Can’t recommended these lovely ladies enough. My dog loves going out with them on walks and has even had a a week long holiday with them while I have been away.

We boarded our 4 guinea pigs with Cailie during our summer holiday and we're really happy with her service. Great communication, very accommodating in drop off and pick up and they came home in great condition. Photos and videos of them during our break helped us feel confident they were happy and being looked after well.. thanks. Will be using again!

From being a first time pet owner not having any knowledge of Catteries I stumbled across pixi pet care online and made an enquiry (best thing I ever did)! Cailey responded in great detail to the things I’d need if I haven’t already done so immunisation etc she helped me step by step through the whole process of the pre booking. Through out our cats stay there we were kept well informed of how he was via WhatsApp videos which was really good to see as it put my mind at ease knowing he’s being looked after. For anyone looking for a cattery I would 100% recommend Pixi Pet care. I look forward to using them in the coming future.

We’ve been sending our dog to daycare with Cailey since she was a puppy. She loves spending her time there with her friends and we feel reassured to know that our dog is having fun and being looked after well whilst we’re at work. Cailey is a dog lover and was also a great source of advice and support for us as new puppy owners. The daycare service is also great value for money compared to other options in the area. Would highly recommend Pixi Pet Care.

We lucked out finding Petpals Chingford! Kerry is fantastic. We went away for two weeks, and I was pretty nervous because I hadn’t left my younger cat for that long before. She’s an anxious little rescue, but Kerry made her and my other cat Daisy feel so safe and comfortable. You could tell they were really well cared for. She kept us updated with regular messages and pictures (she’s got a great eye for those too!). She helped keep the place clean and took the rubbish out before we got back. Petpals is also super reasonable price-wise and is great value for money. I’d 100% recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks, Kerry, for giving us total peace of mind while we were away.

Kerry has looked after our cat on a number of occasions now over the past year. Our 13 year old Battersea rescue cat is very nervous when it comes to new people and places. So coming across Pet Pals has been a real godsend for us as we were concerned about how he would cope in a cattery. Kerry is really friendly, efficient and demonstrates a clear love for the animals she is taking care of. We have been kept up to date whilst away, providing peace of mind, and have always come home to a happy, content cat. We could not recommend Pet Pals more and will be continuing to enlist Kerry's help in the future once lockdown has ended.

Excellent service, I have been using Kerry's professional service for about seven years and always pleased on my return from holiday on how clean the place is and my pets are happy too. She was particularly good when I was incapacitated a year ago and came in daily to see to my pets. They are trained in giving medication to animals too.

Kerry has been looking after our cat while we've been away for over a year now. She's been totally fantastic and super helpful noticing important things regarding our home while we've been out. She's really on top of the communication. I'm glad she's in the area!

Have used Petpals twice now (2nd time at late notice) and really happy using them. Kerry is friendly and approachable making the whole thing of going away less stressful on both us and our fussy little cat (definitely compared with a cattery). She even washes up and picks up the post for us which is a nice touch as well. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Terrible! Kerry sent some random illiterate around our house who despite written instructions overfed our cat who then obviously threw up all over the house. I asked her about the note I left for her and she lied about seeing it but not reading it properly (which would also not have been reassuring), but with our security cameras recording the visits I not only know she‘s a liar, I can also report that the "up to 20-minute visit“ is 8 minutes at most and our cat hasn‘t been stroked in 48 hours. Do not trust them with your cat!

Kerry is most reliable,kind and efficient.She has looked after my dog several times and he loves seeing her. She always does everything asked of her and I wouldn`t leave my dog with anyone else.

Sharon looked after my late dog on a couple of occasions and I was very happy with her service. As a pet professional myself I'm very picky on who I would leave my dog with but I was filled with confidence and provided a great service, she gave me regular updates and my dog came home happy and content on both occasions. He was a little more difficult than your average dog but Sharon was capable of handling his needs without issue.

Sharon visited our small pets while we were away to feed and clean them. She clearly really cares about the welfare of the animals, and I was very comfortable leaving them in her care. When we returned it was clear they'd been well looked after.

