Gina was a life saver! A dear friend had a sudden health issue and was kept at the hospital for a week with no notice or relatives nearby to go check on his 3 cats. I contacted Gina from GA and she went out promptly to check on them and then cared for them the rest of the week. She went above and beyond to give us peace of mind that all was well. My friend came home from the hospital to happy and healthy cats. Highly recommend Gina and The Pet Nanny!

Simply put, I wouldn’t trust any other person with my fish pets. The Pet Nanny is also very knowledgeable about aquatic life in general. This is the third time she has taken care of feeding all my aquarium fish friends. Very detailed and thorough and accomplishes all instructions left while we’re away on vacation. The Pet Nanny even sends me videos of my aquarium fish friends while they’re being fed. It’s truly is awesome to be able to relax for a week away from home, knowing that The Pet Nanny is meeting all my fish needs. We love Gina the pet nanny! Always professional. Our fur babies love her. We trust her completely in our home when we are away. We know that are babies are getting love and attention from her in our absence. She keeps us informed with photos and videos. We won't use anyone else but Gina, I highly recommend her services, you will not be disappointed! She is amazing with animals.

I absolutely adore my two cats Louie & Clarence. And I equally despise letting people have unfettered access to my home while I'm out of town. But I was so lucky to find Gina. She has been so absolutely perfect in any way you could imagine. If I'm on a business trip and we get delayed, she offers to come for an extra day with little notice. She empties my automatic litter boxes. She refills the water fountains. Makes sure their auto feeder is good. Makes sure nothing catastrophic has happened in my absence. But most importantly, she communicates. She lets you know what is going on. She sends you pics and videos of her playing with them if you leave a few toys out. It's not just some person coming in to check if your pet is alive and just leaving. She gives your pets comfort and humanity while you are away. And she gives you reassurance and peace of mind. And she doesn't charge nearly enough. If I could add extra stars, I would.

Just used Gina for the first time. I am picky about who stays with my dogs. I was a vet tech and have high expectations. Gina did a great job! My dogs love her and she sent daily photos and videos of my babies which ensured I did not worry. We were out of town for a week and I did not worry. She even fed the wild ducks we feed! Highly recommended!

Gina is absolutely amazing. She cares for your pets as if they were her own. She is very patient with pets and especially the pet parents who worry while they are away! My two fur babies mean the world to me and I could never just leave them to be taken care of by just anyone while we are out or away. Gina is phenomenal! Our two dogs just adore her. She is very attentive to their needs. She cares for them as if they were hers. She is in constant contact with us about when and where she is when taking care of them. We even get pictures. When we go away on vacation, it’s one less worry on my mind because I know Gina is there with them over night and they are not alone. I don’t think Google will allow me to write all the words I’d want to use to describe how much I LOVE GINA!!! OM(goodness)! She is our pet angel! We have two fur babies - one of which has insane anxiety and does not typically like anyone new. She loves Ms. Gina though! Gina makes our lives so much easier when traveling or when we have long days. The pups get to stay home where they are most comfortable and I know that I have absolutely nothing to worry about. I can vacation with complete ease. And I love how when we have super long days, we can get Gina to pop over and let pups out, give them dinner, show them some love, etc… I can’t emphasize how much I recommend her! If you are considering, do it! You won’t regret it. ps - We’ve been using Gina for almost 2 years now so I’ve got a lot of positive history to back up these comments!

Gina is awesome with my dogs! They love her. She is very professional and clean. She tends to my puppies needs and is very loving and attentive. Total bang for the buck! So worth the peace of mind knowing that a professional is taking care of my fur babies.

Gina has watched my two labs and she is phenomenal. My 1 guy is older with lots of medication and she took care of it effortlessly For the first time I was able to go on vacation and never worry about my fur-babies. She gave me an overview of the time frames she would be at the house. And sent me texts and photo updates which led to my comfort while away. Dont hesitate to work with Gina, she treats your pets like family.

Took my Shepard for his first nail trim, was in and out in just a few minutes. Pup was treated like a king and seemed to enjoy the staff. No appointment needed, walked right in and they set to work.

Our Bear has being going now over 3 years and loves being there for the day and even baths. Our Bella, is 4 years old but was given back to the rescue last year. She was in sore need of nails being cut when we got her a year ago and they have worked with us as she gets afraid of being left. She comes home happy and even is learning to love going yet still has moments of fear. They are great to work with especially with our Bella.

