Dog Sitters in Danielson, CA

My job has me travel alot. I recently moved from AZ to NV and I didn't have a pet-sitter for my tortoises. I needed to go to Ca for training and Terrell was very respectful when I first messaged him asking if he would watch after my pets for the day until I got out of work since I couldn't check into my hotel until later in the day, and ai didn't want to leave them in the car while I was at work. They pet-sit for dogs, do require proof of vaccines, and would appreciate at least a couple of days notice so they can rearrange their room for the other pets being boarded. The business is run from their home, and they allow the other dogs being boarded to roam with each other, so they aren't caged up in a kennel all day. The day I stopped by they were watching over a newborn puppy along with about 5 other adult dogs. In the past they have watched after birds, but he mainly specializes in dog care. However he will watch over mostly all pets with enough notice. Keep in mind this is a personal, and private pet care service not your typical big franchise or well known business therefore, it is not going to involve any paperwork, and you do pay by cash. In order to know the cost all you do is contact him via his website by researching the name of the business and the option to message him comes up. When I asked for a quote he was pretty responsive, I messaged him around 6:00pm as I was leaving that next day, he got back to me around 8:00pm. If I remember correctly you could also pick up your pet at 11pm as that is the time they close their doors for the business, but you may notice that they do get antsy if you tell them a time, and aren't there minutes before, so you may hear from them via text when time gets closer to the expected pickup time. Otherwise, they seem to care after the pets kindly and are open to following instructions on feedings, pet care, or medications if needed. Best of all they surprised me with a couple of images of my pets while I was at work, as you can see my male tortoise dirtied up his water soon after they gave it to him.

We are really thankful for TJ service. After a last minute call he accepted both our dogs and was patient enough for both. He updates us everyday, highly recommended.

I took my two dogs to Tj's All Per Care for three weeks stay. Terrel went way beyond what he was asked for. He took a good care of my dogs, he kept me informed with daily messages of the dog's activities, he fed the dogs as he was asked. I'm very happy with Terrel's service and honesty. I would definitely trust my dogs to Terrel again

Great place! this was my dogs first time with a boarder and he definitely benefited from it. I was out of town on a work trip for 3 weeks and I didn’t want my dog to be in a kennel majority of the day so this was a perfect fit for us along with becoming more social with dogs. He went to the park everyday and TJ also sent me at least 2 pictures everyday and answered any question I asked on my pup. After I picked up my pup he has been sleeping wherever he can, definitely not the last time we’ll be using his services.

TJ runs his service like a business. We were especially impressed with his professionalism, foresight, and experience. While watching our dogs we encountered an unforeseen travel situation that he was able to accommodate with no issues. The entire time we felt completely comfortable and safe with him watching over our dogs. He provided daily photos and updates on how they were doing. We would definitely go back to TJ and recommend him to anyone looking for a competent, communicative, and professional sitter.

Terrell did an amazing job with my 7 month Doberman. We were in a last minute bind and Terrell was able to take him the day of AND keep my dog for 4 days. Terrell really does know how to handle all of the different personalities which is very important when you have a large dog with a lot of energy and separation anxiety. I noticed that when I picked my dog up that he was calm and leaning against Terrell as we were talking. We were very Appreciative of Terrell's flexibility and Happy with the state of our dog upon our return. We will be returning with no doubt!!!

TJ went above and beyond to accommodate us as we were moving from Japan to Fairfield. He has the most flexible hours for drop off and pick up and is reachable by phone at almost all hours. My dog has never been happier when boarded...probably because she is not locked in a concrete run/cage, instead, she is hanging out in a comfortable home! My dog was due her monthly preventative medication and TJ ensured she received. He takes all his boarding dogs to the local dog park and keeps them actively engaged with other dogs, toys, treats, and human interaction. TJ sent us daily photos/updates and it's clear he loves our dog almost as much as we do. I will be using his service again and again. In fact I'm hoping he will do some doggy daycare too!

