We were so happy with the service at Springridge Dog Boarding! They helped us out last minute on the long weekend, and managed to squeeze our little dog in for day care. They were really lovely, pleasant and accommodating folks. They were very vigilant with checking messages and greeting you outside when you arrive at the location. The text message updates were also such a bonus! It’s nice to know that they seem to have cameras for monitoring the dogs. Even though the dogs do not directly interact with those outside their household, they can still see and smell each other through the fences, and they get walks too! Our doggy seemed happy when we picked him up, and noticeably cleaner than when we have brought him to other day cares. I highly recommend Springridge, especially if you’re on your way down to Waterton. You can pay with cash or etransfer, and work out a time for pick up and drop off, which was really convenient for us. My dog had an amazing stay at this dog boarding service! super friendly and caring owners , and my dog seemed so happy when I picked him up. He had a warm spot to be and got lots of playtime, which he absolutely loved. I appreciated the updates they provided, it really put my mind at ease. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a safe and fun environment for their furry friend!

We were happy that Springridge could take care of our dog on short notice. She just stayed for the afternoon while we went to the 'no dogs allowed' Buffalo Jump. The owner and children of this family run business were very kind and considerate of our dog's needs... and we received text updates!

So, I just brought back my golden-doodle from a grooming here, and she looked better than I've ever seen her after a grooming anywhere else. AND, she was in good spirits. Excited to see me of course, because I'm kinda a big deal to her and whatnot, but I want to give a big, biiiiig thumbs up to the groomer, I'm so terrible with names so I forget if her name is Jody or Tori, and even then, I might still be terribly wrong, but at K9, she's the main and perhaps only one who appears to do the grooming, and she's very rad. I highly recommend her services! Will absolutely be back, and will totally catch her name next time.

As someone who works out of town and not always able to bring my dog with me, it’s hard to have to board your pet for long a stretch of time. But as I’ve been boarding my dog with Rainbow Pet Care Centre lately, I feel extremely comfortable leaving him there. My pup even starts to get excited as we are getting close and pulling into the yard. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. I love it but more importantly my dog loves it. We were told about Rainbow pet care and thought we would give it a try for our very energetic 7 month old puppy Juno. We have brought her to daycare and for an over night stay and both were amazing for her. Thank you for providing Juno with a fun, safe, and wonderful place to get her energy out.

Friendly owners and good prices. Overnight offers get to stay in a doggie old West Town with their own couch, tv, and radio. Rainbow Pet Care goes the extra mile to make sure your offer has a good stay.

This is my golden’s 4th daycare due to various relocations and it is, by a significant distance, the best. The facilities are amazing and the owners don’t just care for your dog, they treat it as their own. My boy comes home exhausted and happy every-time. The price is also the best in town. I couldn’t recommend rainbow pet care centre highly enough.

My dog Joji spent the week here and was so well taken care of! Jeff is very knowledgeable. He managed behaviours and dog pairings well and provided great feedback for future stays. We will definitely be back.

I recently took my Border Collie to Rainbows Bark Park. We have been taking our dog to Rainbow for boarding and daycare and he loves his stays there. Rainbow is located within very close proximity to Chestermere which is great for us. The area is fully enclosed which is perfect if your dog is working on recall or is a runner. The park is also private which is great for people with reactive dogs or dogs that cannot share space with others. There are a couple of chairs that you can use along with a covered gazebo which is really a bonus on hot days and there is plenty of space to kick or throw a ball.

There are no words to express how much we appreciated finding a place like this to leave our fur family. Our dog is a very large Akita who has major separation anxiety and leaving him for 10 days was making me sick to my stomach worrying about how he would be and where we could leave him that he would be comfortable and happy. This place is the best kept facility all around we have ever seen. Without question you can tell how much the animals are cared for and the grounds are so well taken care of. The second we got to rainbow pet care centre our worries faded and meeting Jeff they were beyond gone and we were happy to leave our dog there. When we picked him up he was happy to see us but still wanted to be around Jeff too and that says a lot. I wish this place was closer to where we live is all I can say I would change! It was worth the drive we highly recommend.

