunned and confused; she was alleging that I caused this damage 5 days ago, and she had CCTV evidence of me doing it, claiming I was the only person to use it that day. Despite someone leaving as I was entering, I told the owner to check the CCTV, as it would prove my innocence and clearly show that I was speaking to the person who was there prior to me. The owner then continued with abusive remarks, saying I should be ashamed. After discussing the state of the arena, the owner stated there were poo bags put in 8 days ago, to which I responded that there were no poo bags. On previous visits, I have called the owner to tell them that there were no poo bags or water and to complain about the mess, to which I received no reply. I will not use the facility again and will take my money elsewhere. Go at your own risk."

Really lovely, clean, air conditioned place for my dogs. We rang at very short notice for availability for 3 days ( family funeral) and we got in. They moved things around to accommodate us. Lovely place, lovely staff and our 'girls' loved it. Massive thanks to Salthouse kennels. Definitely be going back.

Sharon is a professional, reliable and friendly person who does a great job walking our dog. She provided a comprehensive consultation before we decided to take her on so she could get to know Harley and understand his nature and 'tendencies' around squirrels and pigeons. Her service is faultless - always on time and in the very rare event of an emergency she's quick to communicate. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sharon and All Seasons to anyone in the area looking for a good dog walker at competitive rates.

I would recommend All Seasons dog walking & pet care to everyone! They are absolutely fabulous! I used their service for the pet taxi as I was currently in a difficult situation where I was unable to get transport to the vets in order to get my dog checked over after a dog attack. I was so stressed about the whole situation and Sharon was incredibly busy but she took the time and effort to take me to the vets. She waited with me until I was seen by the vet and took me home. This meant that she became behind on her schedule for the day which I was extremely apologetic for but I was also so thankful for her kindness and understanding attitude due to the emotional situation. Thank you so much Sharon, you are an absolute gem! I don't know what I would have done without you, thank you so much again!

Our lad Moss started with Emma Harvey and Mav’s mates when he was just 4 months old. When Emma passed on the business to Sarah price and scholar dogs I was nervous to start with but I need not have worried. Moss and Sarah took to each other straight away. He has a huge circle of friends, a better social life than us by a long way and Sarah never takes the dogs out in big groups so it’s all very personal. We get a diary each day telling us what he has been up to and who with and surprise photos and videos She always goes that extra mile .. literally... by finding new walks to keep her dogs happy and each day a new adventure I highly recommend scholar dogs for anyone looking for dog walkers

Sarah at Scholar Dogs is AMAZING! We returned from a week away and Buddy has been in the safest hands .. had amazing walks and been made to feel like part of her family. We have recieved photos, videos and even birthday wishes from Buddy whilst we have been away. I would highly recommend Sarah for dog walking and dog boarding the personal touch has meant we have been able to completely relax knowing Buddy has had the best time.

Sarah looked after our two cats and rabbit while we were on holiday last week. One of our cats is only daily heart medication and Sarah was very accommodating when it came to visiting at the same time every day. It gave me massive peace of mind, knowing that he was having his medication on time. Sarah is absolutely lovely and the pets all agree too! Thank you so much Sarah🐱🐰🐈

I would highly recommend this business. No one could be better with my dogs or more caring with their owners too. Very trustworthy. When I went away for a few days I needed someone to walk my 93 year old mums dog. Sara did this wonderfully and looked in on mum every day too. Mum looked forward to the visits so much.

We were extremely nervous to leave our timid little cocker spaniel for 16 nights but there was definitely no need. She was clearly very well looked after and will definitely be back. We have used this kennels for 10 years with our Staffie, then a further 12 years for our previous cocker spaniel and are now using them again. I can highly recommend.

Have taken our Saluki to Hardiwicks for several years . Lovely young lady (Mandy) looks after the kennels, and has a genuine interest the well being of the dogs.. Have tried several others over the years but once we started using this one we have stuck to it.... Update....8 years on and my review still stands still using Hardwick for our Saluki and she still loves her stays....

First Time using this Kennel and i can honestly say it won't be the last.. Came today to pick up my precious Girl after an 11day stay, I was apprehensive at first due to an unpleasant experience I had at a previous Kennels , but as soon as my girl was brought out to me I could clearly see she'd been well looked after.. No weight loss, still bouncing round, basically the same as when I dropped her off.. Many thanks to the Staff who looked after my Ruby I can't thank you enough.. I'll sure be using you again.