TJ is Awesome! Knows how to handle and treat dogs, I have a old German Shepard and a old Jackussel mix. Both dogs came back happy and healthy. TJ takes them to the park, plays with them and let's the do what they want. He is very professional, polite, super responsive to calls and texts and sends pictures to you 2 time a day of your pet. I will recommend TJ to everyone!

It's a great place! It was my dogs first time with a boarder and he difinitely loves it. Tj takes him to the park everyday along with other dogs so this was perfect so he can be more social with other dogs. Tj also sent me 2 pictures everyday. TJ did a wonderful job taking care of my older labrador! I was in need of last-minute pet care for a day trip for work, and was SO grateful that TJ was able to keep my sweet old dog entertained while I was away. (He even sent me a nice picture of all the fun they had at the dog park!) My dog is pretty energetic and extraverted for an old dog, and he came home super happy and exhausted -- I think dogs that like to run and play with other dogs will have a wonderful time with TJ.

The dogs are always well cared for and the dogs play a lot all day long with each other. My dog loves going there because he gets to play with all the other dogs. When I leave my dog there and go out of town, I feel totally confident that he will be taking care of and fed and loved on!

We LOVE Pampered Pets! They take such good care of our little Mochi! She has a blast there. They always post pictures to update us while we are away. All of the care staff are very loving with the pups!

We have been taking our little “Apple” to Pampered Pets for her vacation while we are on ours since she was very young.She loves it. The minute she gets there she runs away her little tail going fifty miles an hour and never looking back. She loves playing with the other doggies and sitting on the owners lap. The facility is spotless. We recommend Pampered Pets without reservation.

We loved Ruff ! My Spinone, Zeppe went several times a week for daycare and he would start making happy noises miles away knowing that he was going to hang with friends. He went thru those doors and never looked back at me. (sigh) He came home tired and happy every day. Everyone so nice, all so clean, a great facility. HIGHLY recommend.

I have worked with the TailUp team to walk my pup since they initially opened. They are extremely professional, well managed, and reliable. Melodie, the owner takes extreme care to screen her staff and to ensure that they, not only follow safety rules, but also make sure that I as the pet parent am comfortable with her team. TailsUp closed briefly due to state independent contractor regulations, but they are now back in business! I couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism.

We have used Tails Up for walks & dog sitting on two visits to Napa, and they have been great! Very responsive and flexible for early/late requests. We got updates and great pics from each of the walkers. Will definitely reach out the next time we are in town with our pup!

Stacy is the best, and our senior dogs (17 and 15 year olds) absolutely love her! I don’t think I trust anyone with our fur babies as much as I trust her! She’s also very flexible and charges more reasonably compared to other services out there.

I could take about how amazing Stacy K is ALL day. My husband and I have 3 dogs, and have always struggled to find good a good sitter for them in the past. I tend to get an email/photo update on my critters mid way through each vacation which is delightful. I have never had a difficulty scheduling care. House Calls is an excellent pet sitting service. I have been using them for years. My dogs, cat and lizard are very well taken care of and I never have to worry when I am away. I also love getting pictures and updates on how they are doing. I would highly recommend House Calls!

Wendy is absolutely amazing!!! She cares for my pets like they were her own. I can't tell you how many times she has gone above and beyond for my pets when I was out of town. She always spends time with them (throwing the ball for the dogs or petting the cats).