First time at High Tails and very very happy. I was a bit skeptical because the suites are separated by chain links which the dogs haven’t had before. But rest assured they make sure they ensured us that they will be safe and with other dogs your pets are compatible with! Our two pups boarded here for about 18 nights, and they monitor the dogs well. They fed our dogs well too while other boarding places always had leftovers. They fit them in for a groom as well before pickup! Dogs came home super exhausted and have been sleeping all day. I can tell they had SO much fun! Thanks Dawn, Brianna, and London!

Private off leash is what we always visit High Tails for. We like that they offer booking times in 15 min intervals. - Bathroom is indoors which is nice, but you have to leave dog park to use it. - Park benches in park! - Lots of trees and bushes for the pups. However, we find the price is a bit expensive for what they offer compared to other private parks. - Smaller park area. - Poop bags holders are usually empty - so we bring our own. Good park! Will be repeat customers!

Love this place, have been taking our two big dogs there for 4 years now - both boarding and poodle haircuts. They do an amazing job with our husky for his deshedding - no hair for a few weeks!

Rented the private off leash area. I adopted a dog who is scared of other dogs. It was so nice to have a place for her to run off leash. My other dog loved it as well. The trees and bushes gave them areas to explore and shade. Private, and secure so I could just relax and enjoy my dogs without needing to worry about other dogs. It was clean, and easy to access.

Brought our Moose to high tails for his second grooming today. As a first time dog owner of a breed that needs regular hair trims, I was nervous to make sure I found the right place. We took him for his first wash and tidy when he was only 5 months old. But today he had the full groom! As a 6 month old pup, I’m sure he was a handful. But he was happy to go with them, and always leaves happy! I am so happy I found high tails right off the hop, so he could have a positive experience with grooming right from the start!

I have used their boarding services twice now and we love it! My dog gets very excited going there! Debbie and the personnel takes great care of the dogs and they are very helpful! I am so thankful and happy I found them!

I'm so glad I found this place! One of my dogs is reactive and can't go to the off leash parks in the city. Their off-leash oasis is perfect, tons of space, fully fenced in and plenty of shade. Their booking system is easy to use and it's affordable. I will definitely be coming back!

We brought our dog here for 10 nights and were not impressed at all. First, when I contacted them via email, they asked me a lot of questions. I mean a lot. I wrote back and answered them all in great detail. Then, the morning we brought our dog in to go on vacation, it was a really terrible experience, to say the least. The lady that greeted us speaks way too fast and acts like a military drill Sargeant. Our check-in took a ridiculous amount of time. It was just over an hour and was filled with a ridiculous amount of questions, many of which I had already answered in my initial email. Stand here, put your dog here, do this, hold your dog. Wow! The check-in and questioning was in a very small room, very hot, and smelly with no ventilation. The check-in hours are very limited, and they make everyone else wait outside in line as they do one checkin at a time. The process is done in an extremely disrespectful manner, in my opinion. The discomfort, redundant questions, tone in which they talk to you, and no respect for your time at all. I can only imagine how our dog got treated after we left. For the prices they charge, you would think they would have a little bit more respect for their paying clients. We will NOT be returning here again. Please consider a different place. We still feel guilty for leaving our dog here.

This place is honestly amazing. Easy to sign up and book. We've only used the Enchanted Forest and our babies were soooo happy! The forest is really nice and well maintained. It is adjacent to the agility area but they've put up some nice blackout material so the dogs in either area cant see each other. There is one area at the southwest corner of the forest that is not blocked that dogs could maybe see through.. and the entrance vestibule isn't blocked just so others are aware. The forest has a really cool little 'fort' made of branches for dogs to explore and a picnic table for humans to relax. No gaps noticed in fencing.. but if you have a really small dog may want to keep an eye on them. One possible improvement would be to block or partially block the entrance vestibules just to help avoid incidents, but that is the only complaint really!

