The most amazing. Wonderful place for your fur babies. My pup loves going there. Clean aircondition inside play with each other. They also do baths nails and teeth and even a blueberry facial. They are so good to all the animals there. The staff is really amazing. They care for your pets out of love not just money. No crates.the best place ever

Our Joey is only 8 months old , and needed to be socialized with other dogs. He had a great time at Hounds Town and slept like a baby all night! We feel so much better boarding him when we vacation.

My vacation was so much better knowing my fur babies were being so well taken care of and had such a good time from watching the daily videos of them playing with all the other fur babies!🐕 My Siberian Husky has to have daily meds for seizures and the staff was great in making sure she got her meds mixed in peanut butter just how she likes them with no problems! My Redbone Bloodhound is only 2 years old and never been around other dogs other than his home sibling and she is the Alpha. So, it was so good to see him come out of his shyness and participate with the others in fun! I will start bringing them both over just for play and not just when I go on vacation since they had such a good time playing and so well taken care of by very understanding and professional staff members. Can't get any better and Hound's Town is an answer to prayers ❣️ Thank you so much from me and my fur babies, Della Mae and Redford😘

We love love love Hound Town. The owners and workers there are so kind and focused on our pets. Our Dog Lily has been going there for over 2 years. We have utilized the Doggie Day Care and the overnights while we are on vacation or are going to be away. The prices are super reasonable and the care is outstanding. But most of all Lily loves going too.

Staff is amazing! Very gentle and kind. Took Lola for “major” toenail trim. Have her scheduled to go back for regular trims to prevent gnarly toenails again. Thank you! Went for a follow up today to have nails grinded and shaped. The improvement is amazing. I wish I had taken before and after photos.🐕 came back in for a trim and shape up on toe nails today, in and out within 15 minutes! No more Grinch paws! Thank you!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place!!!! I’ve had issues at other boarding facilities but Hounds town truly cares about the dogs and we will be lifelong customers. They’re affordable, clean, and have well trained, friendly staff. The play groups are not too large and the staff makes sure the dogs temperaments are well suited to be with others. The Hounds Town Zephyrhills team was warm and friendly! This was our girl's first visit to a daycare/boarders and they exceeded my expectations! Facility is clean and well laid out,staff is caring and knowledgeable! We would recommend them for your pet care needs.

Such a great place to board your pups. When we were out of town and unable to be contacted, our young puppy started showing some signs of possible illness. The staff tried to contact us, but when they were unable to, they proactively took him to the vet to be examined. It turned out that he was just teething, but we greatly appreciated how well he, and our other dogs were taken care of during their stay. All three of our boys love going to visit with the staff and other dogs.

Samantha took care of my 2 large babies, cat and tortoise while my family and I were out of town for Thanksgiving. She was punctual and kept her communication with me detailed and sent me photos. I've been taking my dogs there for years, ever since the previous owners. Karen and her staff cleaned and refurbished the facility to meet much needed standards when she bought and took over and we've been very pleased. They're responsive and accomodating to requests and make sure our dogs are well-cared for in our absence and always keep open lines of communication.

Love this places. We have three good size dogs and are very spoiled. We used this place a couple times and they are wonderful, friendly responsive staff, called if anything was wrong and made sure our boys were taken care of. Our dogs went back to them for their good bye attention, which for our boys says so much.

This was the first time that I had to board Benjamin since I rescued him a few years ago. He doesn’t like other dogs and can get pretty stressed out when they are around. I didn’t know what to expect when I dropped him off this weekend, but I am so happy we found this place. They were so patient and kind with Ben and I. They truly cared about Ben and his needs. If I ever have to board him again, I will definitely come back here. I can’t recommend them enough!

Under new ownership. The new owners are great, I boarded my three dogs and my daughters dog. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. We were given a tour of the facility when we arrived. All of the dogs were in shaded kennels, had water in their bowls, had plenty of space and seemed to be content. The kennels were all clean. Our dogs were definitely happy to see us when we picked them up but did not seem to be stressed or unhappy. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because it was our first time boarding our hairy babies there but I will definitely board them again and I also recommended them to anyone who is skeptical about boarding their beloved 4 legged family members.

