Amanda did a wonderful job looking after my menagerie and gave me complete peace of mind whilst we were away. She went above and beyond what I required and I would recommend her for anyone looking for care for their beloved pets. She kept me updated with a daily video so that I could actually see everyone was well.

We feel so lucky to have found Amanda! She is absolutely wonderful with our dog, who clearly loves his outings with her. Amanda has also checked in and looked after our cats whilst we have been away and it was great to know that they were being so well cared for. Always understanding when there have been changes to our weekly schedule, we really couldn't manage without her.

Amanda has been fantastic for our lab Jago. She is always careful about which dogs she walks him with - he can be anxious around other boy dogs. Amanda never compromises on his safety or well being. He is always very pleased to see her and he always comes back happy & relaxed. The walks are varied and interesting. Can’t recommend enough!

Amanda has been a life saver! She is very trustworthy and looks after our cats beautifully, also occasionally watering plants and putting out the bins. She is easy to deal with and responds quickly to any texts. We particularly like the videos she sends to let us know all is well. Amanda is brilliant and we can’t recommend her highly enough! She has walked and cared for our dogs for four years. Amanda’s communication is excellent not only for dog walking times but also if she notices anything untoward such as lameness. Her advice is fantastic. Amanda is our to go to person to take care of our cat when we are on holiday. She is so kind and caring, gives you frequent updates and sends pictures that make you laugh. I cannot recommend her enough, she is simply fantastic and our little king of the household is very well taken care of.

Amanda has cared for our cat, Emma, for over a year now, from when she was just a little kitten. We feel relieved when we go away knowing Amanda is there to make sure Emma has everything she needs. The most important thing to Emma is play time and Amanda always ensures there is plenty of that. I sometimes wonder if Emma would prefer we go away more so she can have more Amanda time! I also love the updates, photos, videos, while we are away and missing Emma. It’s all so easy to deal with and the communication is outstanding. I can’t recommend enough!

I would recommend Amanda to anyone! She’s so good with Max, our cat. He’s usually very shy, it was an instant hit 😊. When we’re going away, I know Max will be well looked after, and Amanda will keeps an eye on the house. Great peace of mind!

We met with Gary when our GR was very young to discuss our requirements, we were looking for a flexible & reliable pet care company and that’s what we found. Our dog has ad-hoc walks, sitting & she has been to stay at Rebecca’s when we’ve gone away. She is always so well taken care of and comes home very happy. The prices are fair and we know our dog is in safe hands. They’re not a ‘one size fits all’ outfit which can be quite hard to find. Highly recommend.

Jackie and team organised home boarding for my 3 year old Labrador, as well as providing pet sitting services for my two cats and rabbit. The service was incredible. I got updates on my pets daily which helped ease some of my anxiety about leaving them, as well as coming home to healthy and happy animals. I would highly recommend using them. The whole time are kind and empathetic and passionate about animals

Jackie has recently looked after my 3 dogs and my tortoise, she was also asked to housesit for two days . One of my dogs is a rescue dog and is extremely nervous. This is not the first time I have used We love Pets, Jackie is very professional and extremely caring I can go away knowing that my pets will be well looked and loved. Would I use We Love Pets again - every time- I strongly recommend this service

I met a few dog walkers before I met Jackie. Straight away I knew she was who I wanted to care for my puppies, she was professional, organised and genuinely cared for and interacted with my dogs. Jackie has been walking my dogs daily for 10 months now and I have no complaints and our dogs love her. She gives me regular updates and nothing is ever too much trouble. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

A late review, sorry, however I'm happy to leave a positive one. Jackie provided a Cat Stting service for me whilst I was away on holiday for a few weeks. My cat is very homely and loves having people around, especially me. I was therefore concerned about her. So I employed Jackie's services. Everything about Jackie, her service and her care for my cat and home whilst I was away, was reassuring and professional. Jackie even sent me texts messages to say how my cat was whilst i was away, nice touch, and reassuring. Would happily recommend.

We Love Jackie! Our dog, Poppy, LOVES Jackie. Jackie is Poppy's favourite person! Jackie arrives with treats and sometimes fellow dogs suited to walk with Poppy. Poppy comes back happy, well-exercised and sleeps for hours! Jackie is brilliant; she understands the behaviour and needs of our dog and we cannot recommend her highly enough!