The first time I took my Ben (a great dane) to the Place 4 Paws, I called ahead of time and explained his reactive issues (he's not aggressive, just afraid of everything it seems) to make sure they would be okay with him being there. When we arrived, Cody was there and Ben didn't want any part of him or being in the building. Ben was afraid and unsure. Cody suggested we go upstairs to a large, indoor room where Ben could be a little more at ease. I stayed there for about 40 minutes with the both of them and Ben still wanted very little to do with Cody even though Cody had treats! After I left, I learned that Ben warmed to Cody and Cody has the patience of a saint. It took Ben about two or three hours before warming to Cody and allowing him to even pet him. Cody was so wonderful to let Ben take his time in getting comfortable. Fast forward to now - Ben is in the kennel as I type this. We arrived at the kennel, he ran into the room, said hello to everyone and was super happy to be there. They opened the doors to put him outside while I grabbed all his stuff and he ran through the kennels of other dogs without any reaction or even acknowledgment that they were there! THAT is success! I am so very grateful for all they have done for and with Ben. Cody runs an exceptional facility with the most warm and welcoming staff and are very understanding of dogs, their issues (they aren't all perfect) and I will kennel Ben there every single time I go away!

We had our pup in the "enchanted forest" and it was a wonderful experience. As she is slightly reactive, it's not every day she gets to run and explore to her hearts content in an off leash setting. The park was clean and secure. Double gated with security cameras at the entrance for peace of mind. Plenty of parking and very private. Will be booking one of these again in the future. Looking forward to it 🙂

The Place 4 paws is amazing! Jordyn and Erika take such good care of our Zeke. We feel so comfortable taking him there! We have tried out other places in the area and none of them compare. He’s always so excited to see them! We take him to daycare once a week and use the off leash play areas at least once a week! We are only sad they don’t do boarding anymore, we 100% support their decision we just don’t think we will find anyone as good as them to take care of our pup. 10/10 would recommend, they treat your animals like their own!

The enchanted forest is wonderful. Nice little glade of poplar trees gives enough room to run and explore. Fully fenced, so no risk of dogs getting away, and private, so you don't need to worry about poorly socialized dogs. Only downside is the parking lot, but they were doing work on last week (Sept 2020) months might not be an issue going forward.

We use the fenced off leash areas here with my parents' dog as she is working through some issues that don't allow her to go to the normal off leash. She loves running with us through the trees and trying to find us hiding. All the areas have provided us with things to do with her and she is tired out by the time we head home. It is great to be able to access this.

The enchanted forest is such a great, clean, safe place for our dog to run with friends! There is a picnic table in the enchanted forest for the humans. Also a great spot to practice recall. We haven’t tried the other parks, but look forward to trying the agility area.

My girls are very reactive and I cant take them to public offleash parks. We come here almost every morning. Our favorites are the enchanted forest and the adventure park. The girls love their runs in the morning, chasing after a ball or a stick. The parks are free of doggy- poo, which is great because one my girls like to eat poo. We can say, we love this place and what a great concept!

We've never used the boarding facility here, just the fenced off leash areas. I do know numerous people who have used the boarding facilities and highly recommend it. The fenced off leash areas are well maintained. Good value for the cost. We've been able to cancel with minimal notice due to weather with no penalty.

Absolutely Amazing! Neil and Jo at Paw Springs are the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can't say enough good things about them. My dogs absolutely love them and get so excited when Neil arrives to pick them up in the doggie van. They provide a truly unique service, picking up my dogs from my home and then bringing them back safe and sound after my trip. It takes so much stress out of traveling! Most importantly, Neil and Jo genuinely care for my dogs as if they were their own. They go above and beyond to make sure my pups are happy, comfortable, and well-loved while I'm away. They're truly part of our family now, and I wholeheartedly recommend Paw Springs to anyone looking for the best possible care for their four legged family members. Such an awesome place! My dog loves Neil and would definitely leave us to live with him if he could. They offer pick up and drop off an are always quick to take our dog last minute when things come up. We trust Neil enough that he picks our dog up and drops him off most times when we aren't even home. He sends videos and picture updates and is available to text just for a check in. I would recommend this place to anyone!

