Man’s Best Friend Kensington and Chelsea is the absolute best! Our dog Roger is always so excited when the team members come to our door to pick him up and comes home absolutely exhausted. The team is so attentive and kind, constantly updating us on Roger, responding in timely manner and you can really tell how much they love these pups. I would 100% recommend them!

So glad we've found Man's Best Friend to take care of Bailey for her weekly day care and walks. Professional service through and through with good pick up and drop off time. Bailey had a great first day and updates were provided to know that she's had an eventful day. She came home content and happy (very sleepy!)

What a fabulous service! Our little one gets out the door for a full day runabout and we get her back happy and tuckered out in the afternoon. It's clear from the photos all the doggies are having a romping good time. MBFKC has clearly grown since we first signed up and met with Emma (founder) who came to meet us and our little girl, but the service has stayed top notch and feels very personal and connected. I was over the moon with the outcome of Bugsy’s dog walk. He was so happy and had the biggest grin on his return :-) I met Emma the owner of the company who picked him and dropped him off, she was an absolute delight and so lovely. Lilo, my 4-yr old french bulldog, absolutely adores Man's Best Friend. Lilo runs out my door in the morning when I tell her Mandy is picking her up for daycare and practically leaps into Mandy's arms. When I am out of town, Lilo has the best adventures with the families and friends that board her for overnight parties. They even had a puppy Christmas celebration - amazingly sweet.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Man’s Best Friend! Otis had an amazing experience from the very first day. After his first visit, he was so excited to be picked up again by the lovely Emilia—it was clear he had a great time! The communication with the team, especially Anoushka, has been outstanding. I love receiving the adorable pictures and detailed reports throughout the day from the caring staff. Otis is always thrilled to go, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care and attention he receives.

Great day care services, dogs get picked up and drop off which is very convenient, and they always take the best care for them, he comes home exhausted after playing all day long and very happy. Thank you so much for taking care of our dog.

Liz was a great companion to my precious dog Molly! She was extremely detailed with updates and photos. She went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was so happy I found her and look forward to my next visit to London. Amazing lady , it was a pleasure to have met her.

Liz and her team have walked our miniature schnauzer Roxie for 2 years now and I cannot say enough good things! Roxie absolutely loves every member of the team and goes crazy when they come to pick her up. We have also used the dog sitting facilities and find Liz and her team so flexible with timings and last minute requests. We get photos of every walk and communication is excellent. Very impressive service and we trust the team completely.

Liz was absolutely fantastic at looking after our cat. We organised her to pop in each day to feed and change her toilet etc, and I was beyond impressed with the level of care Liz showed. Also loved the daily message and photo updates! I will be booking Liz again next time we go away!! Highly recommend!

Liz has been our hotel dog sitter for 4 days when we stayed in a central hotel in London. She is the best dog sitter. We could do a lot of things and enjoy fine dining in London and don't need to worry about our dog. Our puppy also had a lot of fun these four days because of Liz. We definitely will book the hotel dog sitting service again when we go to London.

Liz took great care of our dog and home while we were away for a week. She was diligent with details to make sure she understood our dog's needs and routines. Her communication was excellent which really put our minds at ease. We were able to relax on our holiday knowing that our dog and home were well looked after. We have also worked with Robyn from Liz's team and were equally as pleased! We felt extremely confident that our dog was in good hands, safe and cared for with Robyn. Each time we came home from our holiday to a very happy puppy! We are very happy with our experiences with the Furry Dogmother and we would definitely recommend working with Liz and Robyn!