We have been bringing our dog here for a while with no issues. Until today! I had my son pick him up after his grooming, as I was working from home and could not leave. As soon as he walked in the door, I noticed a huge knot on the top of his head that was actively bleeding. NOTHING was said to us when he was picked up and of course my son didn't see it. When I called, I was told he was trying to escape from the kennel and they moved him elsewhere. This is not a scratch, it is a KNOT. Like someone hit him with something hard. We will not be returning and I urge others to use caution, as they were not sympathetic whatsoever. I got an email that was written by AI and it had captions that were supposed to be filled in that they left generically. Example: At [your business name], the safety and well-being of every pet in our care are our top priorities. Yes, that was a sentence from their 'apology' email. If you don't like your job or the dogs coming in there, find another job! This is absolutely unacceptable!

I love this place for cutting my dogs nails. Saturday they take walk-ins until about 1/1:30pm, which is really nice. The service is quick and professional. The cut is $10 and it’s $5 to add dremal. They do charge $20 if the dog is extremely hard to work with, but fortunately that hasn’t happened to us. The lady that cuts the nails handled my crazy dogs vey well. I was impressed. I’ll be back in a few months for another cut!

If I could rate negative numbers I 1000% would. I boarded my dogs for 3 nights with their food completely measured out for each day and I had provided instructions on exactly when and how much to feed but when I picked my babies up the bags were almost completely full. During pick up and drop off the kennel staff were dry and pushy and didn’t advise me on why my dogs weren’t feed. Two days later we were finally able to get a hold of a manager, who then stated she did not know what was going on and once she spoke to the staff, they stated that my dogs were not eating so they fed them rice and chicken, but we were not advised at pick up. About 10 minutes after pick up, I noticed that my dogs were struggling to breathe and had a dry cough, after waiting 1 day the cough got worse and we have had to take my dogs to the vet and they now have kennel cough and are in bad condition which now has led to hundreds of dollars in vet bills, this is absolutely ridiculous and not professional. I trusted this company with my babies as the reviews were amazing and I was truly let down, I can’t put into worlds how upset I am

I absolutely LOVE this place. My boy Major is my pride and joy, but i travel alot at times for work. Whether its a few days or a week, I can always count on Four Paws Only to take care of him. He LOVES the staff, and they love him ❤️ & THEY ARE SOOO AFFORDABLE! I also love their dog biscuits / cookies. I always feel safe leaving Major in their hands 😊

Great service and team! Four Paws Only has always welcomed our dog with open arms and love on him. I wish there was more opportunities for pets not fixed, but at this time play time is only for fixed pets. Location and parking is not the best due to Four Paws popularity. Sometimes it is hard to find a space to park and drop off or pick up your pet.

Read the good reviews and looked like they could watch my puppy for the day, the place seemed clean and the receptionist was friendly. The price was fair the location convenient. My new puppy loves everyone and gets along with other dogs. We are still in the potty training mode. When my wife went to pick her up she was wet and smelled like pee. I'm not sure if she was laying in it or what happened. It got all over my wife's work clothes and they both needed a bath. My wife said that there were 30 other dogs in there that day. We boarded our dogs for the first time and it was a great experience! After their 2-day stay, both of our boys walked out as happy as can be. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We have a pit bull terrier mix and a shorthaired Chihuahua, and we will definitely use this service again.

It takes me 45 minutes to get to four paw. To me it is worth it. They do a great job with my yorkie I go every 2 weeks for her nails. Alyson is great with Gloree. Thank you🙏 …

Our German Shepherd/Rottie pup, Finley, is absolutely obsessed with Laurie, Stephanie, and going to play with her friends at Doggie Daycare!! We have been taking her there since she was 4 months old and each time we turn down the street, you can see the excitement in her wagging take and wiggly butt. From running around like maniacs, to sand boxes and kiddie pools, it’s no wonder why when I go to pick her up, she literally will not leave lol. I highly recommend Dog Days Lounge and Day Lounge. The staff there truly cares about the safety and well being of each dog that walks through their doors. 🐶❤️

I have lived in Polk county all of my adult life. My wife and I have 3 English Springer Spaniels that we adore. Dog Days Lodge and Daycare is the absolute best boarding facility that we have ever used. Laurie knows and loves dogs. She is great with them. It is never easy to leave your dogs behind but knowing they are in such a tremendous facility and under such loving care softens the blow. I heartily recommend them.

