Amy and Kara are simply the best. I’ve had the pleasure of them loving on my pups since 2019, and I couldn’t ask for more. They are incredibly kind, flexible with my work schedule, and always capture the best pictures/videos of their walks so you can know your furry kiddo is having a great outing. After I bought my house I was nervous I wouldn’t find a new dog walker I loved and could trust, but I feel like I hit the jackpot with these two. Furry Paws Care is a delight to work with, and I’m thankful to have Amy and Kara as part of my pack 🐾

Our dogs absolutely love Amy, she lets us know if there is anything concerning with our pets and always provides us with an update or photos. If she walks the dogs and there’s packages on our door step, she’ll go the extra mile and bring them in for us if we aren’t there. We highly recommend this company! I hired furry paws to pick up my pup during my wedding. Typically He is a crazy, a lot to handle little dude and he was handled with care, dropped off at home and fed his dinner. I didn’t worry about him one bit, he was in the well caring hands of professionals. Without a doubt will be returning for any pick up, caring, or pet walking needs. Spectacular service!

Furry Paws Care is such a wonderful service! Kara has cared for our cat several times while we've traveled and sends us pictures of him and updates which is so wonderful. We forgot to disarm our house alarm once and she sat out on the porch for a half hour in the cold and then made an extra visit that day to make sure he was fed. We felt so bad about it but she was totally cool about it and didn't act upset. I can't say enough good things about Furry Paws Care and how great they are with animals!

I used Furry Paws Care when I had to go away for my work trip and my mind was put to ease! Very communicative via the pet portal and text. Ryan was truly wonderful! He was attentive and made sure to give lots of love and play time to my 2 dogs. They truly want the best for your pets and treat them as their own. This was the first time I have ever used a company vs my family and I was not disappointed!

Furry paws is amazing! We were headed out of town and I have two 15 year old kitties, one needed a sub q fluids and the other needs medicine 2x a day. I was so stressed trying to find someone to take care of them. After looking at numerous sites and pricing I decided to give furry paws a shot. Amy came and met the kitties before the trip and I immediately felt at ease. Amy was so kind and understanding and I could tell she was very knowledgeable! We had a great trip and the kitties were well taken care of. I love how she post adorable pictures so you can check in on them. If you are debating using Furry Paws, don’t give it a second thought. Just give them a call, you won’t be sorry! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I am no longer stressed at the thought of leaving town just knowing I have Amy and Furry Paws I can rely on!

Furry Paws Care came regularly to my home to trim my pets nails because I was too chicken to do it. I highly recommend their services! Friendly, laid back, & they offer flexible hours.

We had furry paws come over to clip our two dogs nails because it seemed traumatizing to them when we did it ourselves, theyre both big dogs and besides sometimes being intimidating, their nails are so thick it makes it difficult to cut; Furry Paws did an excellent job handling my 100lbs dog as he wiggled around, and it was a very positive experience for everyone. Already rescheduled and looking forward to continuing to give them our business.

I've used Furry Paws for a couple years now. They were great as my dog aged and had special needs and they are wonderful with my cat. They are the most reliable pet service I have used, they communicate very well and I would highly recommend them!

Ive been using Denver Pro Sitting for around 4 years & they are very good with our cats. I always receive updates & everything its great in the house & with the kitties when I come back home. I highly recommend them! They also help with the mail, watering plants & keeping things tidy during our absence. Very good service!

I cannot recommend Denver Pro Pet Sitting enough! Being a nurse that works 12 hour shifts, I worried about my dog being home the entire time and doggie daycare around Denver costs almost as much as daycare for kids! The rates are reasonable, and Nelson’s team is incredibly reliable. Justine has become my dog’s new bestie when I’m at work, and I enjoy the update photos she sends from the walks. Even if our primary pet sitter is unavailable on a requested date, the team is great about communicating and finding another team member to come walk my dog instead. The online pet parent portal is also amazing for scheduling and the team is super responsive/accommodating to any requests I have had. If you’re new to the Denver area or just looking for a dependable pet sitter/dog walker I highly recommend Justine, and really any member of Nelson’s team.

Denver pro pet sitting is the best. It doesn’t matter what sitter you have they are all fantastic. We’ve used them for drop in visits and for the extended stays. We were nervous to switch from boarding to pet sitting but now we will never go back to boarding. The pet sitting is so worth it. The sitters treat our dogs so well. Maybe even better than we do! It’s so nice to see the pictures of them so happy.