Liz is absolutely brilliant - a view shared by me and my dog! Having Liz pet sit for a long weekend meant that for the first time I wasn't worried at all and could properly enjoy being away knowing my whippet was in the best of hands. She sends photo updates and checks in as much as you need (a lot in my case!), she is professional, responsive, takes in as much detail as you can provide on the various needs of your dog and really lovely too. What more could you need. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We are so happy we chose Liz as our dog sitter and would highly recommend her services! She has a great relationship with our Border Terrier, Henry - he loves her and is very happy in her company. We are extremely grateful to Liz for looking after our much loved and adored dog Ted. We were extremely anxious about leaving him with anyone (especially after lockdown) but Liz eased all our fears! Liz is reliable, extremely knowledgeable and very reassuring but also professional. Ted adores her and was a very happy dog when we came home! Even our cat fell in love with Liz! Liz is an absolute treasure! After relocating from the States and needing to make a quick trip back, My wife and I were so anxious about finding someone to care for our dogs and cat - but as soon as we talked to Liz, all our anxiety went away. She is brilliant with my animals and you can tell she loves them as much as they love her! We feel so lucky to have found her. She kept us updated with regular communication and photos and took such great care of our flat while I was away. We can’t recommend her enough and am already reaching back out for another stay!

I brought my friend here for her birthday and we had the best time!! Best idea I’ve ever had for a birthday gift and will definitely be visiting again…for my birthday haha. The staff were super lovely and friendly and the dogs…well the dogs were great fun! We could have happily sat there with them all day long. It was the best feel good experience ever and we were buzzing for the rest of the day. Would totally recommend this to any dog lover, it was a really fun experience that I wish could have gone on forever! We did the pet a pooch session and what a lovely experience it was! All of the dogs were very friendly, well trained and were happy to have a cuddle and do some tricks for a treat. The staff were also extremely welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend for any occasion if you are a dog lover.

Me and my boyfriend had the most amazing time here with pet-a-pooch! Thanks to TfL, we were a little bit late but the lady was super accommodating and we were still able to join in the session. All the dogs seemed to be chilled out and happy to just be hanging out with people, and I really appreciate being able to give them small treats to bond. Would love to come back again with friends😁

I had an amazing experience on this place! pet-a-pooch .. definitely would go back and recommend this place. Also the atmosphere feels relaxing and these cute dogs are so lovely, they took my stress away hahaha really! btw they were so active when they know we have the treat. Took 7 x 11 year old girls there for my daughter’s birthday. 1 hour of joyful cuddling with a bunch of gorgeous good natured dogs of multiple breeds in a lovely setting. Had such a lovely time at King’s Dog Daycare Cafe! The staff were so friendly, dogs were very cute and cuddly (wanted to take them home!) and coffee and hot chocolate were tasty! We will definitely be visiting again next time we are passing, as it’s like therapy but cheaper!!

Kate & Shay are the perfect cat sitters, I've used their services for the last 3 years after my vet recommended them as trustworthy & caring - which they've proved to be. I have a very nervous rescue cat but she immediately took to them at first meeting! On my last trip, my flight home was cancelled at the last minute but it was no problem for Lucky Paws to schedule an extra feeding until I could get home again the next day. Very happy with them in every way :)

I’ve used Lucky Paws for about 2 years now. They are absolutely fantastic! I regularly travel, and I feel really comfortable and secure knowing they take care of my cats so well when I am away from home. They respond really quickly to any query - and have never failed to agree to any request - no matter how short notice. My favourite thing of all is that they post an Instagram picture of my cats each morning or evening after they’ve visited. It gives me such reassurance and peace of mind to see my cats happy and fed! We've been using Lucky Paws to feed our cats whenever we're away for a couple of years now. Kate and Shay are clearly big animal lovers - you feel confident that you are leaving your pets in good hands - and they always go the extra mile. Lucky Paws have been our cat sitters for the last 18 months for our nervous rescue cat. They have been perfect and I feel totally confident leaving her with them. I can see from the videos that my cat adores them. They are the only people she’ll tolerate apart from me and my husband.

It takes a while for our slightly anti-social sausage dog to get used to people... but he loves going on walks with the team and misses them when we work from home! Dave and Mike have always gone out of their way to ensure that our dog (and before that, our cats!) were cared for and really well looked after. They have made owning a pet in London a better, less stressful experience and my family is grateful were were lucky enough to be referred to them almost 10 years ago. I Honestly don't know what I would have done without Dave. Harley was my first dog so the whole process was a learning curve for me Truly enjoyable. Having Dave take Harley on regular walks with 'the pack' other dogs has been an incredible experience for both Harley and myself. She absolutely loves Dave and can hardly contain her excitement on his arrival to collect her. His experience and knowledge is outstanding. Having that peace of mind that your fur baby is in good hands and safe is priceless. Dave sends images of Harley throughout the day of her having fun in the park, which is really reassuring. If out at work, Dave returns Harley and lays out her already prepared food and water before getting her settled and leaving her to rest. These services really are a god send! Due to relocation, both myself and Harley will miss Dave and his services massively. I would highly recommend Dave's Paws to anyone. You can rest assured your pet will be safe with Dave and the pack!