We took our two large dogs here for 2 nights and they stayed in the same large kennel, which helped them cope with being somewhere new. Pricing is great, reliable service and very friendly staff! They also seem to really care about the animals that are there ❤ I will be using them in the future for our Heidi and Grizzly!

I tried Rivers Edge Pet Resort after the boarding location that I usually use was not available for a last minute trip. These guys are awesome and will now be my preferred boarding location. They provided great customer service and my dog seemed happier and less stressed than when I picked her up at other locations. Highly recommended!

Have boarded my dog twice and my cats once. They always come home in good moods and they dog got excited both times he got to go. Very responsive and keep in touch if they have a problem or question. They are our go to for pet boarding.

I love Your Puppy My Pad. Elizabeth is the perfect mom-substitute for me. What have impacted me the most is that she treats the pups as if they were her own with lots of attention, awareness of their habits and needs at all time. She has even sent me funny pictures and was able to detect a potential medical issue on my pup. She is now 8 yrs old and healthy with the best pet nanny in town. I don't mind driving an hour to leave her because I can travel and work at ease. The picture was taken right when she stepped on the grass when drop her off at My Puppy My Pad.

I am absolutely beyond grateful for finding Lisa and Your Puppy, My Pad. After adopting a 10 week old puppy who refused to be alone at home, escaped his playpen on multiple occasions causing me to miss work, I was flooded with anxiety and in total desperation to find someone to watch him on the days my husband and I are at work. When looking into doggie daycare, I didn't know where to begin. Something told me to send Lisa a text for availability. She immediately called me and put my mind on rest. She talked and listened to me about my stress and was so quick to schedule a meeting to meet my puppy the same day. Her home is so welcoming and relaxing. I spend a few hours with her and my pups so he could get used to her home. Although most of her "clients" are not puppies, she knew exactly how to meet the needs of my anxious puppy and she pays close attention to his needs (as far as bringing him along to her meetings, holding water up to him to keep him hydrated, etc.). Lisa is also helping to train him on a leash, how to be more independent, helping him overcome his crate anxiety, and so much more. I couldn't recommend her services enough!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Your Puppy My Pad is a safe and fun place to drop your small four legged friend off when you need a sitter. Elisabeth is well educated on your pets needs and is excellent at teaching dogs basic skills for interacting with other dogs. I would recommend my friends and family to trust their loved ones in her care. Since her services are hosted from her house, your pet also gets the comfort of being in a home as well as the opportunity to hang out with other dogs and make new friends! Over all, Your Puppy My Pad offers the best pet friendly environment for your smell pets!

It's definitely worth the drive from Carrollwood to go to Your y, My Pad in Wesley Chapel. There isn't a time that my daughter and I haven't shown up to find all these little dogs having an absolute blast!!! Lauri was absolutely amazing! She watched our Holland Lop bunny for a week while we went on vacation for Christmas/New Years. She is very flexible with drop off and pick up times and made everything very easy. She would send updates and pictures throughout the day which I loved! We will definitely have Lauri watch our bunny again the next time time we need a pet sitter. Thank you so much Lauri!

I left my pet bunny with Lauri during thanksgiving for a couple of days because my usual pet sitters were not available. Not sure what happened but i’m not so sure Lauri took good care of him. When we picked him up, he smelled so badly of urine. It’s visible that he didn’t use his litter box. Lauri did not let us know any of this (not even sure if she noticed). After picking my bunny up, he was a little down and wasn’t as active but he still ate a little. The day after that, my bunny became very lethargic and didn’t eat at all so we took him to the vet today. Unfortunately he had SEVERE gas in his intestines and passed away within a couple of hours at the vet. I don’t know what caused the gas but from the X-rays it was visible there was no food in his system so i’m not sure if he was eating properly while lauri was watching him (she didn’t tell me anything). My rabbit was completely 100% fine before dropping him off with lauri and now he’s gone. Idk what she did and I don’t want to point fingers but it seems a little too coincidental. Especially the fact that he smelled really badly of urine after picking him up which has never happened before. It’s as if he was rolling around in his own pee. I tried calling her to get answers but she has not been picking up. I would not recommend anyone to trust Lauri to watch your pet. After watching mine, he passed away.

