Think twice about sending your dog here. If you want your dog to be attacked and pay extortionate vet bills then by all means, I recommend Furbies. My dog was attacked in an incident that happened in the morning, and staff members failed to contact me and left my dog to run free with injuries to his neck and shoulder. It wasn’t until I picked my dog up at 5pm that I noticed he was limping. My vet informed me that this isn’t the first time he has examined a dog with injuries coming home from Furbies. My dog had to receive surgery which involved him having stitches in his neck and shoulder and in a cone for over a month. When confronting the staff members about this, I was told 3 different stories of what happened and I was informed that they had checked my dog over and no wounds were found. If they HAD checked him over they would’ve noticed a serious amount of blood coming from his wounds and that he was clearly in pain. I asked to see the CCTV or an incident report, both of which they did not have. I arranged with one of the staff members to meet with the owner Gillian the upcoming day, upon my arrival I was greeted with “Oh sorry, Gillian isn’t here”. This was enough for me to walk right out the door and wipe my hands clean from Furbies.

We've been going to furbies since it has opened and always enjoy our shopping experience and staff are always very helpful and give great advice on pet food. It's good to support local pet shops rather than some of the larger, well-known companies

Couldn’t recommend Furbies daycare enough, so knowledgable and supportive when it comes to raising my fur babies!

We were nervous at first leaving our choc lab Sully, his first time away from his family. The staff were extremely welcoming which helped put our minds at ease. When collecting Sully he had that much fun he didn't want to come home. Apparently he ran and played all day. He is now home absolutely wrecked from his fun filled packed day. Very proud of our wee man for getting on so well and grateful for the staff for taking care of him. Thank you to all for such a wonderful business, we can't wait to come back again!

Dropped our puppy here for the day while we were staying in Galgorm. Incredible facilities, the staff were so nice and our pup came home very tired after a very fun day. She can’t wait to go back again!

My dog absolutely loves this daycare and all the staff who are always very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Handy location for the main road and open hours are far longer than competitors (none of which are close by).

Furbies is a fantastic doggy daycare and pet supplies business run by fantastic people. Always happy to chat and provide top notch care for all the dogs, couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

Just put my cocker in last Thursday and Friday for the first time and he absolutely loved it he was so tired at night I didn't have to walk him. Great service difentely be back thanks very much.

From the moment our "boy" was met with very friendly staff who were very attentive and caring and immediately made him feel at home until my wife and I picked him up again he was very relaxed and my wife and I could see he had thoroughly enjoyed his time in your care, will most definitely use again Thank you so much

Yasmine is amazing at chaperoning doggos! Having our fur babies at our wedding was a must but also very nerve wracking! She knows dogs so well and has them very well behaved especially considering they are in a new place with so many people around! Would 110% recommend!

I had heard great things about Dream Dogs NI as I have countless friends who have had Yasmine walk their dogs, bring them to their wedding, or look after them at overnight stays. I contacted Dream Dogs NI on Instagram and booked in for our dogs to attend our wedding. Emily came round the week before and took our 2 pups for a walk to get to know them. One of our dogs is very spoiled and doesn’t like new people at all. Emily was great! Our two just loved her as she was calm and kind and had a really nice way with them. Emily then brought our dogs to our wedding so we could get some photos, this was one of my favourite parts of the day. The photos are fantastic and I will cherish them forever. Emily walked the dogs and let them out to pee and fed them before their bedtime. Emily even sent me photos throughout the day of our dogs, this was a lovely touch. Would recommend this service to anyone. Your fur babies could not be in better hands 🥰 thank you x

My hubby and I have just returned from honeymoon & Dream dogs NI looked after our wee Misty. We got daily pictures and gorgeous videos showing us all her adventures. On our return- a late flight, they had picked up some necessities for us, the house was immaculate & we had a very relaxed happy girl. Already planning our next trip! Thank you Dream Dogs xxx

Yasmine is very professional and helpful when it came to helping us finding last minute dog sitting for our puppy to allow us to go on our holiday, and Dream Dogs NI has been our go to ever since. Corrin has been an absolute dream to have looking after our puppy. It gives us alot of reassurance that Luna is being cared for by professionals who will love and treat your dog as their own. Corrin sent daily updates and photos of how Luna was getting on which was great to get. Corrin took the time before the holiday to meet us both in her home and for a walk to give both Luna and ourselves reassurance that she was going to be well cared for. It is safe to say Luna loves Corrin and has many successful stays since. Yasmine has a great team of Dog Aunties and I would recommend Dream dogs NI to any dog owner who needs their fur ball looked after for any events or holidays.

It was the first time I had left my dogs ( including a reactive dog and a wee oldie with arthritis, hearing and sight issues) so was concerned how it would go, but Dream Dogs NI made it so easy for both me and my pups. Dogs were so relaxed and happy which made it so much easier for me. Cannot recommend Dream Dogs and ‘Auntie Aine’ highly enough. In fact it was so stress free for the dogs and me I’ve booked my next trip!

Yasmine dog sat 4 dachshunds overnight with absolutely no issues. She regularly posted on social media (with our permission) to update us on her stay, as well as regular text updates. She was a dream to have in the house, it was as if she hadn’t even been there. Highly recommend and would use again.

Due to me working away a lot, I’ve had a number of the Dream Dogs ladies doing pet sitting at my house. I have 2 Labradors and a cat. I have always returned to extremely content animals and a very tidy home. This is a very professional and friendly service & I can’t recommend all the team enough. Just picked up my two dogs after staying with Sally for 6 nights and we picked them up happier than we left them. Lovely big garden that they got to spend some time in and Sally treated them like they are her own. Even got a little treat of chicken now and again. Will definitely be back.