DPPS is the absolute BEST!!! We continue to use their services for our cats and dog and would not consider using anyone else. The owner, Nelson, and his team of professionals treat our fur babies like their very own. Our dog, who just turned a year old, gets so excited when he sees one of the pet sitters at our house. He absolutely loves all of them which is extremely helpful in that he is typically shy around strangers. For us to see him react that way, warms our hearts! We travel often and know we can leave 100% confident that our fur babies will be cared for with the utmost love and attention. Thank you, Nelson and team!

Had to schedule a sitter with only about a week's notice and they were there for us, super easy to get signed up and schedule. Jade took very good care of our kitties for a pretty long trip (10 days). 100% recommend using their service, they're one of the most affordable in the city as well.

I'm so happy that I found Denver Pro Pet Sitting. The pet sitters here are truly exceptional. Since moving away from friends and family, It's been hard to find a pet sitter that we trust and who truly understands our cats. We have two cats that need a ton of quality time and attention, medicine daily, and playtime. I received detailed messages from each visit with pictures. Which helps when you worry about your pets when you're away. I had complete peace of mind with them under their care. Not to mention, they went above and beyond. Our sitter noticed one of our cats likes to chase light reflections off of phones/shiny surfaces. The next time they visited, they brought a pocket mirror to play with him! We are very impressed and will be using them again.

I went out of the country for two weeks so I hired Denver Pro Pet Sitting to look after several outdoor cats I take care of. Their communication and professionalism is unsurpassed! My trip was delayed for two extra days and a quick call secured their extra service immediately. During my vacation Denver got 27" of snow and they went above and beyond by installing two huge tarps around my back patio to give my kitties more protection!!! Who does that? I cannot recommend these guys more highly. Thank you so very much Denver Pro Pet.

If you are looking for a dog walker I highly recommend finding someone else in the area. I can't speak to their pet sitting services, but our experience with their dog walking services has been overwhelmingly negative. They largely don't deliver on the services you pay them for and their communication is unreliable. One day my work schedule changed and it was to late to cancel our walk so I took the opportunity to run some errands while the dog walker came. I got back early and found the dog walker Jade sitting in her car for 20 minutes after she messaged saying she arrived for her visit. She went inside, walked our dog for less than 10 minutes and then spent the remainder of the time going back to sitting in her car. We paid them for an hour long walk. Additionally we made it clear multiple times we weren't comfortable having anyone walk our dog who we haven't met and saw how they interacted with him first. And with no notice one day I looked on our ring camera to find a stranger standing in our living room. Their services are not worth the money or the unreliability.

Let's just say I am "that" CRAZY dog owner. My dog is my #1 - I worry about her 24 hours a day and basically do not trust her with anyone. When my long-time pet sitter moved to Kansas, I was in quite the panic...I didn't know what I was going to do. I found Denver Pro Pet Sitting online and with a flutter in my heart, and while biting my nails, decided to give them a try. Well, I have nothing but great things to say about them! All of the walkers who have come to take my sweet Ruby out on her walks have been very nice, professional, on time, and reliable. I've even had the pleasure of having Nelson (the owner) and Jasmine (the initial contact/admin) take Ruby walking. They all write a nice report about the walk and include adorable pictures with it. They've been careful about following detailed instructions on feeding Ruby. It's clear that they are all caring people who love animals. I would definitely recommend Denver Pro Pet SItting!

Lynn is exceptional! She dedicated time to understand my dog's requirements prior to our trip and offered outstanding updates during my dog's stay. It is evident that she genuinely cares for the animals entrusted to her. I felt entirely reassured knowing my dog was in her skilled care. I am writing this review while I'm out of town and it is my baby's first stay with Lynns Loving Pet Care. First of all, Lynn and her closest ones have been taking great care of my baby Biscuit. She sends video/text updates very frequently and makes sure that I am enjoying my vacation while she is taking care of my baby. Biscuit is a tiny 5lbs dog with very sensitive stomach. Any little thing can affect his stomach like mommy being away, new home environment and other many things. I brought up my concern when I dropped Biscuit off and as I expected, he started vomiting blood in couple days of myself being away. Lynn handled the situation VERY professionally. She gave me a call right away, noted me with the incident, asked me about medication dosage for treatment and kept him on a bland diet until he felt better. Biscuit was able to recover without any issues in a day. I now trust Lynn with my baby 200%. She will be my go-to boarding for Biscuit if I need to travel out of town. She will love your baby as much as you do and take care of your baby with all her heart. Thank you Lynn, Scott and Jimmy. See you soon when I'm back ❤️

We have brought our dog Gingersnap to Lynn’s Loving Pet Care several times. It is such a relief to know our pet is very well cared for while we are away. We boarded our 11 year old dog Bear with Lynn’s Loving Pet Care. He could not have had better care. He has many health issues and was taken care of so well. Lynn kept us updated about him and sent videos and pictures of him enjoying himself. There are no cages involved and he enjoyed lying on the couches and bed. Lynn deserves more than a 5 star rating. We will be happy to board Bear with Lynn again.