We Love this place, and the people that work there. They actually care about the pets and their owners. They take the time to gradually introduce your dogs 1 by one to the pack that is there so that there is no confusion on how your angel or devil of a dog reacts to other dogs. The owner and staff are educated in the field and are amazing and will educate you if needed. Either way, the rates are great and the staff is better. The place is very nice and clean, all dogs that stay there have ALL of the mandatory shots, no exceptions. My family and I Highly recommend this family owned and operated business.

I recently boarded my dog at Parkway Pet Resort in a room with a camera, and I was impressed by how organized they were and their great communication. They offer helpful extras like slow feeders, which was a nice touch. As it was my dog’s first time interacting with other dogs and being boarded, I called a few times, and the staff was always reassuring. I highly recommend getting the camera room for first-timers to ease any worries. Their prices are reasonable for the services provided. Check out their Facebook page and website for more info. Highly recommend this place! I'm super attached to my dog so being able to have 24-hour camera access to her room was comforting. I was actually able to have a peace of mind while on vacation for once. Not only was the staff patient with my husky's territorial ways, they went above and beyond to make her stay comfortable. I also really like that they have an actual yard for her to play in which a lot of these boarding places don't. She truly enjoyed herself and I'm so happy I chose this place! For the fair price, it was truly worth it!

We boarded our Wheaten Terrier there for three days. We were in Lakeland for a visit and Parkway was recommended to us. We picked up our pooch and she looked clean and had no kennel smell at all. I would recommend Parkway and we will use them again.

The check in process could be much improved! I had to fill out pages and pages of first time paperwork. It would have been nice to have been emailed the paperwork to complete prior or do it on a tablet in the parking lot. I would have loved an online portal to see pics of the dogs during the week. We paid for snuggle time and ice cream and I just needed to trust they gave them, no pics of them enjoying their treats or anything. The staff also acts like they know your dogs better than you do. We asked for them to take our two dogs inside separately at check in. One gets very excited and he’s a runner. She insisted on doing it together and guess what happened? She dropped the leash. Made us nervous about leaving him there. Please listen to the owners! I promise we know our pets better than you do.

They have a great staff, friendly and professional. They’ve always been prompt with check-in/outs, and my baby always looks healthy and happy coming home. I switched over to Parkway Pet Resort after having issues with another local boarding facility that left my dog so depressed and distraught after a two-day stay. They are worth the extra costs for the peace of mind. Now, it feels like my baby is having his own well-deserved vacation. Thank you all for your beautiful work, and I'm grateful for your services!

I dropped my baby off on Wednesday was to pick him up on Saturday when we decided to pick him up on Friday they were wonderful not a problem we will have him ready. I enjoyed the video of him while he was outside. He seemed really happy and the staff are just amazing. This was our first time and I know we will be coming back again. Thank you guys for taking great care of my baby Rocky.

I absolutely love this place for my dog! I toured nearly every facility in Lakeland and this was the only one I felt comfortable with! The facility is super clean, the staff are very friendly, and the suites are very nice! I recommend them to everyone!

Parkway Pet Resort is fantastic! This was my first time boarding my dog due to traveling outside the country, and the staff was warm and professional. The facility is spotless, and they provided my dog with plenty of playtime. My dog came home happy and healthy. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this kennel! They do a great job taking care of our mid-sized high energy dog. They keep him safe and out of trouble. He is well taken care of and gets snuggles. I have heard many heart-breaking stories about Kennels abusing dog but in our experience, this is one you can trust. The staff are flexible, compentent and easy going. On Sundays, they have photo day and post at least one picture of each dog on Facebook! (All the attached photos are photos they took and shared on Facebook.) They have a cattery (separate building), a dog kennel and deluxe dog rooms with windows. The cheaper kennel option is recommended for high energy/escape artist dogs. You can pay for fun extras for you dog, I think they even have a room with a camera you can pay for so you can watch your dog from afar. They have quite a few grassy fenced yards so the dogs can run free and safely interact with each other through fences under supervision. They let you bring you own food/treats/toys so your dog gets what it's used to at home. They have weekend and holiday hours for drop off and pick up year round. Check them out!