Fabulous service, home from home environment. Jackie makes leaving our beloved dog with her so easy and reassuring, we would be lost without her. Our dog never wants to come home he loves her so much, the mere mention of her name and he’s straight to the door ready to go. Highly recommend this wonderful service.

We have used Jackie for our last 2 holidays to help with walking our dog. When Jackie arrived to talk to us for the second holiday Ruby was very happy to see her, and thought she was going for a ride in her car. So you can't give a better recommendation than the that. Jackie came and visited our four pet Cockatiels whilst we were on holiday. We have found it difficult to find someone to look after them in the past, so I was so pleased to find Jackie. She really went above and beyond to ensure that the birds were well cared for. Nothing was too much trouble, from cleaning their room to sending us photo's after each visit to keep us updated. Would highly recommend Sue. Our pooch recently stayed for a week and he was made to feel right at home. He had the most fantastic time playing with the other dogs and enjoyed the lovely walks. We really appreciated the updates and felt so relaxed knowing he was in such safe and caring hands.

We have a rescue golden retriever who is anxious with new people and dogs. Sue has cared for her several times for short stays and we have just returned from a week away where she has been so settled with Sue, enjoyed the lovely regular walks, made new doggy friends and clearly had all her needs met. We were able to relax and not worry about her as we could see from the lovely updates that she was very happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sue to other dog owners looking for care.

We would absolutely recommend Sue to look after your dog. She was amazing looking after our Cockapoo at short notice after we’d been let down. You can see how much Sue loves all dogs and we felt very reassured and comfortable leaving our dog in her capable hands. He had a lovely time! Just wish we lived nearer so we could use Sue more often!!

Highly recommended Sue. She looked after our pooch whilst we were at a wedding for the weekend, there is a big garden space for the dogs to run around and they get regular walks in the nearby field. Sue was lovely and made us feel comfortable leaving the dog with her.

Sue is a lovely lady & really cares about the dog,s in her care . My cockapoo has just stayed with sue for the first time & loved being with her . It really is home from home at sue,s doggy days - I highly recommend her .

What a lovely lady. Ozzie went to Sue for doggy day care and he had a great time. He was very relax and happy when we collected him. I would definitely recommend Sue to anyone.

Wonderful place for your dog to stay for both day care and boarding. Top rate care with walks and care as if at a family home, which it is. No kennels or caged runs. All comforts in a secure environment and individual needs catered for. I will always ensure I can book my Cocker spaniel in there. Good to book in plenty of time.

I cannot recommend this service enough! The staff are always so helpful and have been so patient with Brucie and his separation anxiety. Brucie loves going on his walks, I love the reports we get after the walk to see how he has got on.... although today there was traffic issues when I receive these pictures I can truly see how much the staff love the doggies and really enjoy their jobs! Fabulous grooming service. So happy to discover that HPCS offer this. Our Cavapoochon always comes out happy and looking gorgeous. Great teeth cleaning process too. Chloe is lovely. Highly recommend.

Mabel has been going out for weekly walks for over a year now. She loves getting together with other dogs and gets so excited when the van pulls onto our driveway. I highly recommend heathers pet care services and always mention them to other dog owners.

Just finished Heathers pet services puppy classes as Rosemary Lodge. We really enjoyed the sessions and my pup and I will both benefit from what we have learnt. Sophie N was fantastic. She is really engaging, knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions separate from the lesson content. I wasn’t looking forward to being out on a cold Wednesday evening but am now sad it’s finished. Would def recommend. Will be looking to book some of Heather’s other pet services.