Lynn’s Loving Pet Care is the absolute best. I originally stumbled across her website when my planned pet sitter had to cancel at the last minute. Trusting your fur babies to strangers can be incredibly stressful. But Lynn immediately relieved that stress. You quickly realize that your babies become her babies. I won’t leave our fur baby anywhere else. It is truly her home away from home.

Highly recommend Lynn for your boarding needs. She watched our 8 year old lab mix this weekend while we were away and did an exceptional job. She shared pictures/videos and updates throughout the day. She does not kennel the dogs in her home which was one of our top priorities when choosing a place to board our boy. We felt so comfortable leaving our dog in her care. We will definitely be coming back!

We took our golden doodle to stay at Lynn’s loving pet care for the first time and we had a wonderful experience. We are always skeptical to leave her anywhere because she hates being away from her home and family. Lynn does such an amazing job with the dogs. She is licensed and has been doing this for 22 years, she treats your dog just like one of her own. Our dog is a very picky eater and she actually gained weight there. Lynn checks all the ingredients to assure they are safe for your pet. I loved that somebody was always there to tend to the dogs Lynn, her husband and brother in law. The dogs get so much attention and love and Lynn sent me a video everyday to show me how she was doing. We couldn’t be happier and have finally found her home away from home. I highly recommend Lynn’s loving pet care, excellent.

I've used Gentle Hearts for several years for kitty visits, and every sitting experience has gone above my expectations! The owners are such kind, caring people and all the sitters they hire have the same incredible work ethic. Everyone at Gentle Hearts takes such great care of my 2 cats when I'm on vacation, and my cats are always so calm when I return home. I don't know what I would do without Gentle Hearts!

Luke, Carol and the entire Gentle Hearts team have taken great care of my older kitty for more than a year now. They are very reliable and affordable. I especially like that my kitty is taken care of by the same few people every time, unlike Rover where you are often given someone new every time. Gentle Hearts is amazing. We've been using them for the past three years and always feel at ease leaving our three dogs in Luke's hands. Taking care of three dogs is definitely a handful and I appreciate the updates I get from Luke when we are out of town. We used Gentle Hearts for years while we lived in the Denver area. Absolutely the kindest and most reliable pet lovers you’ll find. Always showed up for scheduled visits, worked us in for emergency visits whenever possible, very capable of handling our pets medical needs, and our pets adored them. The portal makes scheduling and paying easy.

Don't waste your time with Wag and Rover where you have no idea who is going into your house and what they do to your fur babies. These guys at Gentle Hearts are truly good people that will love your doggos and treat them like their own. One of my little ones is a rescue that wouldn't let anyone touch him or take him out until I found Luke and Carol. Now he eats treats out of Carol's palm. They also do things like bring in your packages and move your tomatoes to safety before a hail storm (first hand experience). I'm so thankful I found them!

Could not ask for a better, more professional group of people to look after your four legged friends. Carol is absolutely incredible and the love they have for your pets is undeniable. Daily updates with pictures helps put your mind at ease and I could not ask for better communication. My dogs usually get anxious anytime I leave for more than a few hours, but now I think they are looking forward to the next time I leave town. Cannot thank you enough.

My dog loves playing with other dogs which is why he enjoys K9 Castle so much. The service is pretty consistent for the most part and they have good processes in place for daycare/boarding. Whenever I check on him with his doggy report card or on the live video cameras, he is enjoying himself which is what matters to me most. Would recommend K9 for any dog that likes to play with other dogs.

We looked at a few day cares, and K-9 Castle was far and away the best. Good management, fun staff, and they're not fazed by our extra energetic dog. When we drive up, our dog only is interested in us because we can open the doors to get him into his happy place.

Our energetic 1-year-old pup loves to play with his friends at K-9 Castle! Their team is so friendly, loves our pup, and takes great care of him while we're out of town. We know he's in good hands so we can enjoy our vacations without too much separation anxiety :)

Amazing experience as always! Our Akita, Bentley came home happy and very clean after a fews days at K9 Castle. A nice bath and nail clip just before we picked him up. Thanks again to the staff for a wonderful service!

Because my dog is a service dog I don’t ever take her to dog parks. But sometimes I know she needs to socialize and K-9 castle is the only place I allow her to go. They make sure all dogs have there vaccinations and do temperament test plus they keep everything clean and have an air ventilation system to help keep the air clean from airborne elements. My dog love it there. This is her playing her butt off.