They are apparently SO SO busy, a potential Customer will need more then 2 months notice, and they do NOT return phone calls or emails. I'm just wondering what existing customers do in an emergency? As a first-time dog owner, I struggled a lot with training my puppy, Maple, on my own in the beginning. Maple would get easily distracted and wanted to say hi to everyone she came across, which made everyday outings and bringing her to the office a challenge. I am so grateful I found Stellar Canine Academy’s boarding program. Kristen is an amazing trainer- she’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. During Maple’s time in boarding school, Kristen worked wonders, teaching her foundational skills and helping her learn to focus in distracting environments. Kristen not only transformed Maple’s behavior but also gave me the confidence to bring her into the office, knowing she’s well-trained and can stay calm even when she’s excited. The updates and tips Kristen provided throughout the program have helped me maintain Maple’s progress and build a stronger bond with her. We found our sweet pup injured while camping, and she can be highly reactive, protective and sensitive. We visited other places, which did not work out. Kristen knows and understands exactly what 'Oli requires to approach and be with her. It's quite impressive! She comes back relaxed, calm, happy, and with more skills! Our pup learned so much! 3 weeks away at SCA camp and this pup is walking on and off leash like a superstar. No more pulling 👏 She is now greeting on all fours 🐾🐾 and staying in Place when asked until released. Plus, you should see the adoring look she gives Kristen. I feel so confident that my pup had a great time and was very well taken care of the whole time. ‘Cept she ate her macaroni necklace, but oh well 😉

If there were 10 stars for ratings, we would give Stellar Canine Academy a "15"! We had our 10-month boxer girl at their 3-month training camp - and it was the greatest experience! Kristen was very considerate, informative, attentive to us and our dog. The training results are stunning - our Lulu learned a much better behavior and obeys our commands pretty well. When Kristen brought Lulu back home from the camp, we could see that our dog was in careful and loving hands, was treated and trained well. We definitely are customers of Stellar Canine Academy for life - and highly recommend them!

Corrine has changed our lives! Our sweet dog Bingo is becoming the best version of herself! Her recall is amazing, she can heel on command, she is not reactive to people or dogs anymore, and we can take her everywhere we go! We get compliments constantly when we are out training! I feel so confident to take her anywhere. I loved that Corrine taught me how to interact with Bingo and listen to what she was telling me. I am understanding her body language better, and can help her through any hard situations! As first time dog owners, we were confused and stressed with our inability to handle a young active pup. Kristen has been amazing with our dog while at the same time, patiently helping us correct *our* training style. Our now 8mo old pup is a well behaved dog yet happy as ever. Kristen did an incredible job with our puppy Coco! All the other reviews are exactly on point! Our Coco is the sweetest, smartest puppy but wanted to say hi to everyone and every dog on his walks. He would jump on guests visiting our house and generally couldn't contain his excitement. We went to Green Lake before he went to camp with Kristen and Stellar and we had such a hard time containing his excitement that we thought we would never be able to go back there again. Kristen worked her magic on Coco and in just three weeks his transformation into a calm puppy is barely believable to us! He is still our sweet boy but his recall, leash walks and general containing of his excitement is spectacular thanks to Kristen! Case in point:: Coco now walks *without* leash on Green Lake! We were apprehensive to send Coco away for an extended period of time for camp but Kristen put us to ease right on the first visit where she spent time with us to clearly understand Coco and explained us the training process. Kristen kept us updated throughput the camp sending his updates and videos. She promptly updated all our questions/ queries. Kristen also spent two hours while dropping off Coco clearly explaining Coco's training, and went with us on a walk around the neighborhood explaining how to get Coco to heel with discipline. Coco now breezes past dogs right next to him, ignores all squirrels and bunnies which has made for a safer and more enjoyable for all of us. Kristen also came for a follow up session after a week and answer all questions. We are forever grateful to all of Kristen's help!

Exceptional results! Mojo came to us as a 2-month old Beagle puppy in need of a home. He also came with all of the things that are typical of a Beagle puppy -- smart, stubborn, high-energy, full of mischief, and much in need of training. After ten days of puppy camp with Corrine he was a different puppy, still full of energy but able to listen, and to respond to basic commands of sit, down, and place. After 3 weeks of adult training, and now at 7 months old, he is a joy to have as part of the pack (along with 3 older dogs). So many things that he learned, but the most important are that he comes when called and I trust him to be off leash at the dog parks. The thing that I really appreciate about Corrine's training style is that she got him to this point without changing the spirit of this little dog. He is still a happy, active, and high-energy puppy but now a well-behaved puppy too. In the coming years he is going to be a wonderful companion. Thanks, Corrine! We had Megan for my dogs grooming. She's very engaged with her customers, reached out to me right away to find out more about them. We are new to the area so it was our first time going to her. We will definitely be back! Her dog training experience helps so much, it made it much easier for my dogs to feel at ease.

