I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

David and Elynn were fabulous pet sitters and house sitters. Our dog and rabbit were well-taken care of, the house was left even cleaner than when they arrived! I would highly recommend David and Elynn, and would happily have them again! David and Elynn took excellent care of our dog Cosmo and our rabbit Oreo. They made sure they were happy, well-fed, and got exercise and fresh air! We were very happy to receive several photos of our furry friends while we were away. They took amazing care of the house and yard, and were very open with communication. If they were uncertain of anything or had a question, they were very open about reaching out! Joe arrived some days before I left, so I could show him some nice places in Switzerland and he had enough of time to learn all about the dogs and how to handle them. He is an amazing nice and an animal/natur loving person who took care of my dog with incredible affection when I was in vacation. I could really enjoy it, because I knew, everything is ok at home. He sent me picutres and I could see, how much fun they have together. He cooked for the dogs, mad a lot of nice hikes with them and huged them, when they need it - so he even got the trust from Artu (as a man really not easy). And not only that, he made woodruff punch for me and sowed my tomatoes and spoiled them with melt water. And he helped also the women which looked after the horses and helped her to going walk with them. Generelly he is super friendly, so everyone in the village likes him. He is considerate of your belongings and has handed the house back neatly. He is just the best. I'm so gratuful he was here. So, if you have a chance to get him as a sitter, take it. Your animals will be grateful to you and have a good time while you are on vacation. Joe, you're not just a dog sitter for me. You were so familiar to me from the first moment. Hamsa was very quick to respond in all communication. She was prompt on her arrival and listened carefully to our detailed instructions about the house and dogs. While we were away the amount of communication between us was just right. When we arrived home the dogs were happy and the house was in order. A good sign that a dog sitter paid lots of attention to the pups is when we see a bit of depression set in after a dog sitter departs - this did occur after Hamsa left our home She is a very caring and nurturing individual.

He consistently updated me with photos and videos of my sweet girls enjoying the world with him, taking my dog on hikes and adventures to her favorite streams. Mignon, the pet sitter who stayed in to look after our pets was great. I'll recommend her at any time to anybody. Pets well cared for, house well kept. But, If you ask for really honest feedback, i must say that Waggly tail's admin in general needs serious attention. I really battled to get a response from someone upon my initial enquiries regarding availability etc. Quite a frustrating process. You guys offer such a valueable service, but really need to sharpen the admin pencils!

This was our 3 Dachshunds, our fur babies, first boarding with Tammy and family. She really cares and her passion to do what is best for those in her care is visible. She kept me informed and sent photos and video clips throughout their stay. They looked very happy and busy. She even arranged a Christmas party for all her boarders, pup cakes, bandanas and gifts that we took with. I don't leave my pet's at kennels at all. Tammy's house was their home away from home. Ulandi and Pieter took very good care of my 4 year old Scottish terrier for 75 days while I was away. Ulandi and Pieter are just amazing!!! From collecting our Boston Terrier from home in true Chauffeur style to looking after her while we were on holiday! I received frequent updates on how she was doing with videos of the social interaction between her and fellow furry friends alike! Ulandi and Pieter has a PASSION for dogs and our little Boston was happy!! Plenty of space to run around and play and also being looked after with lost of love and attention. Upon dropping her off, again in Chauffeur style, Pieter made sure she was home safe. Gizelle was wonderful with my pets and sent daily updates and photos of the happy trio. Whilst away, my cat , Frankie, passed away by what appears to be a possible Owl attack. Gizelle was very quick to contact me and update me on the circumstances when she found her. She assisted with taking Frankie to the nearest vet and arranged the safe keeping of her whilst I was still away , as well as making sure my two dogs were comforted and settled. We had a Petter in our home for 9 days looking after our two dogs whilst we were away on holiday and the service was great. Poor response and service. I had a specific request, they didnt reply and then their reply was "look at the website" resulting in my going to the website, not finding my specific request and having to message them. As with other services in Pretoria, their service is based on whether you are part of their particular, specific community. Never again wasting my time here.

I love it and my cat Maia loves it. She is very well taken care of when she stays at Fila and Floyd and they make sure to send me, much appreciated, daily updates. They also accommodate her dietary requirements and fussy diva tendencies to make sure she is well fed and happy. Maia is generally a fearful cat who dislikes strangers yet she always looks so happy there, and allows her caretakers to get close to her and even play with her which is rare. When picking up or dropping her there, all the pets look happy and relaxed. Sometime I worry that she will want to extend her vacation! You can rest easy knowing your pet is taken care of while you are away.

This is the BEST run doggy hotel we have ever experienced. Initially when we dropped off our 1yr old Border Collie, Beau, (me as a helicopter dog mom) I was concerned because there wasn’t a “field” for him to run. Ridiculous. Beau comes home exhausted from Day care from having too much fun. Water plays, ball toss, walks, and new friends - he couldn’t be happier. He starts wagging his tail from the moment we turn onto the street and drags me from the car to the front door. The ladies at Fila&floyd are the most fantastic, caring and relaxed (very important!) care takers ever. Thank you so so much for taking care of baby Beau!

It is the only place that I feel completely comfortable leaving my cats at. They pay personal attention to each one and sent me daily photos of them exploring the garden. Big kennels with lots of space.

Our cats have stayed at Fila and Floyd twice. We were updated everyday with photos. Fila and Floyd goes the extra mile to make our cats feel at home and the staff is amazing. The cattery is clean and our cats were well looked after. Our cats enjoyed their stay at Fila and Floyd. I can definitely recommend this cattery.
Fantastic service. My kitties were perfectly happy. Thank you for the photos and the daily updates. The medium cabins are also well-sized and I'm glad they get some outside time as well.

Yourhound is a very professional service and Jonathan immediately assisted with clarifying the process and how the platform works. Teneal looked after our dogs over Christmas and we were very satisfied with her service. We received daily updates with pictures and could enjoy our break knowing that our dogs are well cared for. Will use Yourhound again!
Honestly Jonathan is amazing! I have been struggling for over a year to get my dog to use the doggy door and within 30 minutes he has managed to teach her to use it. She was terrified of it before. He is so kind and gentle in his approach and his love for animals is apparent in his training methods. Thank you Your Hound!

The team at Your Hound are very professional from the get go, including the meet-up, the booking and looking after our cat. Kelsey was looking after our pet and went the extra mile, befriending her, playing and grooming her, as well as giving her fresh food and water every day etc. We received daily photos and could see that they took good care of our kitsy. I was tremendously impressed by the services I've received from Your Hound. Jono took care of my dog over the weekend and he really made the experience of leaving my dog at home stress free and a lot easier than I thought it would be. He stayed in touch with me the entire time and when I got back home, my pooch was so happy and seemed as though he never even realized we were gone. Donna handled all the paper work seemlessly. Such friendly, kind people and it was just an absolute pleasure to have found them. I have to recommend Your Hound to anyone going away and in need of someone to take care of your pets. We were absolutely delighted with the service rendered by Kayleigh. She notified us in advance of the time she would be visiting and followed up with photos of each pet at every visit. We had absolute peace of mind while we were away knowing that our babies were in such good hands.

Having moved to a cluster house in October, I had a problem with my dogs. They were used to big grounds & I was struggling to walk them on my own. “Your Hound” have been walking them for me since December and the change in Ruffian & Jess is astonishing – both on walks and in our home. Johnothan helped Max our moster Boerboel to walk on leash without pulling. Max thoughly enjoyed his walks with Johnothan and the rest of the pack. As a result we are now able to take Max for walks and both owner and dog get to enjoy the walks. All very worth while. Thanks Jono. Highly recommended.