The team at Das Hund Haus is an extremely professional and knowledgeable group of animal loving individuals. Our experience has been top notch since day one! Kenny is 5 months old and started at the day care and Manners 101 training at 3 almost 4 months old. He has learned various commands making life easier to manage at home. From sit, down, place, stay, and more, Kenny has been quickly adopting to the training. Additionally, Kenny enjoys his day care stays with his pup friends. There are always additional activities to add to your pups day like sniffaries, obstacle courses, ball pit, and even some fun lick art! Kenny always comes home happy and exhausted from his daycare stays. We thank the staff and trainers for their continued help and support in helping raise a well behaved pup. 10/10 recommend

Omg! GREAT dog training center!! Just picked up my Akita from them. Zac, the trainer, did an amazing job with her. She's SO well mannered and follows commands so well. I have debated leaving this review, however I think it’s important for people to have honest feedback when finding a place to board their fur babies. Last week we brought our 2 dogs for a long weekend and after seeing great reviews we decided to give Das Hund a go. Upon calling to check in on the pups the next morning, I was told they were good. A couple days later we called again and was told our dogs were not coming around to the staff and didn’t want to play with other dogs. This raised flags for us because our dogs are very affectionate and playful and knew that didn’t sound right. Upon pick up, the lady that brought them out to us didn’t seem to have a clue who our dogs even were. When I asked again how their stay was she said, I haven’t heard anything bad so I assume they had a great time. All responses from staff seemed conflicting and didn’t put us at ease. Our one pup came home with a split tail and is constantly bleeding which will be a bit of recovery for her. We can only assume this was from the extended amount of time spend in crates, and at this point we’re not sure how much free/play time they really had. We truly wanted to like it here as they are close by, however we decided this is not a good fit for us. Would had loved staff to be on the same page with feedback about our dogs when we called to check in and pick up. -Chloe and Brody’s Mom

I did the Manners 101 with my golden retriever puppy. We loved working with Savannah and Zach. They were awesome in class and always provided good advice for behaviors at home. I am looking forward to continuing classes with them in the future. We also take our puppy to daycare and he seems to love it. I am glad to have a place I can drop him off to when we will be out of the house for the day so he can still get exercise and playtime with others. It’s been a great experience for him to get comfortable around other dogs.

I have used them several times for my two Goldens and they love it there. They get so excited when we pull into the parking lot. When we have used other places for boarding in the past, they always come home acting sad and strange. When they come home from Das Hund Haus, they are always their happy normal selves.

We LOVE Das Hund Haus! We found them when our puppy needed training. Savannah did such an amazing job with her. We now take her to daycare regularly to get her energy out. We have also boarded with them and they are always amazing and helpful. The staff love them all and it really shows. Highly recommend!!! Plus, they do fun holiday themed activities and professional photography regularly. Love it!

Our English bulldog puppy has been coming here for over five months now and he loves it. The staff is always SO friendly and helpful with everything from drop offs to pick ups and anything in between. Everyone is very knowledgeable about anything dog related, the trainers really seem to know what they’re talking about when it comes to training techniques. Will gladly recommend this location for any daycare or boarding needs. I can tell they all love my dog like he’s their own and that’s something I could never put a price tag on, thank you guys!

Staff truly CARES about your pet! They even stay overnight so your pup isn’t ever lonely or unattended. Super accomplished for pick up and drop off too even when they’re not technically “open”. No spay/neuter requirement for group play so young dogs can keep those important hormones but still play with others! Also take dogs that don’t like other dogs and play with them one-on-one instead so they don’t just sit in a kennel all day.

The team here has been great. Always happy to see my puppy arrive in the morning (even when her excitement leaves a mess to clean up). I would highly recommend Zach for your training needs. He's been working hard to turn my energetic pup into a well rounded dog. Delilah and I thank you all!

What an AMAZING experience at Das Hund Haus! What can I say? They are by far the BEST place to have grooming done. We have not yet done their training or daycare. We plan to. Logan was amazing with our Tamale. She is like a "dog whisperer!" Tamale was very comfortable with her. He even let her blow dry him...something that he was absolutely afraid of when we went to Petco for his first grooming. At Petco, they told us he was nervous and they couldn't blow dry him because he was barking. At Das Hund Haus, Logan said she has no problems with him. He was good for everything, including the nails and blow drying. Not to mention, they were much much less than Petco! At Petco, we paid $55 for the same thing Logan did for $25. PLUS Tamale got a bandana, where Petco would charge an ADDITIONAL $5 for a bandana 😕. If you need grooming, please go to Das Hund Haus. You will NOT be disappointed. Thanks again, Logan!! ☺️

Marsha has taken care of our Mini Schnauzer Sebastian many times when we need to leave home for an extended period of time. Sebastian is always well taken care of. She makes notes as to when she takes him out and how often he uses the potty. I am very particular as to who I would leave my pets care to and I NEVER worry knowing Marsha will be there for Sebastian