I was put off bringing my dog here. She is incredibly fast and that was nice, but as a result missed a few minor things. She also calls around to other groomers and vets and talks about you to get a feel for what sort of client you’ll be. Call it gossip or research, it is what it is. Also, with so many legal disclaimers to sign you’d think she doesn’t have reasonable business insurance. I liked her high standards - only admits selected clients, but I felt it was too many hoops to jump through for what is basically a dog bath. You’ll either love her or hate her. I wasn’t a fan.

I’ve been going to April’s forever now and they’re always amazing. It’s crazy how they have so much control they have without forcing my poodle unlike other places. From what I hear every time I go to pick my poodle is she was a really good dog. I can definitely tell they’re telling the truth because I get her back incredibly fast without cuts and super happy. Once at we’ll call it petlo groomers I had to take my dog to the emergencies because they had cut her too deep. They paid for everything even though they didn’t want to but not only that they didn’t notify me about all this for all the 5 hours they had her there. My poodle was in pain an depressed for weeks and was scared of groomers. Because of April’s now she gets out the car without shaking out of fear(before when she saw where she was at she’d dig herself into my arms) and goes back into the car all jumpy and happy.

My wife and I were looking for a place shampoo a little stink from a skunk and haircut on our little pomchi (Harley) he's about 5 years old I will skittish around other found this place due to excellent reviews we figured I'd give it a try. Sera did a great job on Harley he looks so handsome and smell fresh would definitely recommend and we'll be coming back.

Great, affordable kennel with knowledgeable and caring owner. Steve knows a lot about dogs and knows how to take care of their individual needs. He’s experienced with dogs who don’t board well and is attentive to their care. Couldn’t be happier with the price as well since boarding kennels are normally incredibly expensive.

The kennels are very nice and the dogs are adorable. The training is amazing. My puppy went and came back as a sweet, calm and cute pup.

Prior to dropping off my two fur babies, I was able to reserve a kennel and coordinate a date/time to drop them off 2 weeks in advance. They offer military discount which saved me a few extra dollars! Although the location is a few minutes out of my way, it was worth the drive. My babies were well fed and taken care of.

I boarded my dogs without checking the place beforehand. When I came to drop them off I was too anxious to leave my 3 dogs cause the place was far from what I expected according to their website. I trusted to sign up cause the ranch looks nice with the water and he is a dog trainer too. Kinda made me feel confident my dogs will be in good hands. Never saw Steve in person though I spoke with him on phone and he seemed nice. The caretaker I met at the boarding is also a nice man. Assured me my dogs will be taken care of. I was skeptic coz the kennel was wet and all the dogs there seemed to be uneasy barking too much. It was clean but wet. He said dogs won’t be walked. Would just stay on their cages. I felt bad for my dogs all 4 days I was on vacation. When I got them, they were thinner, obviously stressed. The youngest of them was too scared he was hiding under that platform were they sleep. I was relieved nothing is as bad as I am anxious of. I mean, they will keep your dogs, feed them & clean their kennels but your pets would feel like they’re in prison. I won’t go back even if they just mean business. I would look for more care & love for my babies.

Our dogs love Steve!! Steve always makes sure we are taken care of!! Even with last minute plans, or delayed returns, he has no issue with keeping our fir kids. We now even travel over an hour just to keep the dogs boarded with him!!

Very reasonable owner. He offered to out my.two dogs in one cage, I save money (30 insufficient 20). 20 per day is a great deal. Owner gives food for no charge. Good place with great ventilation. It is a experienced dog trainer as well.

Steve is a great 'old school' dog trainer that doesn't only train your dog but he actually takes the time to train you! (Me) my Chessie Blu is getting better and better as we go thru training together. Thanks Steve!