We did not have the best experience with Heather’s Pet Services. We genuinely appreciated how understanding and hard working the staff were, however the customer service really let us and our two cats down. I understand this is a predominantly dog-centred service, but we were assured they could look after Persian cats and their additional specific needs. We were extremely anxious about leaving our cats alone, to the point that it’s prevented us from taking trips since before the pandemic. It took a few visits for them to get used to these and I took particular care to update our information in their online portal. After each visit we could tell the staff really took on our feedback, which was amazing. However, on arriving home after the last two visits, we found one or both cats had become unwell and left unpleasant smells and messes to attend to, definitely not a nice environment to come home to after being away. After letting customer service know about this, the response was very unsympathetic and unprofessional. We were blamed for their errors and told we were at fault for making a staff member ill with the feedback we gave previously. I have never come across a business take so little responsibility for the quality of their services (at frankly extortionate prices) or the wellbeing of their staff, and I was particularly shocked by the lack of interest in the wellbeing of our cats after the final visit. Unfortunately, we would not feel safe leaving our cats under their supervision again.

About 5 years ago our cockapoo Barney began to get very agitated whilst being groomed. This got steadily worse to the point that the groomer said they would not be able to groom him without him being sedated…. We did this reluctantly, as we hated the effect the drugs had on him. I was chatting it through with the vet as this had been going on for a couple of years and I felt that it could not be good to do this as Barney was nearing 9. A number of people mentioned that Heather’s pets had a lady who was a trained dog behaviourist and wonderfully patient grooming team. I felt it was worth a go although did wonder if the saying ‘ you cannot teach an old dog new tricks’ would be validated! Sophie a trained dog behaviourist and Chloe the chief groomer have worked wonders- between them they have taken time with Barney to ensure he is comfortable with them and in their grooming room. They have cared for him and eased him in gradually to being able to be first washed and cleaned with them and now groomed without any sedation at all! It is such a relief and I am so grateful- they always reassured me too that I was not being a paranoid dog owner and that it would be worth taking this time- and it certainly has been. We are all so thankful they are fantastic!

My dog has been having regular weekly walks with the staff at heathers pet care services. Mabel loves being collected and going out with a group of dogs. The staff are dedicated animal lovers and take great care of your pets. Mabel has a brilliant bond with whichever walker she has and get super excited when she sees them walk up our path. Heather’s Pet Care Services is fantastic! I attended the puppy training classes & found them to be really informative, interactive & supportive. Sophie led the classes & found her to be really professional, helpful & so knowledgeable! I also take my dog along to their pet groomer Chloe, who has been amazing with her & always do a fantastic groom. My dog was not keen with being groomed, however in Chloe’s care, we haven’t looked back! I thoroughly recommend you use Heather’s Pet care Services for all your pet needs!

We have only positive things to say about both Sophie and Heathers Pet Care Services. We arranged some 121 sessions with Sophie for our little Cockapoo recently - and Sophie was so friendly, knowledgeable and Sophie made every session exciting. Our Cockapoo was so entertained, and we've taken all the training notes, games and general advice moving forwards and we can't wait to use the services again. Thanks again :)

We have used Heathers for a number of years now for group walking, grooming, puppy training and 121 dog training. They are all excellent and the online booking system is very helpful. Would highly recommend to any dog owners in Bath area.

Charlie looked after our two miniature dachshunds , Pablo and Tulip for 3 weeks. It was their first time having a sitter but I knew they were in safe hands. Charlie is very experienced and professional who kept me updated regularly with adorable photos of the dogs cuddled up with her on the sofa. I don’t think they missed me at all! I returned home to two happy dogs and a spotless, immaculate house filled with daffodils! I highly recommend Charlie and will definitely use her again in the future. Thank you so much Charlie x

Charlie looked after our two dogs, six chickens, one robin and home for the first time recently but hopefully not the last! She coped brilliantly with our very difficult, nervy cocker, giving her time to get used to a new person and they were great friends by the end of the 2 day sit! I really hope she will be able to come and look after everyone again as we feel 100% confident and nothing is more valuable than that! Thanks Charlie xx

Charlie is AMAZING. She looked after our Bedlington Whippets Billy and Dolly so well, and they absolutely love her. Charlie kept us up to date with all their hilarious shenanigans while we were away, and it was so reassuring to know that they were being so well looked after. Not only that, but our house was spotless on our return which was such a bonus. If Charlie is available you should consider yourself very lucky and don't hesitate to book!

Not sure why we are doing this as we want her for our own and don't want to share her. Charlie has stayed numerous times....and is staying again next week. Always arrive home to happy contented cats and beautifully kept home, having been updated with lots of photos whilst away. A true pro.