Outstanding!!! I have had dogs all my life and never tried day care. K-9 castle exceeded my expectations! Nugget was well cared for he was supervised on the playground at all times and had a BLAST! He is a 10 month old Shepard mix with ALOT of energy but he did amazing! Rebecca and her all staff were kind and caring ! Thank u all Nugget will be back !!

We LOVE K-9 Castle! The staff is amazing, I seriously can’t say enough good things! It is very clear that they care so much about all the pups and give them so much love and attention! Our dog has been going for over a year for both daycare and boarding and he’s always so excited to get there!

It's sad how dogs' injuries are being handled. In a place with so many dogs playing, accidents happen but it is important that parents have details of what happened. It's not pleasant at all to pick up your dog and see that he has an injury very close to his eye. It's much better to call the parents as soon as the accident occurred or that they show us on the cameras what happened so we can Improve with our dog and that these situations don't happen again. People who are watching the dogs in the yard please check that the dogs are okay. K-9, (before saying I'm not a customer) double check your database, my name and number has to be as Django's secondary contact.

We love K9! We've gone through several doggie daycares/boarding facilities in Denver, and K9 is by far the best fit for us. The play areas are spacious and not overcrowded, unlike so many other places. And the staff at K9 have always been so considerate and kind (especially to someone like me who is a professional worrier). Appreciate all of the care they've showed our pups!

This is the only doggie daycare that has ever played with my beloved baby, Templeton. Everyone at the facility has been amazing & not just sitting on their phones. I will forever miss bringing my baby here. ❤️ everyone was so amazing to us.

I can’t say enough great things about Camp Bow Wow Denver - South East! The staff here is truly incredible—personable, accommodating, and amazing with the dogs. They do a fantastic job keeping the dogs in appropriate groups, ensuring everyone is safe and happy. I’ve trusted them with two of my dogs, and the care they’ve received has been outstanding every time. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, which gives me even more confidence in their services. This team really goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend them!

I love the cameras; it gives me peace of Mind to knowing I can check in if needed. I also love how friendly the staff is at this location. My pup is always so excited to get dropped off! Lastly I love the 1:1 options available to add on for my pup’s time there.

The staff at Camp Bow Wow is incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to get to know my dog, asking about his specific needs, temperament, and any special instructions I had. It was clear that they genuinely care about the dogs in their care, which put me at ease!

I LOVE everything about Camp Bow Wow (Denver SE)!! My yellow lab, Mel went there for years until he passed away. Now I have a Boxer, German Shepherd, Chihuahua 2-year old mix (Hazel) and she goes to Camp Bow Wow 3 times a week and can't wait to get out of the car to play! Camp Bow Wow feels like family to me because they are so loving, thoughtful and kind and the staff is amazing!! I had a family emergency over a Thanksgiving holiday and had to fly to CA unexpectedly and they somehow made room for Hazel during a very busy daycare and boarding holiday. I don't know what I would have done without them! Hazel's best friend, Cooper goes there too and he loves it! Every dog, in my opinion, should spend time at Camp Bow Wow! It's good for both the dog and owner!!

Our dog Kenai adores going to Camp Bow Wow. We started him as a puppy and the manager was so amazing, she took a significant amount of time on our first visit to help him become comfortable. We bring him once a week here because it's so enjoyable and enriching for him. Everyone is so wonderful to our puppy. It has also really helped continue our dog's socialization. We also love that you can use other Camp Bow Wow locations in other cities.

If I could give Camp Bow Wow ten stars, I would, but alas, five will have to do! Gunner, my furry bundle of chaos, can’t get enough of this place. It’s like doggie Disneyland meets boot camp for canines. The camp counselors are like dog whisperers on steroids – they manage to tire out Gunner, which is nothing short of a miracle. And let’s talk about the activities – from artistic endeavors (yes, I mean the doggie artwork on the walls) to Easter egg hunts that would make any pup’s tail wag with excitement. Gunner comes home looking like he’s been through a war, but in the best way possible. Mom gets her peace and quiet, and Gunner gets his daily dose of doggie debauchery. It’s a win-win situation, folks.

In the past I gave a 5 star review, but unfortunately I need to change my review to a 2 star. The negative review is for the owner Michelle. I had an issue that came up that I wanted to provide feedback on and talk it through with her. When I called her for the first time and left a voicemail she completely neglected to call back. After two additional weeks I left another voicemail, but she still did not respond. I find it disheartening that an owner would not take pride in their business and respond at all to a consumer. Something to keep in mind- if an issue comes up with your dog, this owner most likely will not respond to you. Other than the owner, the staff and managers are terrific. They look like they enjoy their jobs and are friendly. My complaint is the set up by the owner. When the staff sits down they face 50% of the room, which neglects the other 50% of the space. Dogs are smart enough to do things behind people’s backs. Whenever I watch the video my dog is often being humped by other dogs behind the staff’s back. She does not like this behavior and tries to fend herself off from the dogs with the staff’s backs facing her. If the set up changed so the staff could sit at the side of the room they could supervise 100% of the room. I attempted to provide this feedback to the owner in hopes for a change so that my dog could continue to attend, but with the negligence of the owner I now bring my dog to another location that monitors the entire room at all times, and I no longer have this issue. My dog is happy and safe at this new location.

