Kathleen was a fantastic sitter and Olive and Noodle miss her already. She was great about sending pictures and updates - never had to ask anything, she always beat us to it. She didn't assume anything that wasn't clearly stated - always asked us beforehand. She was great with our dogs - they immediately bonded with her and didn't want to leave her side. We really appreciated being able to go away and not worry about our pets' welfare, we knew immediately they were being so well taken care of. We hope to host Kathleen again soon!!

Once again Dede was the most perfect pup and house sitter you could ever hope to have the pleasure of using. She leaves our home cleaner than we left it and our pups so happy that they continue to search for her after she leaves. Dede handled an emergency situation with a false CO2 alarm which resulted in a visit from the fire department perfectly and we were so grateful! I don’t think we could’ve picked a better sitter than Joe! This was our first time using this website/app, and I can only hope that all of our future sitters will be amazing as he was! He was kind, respectful, attentive, extremely clean, (seriously I think our house was cleaner than when we left for vacation), and took such amazing care of our two dogs! He arrived early on the day of our departure so he could meet our dogs and get a detailed run down of their routine. Both of our dogs warmed up to him immediately! :) One of our pups sometimes has the tendency to be reactive towards other dogs on leash. He handled him so effortlessly and with such compassion, it really put any worries I might’ve had aside. While we were away he sent little updates and pictures of the adventures they went on: farmers markets, car rides, long walks, and lots of pets and cuddles. After he left both of our dogs sat out side his room and just looked so sad that their new friend Joe had gone away. I honestly can’t recommend Joe enough! We loved Misty!!!! She was absolutely the most perfect baby sitter for our dog and an amazing short term tenant at our house. Not only did she keep the house clean but she even washed everything she used before we got home. We even got a couple gifts from her. I was fortunate to have Lisa as a sitter for my active, 7-year old lab mix (Ozzy) for a week in Bend. Lisa took the time to meet us via Facetime and in person before her stay. It was apparent she wanted to be well-prepared and aware of any special doggie needs he may have, or any help I needed with watering plants or bringing in mail. She took great care of Ozzy while I was away and sent me regular updates and photos of their outdoor adventures. I returned home to a very happy dog and a house exactly as I had left it. From the outset, communication was quick, smooth and friendly and it was clear that both Stephanie and Brian are reliable, professional and warm sitters who take all the various elements of a sit seriously. They kept us up to date with photos and messages, dealt proactively and competently with any unexpected issues that popped up, and most importantly showered our dogs and gerbils with attention and care throughout the time we were away. We returned to a spotlessly clean home (with thoughtful touches of fresh milk, bacon and bread waiting for us) and happy, settled pets. I cannot thank Jenny and Geoff enough for stepping in at the last minute after the original sitter cancelled. They are a great couple, friendly , organised and extremely capable. Also they LOVE animals. My dog and cat have clearly been given a great deal of care and attention in my absence. Jenny kept in touch with notes and lovely photos, Geoff cut my grass and I came home to a spotlessly sparkling house ! Thank you so much! Dropped dog off in Geneva on Wednesday & picked him up the following Wednesday. According to the photos we were sent, he was having a great time outdoors in the Jura during his week with Debby! Our dog Hugo has stayed numerous times with Debby and he has a great time. I love that she has such a big, open space in nature for the dogs and I know he is well taken care of. I can highly recommend.
Highly recommended! Very nice place and service, and super convineient! My dog has stayed there 3 times so far, for more or less a week for each time. They will come to Geneva to take the dog and send her back when it's finished. I'm very satisfied with all the kind service they have given.

Our Dog has just spent two weeks of vacation with Debby in the Jura and it was a very good experience. Transport from Geneva to the Jura is very easy. Debby's mother comes to pick up the dogs at an agreed location and brings them back to the same place. Debby sent us lots of photos and some videos. Communication was super easy. The dogs are at her house like they are at summer camp: they roam freely… large open spaces, walks in the countryside and in the forest and lots of friends to play with. I highly recommend this family pension! 😊