We could not be more DISSAPOINTED in the services we received from Marcia Berger (South Paws In-Home Pet Sitter.) She did not follow the schedule we have and agreed upon for our dogs, she was only there at our home for the overnight hours and left my 80 year old mother-in-law to deal with the dogs all day. She told us of two times she would not be there, once when she would go out with her friends Friday night at Cigar Life Lounge for a couple hours which turned into her leaving at 6pm and coming back to the house after 11pm. The other time was church on Sunday, That day she was gone from 7:30am to 3:50pm, again leaving my mother-in-law to do the job she was being paid to do. Saturday she was gone from 9:45am till after 5pm. Her website talks about how she spends quality time with our pets. When questioned on it she said she was there all night and that was the quality time. The dogs also get calming medicine given once at night with their food, they received it for breakfast and dinner on Saturday. Everything was written in black and white and ignored. Additionally she chose to smoke a cigar on our enclosed Lanai without even the common courtesy to ask us if was ok, and we were left to pick up the ashes and tobacco pieces she left behind. (oh and yes tobacco is toxic to dogs.) We also cleaned up tobacco pieces from our master bathroom toilet area, which yes smells like she smoked in there too. Her response to this was I never smoked in the house only outside with the door closed. Again without respecting us enough to ask first. I guess she forgot or didn't realize we have outside cameras (yes they are out in the open.) We hired her to take care of our dogs, which are our children. She did not. she did as she wanted and ignored everything else. She left it to the 80 year old woman in poor health to do it.

Marcia was able to help us with walking our dog and checking in on granny twice a day. Luna loved her from the time she met her. She was prompt, arrived on time and was in contact with me while I was away. I would not hesitate to leave Luna with her or use her services again.

Marcia has taken care of my 2 dogs who are like my family, like they are her family! From the time we initially met to interview up until the time we got back from vacation, Marcia was professional and very good at keeping us informed about our pets. I have used her more than once, and she continues to provide loving care! I come home and my home is just the way I left it. I’m happy and so are my dogs.. Thank you for becoming a trusted caregiver and now a good friend.

After landing in Tampa on 9/24/23 at 11:45 p.m., we received a text message from Marcia saying that her employee had let our indoor cat out of the door and it was too dark for the employee (Marcia Simonds) to try to find her. According to the video clips from home, the employee had left our property at 5:16 p.m. in the bright sunlight. The employee has not contacted us to explain what happened and when we called Marcia, she blew us off with a story that her lost cat had returned after a night missing. She promised to call us the next day to see if our cat had returned. We are still awaiting that call. In our opinion, the lack of responsibility and accountability displayed by this company, the owner, and the employees is deplorable and unacceptable. We can't, in good faith, recommend this company to care for your pets adequately.

We have used South Paws twice now, both times for about one week a piece. We have 4 cats two dogs and a fish! She was amazing! All of my animals loved her, she came twice a day and also brought in our mail for us. I love how much she truly does care about the animals and their well being while you’re away. She sent me daily photos of everyone which made me feel so happy and when we returned everything and everyone was happy and perfect. I will forever use South Paws when having to leave my fur babies 🤍

Marcia is fabulous with my kitties! She is reliable and takes such good care of my fur babies! From feeding to doing the litter boxes, I know she is taking care of it! We can not begin to describe how wonderful this company has been to our family. They are always so courteous and kind to our dogs. They truly care about them. We have had several girls come and take care of them and each and every one takes such great care of them. When we lost our boy Lukas recently and The owner Amber had a portrait of him done. We were absolutely speechless!!! What company does that !!! Any time we have a schedule change or special request, she is always willing to work with us and accommodate to ensure the best possible care of our “kids”. We are so lucky to have found this service and have been using them for over a year

Absolutely amazing experience. I used their mobile “gym” treadmill service for my 3 boys. I have 2 huskies and a malinois, who are all very different. Amber and Marissa handled them with care and encouragement even though 2 of them were very unsure about it. They took the time to get them used to the movement and make them as comfortable as possible with this new experience. Although my Malinois could have gone for days without stopping, they did not try to push him and made sure he was not going to overexert himself. I highly recommend this service and this team. We had a great first experience and cannot wait to do it again!