First time taking my pomeranian to here, the lady who greeted me was lovely my dog isnt the easiest of dogs and they dealt with her fantastic, kennels themselves were cleaned to a high standard very well presented and fantastic space for my dog to roam. Highly recommend will not go anywhere else. Pictures do not do it justice it's a beautiful setup. Great prices also

Really impressed with everything about these kennels. Reasonable fees, friendly staff, lovely surroundings and kennel itself is roomy. Flossie has been well looked after and seems totally unstressed by the experience. She's never been away from us for a week but is quite content and has been eating well. Totally recommend these kennels. You can have peace of mind leaving your dog here.

Chelsea and Rebel have such a lovely bond as this was Rebel's 2nd visit and she loves it. Chelsea also collected Rebel before the holiday and bought her back today, so we didn't have to worry about taking her and collecting her back. Which is a great additional service they provide. Chelsea also sends you a video, so you can see that your pet is well cared for and happy. I highly recommend this kennels to anyone looking for a safe place for their beloved pets to stay. Checked both my dog and house cat in for a week while we were away on holiday. I knew my dog would be fine as he is pretty adventurous but was really worried about my cat as she doesn't like change or new people. We were kept updated with how they were getting on and received photos of both throughout their stay. Thank you so much Oaklea, would definitely recommend!

My French Bulldog stayed at Oaklea and the staff were brilliant with her. We were really worried about leaving her as she is an extremely nervous and needy girl but she got through it and that's all thanks to the care and dedication from the team who work there. We even received a video of our dog whilst we were on holiday which is a lovely thing to do and gives peace of mind to see that your pet is actually doing fine. We couldn’t get into the kennels we had used previously for our dog Frankie, so I looked around at all the other local kennels and their reviews and decided to go with Oaklea. I aren’t going to lie, we were nervous at leaving her somewhere new. She is sensitive and doesn’t like being left on her own - plus she is very spoilt! However, we were soon reassured when we got a lovely message and video from Chelsea of Frankie running in the fields and looking happy getting plenty of fuss! This really did put our minds at rest knowing she was okay and being looked after whilst we were on our holiday. When Frankie came home she soon settled back in and this gave us more reassurance she was okay and happy with her stay at Oaklea. Chelsea even messaged the day after to check she had settled back at home which was a lovely thought. This also shows how much they really do care for the dogs they look after. First time Vinnie was at Oakley and OMG they are AMAZING. I received a lovely video of him whilst away and you could tell he was really happy. Picked him up today and even though he was excited to see my husband, he ran back for a last cuddle. Cant thank you enough. If it was a hotel it would be rated premium plus. What an amazing place. Buddy had an absolutely amazing time. He came back so much calmer and settled very quickly. The people at Oaklea, are very vested in the dogs they board and i will always recommend them to anyone. I will not be boarding Buddy anywhere else from now on.

My cat Johnny has been coming to this cattery for years, I wouldn't want to take him anywhere else. During his last stay whilst we were on holiday abroad, Johnny had a medical emergency which Oaklea spotted and acted on straight away. They kept me informed throughout and made me feel he was in very safe hands. They treated Johnny as if he was their own and I cannot thank them enough for how amazing they have been. It can be hard to leave your animals but rest assured that with this place there is no need for hesitation. I have always felt safe and comforted that he will be well cared for. Well what can I say, apart from out of this world, we booked a holiday to Cyprus, and trusted the Oaklea kennels to look after our pet. What a fantastic job they did, we received videos via WhatsApp on how he was getting on, and I have to say” this was so, so, reassuring to so.” Was pleased to see him running about happy, this was due the care that family that run the kennels. Thanks again for looking after our lab xx

We left our two Dachshunds with the team for 16 days whilst we were away. The service from the team here was amazing, everyday we received messages, photos and videos via a WhatsApp group that was set up by Doggy Cool, they showed the girls out playing in the fields, daily walks around the complex, playing on the agility field, on rainy and cold days they got to play in the huge indoor play barn with toys. It was a huge relief to see the girls so happy, was slightly worried they would not want to come home after there stay! All of the team were so great and it was so easy to book and drop them off. Will definitely use this place again later in the year when we go away again.