Lauri took great care of my babies. I have an Umbrella Cockatoo that demands attention and an Old English Sheepdog/German Shepard mix that is an escape artist. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much Lauri ❤️

My mom and I left my childhood dog, Pompeii, who is now 18-years-old with Lauri while we went out of town. Since she is a senior dog we worry about leaving her at a standard kennel as it can be overwhelming for an older, smaller dog. After seeing fabulous reviews about Lauri online we set up an introductory meet-up and booked a sleepover stay. Lauri makes sure to keep all of the animals separated, which is very appreciated. Lauri let Pompeii have the entire entryway room for her overnight visit, and she also sent us adorable update pictures (without us even asking). You can tell Lauri truly loves and cares about the dogs that she watches. We would definitely recommend Lauri's Pet Sitting Services to anyone who wants a friendly and comfortable space for their pets to enjoy their time away. I called this business to get a quote and ask a few questions about the services provided and she was extremely rude. I usually never write reviews, but this was straight up wrong, I asked how many dogs she thinks she may have and she responded by saying “well that’s a stupid question, I won’t know how many I’ll have way out in the future” then she proceeded to rush me off the phone. As a service provider and a human and general you don’t talk to anyone like that let alone a customer…I was just getting information and everything sounded nice until then. Just rude. She called back and apologized however, I advise as a business owner you must be able to control your emotions.

Our little Frenchie Stu loves going to Lauri's! He gets to play with the other dogs all day, and Lauri throws the ball for him and gives him treats. He has a blast! We feel comfortable leaving our dog with Lauri. She knows how to interact with dogs and all kinds of animals, and Stu felt comfortable around her from the start. We leave him with Lauri every Saturday and whenever we go out of town.

Kayla has been saving my life with her one-time visits. My mom got sick and I have an older gal that I didn’t want to force to hold her bladder while I’m tending to family obligations. I really loved the updates I received on my dog, Milo while he was boarded for the week! Autum sent me updates with photos & cute videos! Simply put, I wouldn’t trust any other person with my fish pets. The Pet Nanny is also very knowledgeable about aquatic life in general. I absolutely adore my two cats Louie & Clarence. And I equally despise letting people have unfettered access to my home while I'm out of town. But I was so lucky to find Gina. She has been so absolutely perfect in any way you could imagine. If I'm on a business trip and we get delayed, she offers to come for an extra day with little notice. She empties my automatic litter boxes. She refills the water fountains. Makes sure their auto feeder is good. Makes sure nothing catastrophic has happened in my absence. But most importantly, she communicates. She lets you know what is going on. She sends you pics and videos of her playing with them if you leave a few toys out. It's not just some person coming in to check if your pet is alive and just leaving. She gives your pets comfort and humanity while you are away. And she gives you reassurance and peace of mind. And she doesn't charge nearly enough. If I could add extra stars, I would.

Just used Gina for the first time. I am picky about who stays with my dogs. I was a vet tech and have high expectations. Gina did a great job! My dogs love her and she sent daily photos and videos of my babies which ensured I did not worry. We were out of town for a week and I did not worry. She even fed the wild ducks we feed! We have two fur babies - one of which has insane anxiety and does not typically like anyone new. She loves Ms. Gina though! Gina makes our lives so much easier when traveling or when we have long days. The pups get to stay home where they are most comfortable and I know that I have absolutely nothing to worry about. I can vacation with complete ease. And I love how when we have super long days, we can get Gina to pop over and let pups out, give them dinner, show them some love, etc… I can’t emphasize how much I recommend her! Bamboo Resort is my Zuko’s home away from home. From my first phone call with Debbie, I knew I could trust her with Zuko. She took her time answering all of my questions, and I never felt like she was rushing me off the phone. She and her husband, Martin, are very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to Zuko, who is a rescue German Shepherd. Throughout his stay, we received plenty of photos and updates, which we never got from previous boarding facilities. Bamboo Dog Resort is the only place I would send any of my fur babies, and the only place I would recommend to anyone looking for someone who will treat their fur baby like their own. Debbie and Martin, you both are heaven-sent, and finding you has been the biggest blessing. Now, when my family and I travel for work or vacation, we don’t have to worry about whether Zuko is being taken care of. Bamboo Dog Resort is home.