I am so very happy I discovered Atta Boy!!! They are simply wonderful!! I don’t even know where to begin! I suppose the best place is with my babies. They were so comfortable with the wonderful caregivers almost immediately! Even my VERY shy 7 month old kitten was soon coming out to play at every visit! My 14 yr old Westie and Jack Russell would both sit in the window eagerly looking for them. My Westie is a real Momma’s girl and usually pines horribly when we’re gone, refusing to eat for days. Not with the the AttaBoy friends; she ate and played and was just generally happy. I can’t tell you what a comfort it is to know your pets are safe, cared for and loved on. And these awesome people REALLY go above and beyond! The fed my yard full of squirrels and birds daily, cleaned up any sort of pet mess they discovered and even swept and Swiffered the floors! And the reports! They send wonderful reports -with pics!-after every visit! I have to admit, we really looked forward to those. I could go on and on extolling their virtues, but you probably get the idea that I LOVE this service! I will let just a very few of the pics they sent me tell the rest. Thank you, Atta Boy!! Oh my goodness, I totally forgot to mention all the other wonderful things they do/did! They brought in the mail every day and watched for an important package we were expecting. If it had come, they would have given our pups their meds every day. They checked the doors and discovered I’d left one open. They restarted a fountain I had forgotten to turn back on - going to great lengths to find the switch when I gave them inadequate information to locate it - because the fountain is important to the wildlife. They took great care of the litter box, doled out treats daily and made sure the music was on for the pups. And, they left sweet and thoughtful gifts! They are the best!

Amber and team have been caring for my furry kids for a few years now. I’m always apprehensive about leaving them but the detailed e-mails and pictures always give me a huge sigh of relief when I get one after each visit. You can’t go wrong with Atta Boy!

I highly recommend Atta Boy! and their pet sitting services. In the past we have boarded our dogs with the vet or other kennel, but one of our dogs has a health condition that does not allow her to be boarded at this time. We contacted Atta Boy for their services and it was perfect for our dog's needs. They took care of everything as asked and our girl was happy & excited to meet new people. We really love the email that we get after each scheduled visit with pictures and a summary of their time with our pup. We will for sure be using their service again.

We love all the pet sitters at Atta Boy ! Animal Care LLC. We have a difficult situation with an extremely shy cat, Two younger cats, and a Bantam chicken who has to live inside. We’ve had the fire department break our door in when we were all the way up in Maine and they went to the house to check on the cats and door. Thankfully there was no fire.We also had an older cat get gravely ill while we were gone and they checked on her at the Vets the whole time until we came back. I don’t know how we could enjoy our vacations without them. They send you a report and picks each visit so you can see your pets every day. It really does help ease your mind. We highly recommend this pet sitting service!

We hired Atta Boy Animal Care to look after our cat while we were out of town. Everything about this organization was just what I had dreamed a pet sitting service could be and should be. The care and attention given was good articulation, communication, and well executed plans. I will definitely hire them again.

Atta boy pet care is completely top notch. I have tried several different types of pet care and honestly nothing compares. The staff takes care of your animals like family and treats your home with respect. The daily reports for visits are reassuring that your pets and home are getting the time they deserve. My furkids love the attaboy crew and come running when they visit- . No they aren't the cheapest service around, but you can't put a price of peace of mind.

Atta Boy did a great job taking care of our boy, Storm. It took him a little time to warm up to them but they showed him the best care. our instructions were followed and everything happened like it should have. They even left a treat bag for us to share with him when we returned home. We have already booked additional services from them. Thank you for taking great care of Storm.

These folks are the BEST petsitters in the Lakeland area! We have used them multiple times over the past few years, and we are always more than pleased with their care of our three kitties! We get a daily email with photos while we are away...The emails contains details about how the cats have been eating and drinking, and even when they have a hairball upchucked on the floor, LOL! We always return home to a house that smells fresh & clean, even though we have three litter boxes! We actually returned home yesterday from a week away and found that all three of our Litter Genies had also been emptied and taken out! Other services Atta Boy includes is bringing in the mail and taking the trash & recycling bins to the street on their collection days (they also bring them back in!) To shout-out two of our recent great sitters: Amarylis was able to get our skittish babies to come out and say hi to her and enjoy some catnip (a true miracle since these kitties are total scaredy cats). And Johnny was our sitter for our trip back in May...There was a miscommunication about not running our Roomba (the miscommunication was completely my fault), and when it ran, it spread some cat vom around in the living room. Johnny took our Roomba home with him and watched a YouTube video to guide him in doing a deep clean on it!! He also mopped our whole living room!! You really truly will never find better care for your pets (and home) than this amazing crew! We will be loyal customers forever!

Lauri was absolutely amazing! She watched our Holland Lop bunny for a week while we went on vacation for Christmas/New Years. She is very flexible with drop off and pick up times and made everything very easy. She would send updates and pictures throughout the day which I loved! We will definitely have Lauri watch our bunny again the next time time we need a pet sitter. Thank you so much Lauri!