Sharon has been looking after our dog for over 2 years now. Sharon is always accommodating even though our dog has to be solo boarded. Our dog is very happy with Sharon and always pleased to see her. Any special instructions given such as food requirements are always followed. Sharon is very responsive to all messages and sends us pictures and updates, which is greatly appreciated.

Sharon has looked after our small animals in her home on several occasions now. We have been delighted with the care she has given them - great communication and peace of mind for us. Could not recommend her more highly.

Everyone at the Doggy Dorchester seems friendly enough. Kennels works for some dogs and not for others. If you just need somewhere you know your dogs going to be safe, and fed, then this could be the place for you, unfortunately, it did not work for us. A 1yr old pooch with an amazing temperament came back wired and on edge, jumping/chasing anyone and everyone (never had this problem before). Kennel Stress is a real thing and we were honestly quite worried about him. We've had to re-train him completely and luckily he's now back to his normal self. I think if your dog is needs one to one love and attention this might not be the place for you. We left our boy for 10 days and got little to no communication. I think this was the main problem for us, if they'd been honest about the experience he was having we would of just got someone to come and pick him up. The overall experience could of been worse, but it could of been better.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Doggy Dorchester enough, they have been incredible with our Dog Bruce with he’s 10 day stay with them. Had to visit kennels before the stay to show all relevant vaccinations paperwork & was shown the kennels & grounds. Very clean & professional set up & lovely staff. Took him a little while to settle & they were so supportive & made it their mission to ensure Bruce was happy & comfortable. Constantly keeping us updated to put our minds at rest too. Their experience, expertise & genuine love for the Dogs was to another level. Picked Bruce up upon returning from our holiday & was greeted with a happy & content & well looked after Dog. Thank you so much, would not even hesitate to use again for sure.

Our bulldog Suzie is so well cared every stay at Doggy Dorchester. Amazing staff and lovely to see pics of her on FB enjoying herself during her stay. Always grateful leaving her knowing she will get excellent a care and attention.

My 2 year old boy Staffy called Dracarys ( Game of Thrones Dragon, not Harry Potter, lol ) aka Draco for short. 15 nights boarding. My extensive research led me to the site of Doggy Dorchester and I'm so glad it did. Did my initial walk-through with my woofer and met the really helpful and informative staff who impressed me right from the get go! The lovely rugger lads and caring girls explained how Draco's day would consist of in full detail. Dropped my fur ball off and naturally was anxious as a parent and the first day at school kinda scenario but I needn't have worried. Picked him up and instantly by looking at his big wide smile face, healthy groomed coat , knew he loved it there. He's a bit of a chancer charmer and he sure got loads of TLC and was spoilt rotten. Thank you to each and everyone of you at the Dogchester and Draco is chuffed to bits to have found his forever home, away from home xx

After visiting a number of kennels we picked the Doggy Dorchester for our two dogs to stay at whilst we were away for a wedding. The staff genuinely adore dogs and care about each dogs individual needs. On pick up our dogs seemed happy, clean and well looked after and the staff could tell us about each dogs stay e.g. what and how they’d eaten, how they had interacted with other dogs and how they’d been with the staff and inside the kennels. One of our dogs can be very nervous around other dogs and the staff took the time to clearly find out her boundaries through talking to us and observing her. When we visited our dogs enjoyed their spacious field and we had time to discuss each dog and put any worries about leaving our dogs to rest. I knew they were in very safe and capable hands and will be using the Doggy Dorchester again. I’m so happy we have found this team and loved seeing the photos on Facebook as an update.

Called today after sending two contact form requests to get my dog booked in for October when we go away to which no one bothered to call ! Usually he stays at elmtree which we LOVE but thought we’d try here as it’s next to where we live. Very unhelpful girl on the phone. Clearly not bothered about any new customers. Only viewings on weekdays, clearly people don’t have jobs ?? When I told her surely for new clients it’ll be nice to make some time for viewings weekends if people can’t get to you because of work commitments to which I was told they’re already busy. Booked back with Elmtree and that’s where we will stay ! .