Bamboo Dog Resort was a nice little find here in Florida. After weeks of searching, this place was, not only affordable, but welcoming and kind. The kennels and runs were clean and well maintained. The outdoor play areas were big, and almost daily we received videos/photos of our pups enjoying the outdoors. I would recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely be using this place again.

It was our first time using a "Puppy Motel" and we definitely picked the right place. Debbie was more than willing to work with us and so very accommodating. They took such good care of our little girl and even sent us a video of her playing and having a great time. We will definitely be back. They are good, honest people and genuinely care about the animals in their care.

We were on our way back to Illinois when my husband had a medical emergency. He was taken to an ER by ambulance. I could not follow in my car because our 50 lb. dog was traveling with us. I was informed by personnel at a local Urgent Care that Bamboo Dog Resort has Doggie Day Care and a kennel that might be able to help. I called the number and left a message. I called a second number and talked with the owner. He said to head over to Bamboo Dog Resort immediately and they would be happy to care for Zoe. When I got there I found a perfect place for my dog. The kennel was spotless. The yard was large for running and playing with other dogs. The owners, a man and wife, were fabulous. I left immediately for the hospital where I was informed that my husband needed emergency surgery. All went well but I needed to stay another day. Bamboo Dog Resort kept my dog. Zoe ended up staying Wednesday to Saturday. The price was totally reasonable, but more importantly, the care was superior. I highly recommend Bamboo Dog Resort and if I lived near Tampa I would use it frequently.

Bamboo Dog Resort was the perfect place for our pup. Debbie was great - pictures and video throughout the week of our pup left the family confident and happy. Will absolutely lodge our family dogs there again and recommend.

We found this place and haven't looked any future!!! Our pup Loves staying here... The place is very clean, and they provide air conditioning to keep the dogs cool and comfy from the brutal Florida heat. Gone for a week, during Hurricane Debby, I would have normally been a wreck, worrying about my girl, Charcoal, who is terrified of thunder and has high anxiety. I was assured by Debbie she'd be lovingly taken care of. That was an understatement! Please, If you want your loved one taken care of with the same attention that you yourself would give, this is the Place. Photos, texts, and assurance that she would be safe, no matter how bad the storm. Then when we picked her up, I could see how happy/comfortable she was with Debbie and Martin. Speaks volumes. Now I'll work our vacations around their schedule!

Kathy Fowler brings old word "professionalism" back to the meaning. Upon first meeting, she arrived ready to ask us any and all pertinent information that she would need in order to care for our dog and meet our expectations and made record of it. WE had not placed out dog in the care of anyone for 4 years because she is a total member of our family and we were hesitant to have her cared for by anyone else. As our children aged, our demands changed and we found that we could no longer make it back to the house during sports events, day excursions, and week-ends/overnight trips and vacations where we couldn't take our dog. WE trust Kathy implicitly, she has access to our home, walks our dog and keeps her overnight in her own home. Our dog by nature is a guard dog, but she allows Kathy entrance into our home and runs to her car for overnight excursions and always returns home happy and healthy. For the past 2 years, Kathy responds to our texts in a timely manner (our requests are often last minute) and she has always arrived at the time that she commits to. She has gone above and beyond expectation's and has become an extended member of our family through our dog as he really loves Kathy too! We can't recommend her enough! Our last minute scheduling could be annoying to any other business but Kathy takes it in stride and works to accommodate us. Plus, she sends us text updates and pictures of our dog while we are away. Communication is outstanding!!!!