There are absolutely not enough words to describe the love, care and attention that is given at Paw Springs! My grand puppy - a big hunk of yellow lab puppyness - experienced his first visit in December to Doggy Daycare. I'm pretty sure if he was offered to live there daily, he would move in! He is learning good manners and Neil tells me he loves everybody! He can hear Neil's van coming down the road, and is instantly at attention. In fact, one day he wasn't going, and sadly watched the neighbor get loaded up and the white van pull away! He was so sad! He comes home literally dog tired! Thank you to both JoAnne and Neil for your endless doggy love and passion. What an amazing oasis that our Enzo can go to and enjoy his day!

Great pet resort. Joanne and Neil are the best, they take amazing care of our pets. I couldn’t ask for a better place to take our dog too. They have been caring for our pets for years. We have a very very social golden who comes back happy and well loved.

Paw Springs is amazing!! Tucker has been going for 7 years, since he was a puppy. The staff are beyond wonderful, very caring and always going above and beyond. Tucker loves his daycare days...he often waits outside for his ride. The pick up and drop off service is invaluable, especially now that I have kids. One less errand before work! Tucker has a second family in Paw Springs. They really care about the dogs and provide the best care. I never feel badly leaving him for extended stays... he loves going so much, it's like his vacation.

This was Sara's second home. Sara has now passed away but she was well cared for here even in her most difficult days. When we came back for her after our trips she was always grateful to see us not because of her boredom but because she was recharged after her contact with other pets and happy for her stay even though we were not there. Joanne, Neal and her staff became part of our family and we appreciate the care for our difficult beagle. We not only recommend this place to others we hope others experience the trust and care of their pet while they are away.

Just dealt with an interprovincial move, and they took care of our three medium sized, high energy dogs as we moved, which took a lot of stress off all of us. Our pups walked in with no hesitation or fear like we've experienced at some kennels in the past. (They didn't even care about me as they walked away! 😩) They came home happy, well fed, and didn't have that "just been to the kennel" smell. (If you know, you know..) Our one dog suffers from pancreatic issues that get worse with stress and severe food allergies, and she didn't come home sick. I'm so thankful for the staff here, and we will definitely recommend/use you again!

I love Hotdogz. My puppy loves Hotdogz so much that he is very disappointed if it isn’t a Hotdogz day. I use them for daycare and some overnights and the staff is so caring and sweet with everyone … people included :))

We used Hot Dogz for the first time this past weekend. We needed a safe place for our dog to go while we were getting married. I researched a lot of places and found Hot Dogz. The positive reviews are what caused me to call initially, and the lady on the phone was super pleasant and helpful. She answered all of my questions without hesitation. When we dropped our dog off, the staff were all friendly and inviting, welcoming our dog I as if he was one of theirs. When we went to pick up our dog, after two nights, he was so happy! We definitely will be using Hot Dogz again to board our dog.

The staff at Hot Dogz are friendly, and genuinely like working with dogs, it’s a clean facility and our dog loves when we go somewhere and he gets to stay at Hot Dogz! It shows in how excited he is when we pull up!

Best service. Left my 2 puppies for 16 days. Last year left 1 for over a month. The girls there took good care. They went beyond to wait for me to pick my dogs up way after pick up time, as I was delayed due to unexpected instances on road. This was our second time using hot dogz! Our pup is still young, only 18 months, so she has a lot of energy still! The staff were fantastic with her and all said how loving she was and how many puppy friends she made! We were gone to the Dominican for 12 days so I was nervous about putting her in a kennel for that long. However she came out smiling, literally! She maybe whined for 30 seconds and I could tell she had the best time away. I will highly recommend this kennel to family and friends any time!