This is the 2nd time this year that Cash went to doggy cool daycare for his holidays. Sarah and Cordelia sent daily up dates of what he was getting upto along with a piece of mind when they had bad thunderstorms. Safe to say he had fun and met new friends whilst there. The indoor area is great as when it rains the dogs are still able to have a run round and not left in their kennels. I have one tired out boy .

My very energetic beagle attends daycare twice a week at doggy cool and they are the best bar none! Nothing is ever too much and they take such good care of Bella when I’m working in the office!! Would give 10 stars if I could!!

This place was recommended to me, and we wouldn't go anywhere else now. Our chihuahua is 10 years old so he just tends to walk the perimeter now, but our 6month old cockapoo absolutely loves the large field, zoomies :-) they have everything you need, toys, poo bags, water for your dogs and even a small dog pool in each field for them to have a little paddle during the summer months. I honestly can't rate this place high enough.

Absolutely fantastic place for both boarding and daycare. We have a 2 year old Border Collie and he is looked after so well! He loves running around and playing but can get overexcited - Doggy Cool put in quiet time and enrichment puzzles which work really well for him. Those that work there are lovely and we get updates when he’s there which is really nice to see. It’s great value for money and we wouldn’t send him anywhere else. :)

We have taken our dog (cocker spaniel) Mylo multiple times for day care whilst at work which was amazing for him and he really enjoyed his days, full of walks and plays! Mylo has also used the boarding service 3times when we have been on holiday for 7-10day periods and he just loves it! Regular photo updates of his day which is great for us! The care for the dogs is amazing and wouldn't trust anyone else to have him for us.

We booked the XL field and loved our first visit. Lots of space and high secure fencing so felt nice and safe. I liked that there's a code and gate from the main road for extra security. Very clean, poop bags and water available (helpful because I usually forget something😅) The other fields are smaller and side by side so wouldn't work for us if other dogs were using them at the same time, but Doggy Cool were great responding to questions and said they'd be able to check bookings for a quiet time for us 😊

We visited today to use the exercise fields , extremely impressed , the field and grounds are very well kept , toys , seating areas and water all there available to use. We had a great visit and will definitely be back :)

Daphne has been in the boarding at doggy cool daycare twice. She loves it. She's really well looked after and loves the staff and other dogs. Highly recommend them.

My dogs absolutely love it here! They have been to the daycare several times and stayed over for boarding, the staff are lovely, they communicate well and you even get daily photos and videos which is a god send for an anxious dog parent!! Wouldn't go anywhere else with my dogs! 5*****

Just returned from a few days away. We left out 2 dogs and cats with Karen and the team and collected them this evening. They were all good and happy and the kennels and the catery were immaculate. A big thank you to Karen and the team for looking after them .

We took our 6 month old puppy Buddy to Wayside kennels for a nights stay and he loved it ,We were warmly greeted by Katie who we first met when we went to have a look around a couple of weeks before,Katie was very kind she knew it was Buddys first time at the kennels and later that day i got some pictures of him and a lovely update to say he was doing well,i thought that was really nice as we hadn't asked for that but it was much appreciated, The next day when we picked him up he seemed happy and Tracy who we hadnt met before was also very nice and knowledgeable about his breed ,We already have him booked in for a couple more short breaks later this year and i wouldn't hesitate in recommending Wayside kennels .

Amazing friendly, caring, clean, safe, expert animal handlers and excellent rates. Our fur babies were so well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Left them knowing they were in safe hands and they came back smelling beautiful and all really relaxed. Just ensure you book as they are busy due to being the best!

One of the best kennels we've been too! Took our dog there about a month ago for the first time and again this weekend, always so happy so go and so happy and relaxed when she comes back. People who run it are lovely and the price is incredible. Will always be taking out animals there!

Both our late dog Max and our dog Cleo went/go here...Karen and her team have always been incredibly accommodating and the love for the animals is abundantly clear ...we won't go anywhere else....thank you all x

First time my dogs have been in kennels. They have come home just fine, ones fully blind and they have medicted her no problem :) . The chihuahua hasn't barked since, think he's hurt his throat 🤣 my dogs will be staying again …

Was very wary of leaving our dog Barney after a bad experience at another boarding kennels but had no need to worry he was well looked after and would most definitely use Wayside Farm again they are a very friendly team answer all your questions and put you and your pet at ease thank you x