Love Camp Bow Wow SE- We are greeted by name as soon as we walk in and Hudson can't wait to hang with friends. It's a great break through the week for him and by the time we get home he's ready to eat and cuddle up for the rest of the night. My favorite was the Holiday of the Toy exchange.

All 3 dogs were happy and tired when we picked them up. They did not smell which is an issue we had with other daycare facilities.

I have been taking my dog Zeke here for the last 2 years. He LOVES going to daycare every week and he’s always very happy when I pick him up. I have also boarded him multiple times and he has done very well each time. The staff is great and the facility always seems clean. I really like that they don’t have a mandatory nap time and that they let the dogs decide when they want to take a break. I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking for an amazing daycare.

I’ve been bringing my French here for about a month so far and have had a great experience! The staff are very friendly and I feel comfortable leaving my baby with them. He always comes home tired and happy! Love the proximity to my house and the hours for full day daycare.

I recently switched to this daycare a few months ago and my dog is loving it. I appreciate when I come in they greet my pup by name and give me little updates when I am picking her up. The added bonus, she is always exhausted after a day of day care. highly recommend

This is our go to place when we have travel plans. The staff is very caring. Usually we board our two dogs but we recently lost the old guy. When we checked in this time we received the most beautiful sympathy card acknowledging our loss. We know they will take good care of Trip!

Dog House Rules was amazing with our two dogs over a couple night stay. We tried them out with the day care first then did the boarding. We are not ones to leave our dogs with just anyone. DHR staff was super friendly and very professional at drop off and pick up. They answered any questions we had, services are resonably priced. We will be using DHR for all our day care and boarding needs.

Saying our pup loves coming here is an understatement. She’s so excited as soon as we pull up and she’s completely pooped when We pick her back up. The employees are all super sweet and I feel more than comfortable leaving her there for the day. I wish I could take her to day care every day!

I feel compelled to speak up after doing a secret shopper visit at The Dog House a few months ago. I want to share my experience for the sake of your pups, hoping this facility makes some much-needed improvements. First, I’ll give credit where it’s due: The place is extremely clean and well-maintained but that might be because they hardly have any dogs so how could it get dirty! Please don’t be swayed by the low prices. Cheaper does not mean better when it comes to your dog’s care. Some people see dogs as “just dogs” but for many of us, they’re family and they deserve to be treated with that level of care. I’m honestly not sure what The Dog House is trying to be…a daycare, a training facility, or both? But they’re missing the mark. One major issue I saw is how they handle barking. I was told dogs aren’t allowed to bark at all and I saw staff constantly spraying dogs with water for barking. This is not an effective training method and only desensitizes the dogs to water. Not to mention, dogs are going to bark while playing or seeing people come in—it’s normal behavior! If this is about keeping the noise down because they’re in the middle of a neighborhood, maybe they should have reconsidered their location. They should focus more on using their voice and recall before spraying. Another big red flag: ALLEGEDLY if a dog whines or cries too much, they get kenneled for hours. A proper timeout should be short and used to correct behavior but here it seems more like a punishment for being a dog. Staff also mentioned something about “HCO” which I assume means dogs are kicked out of group permanently. I noticed the staff didn’t seem trained on reading basic dog behavior which might explain why they’re quick to remove dogs from group play. If they kick your dog out of group permanently, Take your dog to another daycare because I guarantee you they kicked your dog out because this staff is untrained on dog behavior and let’s altercations happen. I also noticed a lack of supervision. I swear the dogs were left alone in the yard at one point which is incredibly unsafe. How can you monitor dog behavior if no one is watching? They also don’t have live cameras, which is a huge red flag. If you can’t see what’s happening with your dog during the day, that’s a problem. Overall, The Dog House seems more like a glorified babysitting service than a PROPER dog daycare. There’s a lot of spraying, very little understanding of dog behavior, and some concerning management issues. The manager that I met with that day was rude. I’ve even heard from other pet parents whose dogs have been injured and the staff never reported it. If you love your dog like family, you might want to look elsewhere. I’m not sure if things have changed since but I highly doubt it.

I love taking my dog here - she’s so excited every time I drop her off for daycare. She’s very playful and always gets a good workout because she’s exhausted when I bring her home. Highly recommend!