We just left our 2 french bulldogs with Sally for a week and they had the best time.Sally was brilliant with the both of them and is such a lovely woman and brilliant the with dogs.We will recommend to anyone and will defently be leaving our dogs there any time.

I had my dog Bruno stay with Sally for a long weekend and everything went smoothly. You can leave your dog there between 10 - 10.30am and 6 - 6.30pm. Take your own dog food and the price is currently £12 per night. Very good value. My old dog stayed there a few times too and I've always been happy with everything.

Highly recommend for excellent pet care! Our Labrador was recovering from a short illness and Andrew took great care to make sure he recovered, sending us videos of improvements to re assure us. Our 2 Weimaraners take a while to get to know strangers, but we couldn't believe when we got video clips of Kasper and Broxi letting Andrew and Clare pet them and get close to them. Constant updates throughout the day reassures you your dogs are being taken care of the way you would treat them. Andrew is a genuinely caring man, who stepped up to help care for a family members dog, at short notice, during a crisis. This eased the pressure on our family immensely and I will be forever grateful for his support.

Andrew and Clare provided an excellent service for our Jack Russell Toffee on two occasions at Petglenone. Their kennels are heated and there is a secure outdoor area for exercise. They provide a professional and personalised service . Toffee was very well cared for and we received regular video footage on Watsap of his time with them which reassured us that he was settled and happy. I would wholeheartedly recommend their facilities and service.

Small but perfect for two boys , would use Petglenone Animal Hotel for our boys next holiday.

Dougal absolutely adores staying here! We get regular updates and pictures which is so reassuring...everyone is so nice. He stayed a few times this past summer, and after his fab first time, he ran out of my car to go in whenever we got here :)

Left our Springer and Cocker Spaniels here for almost two weeks whilst we were on a cruise, I liked the offer to take them out on a pre stay visit so they could check out their accommodation. We were having an ongoing problem with the Cocker and her poor appetite, Stephen suggested a remedy and it seems to have worked The dogs were very well taken care of and we have booked them in again for our next trip.

We were able to relax on our trip to Scotland knowing our cat was very well cared for. Really appreciated the photographs we hot each day for reassurance that she settled. Goldie came home in very good condition after her week in Paws&Claws!

We have left our dogs here a few times and they love it! Stephen is great with them and they always look very happy when we leave them off and pick them up. Wouldn’t leave them anywhere else now

What can we say, Daisy and Chester love this place and love Jonny and the team there. The kennels are spotlessly clean, the pups have their own run, added bonus is Jonny spoils them all something rotten. Plus, letting them out to run about under his supervision, their wee fry up and just generally treating all his guests as his own. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend even at the expense of making life harder for me to book the guys in lol

I couldn’t recommend Oakwood enough! After stressing so much about leaving him. My Bailey was spoilt rotten, steak for dinner and a fry for breakfast! When I got there he was in no way interested in coming home! I was updated with pictures throughout his stay! And not forgetting his wee room which had access to his own private run! It’s brilliant that get can get out in and out of the pen whenever he wants Impeccable service, which I will be happy to recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have two happy beagles snoring away and they have just came back from their holiday at Oakwood whilst I was away for work. Jonny is easy to deal with and you can tell the dogs respect him. Place clean and well set out for the comfort of the pups

My two girls love this place. it really is home from home. Johnny and his family treat them and all the other dogs like their own. It truly is a brilliant place! I have no hesitation whatsoever handing my babies over. Cannot recommend Oakwood highly enough.

We left our four (yes four) dogs in with Johnny at Oakwood for just one night last week and it was just superb. Johnny greeted us and showed us around the facilities and then led the dogs to their room. The fact that the dogs had access outside up until 11pm at night and were well looked after by Johnny and his team ensured that we were able to go away, relax and not be concerned. I only wish I had known of Oakwood before booking other boarding for some summer holidays. Well done Oakwood 5/5

Our dog stayed for 3 nights at Oakwood Kennels. The facilities were clean and each dog had access to a private outdoor run, regular walks and playtime in a large grass area. Jonny and his staff looked after her very well. Would definitely use their service again.

Holiday for 2 weeks, Oakwood is my best choice! Highly recommended!!!

Was recommended Oakwood Luxury Boarding Kennels by a family member who had used them. I wasn't a fan of kennels after a previous not-so-great experience, but was assured that these kennels were on a different level and so, with a little trepidation, I called Johnny to chat about their facilities. I was very impressed after that first contact and was satisfied that Johnny and Kelly were very much dog-people, that they weren't just running a business, and that our two little puppers would be cared for and loved by them as well as they would by us. And they did not disappoint! Ample room for both doggos to share a kennel, which had a raised bed and lovely wee personal homely touches, its own access to their private run, plus a large outdoor communal space. We were able to check in and see how they were getting on through the facebook page, where Johnny and Kelly posted pictures of our two getting plenty of countryside walks and lots of tasty homemade treats! And when we came to collect them after their 2 week stay, they toddled out to meet us off-lead with no inclination to bolt! No mean feat, achieving that training in only 2 weeks, considering they were both runners everytime our front door was opened! All in all, Oakwood was worth every penny (which was actually very reasonable for the level of service they provide) and I will definitely be using them again - assuming that we can get any availability in the future, as I've no doubt word will spread and they'll be very much in demand!