I left my pet bunny with Lauri during thanksgiving for a couple of days because my usual pet sitters were not available. Not sure what happened but i’m not so sure Lauri took good care of him. When we picked him up, he smelled so badly of urine. It’s visible that he didn’t use his litter box. Lauri did not let us know any of this (not even sure if she noticed). After picking my bunny up, he was a little down and wasn’t as active but he still ate a little. The day after that, my bunny became very lethargic and didn’t eat at all so we took him to the vet today. Unfortunately he had SEVERE gas in his intestines and passed away within a couple of hours at the vet. I don’t know what caused the gas but from the X-rays it was visible there was no food in his system so i’m not sure if he was eating properly while lauri was watching him (she didn’t tell me anything). My rabbit was completely 100% fine before dropping him off with lauri and now he’s gone. Idk what she did and I don’t want to point fingers but it seems a little too coincidental. Especially the fact that he smelled really badly of urine after picking him up which has never happened before. It’s as if he was rolling around in his own pee. I tried calling her to get answers but she has not been picking up. I would not recommend anyone to trust Lauri to watch your pet. After watching mine, he passed away.

Lauri took great care of my babies. I have an Umbrella Cockatoo that demands attention and an Old English Sheepdog/German Shepard mix that is an escape artist. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much Lauri ❤️

My mom and I left my childhood dog, Pompeii, who is now 18-years-old with Lauri while we went out of town. Since she is a senior dog we worry about leaving her at a standard kennel as it can be overwhelming for an older, smaller dog. After seeing fabulous reviews about Lauri online we set up an introductory meet-up and booked a sleepover stay. Lauri makes sure to keep all of the animals separated, which is very appreciated. Lauri let Pompeii have the entire entryway room for her overnight visit, and she also sent us adorable update pictures (without us even asking). You can tell Lauri truly loves and cares about the dogs that she watches. Laurie is an absolute Gem. She cared for Felix like he was her own. She agreed to watch him even though I did not have a pre arranged time scheduled. Our little Frenchie Stu loves going to Lauri's! He gets to play with the other dogs all day, and Lauri throws the ball for him and gives him treats. He has a blast! We feel comfortable leaving our dog with Lauri. She knows how to interact with dogs and all kinds of animals, and Stu felt comfortable around her from the start. We leave him with Lauri every Saturday and whenever we go out of town.

I called this business to get a quote and ask a few questions about the services provided and she was extremely rude. I usually never write reviews, but this was straight up wrong, I asked how many dogs she thinks she may have and she responded by saying “well that’s a stupid question, I won’t know how many I’ll have way out in the future” then she proceeded to rush me off the phone. As a service provider and a human and general you don’t talk to anyone like that let alone a customer…I was just getting information and everything sounded nice until then. Just rude. She called back and apologized however, I advise as a business owner you must be able to control your emotions.

She provides a safe and comfortable environment for the fur babies and cares for them as if they are her own. She even sends pictures of our baby while we are away so we can see how he's doing! I am a boutique breeder of American Bulldogs. Dustin does such a great job. Very reliable, trustworthy and my dogs love him. He stays at our home and cares for our animals every time we need him. We would not use anyone else. His price is very fair. Although I pay him extra because I have a litter of puppies for him to watch from time to time, it’s worth it to me to have him on my team. He even helped birth a puppy that decide to come out late while we were at my fathers funeral and he a fine job. We would highly recommend him.

I recently needed a break and a quick vacation to Disney. I already had several recommendations for Dustin. He was available, and even my most difficult dog( and the cats) seemed to warm up to him immediately. Arriving home my pets were happy and content. Dustin took an amazing care of our babies this Thanksgiving!! He initially came to our house to meet them and my babies Loved him. Then would come in and feed, walk and love on our babies. Dustin took pictures on all of the adventure and even cleaned after them. He also gifted a ball to baby Brave! Dustin is amazing! We had hired a dog sitter that quit on us in the middle of our vacation. We were 11 hours away and could not get to our furbabies. We called Dustin (who had never even met our dogs or us) and he immediately went over to check on them! Our babies were so happy to be walked and fed and loved on! He even spoiled them with treats and helped one our dogs who has eye issues. He gave her drops to help her feel better. Our eldest dog is on medication and he made sure he gave him his medicine just the way he needed it. He even wrote down when he gave it to him on paper so we knew he was well taken care of! His communication is wonderful he made sure he let us know when he was on his way when he was leaving and sent us pictures of our babies! He made sure he gave us updates on how they were eating, pottying and playing. We can't thank him enough for taking such great care of our babies and saving our vacation! Thank you for taking care of our squad Dustin!! We will never hire anyone else but you!!