I used to bring my dogs there- I brought them there only cause of the price- they always came back skinny- and happy to see me. I found a new place that charges a bit more but he love it- he cannot wait to go in the back to see all of his friends. Steve is nice - but I feel it is nothing but a sales pitch- I don't feel my dogs were happy- if you want to save money that it the place but if you want your dogs happy I would aviod him. Ask you dog if they are happy animals can talk btw- they will tell you if they are happy or not. I only pay 4 dollars a day more for my dogs to be happy.

Oh.my. goodness.. These ladies are a true gift. 😭 A review cannot express how exceptional their care for our family fur babies was. They respond almost immediately, put in the effort to get to know your pets and your family routine. They just CARE. My male dog is sometimes misunderstood and has trouble forming relationships with others outside of immediate family. Our little family isn't even home from vacation yet. Still I know he has a best friend outside of us! We can't thank them enough. If you need a sitter, walker, cuddler, etc. LOOK NO FURTHER. Thank you so much "Those Dog Gone Girls" 🤗

Joy gave attentive, kind, and reliable care for our baby while we were gone. Scheduling and communication was quick and easy!

I brought my pandemic puppy here for her first time away from me or family. She was there for 10 days and did great. I brought her a few times for day care before so she could get acclimated and I think that helped. The entire dog gone sister’s team was really nice and communicated with me and helped ease my stress of leaving Toffee was so long. I received photos every night and toffee even made it to their ig page. I have already recommended to friends and definitely will bring toffee back for my next vacation but even plan to bring her for daycare every now and then.

Wonderful, professional, courteous and caring. Joy is a joy and came to my rescue on short notice when I sprained my ankle and had no one to help walk my dog. Gladly recommend their services.

My girl dog is scared of people not in her circle and has bad anxiety. It only took Joy 2 visits for them to be BFFs which is shocking to me! This means my girl trusts her, which means I trust her! My old dog takes meds and is blind. Joy really takes care of him. I have no complaints and Joy is the best! PLEASE TRY HER BUSINESS.

Me and my wife both work away from home a few days a week and we needed a daycare for our dog, Apollo. We learned about the sisters through a friend that uses their services and we couldn't be happier! They had us bring him in for a meet and greet, then allowed us to leave him there for a couple hours to see how he got along with the other dogs. They now pick him up early in the morning without us being home and provide email updates with photos once he's in the car for peace of mind. I pick him up on my way home and he's exhausted from playing all day. The arrangement couldn't be better. The sisters and staff are all animal lovers and super friendly. I'll recommend them to anyone that asks!

TDGS are so sweet and really treat your fur baby as their own. They are very patient, my dog is a nervous nancy, but they knew how to handle him and make him feel secure. I don't even need to leash Doc when I pull up, he runs straight the gate and he is always dog tired when he gets home. I can tell after taking him to daycare he is more confident with other dogs and knows how to communicate better. I'm very picky about my pup, I highly recommend them.

Excellent Doggie DayCare My pooch loves it She gets excited when she sees where she is at. The Sisters and their helpers take such great care of her. When she come home, she is tired and ready to relax so I know she has been a busy girl

Those Dog Gone Sisters are an excellent family run business and have done cat sitting for me twice now. I am really happy with the exceptional services they provide. They not only visit and refresh the food and water but also clean the litter boxes and collect the mail. They send daily email updates with pictures of your pets which is such a nice added touch to put your mind at ease knowing your pets are happy and safe. What also impressed me was that they do a meet and greet with you and your pets before taking care of your pets for the first time so that you/they know if it’s good fit. I won’t have anyone else other than Those Dog Gone Sisters take care of my pets when I am out of town.

I am truly Grateful for these two amazing women! When I first met them they where so welcoming and kind my dog immediately felt comfortable and safe when we arrived. I love that they keep you updated and send pictures when your dog stay over night. I felt comfortable leaving our dogs with them❤️ I definitely recommend those dog done sisters for your pet.