Cannot recommend Dave and his partner Mike enough. Wonderful people who really care about animals. They treat our dogs as their own and have been looking after them for years either with dog walks or coming to stay when we are away. Word of warning - your dogs might end up loving Dave & Mike more than they do you!!

Dave looks after my two cats, Charlie and Audrey, when we go away on holiday. He takes great care of them and ensures we know they are doing well and even sends videos/photos of them. We could not recommend Rex in the City more. Fran is such a professional and we have total comfort that our precious Cockapoo is looked after very well. Fran is really responsive and is always available if we need last minute walks. Our dog also boards with Fran some weekends/if we are away on holiday and she loves it. Rex In the City is absolutely fantastic. We needed occasional boarding and walking for our dog when we moved into the area, and were drawn to Fran by the great reviews. They're all true! We were feeling anxious (and guilty!) about leaving our dog Cali behind while traveling. Fran put us at ease with her professional and pleasant demeanor, and also by sharing photos and videos while we're away. Cali loves her completely. Highly recommend Fran. My Cockapoo Monty sits at the top of the stairs waiting for her to arrive each day and runs out without a backwards glance. He loves the walks, the swims and the fun. Fran is super helpful and flexible. Great day care, daily walks and overnight boarding. My dog is my most precious family and my best friend. I feel completely safe when he’s having fun with Fran.

I’ve been fortunate enough to know Fran and her team for the last 4 years and she’s been looking after my Boxer Disraeli throughout that time. Her ethos is all about caring for him as if he were her own and that’s what puts Fran’s approach above all the other dog care businesses in the area. Disraeli was visibly excited every time it was ready for pick up and just wanted to tell me all about it when he returned. He even got excited when we bumped into Fran and her kids in the street. We booked walks, daycare and one overnight stay and were always 100% confident that he would have a good time. Fran was flexible when required, covering short notice bookings and switching others when work required it. If you want your dog to be cared for, rather than kept, by a team, led by Fran, with an affinity for our special canine family, then I recommend Rex in the City.

I can definitely recommend Fran and Rex in the City. Fran has a wonderful way with dogs and my miniature schnauzer (who was very nervous of walkers after a bad experience) adores her and sits waiting at the door for her to arrive. Fran has always been totally flexible and will go out of her way to accommodate Coco for the day or overnight and she always comes back happy, relaxed and exhausted (with no bad habits!). A really great service and highly recommended.

We boarded our dog, Zoey, with Fran for over a week and could not have had a better experience. We felt confident that she was being well cared for and receiving plenty of love while were away on holiday. We received several photo and video updates and are very happy with the entire experience. I can highly recommend Fran and the team. They've been regularly taking out our Irish Terrier since he was a very excitable puppy (not that he's any less excitable now!). He clearly hugely enjoys going out with his friends in the pack and always comes back well worn out. It's great that in Fran and the team we have people we can trust, knowing that he'll be well looked-after on those days we can't take him out ourselves.

Rex in the City have been looking after our cocker spaniel, Humphrey, since he was a small pup. Fran provides a loving family environment for her charges and they get plenty of exercise and stimulation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rex in the City for dog walking, daycare and boarding.

I wanted a genuine service, with people who love dogs and would treat my boy like their own... that's what I got. My little Jack Russell came back fully exercised, happy and healthy. Got stuck in a car accident and was 20 minutes late. Was aggressively told on arrival and I quote ‘I not staying late just to do your dog’! 10 years of loyalty down the drain from that individual. Astonishing behaviour. Ever heard of customer service or empathy!?