I had been bringing our pups to Angela for years and then when she moved away about 2 hour drive I thought that would be the end of that. I tried a new groomer and cried at their terrible work. Angela happily took my pups back and gradually fixed the other groomers (intentional) mistake and now we make the 2 hour trip several times a year to have Angela TLC our pups. My Malamute Artemis has hip issues that Angela is very conscious and gentle about. Also Artemis has a particularly challenging thick coat that ONLY Angela has ever been able to handle. It is always nice to get our clean and fluffy Malamute back to beautiful... and Artemis loves her spa days. We love Paws 2 Claws and honestly our only issue is they are so far away from us. lol. Guess we cant have everything right! We highly recommend Paws 2 Claws.

Angela has the biggest heart and you can see/feel it when she interacts with our 2 border collies. Our pups just adore her although one is really shy with people. Angela has gained their trust and they are so very excited as soon as we turn the corner to her salon! Couldn't ask for a better groomer. Our girls look like brand new dogs when she's had them ❤️

Today I had my Chows groomed at Foothills Resort and Spaw. and I am very happy with the service. Their prices are very reasonable too. When I inquired about boarding they took me through the kennel which is very clean. Each kennel is very large and has it's own outdoor run. They have a yard where they let each dog run around 4 times a day. I'll definitely consider them for my next vacation!!

We've had the best experience with the group from the Pet Resort. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgable to help us with the specific needs of our girl (large breed dog). Our grooming experience has been wonderful and animal boarding was stress free. Overall great facility and would recommend to anyone!

Won’t recommend the Kennel . Took my dog here for 8 days and asked for a nature walk everyday while away . Dog never went out on a single walk while we were away and to top it off he was stressed out with being in a cage for 8 days with other dogs just barking at him constantly . Called many times to see how my dog was “he’s fine” but in reality he wasn’t fine . Owner now claims we never did business . Do not reccomend

I took my cavalier for grooming and couldn’t be happier with the result. Jackie did a fantastic job and my usually very timid gal came out happy as could be, wagging her freshly fluffed tail. Pricing is very reasonable, which is a great bonus.

Left our 2 dales there in August when we went to the USA. We were gone 18 days. The dogs came back in terrific shape. They may have even added a pound or 2. We paid for extra walks to ensure they got lots of exercise. We have boarded there before with similar results.

We left our dogs here and never again - we came to pickup our dogs and there is no one here and it's only 2:30pm on a Thursday. They have no emergency number and they leave dogs alone all day - this is a terrible place, do not leave your beloved dogs here.

Prairie Dog Kennels is all I use! The kennels are clean with so much room for the animals to run and play! They were my first kennel experience with my previous fur baby who loved the facility and have now boarded my new addition. My rescue is shy but friendly and they always update me on how his stay was and how he socialized with the other pets.

This is hands down the best place I have ever taken my pups. I honestly cannot say enough about the family that run this establishment. They are the only kennel I use and I use them several times a year. My dogs bark and shake with excitement the second we pull on to their road. They then bolt out of my car and cannot get into the building quick enough (though you should always leash your dog at drop off and pick up). The owners know dogs well and all the behaviors that come with them. At times I question if my one pup loves me or the owner more .. haha.

The people who run this place care about dogs and know what they are doing. They have a huge fenced enclosure where they let the dogs run and play. A few minutes after they put ours back int the kennel they noticed that she started acting strange but in subtle ways. Immediately knowing that something serious had happened they called us up and told us they were taking the dog to the vet and for us to meet them there. Our dog got taken in right away since they called ahead. Unfortunately the vet informed us that the dog's stomach had turned due to a seizure and needed to be put down. They stayed with us throughout the whole process, consoling us and handing us kleenex, even though they didn't have to. The time eclipsed from first seizure to euthanization was about 45 minutes. Note: Our dog was getting old and the seizure she got could have happened anywhere. It was totally unrelated to the state of their facility. Being able to spot the subtle signs of a dog getting sick and staying with us till she was put down shows their care and attention to detail. Your dog couldn't be in better hands.

Prairie dog kennels is the only kennel I will take my hounds too, I have one with allergies and thyroid medication and they always make sure he is well cared for