Overall, this is a great place to keep your dog for long vacations! I went out of town for about a week and a half just last week and was surprised at what they offered at only $45 a night. They include food and playtime, my dog was unfortunately not nudered so he was human contact only but they still took him on his own and hung out with him it sounds like! They even pointed out that he loved the leaves and playing with them in place of toys lol! My big guy Kodak came out super happy and he looked well fed and everything else. The only nit pick was that when I picked him up they didn't check my name or anything they just asked if I was the owner and handed him over. Not a huge deal or anything but I would've felt better if they would've asked and confirmed who I am before taking him home with me. Otherwise, the staff are some of the kindest people I've met at an animal related business. Thank you for making sure my Kodak got lots of love and was properly taken care of when I was gone! Definitely recommend!

I have used the doggie day care and boarding services at The Big Backyard since 2000 when I got my first Westie pup, Duffy. Over the last 24 years, I have had eight different dogs of 3 different breeds enrolled at The Big Backyard. The founders and active hands-on owners, Micah and Tracey, are knowledgeable, well educated in canine behavior and health issues, and very caring. The staff members at The Big Backyard are all well trained and obvious dog lovers. Everyone is vigilant to make sure that the dogs under their care are always under their personal observation and that the facilities are always clean. Several key members, including my favorite person, Tim, been there for years, which speaks highly of management. The owners and their staff have celebrated my new puppies and mourned the passing of my senior dogs. This place feels like family. I would not trust any other place with my cherished dogs. 💕🐾🐾💕

This is by far the best dog daycare around Denver. You know this is the best Doggy Day Care around when my dog is wagging his tail from the moment, I drop him off, to seeing the video feed on the camera and is still wagging away. The staff are just simply, the best. They are easy to work with and understand my pet’s needs. We always take our dog here whenever we go on vacation, we feel at ease when he is here for multiple days. I highly recommend the Big Back yard for all your pets daycare needs.

I've been very impressed with the with of the facilities and service at The Big Backyard - it's the only place I trust with my pup's care. She returns from daycare consistently happy and tired! She especially likes playing in the little pool when it's hot out. The entire staff is friendly and helpful - I highly recommend them.

FIVE STARS - only because more are not available. I have a SDIT (service dog in training) and the Big Backyard has been an awesome ally in helping him to get good exercise - socialization and even a bath and nail trim. The staff at Big Backyard truly care about their work and the dogs. The facility is ALWAYS immaculent and last but certainly not least, Tracy and Tim are ACES - just to hear them talk about what they do and the care they take for each dog that comes to play, socialize or be groomed. Oh - and they are coneniently located and soooo economincal. So glad I do not have to imagine a world without the Big Backyard.

I cannot say enough good things about TBB!! I've been taking my dog here for a year now and have boarded him once so far. I did a lot of research and tours around Denver for the right place for my pup.. and BY FAR this was the best place, hands down. The energy, attention to detail, and genuine care the staff bring everyday is incredible. Tracy spent time out of her own day to get to know me and my dog when we first joined. They only accept on-going day care dogs for boarding and clearly show that safety is the number 1 priority. The facility is clean, temperature controlled, and all around the BEST place to send your pup!! Thank you for a year of great service TBB! Here's to many more

Stop your search for a doggy daycare. The Big Backyard is the best you will find! I myself have sent two dogs here and been visiting Tracy and her friendly staff since I was kid with my parents dogs (who also send their dog here). The staff at TBB is friendly and always happy to answer any questions or concerns. After I pick Arrow up I know he had a good day cause he curls up on the seat and sleeps the entire way home (and the remainder of the night). I live in Parker and work in Commerce City but I would without a shadow of a doubt drop off Arrow regardless of where I worked. I trust Tracy and her staff to take of my dog and ensure his day is filled with fun and safety. I have never once had any problems with them or any of the other dogs at TBB. I have hired Tracy to help train myself and Arrow. I continually bombard her with questions when I pick up the dog, and she always comes through with training tips and suggestions. Arrow loves his Tuesdays and Thursdays cause he knows where he gets to go. For as long as my wife and I own a dog they will be attending The Big Backyard.

I've never met anyone more dedicated to dogs than Tracy and her staff here. The Big Backyard is a safe, respected and FUN place for you to take your dogs for daycare or overnight services. Book overnights WELL in advance, as the place is small and committed to giving dogs individual attention. They fill up quickly for overnights, holidays and weekends especially.

The big backyard is the absolute best day care in all of Denver! The staff is a pleasure and professional. We unfortunately had to move away from the area and we miss is it terribly. We have yet to find a place like TBB. Thumper (our dog) was always elated when he would go and was always worn out and so happy after his days there. It's a great place for dogs to socialize and get lots of energy out. Wonderful place with wonderful people!

