We have started bringing our dogs here to board several months ago. Cannot complain about the service, pricing, cleanliness and friendliness of the owner.Highly recommend Pet connection for short or long term boarding!

We were customers of Pet Connection many years ago and then moved away from Rome. I had taken both my dogs (a young, boisterous puppy and 'the old man') to our vet to have them kenneled. When I rediscovered Pet Connection, we went straight there. Both my pups come home happy and healthy and a little worn out. I travel a lot for business and trust that, when I have to, I can leave them with Pet Connection and they will be well cared for! The price is great too!

We never have to worry about our dog when he’s there! Their family understands dogs, they have fantastic pricing ($18 flats rate per night), and are so easy and friendly to work with for boarding. Make sure you book early because they’re so popular!

So we didn't board our Babies here but we did go though them as a meeting place for our Babies to be picked up for a recuse based out of Albany NY called Out of The Pits Inc. They were all VERY pleasant to deal with and you could just tell they love animals. We took in the Mama dog who was pregnant and she had 9 puppies. We wanted to keep all these Precious Angels but couldn't afford to take care of them like they should be. So through a local recuse called Bully smiles with Miss Laura who also Loves Animals she helped us find Out of The Pits Inc. They have all answered every question we could ask and have taken us through the steps of the whole thing. While we were extremely sad to see our Babies go we felt at Peace about who they were going with and where they were going.

We have used Pet Connection for over 15 years. For short stays or long they are the best. The puppies love them and don’t hesitate to get out of the car and greet them. They are professional but also very personal about taking care of the dogs. Just what you need when you’re leaving your Fur babies.

We came to Rome, GA to stay with family and outrun Hurricane Irma, and we needed a kennel for our dog. Our dog isn't an easy one - he's 120lb, deaf, fearful, and sometimes aggressive because of his fearfulness. We met Barry and he instantly made us feel at ease with leaving our dog in his care, didn't act the least bit inconvenienced despite our dog's special needs, and went out of his way to be flexible with us when he didn't have to be. All around great experience - thanks Barry!

We went on vacation for 8 days we left 3 of our babies there and our daughter in law left her baby there. They were fantastic with our animals. The owners are wonderful. If your looking for a place to board tour animals give them a call.

Incredible business, owners, and care! Barry and Lisa are caring, knowledgable, and fully committed to exceptional pet care. The kennels are the largest we have ever seen, fenced runs are also very large, and the owners live on the premises. We are picky when it comes to care for our girls -- The Pet Connection hit a home run. You will not be disappointed -- great facilities, dynamite care, and incredible value!

This is way more than a pet hotel or a boarding facility, this is a place ran by awesome human beings that will take care of your pet up to the extreme of saving their lives, like was the case of our Labradoodle, we left our dog without knowing that he had Addison and while under Lisa’s care he had an Addisonian crisis, they took care of him, kept him hydrated and took him to the vet, if it wasn’t for Lisa and her husband we wouldn’t have our beautiful Bongo. This is definitely the place to leave your loved pet while you go out.

I can't say enough good things about Curious Creatures Pet Care & how much they help us out (Mari, Lindsey, & Bella especially). We have cats & dogs that can be a handful, so of course we are hesitant to leave them with anyone & literally just hadn't found anyone dependable before. They are now my go-to and take amazing care of the crew when we have to be gone for a long day or venture out of town. They are great communicators & the pics they include are a fun treat especially when I am traveling. Def will keep using them to take care of my crew 💚

Mari and Bella are the best! They are great at taking directions for any pet, including ones that are a bit skittish. They do everything in their power to make sure that you and your pet feel safe and cared for during their services. Highly recommend Curious Creatures for all of your pet care needs!

Mari Broster is not professional. She does not listen to direct instructions on how to approach our dogs., since our dogs don’t always do well with strangers. We have specific instructions on how to not approach them. They did the opposite and then wants to cancel our services after taking care of our dogs for YEARS! Super bad service and I don’t recommend. They didn’t even let me know they couldn’t do our dogs till a week after I let them know I couldn’t board them. Should have stayed Partain pets. I would recommend using another service. They also have employees who have hit peoples mailboxes and pulled away. I definitely would save your animals from this service.

I was a little nervous to let a stranger into my home but after meeting a representative from Partain, she really put my mind at ease. It was so great to get daily pics and updates and this was so much less stressful on my fur babies to get to stay in their home rather than a kennel. I would highly recommend and will use their services again!