I had a fantastic experience at Barking Betty. My dog is not a great dog for grooming and when we went to BB the owner gave us time for me to settle him and her handling of him was first class. When I returned he was relaxed and that is exactly how I felt. He had the full groom and when I returned to him he looked AMAZING. I will definitely go back time and time again, and will recommend this place to anyone who loves their dog like I do.

Our dog Titch is very old and this was the first time he had been to Barking Betty. The cut was brilliant and much more importantly when we went to collect him, he was happy and wagging his tail. Would highly recommend this place if you want a good cut and for your dog to be happy for the few hours he is there. Definitely will be using again and will now not go anywhere else

We've been taking Poppy into Barking Betty's for the past five years and wouldn't consider taking her anywhere else. Staff are kind and friendly and listen to what you want doing. I love the way the dogs and groomers are visible from the street and my cavapoo always looks amazing when I pick her up. I suspect that any negative reviews on this site come from owners who have let their dogs fur get into a terrible state then expect miracles at the same rate.

I have been taking my cockapoo to Betty for the last 3 yrs. She is no-nonsense, efficient & very good with the dogs who are all happy and relaxed and most importantly they are all on view, nothing hidden so you know your pooch is being well cared for. She has also on occasion gone above and beyond the call of dog grooming duty. I was very impressed when I took my dog in recently, as I suspected he had a grass seed in his paw and knew the Vet would cost £80 just to look then antibiotics, and general anesthetic as in previous cases. But she kindly did a thorough search and with tweezers eventually found a grass seed that had pierced the skin & was already entering his paw. She removed it, bathed his paw and refused to take any money from me! Very and impressed! I thoroughly recommend her.

I'm very happy!!! a lovely bunch they all are! Excellent communication & understanding when it came to my dog. My dog Lexi has a condition that restricts her walking abilities & Linda and Beverly worked around the condition very well with the style I wanted. They made my Lexi & I feel very confident & comfortable & I highly recommend the business, very professional! 👍😀

We send our miniature dachshund Lola to daycare at Barking Betty’s and she loves it! Ellie always comes to pick her up on time and is very respectful. Lola is delighted to see her and they send pictures of her throughout the day to reassure us. Lola has a fitness tracker and when she is at Barking Betty’s, she always does way more than her required exercise for the day. She comes back happy and tired. Ellie always makes you aware well in advance if she can’t make a day, and will tell you straight away if she has any concerns about your dog. We can’t recommend Barking Betty enough.

I have been taking my dog to Barking Betty for nearly 6 years now. I know I could not be leaving her in safer hands - either for grooming (and they leave her gorgeous eye lashes at my request!) or for day care. What's more, it's a happy team you see working there. The fact that they do the grooming in full vision means they are confident they have nothing to hide. Full marks from me.

Beverly at Barking Betty is a dog whispering genius. The dogs at the grooming parlour and dog play school are always extremely happy and well looked after. Beverly operates a 10* service and the only time she ever speaks harshly is to dog OWNERS that neglect their dogs so the hair gets matted which makes it painful for the poor dogs to be groomed and clipped. I have never seen staff who love dogs more or take better care of them.

I don't know why Barking Betty Dog Walking and Grooming has had any lower than 5 Star reviews. My experience from start to finish was nothing but enjoyable. My young Westie doesn't like me to leave her anywhere, but upsettingly, I didn't even hear a whimper for me. Collecting her, she was completely relaxed and instead of dragging out, as she normally would, she wanted to stay and play. Now the most important part of this review: I have kept Westies for many years and I can honestly say that Barking Betty Dog Walking and Grooming gives one of the best grooms my dogs have had. At competitive prices, friendly, safe surrounding and excellent grooming, I am very pleased to recommend Barking Betty Dog Walking and Grooming to anyone

Urban Mutts is the only place I will trust my dog, whether it’s for daycare, boarding, or grooming. They are SO attentive, both to your dog but also to your own questions/concerns as the dog owner. They go above and beyond - from accommodating any specific instructions your dog needs to pupdates, to communication, and everything in between. My dog loves it so much, he starts running toward it when we knows we’re near, and I have to LITERALLY drag him out when I pick him up. The staff are all so lovely and knowledgeable, and the facilities are spacious and clean. I highly recommend Aaron for grooming - my dog is fussy and he still works his magic on him! Urban Mutts is truly a community and safe space for you and your dog 🫶🏼

I have used Urban Mutts a large number of times and my little pooch barely looks back when she is dropped off as she is eager to meet the other dogs. She has stayed at the hotel and also just been there for a few hours to allow me to get a few errands done. Everytime, my 4-legged friends loves being social and running around and is also delighted to see me when I collect her. I love receiving the pupdates and photos and everyone there just loves to be with dogs. I will continue to use them going forwards and highly recommend.