The entire Big Backyard team is amazing, and we never worry when our dogs are in their hands. Cost is very reasonable and dogs always come home happy and pooped. Highly recommend.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Angela and how happy we were with her as a vendor for our wedding, not to mention our pups first time ever away from us! I reached out to Angela pretty late, only a couple months before our wedding. We lost my soul dog about a 1.5 years ago, right after getting engaged. Needless to say, I was heartbroken and truly thought I'd never get a dog again. To my surprise, one landed in my lap and I fell in love hard. When I reached out to Angela, I was unsure if I wanted our pup at our wedding. My gosh, this sweet soul listened to me cry and talked through the whole thing with me. It was incredible and in that moment, I knew she was our girl. Not only was she patient with our very crazy puppy, but she was calm and collected the whole day. She sent multiple updates daily and it was so clear that our girl was VERY loved and had was having such a wonderful time. I would recommend Angela for anyone looking for a companion for your pup on your wedding or any overnight services - she's truly a wonderful human and it's so clear she really does just want to give these pups the best. I am so grateful for Angela and the Top Dog Resort! Having her there to take care of our fur baby on our special day made everything so easy! She was so prepared and had everything you could possibly think of to make sure that our dog looked and felt his best. She even had dog friendly ink to help Bentley witness our wedding license. In addition, to a companion Bentley during the wedding, she also watched him overnight. We were really worried about finding the right person to watch him since he was recently diagnosed with diabetes. However Angela was the perfect person for this as well! Bentley had a great time with her! I highly would recommend Angela for anyone looking for a companion for your fur baby on your wedding day or any overnight services! You can really tell that she cares for the dogs and really wants to make your day as special as possible!

Top Dog Resort (Angela) is one of the greatest humans alive- and every dog will tell you so! I foster dogs and never really know what I’m going to get (outside of the white one), and somehow they ALL love Angela! I’ve used her for over nights, and drop ins and every single time I get pictures and videos and you can always see that the dogs are thriving. At one point I lived almost 60 miles away and still drove to her for a weekend away because there really is no one I trust like her! Prices are fair, care is exceptional. Thank me later!

Angela is the best!! We were in a pinch for handling of our sweet pup on our wedding day (she was our ring bearer) and came across Anglea from a recommendation. By the grace of the universe she was available for our wedding day. We could not have been more impressed, and relaxed knowing our pup was safe and happy. Angela provided excellent communication throughout the whole process from the first email up to post wedding. We had a pre-wedding meeting where our dog Luna was able to meet Angela before the wedding day. During the meeting Angela tested a series of treats to find Luna’s favorite. Angela checked in with us the morning of our wedding, then a few hours later she sent a “I’ve scooped the floof” text when she picked up our dog to transport to the venue. Prior to the ceremony, Angela was bringing Luna back and forth between myself and my husband - we loved it!!! Angela was so prepared with anything Luna could possibly need, including special beef treats (that Luna picked out in the pre-wedding meeting) that made Luna sit so quick!! Angela was always on alert for any Luna needs, dedicating all her attention to our pup- water, walks, potty, anxiety, all of it. Angela made noises at Luna when pictures were being taken to get our pup to look at the camera, she advocated for lots of dog pictures, brought a special dog ink pad for Luna to sign our license and so much more!! She did a final moment with us and Luna before safely delivering our pup back home, feeding her dinner, and doing last checks. I recommended Angela to every guest at our wedding who has dogs and will continue to recommend her! If you’re planning to get married at the Wellshire (or anywhere that Angela can get to) and need dog handling services, you should absolutely work with Angela!

Angela is awesome! She has watched my pup a few times overnight now. One thing that stands out - her communication during the stay is top notch. I receive pictures, videos, and updates multiple times a day when my dog stays with her so I never have to worry when I leave him (which is a huge relief). He always looks so happy playing in the yard with all of the toys and activities, and also finds the best spots to take a nap too. :) I am glad to have found someone trustworthy, caring and reliable to watch my dog while I’m out of town. Definitely recommend Top Dog Resort!

Angela did such a great job taking care of my pup during an extended stay. She would constantly send pictures of his daily adventures and also show love and affection to my independent non-affectionate dog :) He really warmed up to her and I could tell he was having such a great time and felt at home! When he returned to me, he was calm and just normal behavior, and actually became more cuddly which is a plus! Angela has been my go to person since last year and so grateful for the love and care she gives to our most beloved 4-legged family members. It feels good to have peace of mind when it comes to boarding, and that's always how I feel when leaving my dog with Angela. Thank you again Angela!!! :) :)

We’ve used Angela and Top Dog a few times over the last 2 years, but this weekend she was our dog handler at our wedding and I could not be happier with how everything went. She was attentive and “on” when she needed to be, was able to grab our younger dog during our ceremony when she got to be too much, but still blended in with everyone else. Her love of dogs is evident - even my sometimes grumpy old girl loves her! Her services are well worth the cost - I’d recommend her to anyone looking for overnight care, dog walking, and especially wedding related dog handling.