I have to drove a lot for work. One day I passed by this Farm and stopped to try it out & mentioned it was my first time there. Bought some veggies. At the end, the young man adds a tomato (which was not among the veggies I chose) to my order. I said "thank you" and he nodded...I thought it was a gift. Later I looked at my receipt and he charged me for the tomato...and to top it all it was a rotten tomato. Very dishonest. I won't go back and don't recommend.

I have used Part of the Family kennels for 9 years. I board multiple pets and have had all of them groomed here as well. When traveling with our animals we've had to use many other kennels and I have to say this is the cleanest kennel I've ever been inside. The owners and staff here are experienced, caring and knowledgeable and always treat the animals well. They go above and beyond to ensure my pets are safe and well cared for anytime I leave them here. I am experienced with many types of animals and it's easy to tell when people take their business seriously and know what they're doing. This place is the best! If I could give more stars I would. This is the second time our old man Marley has stayed here. He was happy when we picked him up. I didn't have to worry about him at all. This is by far the safest and best place to leave your dog. Great people and I really appreciate being able to go somewhere and not worry. He is my sweet old man and don't trust him with just anyone. Best kennel ever!!!!

Very good place to leave your dog. They actually take care of your dog nicely. It is the cheapest and best option of dog hotels in Tampa. My dog runs to the caretakers when we get there as if they are his owners. My dog loves that place very much. Please consider going there.

We have 3 senior dogs, 1 with cancer & one almost totally blind. After a 8 day stay they came home happy & healthy. This is our second group of pups that we have had stay here over the years, would most certainly recommend this business & will return when we go out of town again.

Part of the Family kennels always does a great job taking care of our dogs while we are away. We also use them for grooming. They do a fabulous job on our two shihtzus! Highly recommended!!

In our entire lifetime, we have never kenneled any of our dogs, but after dad passed last year, mom and I don't have a backup to watch the dogs....WE DO NOW!!!! Ty & Steven were so fabulous, our 3 dogs acclimated instantly and they were all taken care of so well. We're selling our house and we'll be using their daycare for the days of the showings. We even have our first bathing/grooming appointment next Thursday! Love Part of the Family Kennels and the family. Lol

I highly recommend part of the family! Specifically: I have a very anxious and animal aggressive dog so I was nervous leaving her in the kennel for 4 nights/ 5 days. I let them know she was very skittish and aggressive and they told me it would not be a problem.. I was still nervous just for the fact that this would be her first time being boarded and she has never spent the night anywhere other than my other family’s home. When I first called, the owner at the front desk made me feel like they were going to take very good care of her and when I picked her up I felt the same way. I really felt like they handled her and cared for her well. I was told she was very scared the whole time just because of the other animals and a high energy foreign place for her which I expected. I felt very comfortable and confident that they actually cared for my dog. Again, I highly recommend and will take her back for all future boarding needs!

The staff is very friendly 😀I was very scared to leave Cuba at first because he doesent like people at first it takes him a while but his brother MAX goes toPart of the family often for boarding and he loves it. Now Cuba loves it and when it comes to gromming its horrriable he hates it he has to take a pill .But part of the family has grooming so i decided to try it and no pill was given and he did awsome and his haircut was the best he ever had and with out medicine i was so HAPPY .This will be my place for my fur babies and i tell all my friends and family as well.NOW i can go on vacation and not worry thank you to all of you at Part of the family for making us feel like PART OF THE FAMLY

I looked for a new boarder because I was unhappy with the one I had been using. I decided to try Part of the Family. I picked up my two little dogs today from an extended trip and I am so happy I chose Part of the Family. My dogs were clean and happy looking. I watched them come out before they could see me and they looked well good, adjusted and untraumatized. This is a huge change from the previous boarder. Thank you Part of the Family. All of your staff have been so kind to me and my doggies. I appreciate you so much! I will definitely be using you from now on exclusively.