I have used Doggy Dorchester many times with my Dogs Lola and Molly. They love going there and playing with all the other dogs. They have a great time running round the field and come home after a great day and fall asleep. Couldn't recommend enough 100% +++++

We booked our lab in for the trial day to make sure he was ok to attend their daycare. He was picked up and dropped off, was told on drop off that he is very boisterous and aggressive… but they will see how he gets on. Confused by this we rung up and asked to speak to the owner / manager: she advised that our boy was tested with the other dogs (mainly all smaller than him) cockapoos etc and that he was showing aggression and dominant ways so they had to let him have a run around by himself and a staff member. Completely defeating the object of trying to socialise him with other dogs. He was kept in kennels for the majority of the day apart from a short play in the field with a staff member. We was told that this is there policy and that all dogs are in the kennels for most of the day with a couple of times a day let in the grounds for a run around with the other dogs. We was understandably very Confused at the feedback of our lab being aggressive and showing aggressive ways towards other dogs as we had never seen or experienced this with him. He went again for the second and third day and on the third day we was called to advise he was coughing and that we had to pick him up as they believed he had kennel cough. He had never had this before and was upto date with his vaccine. Upon registering him we was told he had to be upto date on all jabs including kennel cough but we was never asked to send or show the record from the vets to prove this. This made us wonder how many other dogs did they also not see the evidence of the kennel cough vaccine. He was extremely ill with it and we decided after this to not return to doggy Dorchester. We then tried passion for paws who are brilliant, he also was assessed there before they took him on and said the co plate opposite just that he was very excitable. At passion they are not locked in kennels most of the day but play all day with other dogs. He plays with sausage dogs puppies all types of dogs despite what DD advised. He has been with them now for over one year and never came back with kennel cough either. I would strongly advise to not put your dog with DD

We know Tamara for several years now and she found her special way to our doggy. My dog is a very nervous and anxious dog and not many people can see beyond that, but Tamara won her love! We boarded Luna with all instructions of how to feed her, walk, what meds to give - all that was done perfectly. Tamara communicated to us to give reassurance that Luna was fine while we were away, sending pictures and videos. That was really appreciated! It was a great experience and I will board my Luna with Tamara without doubt any time.

This is best dog walker/dog boarding in the area. I have a disabled dog and this did not put her off at all. Tamara was polite and friendly, she went dogs pace to gain his trust. I would not ever use anyone else for my pet. Our dog is a family member hence I would only want the best for him and that is where this company comes in. Absolutely amazing!!

Tamara has been walking my dogs for around 4 years now. She is flexible and accommodating and my two absolutely adore her. Highly recommended.

We can't recommend Happy Hounds enough. Our dog Coco, loves his sitter Ellie. She's is amazing, looks after Coco so well and we can see that every time she comes to pick him up. He's so so happy to see her and to go with her. Everything is very organised and so easy to manage on the website and we get multiple updates daily by whatsapp. Chloe is also very nice and so helpful with any questions you have. Unfortunately we're leaving the area and Coco won't be able to join daycare with Ellie anymore. If you're looking for a doggy daycare you're on the right place, they understand perfectly how important your pet is for you and they do anything to help the pet feel happy and the owners too. We have been using Happy Hounds and Cooler Cats for years and the service from Chloe and the team is amazing. Our dog always comes back so happy from his group walks and it’s clear he enjoys his time with his walkers immensely. I got in touch with Happy Hounds when it was time to return to work (having gained a puppy during lockdown) and they were so helpful in getting me set up with recurring services, answering any questions I had and they made leaving my puppy to return to work so much easier both emotionally and practically. My pup really enjoys the daycare and the socialisation has helped her a lot in many training aspects (even if there is still work to do). They also provide daily updates (with pics) of your pooch while they're gone which is super reassuring and something to brighten your day. They're very fairly priced and just seem like a lovely bunch of people who love what they do. I'd definitely recommend this services to other dog owners - my puppy loves going and I don't have to worry at all while she's gone.