Angela is amazing! We hired her to handle our pup on our wedding day. She was communicative, punctual, and arrived with all the dog things to make the day run smoothly! She safely transported our pup back to her place for overnight accommodations. She listened and was alert to our dog's behaviors and it made us feel so at ease! Finley had so much fun being a part of our wedding and then continued to have fun staying with Angela!

Top Dog is AMAZING. Our dog gets quite anxious when we leave him and will have stress colitis. I was nervous leaving him at a new place while I went out of the country, but it was the best decision I ever made. My dog had the best time and did not have a single issue. Angela was in constant contact with us, sending us cute videos and photos and letting us know what our dog was up to! He was so happy there and I am so relieved and grateful we found Top Dog for our dog. Can’t recommend enough!! Our dog was so well cared for and got all the love and attention he deserves!

City Bark - Littleton: Your team is absolutely amazing! I’d like to take a moment to recognize one of your groomers, Dylan. He’s a pet parent’s DREAM. Not only are both of my dogs beautifully groomed & sparkly fresh after their visits with him, but his calm, kind & professional demeanor create a comfortable environment for both owners & pets. My little family LOVES City Bark. My husband and I boarded our puppy, Lizzie for the weekend when we went out of town. I had such a peace of mind knowing that Lizzie was being loved and taken care of in our absence. I did find myself eagerly checking my phone for updates because I loved seeing all of the pictures of my girl and hearing about her day. Once we picked her up and got home, she slept for 18 hours because she was so tired from having so much fun with her friends. So thankful to have this option to board my puppy and keep her safe.

We love this place, and so does our lab puppy, Bubbles! The employees are all so friendly and helpful, and clearly love animals. Shout out to Tally! Bubbles comes in every few weeks for daycare, and they always remember him by name! He's always safely supervised at daycare (they even give him breaks when he over-plays himself!) and we love checking in on him via the web cams. He always comes out exhausted and happy. They put him a nice mix of other dogs that match his pace, and we've never had any injuries or him catch anything (unlike other places). This is a really well run, reliable place with great people that your dog will love!

While I am a previous employee with City Bark, I have not worked there for a while as I went back to school. However I do take my dog here for boarding and grooming. I have a unique perspective of City Bark Littleton, and would not trust anybody else with my dog. There is such open communication between staff and client, and my dog is so excited from the time I tell her we are going to day care until I pick her up. Management has continued to exceed my expectations as both a dog mom and a pet professional, and I cannot thank them enough for the heart, soul, and sweat that they pour into making sure every dog is loved, cared for, and safe.

We started bringing our dachshund puppy right after he turned 4 months old. He only attends the daycare occasionally when no one can be at home caring for him. They take very good care of our puppy and all the staff there are so friendly. I just feel very good vibes whenever I bring our puppy there! It is so nice that we can monitor activities through the webcam too. We will keep using City Bark daycare and boarding.

My kiddos have been coming to City Bark Littleton for awhile now, We absolutely love the staff, the dogs, all the fun activities for the holidays and especially swim days! Staff are very kind and provide daily updates on how their day went. My kiddos are always excited and all smiles on daycare days and come home tired from all the playtime! I don’t trust just anyone with my kids but I definitely recommend them and have recommended them to several friends! Keep up the amazing work! 👍🐾

We chose to bring our pup here for socialization based on positive feedback from others. When I scheduled his meet-and-greet appointment, I was never informed that I needed to bring paperwork or proof of vaccinations. Even when I called on the day of the appointment, no one mentioned this requirement. My friend and I arrived with our pup, ready for the meet-and-greet, only to be asked for proof of vaccinations. Our pup was adopted from a farm in Montana, where he was vaccinated for Bordetella and distemper, but we don’t have access to those specific records. If we had been told in advance what was required, we would have been fully prepared. Instead, I wasted 45 minutes of my time—between driving and checking in—on a Sunday. After reading reviews about this place, I now feel it might have been a blessing in disguise. To the staff: Do better.

I love City Bark’s doggy day care service! Their hours are amazing and accommodate my schedule very well, and their employees are so friendly. I always feel like communication and convenience is a priority to them. It really puts my mind at ease to know that my puppy is in such good hands during the day!