Mary and Tom are absolutely fantastic. I've used their pet sitting service twice so far, and totally love the detailed updates and photos with each kitty visit. It truly helped when I was missing my babies. When I arrived back home, everyone was calm and relaxed as if I never left. When it comes to cats...keeping them happy in their own environment is crucial. What a blessing.

Sabine at Snowberry's Grooming saved us at the last moment from taking our three dogs on an 18 hour trip. She was friendly and gracious. And so kind to our fur babies, who had never been boarded before. Her place is clean, well lighted, warm and safe. Everything we wanted in a boarding facility. It was easy to get a hold of her on the phone too. I definitely will use her services again and highly recommend her.

We have been using Sabine, the owner of Snowberry's Grooming now for two years. When we first got our new puppy we ask around to several of our good friends about the best groomer around and her name kept coming up time and time again. We have never been disappointed! She does an excellent job but most importantly she LOVES her fur clients and it shows!

This business offers grooming and boarding and the owner lives on-site. I love that when I board my cat or dog, I know she is right there day and night. There are multiple fenced off outdoor areas where dogs can be let out to roam and play several times a day. They can even pick up and drop off my pet! They have taken my dog to the vet for appointments when I couldn't get off work. Owner works wonders grooming my poodle! An extra perk is the gentleman that works with her is super sweet with all the animals, and cute too...

My wife is a travel nurse. We have two golden retrievers and have boarded them multiple times. We know if we are not taking our dogs back to a place by the way they act when we drop them off on their second visit. Here they instantly forget who I am. They run to the owner/staff and start loving them/instantly to run to the back door to go outside. There is no doubt that they get plenty of attention and outdoor time. Sabine is truly the best groomer we have ever used. Her work is excellent, she is reasonably priced, and our dogs adore her. We have also used her boarding services for our three dogs many times - we wouldn't use anyone else. In fact, when we bring the dogs to her for boarding they run to Sabine to greet her. Her boarding area is always clean and well maintained. She is usually grooming during the day, so the dogs are rarely alone. Sabine's spacious countryside property is perfect for allowing the dogs to run and play outside. This has become our dog's 'other home'. I am also pleased with Sabine's ability to assess any health concerns that she observes with the dogs - she has remarkable knowledge accumulated from her many years of experience. Sabine goes above and beyond to make sure her boarders are happy, healthy, and comfortable - -and that is so reassuring for the owners!

Sabine has been grooming our dogs for many, many years and we love her!! Anytime I call and ask for the dogs to be boarded or groomed, she is always more than willing to accommodate our schedule and always welcomes our dogs with open arms. I would never use anyone but her for our grooming or boarding. Multiple people have asked where we get our dogs groomed because they look so good. She is the best by far!!

I called to get an estimate and she immediately picked the phone up and said “I wish you people would leave me alone” and hung up. I called back and she answered again with “if you’ve got something to say then say it”. I’m not sure what she has going on but this is extremely unprofessional and she definitely lost a potential client.

Very helpful as I needed to board my dogs on very short notice. Always have good service. The dogs seem eager to go in; they pretty much drag me inside.

Classy Critters rock!!! I brought my furbaby Wynter in for an overnight stay as well as grooming. I was very pleased with his haircut as well as the care he received. Kayla was so patient in answering all of my questions and accommodations. I’m looking forward to bringing him back and having the peace in knowing that he will be well taken care of. My first time using them and I will say that this will forever be my place now! I was picky about my puppy’s cut and had a little concern with the face cut once I notified the owner she immediately offered for me to come right back to show her and fix what I wanted and was very professional and polite about it. So I say this to say if your a picky person and you pick ur dog up and see something that’s not quiet what u wanted just let them know and they will make it right. Great customer service goes a long way and this showed me immediately that Kayla takes pride in her business and loves all of her babies that come in.

I texted with them daily while I was away. Amazing care to my Cookie! Being able to text and actually have the interaction about Cookie whenever they had a question or I did was a relief to me while I was separated from her. Cookie is a very important part of my life. Knowing that I was heard and understood made all the difference to me.

Very pleasant experience with this place! It was the first time boarding our dog, which we were worried about how he would handle it. The ladies, especially Kelsey, took amazing care of him. Communication during the two weeks was great and we were at ease knowing he was doing fine. Great rates too. We’ll definitely come back next time we need to board him.

I’m so pleased with this place!!!! They all are super friendly! I’ll never take my Mattie girl anywhere else but here! They are VERY reasonably priced and do a fantastic job on my babygirl. She gets very nervous every time, they go out of their way to make her feel comfortable instead of like most places they just take them and stick them in a cage! I would highly recommend them. I’ve been to serveral different groomers in town none compare to classy critters! Such a wonderful team they have!