Without doubt the best dog walking service that we have ever used. The team at Happy Hounds are completely professional and always accommodating of last minute requests as best as they can. Our dog Dalton adores his walkers, is always excited to be picked up and comes home exhausted and happy, ready for a nap. We are sent videos of his outings which is really lovely for us, and the walkers are always vigilant to any changes in behaviour and report back to us if they have any concerns. Had our first boarding experience with Johanna who watched Olive for us and I must say how comfortable my husband and I felt with her ! We contacted Happy Hounds to organise daycare for our dog Ludo while I was pregnant, so that we could have some extra help to see me through the new born stage. My son is now 18 months and we’ve only now said our goodbyes! The service is excellent, so friendly and they always gave an update inc photos on the days Ludo was in daycare. Aurora is a fantastic walker. She really cares about dogs and Rhia was clearly very happy with her walks. I felt totally secure with her service. Aurora is great with communication and send great pictures. I would highly recommend and will be using again in the future!

I'm very happy with Aurora's help to look after Bobby, my cat, for almost a week. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with good experience taking care of pets. Aurora comes to walk my energetic husky Mischa for me every now and then - and Mischa is delighted every time! Aurora takes wonderful care of her, sending me tonnes of pictures of their adventures together, and is 100% reliable. Aurora has looked after my cat a few times when I’ve been away. She is trustworthy and I feel she really cares about him. She understands that a cat needs love and attention just as much as they need food and water. I can enjoy going on holiday knowing that my companion is being well looked after.

Aurora took care of our Boston Terrier and Vizsla for one night, and we couldn’t be happier! She has awesome knowledge, especially she knew how to work with our energetic Vizsla. Super responsible, she follows all safety rules, ensuring our dogs were secure and comfortable. Aurora is also very communicative, competent, and incredibly nice. Aurora is absolutely amazing. She came over to meet my cat, Pigeon, before taking on the job to make sure they both got on and she knew where everything was. Then, she was super thorough and asked for lots of details about Pigeon and her health and who our vets were etc. incase of any issues when she was cat sitting. This was massively appreciated and let me know Aurora was an amazing choice as cat-sitter! I got pictures of pigeon when I was away so I knew everything was okay and I felt so reassured the whole time which meant I could really enjoy myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aurora for cat-sitting again, and can't recommend others do the same!! And see attached for some lovely pics of Pigeon and Aurora!

Aurora took really good care of my Penelope (cat) when I had to go away urgently. They got on instantly so I knew she would be in great company. I received an update and photos everyday which was a great part of the service and Aurora kept me updated on anything else that occurred during the 2 weeks. I could not be happier with the service and I know Penelope was really looked after. I will definitely be using Aurora's services in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

Our cockapoo has been going to Aurora since April 2021 (when he was about 14 weeks old) for daycare 2-3 times a week and overnights, and he couldn’t be happier! Aurora, Diego and her dogs are his second family - they’ve taken such good care of him, I really don’t know what we would do without her. Even since we moved out of the area last month, we still send him for overnights because it’s such a comfort to know he’s somewhere where he’s loved and looked after. We have also sent him for longer periods when we have been away on holiday and she’s been great. She is always very reliable, communicative and really knows how to take care of animals. Do not hesitate to book, but be warned, your dog may have a new favourite!

Reached out to Pawsome Pals (Gen) after reading all the positive reviews to initially arrange dog walking for my 5 month old Border Terrier puppy! Spoke to Gen on phone and had a follow up face to face meeting for all parties to meet and greet! Gen is very professional, knowledgable (knows her stuff), friendly, and able to offer a bespoke service with all things dog (including assessment and training needs)! We are at the start of our journey with Pawsome Pals, but thus far very impressed! Thank you Gen!

We are so grateful to Felix for taking such fantastic care of our puppy. Also a massive shout out to Gen for being generally wonderful! We were really nervous about leaving Lionel with a sitter so soon, but Felix was absolutely brilliant with him. He really put our minds at rest by keeping us regularly updated and it meant we were able to enjoy our best friend's wedding, which meant a lot to us.