Charlie took care of our house and cats while we were out of town, and did a fabulous job with both. Our cats loved her and we felt very comfortable leaving them in her care. They are fussy pets with distinctly different personalities and individual needs and Charlie provided excellent care. We came home to happy cats and a clean, well taken care of house. She is also a very pleasant person with great communication skills. We would absolutely seek out Charlie's services again!

Charlie is simply the most perfect housesitter. She came highly recommended by a friend. Charlie took the time to visit us before the house sit which we really appreciated as this involved a lengthy round trip. We were immediately impressed by her engaging, sincere and responsible manner. More importantly, our dog bonded with her straight away. Being a GSP, he is super sensitive, intuitive and since lockdown, particularly needy. Charlie’s paperwork was very professional and comprehensive. Whilst we were away she sent us frequent photos and updates to keep us in touch. She also made the effort to replicate our dogs routine by walking him with his canine mates which was much appreciated by them all. The house was immaculate on our return, even down to the laundry. We recommend her with absolutely no reservation. We really hope she will come again soon.

Charlie looked after our beagle and our home for eight days. We came back to a happy dog and an immaculate house. Charlie was professional, friendly, gentle and caring. She did a fantastic job. I would use her again and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Having Charlie come to look after our lovely British Shorthair boys was a great experience. I often feel nervous and guiltily about leaving the boys, but Charlie put my nerves at ease immediately. Communicating with Charlie was really easy and stress free. Charlie certainly must give off loving vibes to cats. Tony can be shy with new people and keep out of their way, however, he immediately connected with Charlie as shown by the photos I received of him cuddling up to her feet. I’d highly recommend Charlie to look after your adored animals and home.

Charlie is so lovely. She looked after our Cat Pickle and 2 chickens for a week while we were on holiday. She also looked after our home so well and kept it spotless. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone if you want someone to look after your home and pets while you're on holiday! Our Cat doesn’t do well staying in the cattery so Charlie is a godsend! We have Pre booked her in again for our 2 week holiday next year.

You'd be the luckiest if Charlie can sit for you! She is a great communicator, reliable, super-clean and tidy, and such a warm and lovely person. I felt so calm and reassured the entire time I was away, because Charlie made me feel like I had a good friend looking after my cat Elio - who took to her immediately and was relaxed and happy. She kept me updated and sent gorgeous photos of Elio regularly. Charlie was absolutely fantastic and took wonderful care of him and my flat. My dogs have been going to Jans for the last 5+ years. I have used weekly day care as well as holiday cover. It’s so reassuring when they jump out the car all excited to be there and run down the garden for a play and sniff about. It means i can leave them assured that my doggy babies are in good hands. Jan has always been a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation recommending her and have done so to friends who now use the service.

Jan is absolutely fantastic. From her knowledge, to her clean, spacious, calm home, she is welcoming and caring. We have left our 10m old Reggie with her 4 times now and he LOVES IT! When he returns, he is happy and relaxed. Have taken him to a dog day care previously but Reggie comes back exhausted and extremely thirsty. It's like he hasn't been able to relax. When he comes back from Jans, he's a lovely calm happy do. Jan has excellent knowledge of dogs and has shared some really useful tips with me. Fair to say Reggie has a friend for life with Jan. We won't go anywhere else!

A really lovely & friendly place for dogs

I was fortunate enough to have another dog walker recommend Rachael to me when looking for someone to have our 13 year old slightly deaf, slightly cantankerous Patterdale terrier for the Easter holidays. Rachael is warm and welcoming and has taken great care of my boy. He came back so happy that I know he had lots of care and cuddles whilst we were away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rachael in the future and Archie’s looking forward to coming back for another stay at the end of the year!

Rachael offers a very reliable and caring dog walking service. Our dog needs a little bit of extra care due to a back problem and Rachael has sure that all of his needs have been met. I have no worries at all when she walks Milo for us and I can thoroughly recommend her.

Su, or Aunty Su as we call her is our dog Eli's best freind. She is overjoyed to see her when she comes to walk her and she has the best holidays when we are away!