I was very satisfied with Olivia's services during my vacation. She took care of my three dogs (a Malinois, a border collie and a Finnish Lapland dog), as well as my chickens, rabbits, sheep and my garden for 15 days with 2 visits per day. From the first contact during the preliminary visit, I could feel his love and dedication to the animals. Olivia was incredibly kind to my animals. She made sure to feed them properly and give them lots of love and attention. The photos she sent me during my vacation were really adorable and also reassuring. This allowed me to enjoy my vacation with peace of mind, knowing that my animals were in good hands. When I got home, I could see how happy and fulfilled my dogs were. They seemed to have had a great time with Olivia. It really touched me to see how much she took care of them. Olivia takes care of my cat Mimosa during my vacations and long weekends. Sam has been watching our 2 year old golden retriever, Georgia, ever since we moved to Switzerland a year and a half ago. She is very professional and takes amazing care of our pup (including lots of outdoor adventures including walks in the mountains and swimming in the lake). We trust her 100% with Georgia, and Georgia gets so excited every time we tell her she is going to stay with Sam. We always get tons of pictures and update while we are away which is very comforting, and she provides pick up/drop off services in Geneva which makes the translation super easy. I highly recommend her for pet sitting services!
Sam hosted our anxious chihuahua terrier mix rescue for over a month at a time for two summers and she took excellent care of our dog. She takes the responsibility very seriously and is super responsive. We trust her completely. Highly recommend!
Sam was a gem with Saba , she took care of him for 5 nights with pick up and drop up ! I got daily updates on how he was doing particularly while he was on walks on their beautiful property in the mountains! I’m grateful she was flexible enough to make arrangements to take him there as he had more space to run and play . Sam was timely with the pick up and drop off and communicated effectively throughout the whole process . My dog was slightly bigger than what she handled him with care ♥️!
I have a 30kg rescue dog. She has on leash reactivity and can be quite intimidating for most. But not for Sam!!! I highly recommend her. From the moment my dog met Sam, my dog was much calmer than she usually is with strangers approaching us. I think my dog was charmed by Sam immediately and I could go away feeling confident that my dog was in safe hands. And the photos Sam sent everyday confirmed this. For me, the guilt I feel when leaving my dog was non-existent :) Huuuzzaaarr for Sam!
Sam took care of my cat Leyia twice (for 2 weeks each time) and was outstanding. Highly responsive, helpful and thoughtful. She sent photos every day and Leyia really enjoyed cuddling her. I have had several cat sitters and Sam is by far the best.
Sam has been looking after our little Dachshund for almost a year now and we’ve been delighted by her services: Sam is very well organized, the communication is great and she is taking care of Rio like it was her own. Even when he was sick, she would follow the instructions and give him his treatment. Sam is very reliable, she regularly sends us picture on a daily basis. Our dog is always ecstatic when he sees Sam and knows he will stay with her for a couple of days. We had the best experience with Sam since the beginning, she’s very kind, thoughtful and super organized. Milo, our dog, was very happy with her. She could adapt and support easily to all his needs and Milo always felt at home with her. We loved receiving picture of him while we were away.

My goldendoodle, Darcy, stayed with Sam for 2 weeks while I was traveling and Sam was fantastic with him! Right from the beginning, Sam asked the right questions about Darcy clearly demonstrating her experience with dogs. And most importantly, Darcy had a great time with her. She took him to the lake, to the forest, the mountains and we got daily photos and video updates of his adventures. We were thrilled to see how well looked after he was by Sam and her husband, and to see him up to his usual games in the photos! NOT to send your dog to this boarding: My dog was with Best Friend Palace for about a year. He was 9+ years old when we started, but when he turned 10+, he was rejected from the facility. When I asked why my dog lost 4.5 kg in a 10-day stay, the owner seemed dismissive, attributing the weight loss to my dog running around and playing with other dogs all day, especially as my dog chased female dogs. If this is the case, they should require that all dogs be sterilized to prevent such issues. It appears this facility is not willing to handle older dogs or those needing special care, or they are simply not equipped to do so. Additionally, I had recommended Best Friend Palace to a lot of friends before they rejected my dog. I didn't make any complaint and moved on. Tragically, last year, my friend’s dog, Teddy, passed away from a stomach bacterial infection, which we believe was caused by the raw food given to them. This incident has raised serious concerns about the hygiene and quality of care at this facility. If you decide to board your dog here, I strongly recommend providing your own food. Because of the owner's unfriendliness and double face, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place at all.

Super recommendable Hotel for all the dogs ~ very nice and professional owner and staff! There is a big play ground and swimming pool. Dogs can get pretty haircut and hairdressing here too!
We have left our dogs twice in the last 2 months. We are delighted, they socialize and exercise with other dogs. One of our dogs has daily treatments and this has been taken into account by the boarding house. We received photos and videos each of us without even asking for them and also a written report of the stay at the end. We can only recommend this place and we are very happy to have such a good pension close to home. You can leave your furballs with complete confidence and peace of mind.

My 7month old puppy came home very tired after 8 days, but in great shape, and clearly perfectly contented. Will definitely be sending him again. Minus one star because I turned up to drop him off and they had no record of my reservation. Lucky for me they had room and took him anyway!
Simply the best kennel in the suisse romande. I reviewed about 20 of them when I moved here in the 90s. Nothing was close and most treated dogs like chickens. Perhaps other competitors have arisen but I have no desire to change the team here is superb, caring, for 25+ years. Thanks Brad and team!
Absolutely awesome kennel and owner! Very well organized, clean and spacious. We went to pick up our Kilo and he was super clean, fed and happy to be there. Great kennel. I always have full confidence that my dog is going to be well looked after here. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. All the dogs have plenty of outdoor space and are always carefully matched if sharing space to be sure there won't be any issues.
Outstanding kennel. Owner provides great care for our dog and even fluent in English. Can highly recommend this place. We used to drive from Geneva to Fribourg as could not find a proper kennel that provided the care we were looking for in Geneva. But we for sure have here.
I couldn't have hoped for a better kennel for my dog. The space is perfect, and the staff were super friendly. On top they get a bath with the best shampoo I have ever smelled and their nails clipped. I wish I could have the same experience as my dog.

I leave my dog every time I go on vacation with Stillwagon, they are really very competent and adorable with my dog, who always has little problem eating the first few days, but when I go to look for her I always find her in great shape! They even offered to go buy some of the food she likes if that would help.
Nothing to say, I get my dog back in great condition and happy.

Marie is a sparkling, smiling and above all very kind woman. She takes care of my dog regularly, whether it's taking him for walks or even looking after him at her house. I trust him with my eyes closed! My dog is always sad when I go to pick her up and doesn't want to leave her, he loves her dearly!