I have known Dustin for many years and I have to say he is one of the kindest, most hard working and down to earth human beings I have met in my life. He will take care of your pets as if they were his own children. Having someone look after our pets or for many of us our babies is a luxury that not many can afford and a blessing that not many do experience. One of our pups requires extra special attention and need her medication, and Dustin made sure she was taken care of and kept up on her meds. I was beyond impressed. Dustin took care of our squad of dogs that ranged in age and breed for an entire week. We knew it was a big ask considering it was 6 large dogs and 2 of which were puppies. He exceeded our expectations. We received regular updates throughout the week and our dogs were happy when we came home. We would gladly recommend him to anyone and will use him again

Dustin was exceptional. On very short notice he is a was able to fill in on days when our son had to work long shifts to come and take care of our seven month old JRT puppy. He spent about an hour with her each day walking her playing with her, feeding her, etc. He posted pictures of their time together while I was on vacation so I could stay in touch. I so impressed with his sincere affection for our dog and his follow through on communications. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Dog Sitter walker Play time partner.

Alena and her crew are the absolute best! Alena of course is wonderful, but she also hires some of the best help and our pups absolutely love them all. When we return home from a trip, we can tell our pups are not anxious or stressed but just happy to see us. If the pups have had a rough experience when we are gone, they tell us with a stressful type of reaction. We never see that! Alena is reliable, dependable, and most importantly loves dogs as much as the owners do. That becomes apparent immediately and is so important. Highly recommend!

I was notified by a friend to check out the reviews on Google for Marina District Pet Care because my name was used. After reading the review and response, I am upset. The Emily person that left the review was not me. Though, I did use this company briefly. My experience was great at first then went downhill fast. I found Marina District Pet Care are untruthful and not trusting, especially after looking at Google. I do not recommend but instead recommend looking into other dog walking/sitting companies. Hopefully the owner has made changes to improve.

Amazing experience my dog buddy loved it here he didn’t complain at all! Buddy loved his nail care experience. Didn’t bark once when I picked him up he wanted to hug the workers. I will definitely bring him back.

Alena is literally the most incompetent sitter I’ve ever met. She left our dogs alone for over 14 hours. Gets there at 9:14am. Left by 9:50am. It’s now 11:50pm. Claims she “lost her phone”. Okay….so that means you leave our living, breathing animals alone without food or water all day?! We had to contact someone else to watch them while we were out of town visiting my father for his birthday. DO NOT HIRE THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING. You will absolutely regret it.

Had a great experience with Wag Watchers! Sue was absolutely wonderful with our little Lucy. This was the first time leaving her with someone and I was especially concerned because she tends to have some separation anxiety but Sue sent us pics and updates on her throughout the day to reassure us that she was fine. She was also very accommodating and flexible with our timeframe. Communication with Mike, who arranged the sitter, was also easy and I felt he truly listened to our needs to find the right person to have Lucy stay with. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend it to anyone.

Wag Watchers were great. I felt so comfortable leaving our fur baby with the host family. The host family was so warm and loving to our dog. We received pictures and updates. We knew he was in good hands. I already booked another stay .

We hired Glendaly from Wag Watchers to pet set for our two senior pups. One is a 10 year old Great Dane, and the other is a 13 year old deaf and partially blind Pug. Glendaly’s compassion and attention to their schedule was incredible. Most people have a tendency to be leery around Danes, but Glendaly immediately saw him as the gentle giant that he is! I would definitely recommend Wag Watchers to care for your pets, especially Glendaly.

We were in Daven Port for a months stay and used Wag Watchers for our dog Domino for 3-4 days. Mike called back and scheduled a visit with Tracy and Domino to meet. I was very impressed with Tracy right away. I have never left my dog at someones house, but this was a great experience for our dog. When I dropped her off the next day she walked into Tracy's house as if it was her own. Tracy spoiled her and Domino had the run of their home as if she was one of the family. Tracy texted me daily, and Domino got the run of the yard and a long walk daily. This is a great service and great idea rather then kenneling a dog in a cage for days. Will use them again. After using several different Pet Care companies and private sitters to walk Chewy, we found Tracy with WagWatchers. She is very attentive to Chewy's needs. There is no doubt that she truly cares about Chewy and enjoys their walks as much as Chewy does.For Chewy it is like spending time with a family member for his afternoon walk. Thank you, Tracy!