My husband and I recently moved to London from New York with our dog, Waffles, and were looking for a place she can safely stay when we are traveling. We've had bad experiences in the past with dog daycare and hotels, as so many of them are poorly run and overcrowded, especially in big cities. I'm SO glad we found Urban Mutts - the team is wonderful, caring and detail-oriented. The facilities are also well maintained, clean and welcoming for all kinds of dogs. I am happy to say we found a great place for Waffles when we can't take her with us.

This is the only boarding facility I trust for my dog, Yorky. The team is exceptionally attentive and kind, always going above and beyond to ensure he feels comfortable and well cared for. They provide daily "pupdates," giving me peace of mind about how he’s doing while I’m away. Yorky is 8 years old and, at times, can be a bit shy or irritable around younger dogs. The staff at Urban Mutts always makes sure he has a quiet space to retreat to when he needs it, allowing him to enjoy his time without stress. Knowing that Yorky is treated like family allows me to fully relax during my holidays!

Wowza what an amazing place with such lovely and dedicated staff - My 5 month old puppy Willow has stayed in the hotel a couple of times, she has had an introduction to the grooming session plus attended her first adolescent puppy training session which has all been fantastic - Every time we are there Willow gets very excited especially seeing 'Bruce' Greg's ( The owner ) lovely dog - This place has been a brilliant find for me and Willow - We highly rate and recommend 'Urban Mutts' - Thank you to everyone there - Love Carol and Willow ✨️🐶✨️

Goose absolutely loves going to urban mutts. He goes weekly for day care, has been groomed there (and actually behaves!) and has stayed there for a week. The team are all lovely and really well informed. Through their support of goose he has become a much more confident dog and is a very happy chap! We also sought their advice on food and he now actually eats all of his meals (wahoo). Couldn’t trust them more - very relieved that I’ve finally found dog care I can trust!

Urban Mutts is by far the best daycare and boarding facility I’ve found in London! The staff is amazing with the dogs, my dog is so excited to go that she doesn’t even need to say bye when we get in the doors, and I always know she’s safe and having a great time with all her friends at Urban Mutts. 10/10 would recommend!

Urban Mutts was a doggy day care that I happen to come across searching frantically to place my dog over the holidays. The staff are friendly and spent much time answering all my questions about the services they provide and the overall experience my dog would have. I appreciated how patient they were and even gave me a tour of the facilities. In the end, my dog had a great time and snoozed all night when she arrived home. Thanks again Urban Mutts!

Highly recommend Urban Mutts. We travel nearly an hour each way to get our dog groomed here as he trusts Aaron (one of their excellent groomers) so much. The staff are very caring and you can tell they take their time to look after your pet. They have a nice waiting area to relax and do work and obviously the convenience of being able to use Westfields helps. Most important I trust them completely to give the highest quality service. 5/5

Pickle has been at urban mutts since she was 4 months old, she turns 2 today. She loves being there, jumps out of the car tail wagging runs to the door and watches through the window to see who's coming. She runs into the social club and doesn't look back. She has stayed overnight and loved it. We got a second addition 2 months ago and had no hesitation in onion attending. Even in this short time they race each other to the door and with the guardian to the social club. We love our bruces pup report, which tells us who they have played with and how they have behaved. We also get advised if there is anything that could be troubling them or needs doing. Always use the grooming facilities there, Aaron and the team are amazing and love getting photos via email of the groom from the start to the finish. The staff there have twice picked up an ear infection in its early stages with pickle. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend urban mutts for anyone looking for care for there dogs. Greg you run an amazing service, and always enjoy the fusses with amazing Bruce, even if we get into trouble giving hom treats lol.
