Because of a shoulder injury I needed a Pet Taxi a couple times, and I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, courteousness and just overall wonderful performance from West Augusta Fetch Pet Care. Not sure about other type services around Augusta, but have a hard time thinking anyone can match their level of service.

Highly recommend fetch pet care . They took such great care of our babies while we were out of town recently. Ashley was wonderful and took pictures every day of our pups! She came twice a day to feed and give fresh water and walked/let them outside. I would let them watch my dogs again . It was so nice having them home when we got back from our trip !

I’ve used Fetch! a couple of times to check on my cats while I’m out of town and each time has been wonderful. The sitters are great, they interact with my cats, have learned what they like/don’t like and even purchased batteries for my thermostat when it died! Their app is easy to navigate, you get photos and a journal of what your babies have been doing while your gone. I will only use Fetch! now for all my pet sitting needs.

Literally one of the best services to have! Affordable and reliable, it really took the guess work out of finding someone to check on my son(cat)! Josh is an amazing sitter & I love getting the updates and pictures, letting me know my baby is in good hands. 10/10 definitely would recommend!

Excellent service, superb communication, and kind employees. I own three parrots, and--as all bird owners know--it is difficult to find someone to pet sit them. Fetch! Pet Care rose to the occasion, and did a wonderful job with my parrots. I returned home to three happy, healthy, and well-rested birds. I couldn't ask for more! The daily updates and photos helped put my mind at ease while far away.

They took great care of our dog! I was able to see where and how long of a walk she got each day, updates, and pictures in the journal. I could see she was happy and that brought peace of mind.

I have had wonderful experience with this company. My pet sitter was Kali, who took great care of my cat while I was out of town. She stopped by once a day for 30-minutes to make sure my cat was safe & healthy, gave daily food and fresh water, cleaned the cat box, and spent quality time with her (once my cat's shyness wore away). Kali also took daily pictures of her too! As an added bonus they also service Hephzibah, which some companies don't do. Next time I'm out of town I'll be happy to give them another call.

Nikki has made our quality of life so much more perfect! Molly my rescue beauty bonded with Nikki immediately and this service and friendship allow me to work all day and know that Molly is getting the exercise that she needs during the day.

Our family cannot thank Fetch! Pet Care of Augusta enough for saving us at a time of desperation. Not only was the house immaculate when we returned (no small feat when you have a dog who sheds like ours); but they made sure we got photos, daily, and our furbabies were loved on to the max! I almost think our dog and cat have been waiting for our next trip out of town! Thank you Fetch!

Mary and Bill have the most wonderful place for furry family members. They treat each pet like their own, and are so happy to receive them. The kennel area smells freshly cleaned every time I drop off our dog. The rates are reasonable. Each dog has it's own outdoor space that is easily accessible from their individual kennel. I love this place!

Wonderful place to keep your babies! Warning: They do not board dogs over 30 pounds, and you must bring your own bed/food/toys Thoughts: I will NEVER go to any other place for when I have board my baby. Mary and Bill are the absolute sweetest people, and they treat each pup with love, and refer to all of them as “babies”. They know how much an animal means to a family and treat them with love. Facility: The facility is located in a shed-like building on Mary and Bill’s property so that the babies can get quick and loving care all day. It’s always clean, fresh, and is also nice and warm for the pups to sleep in. They also have calming music playing to help anxious babies! Each pup has a doggy door so they can go into their own private backyard area, and doggos who are friendly with one another can also go into the bigger and more open backyard area to play and run around with each other. My boy Fennick LOVES his time there, and Mary and Bill adore him and treat him so well. I can always trust them with my baby boy.

Bill and Mary are the best! So sweet to do business with and they are so good to Benji! Benji loves going there and playing with Bill and all the other dogs! Bill dotes on them like they all were his pets! The outdoor runs and play yard has beautiful shade in the summer! The entire place is very clean!

AMAZING PLACE I was so nervous to leave my dogs at a kennel for the first time but when my husband and I visited and met Miss Mary and Mr. Bill we were very sure they were going to be more than fine. They are the most amazing people. I would recommend them to anyone. My Dallas and Simba had a blast and didn’t really act excited to see us when we came to get them that’s how well taken care of and comfortable they had gotten. They were brushed and played with and spoiled. It is such a clean place. They play soothing music in the doggie cottage and dim lighting for comfort. My min. Yorkie is a bag of nerves and he did great. I will never go anywhere else!

Miss Mary and Mr. Bill are AWESOME!!! It is like coming home!! Their “doggie homes” are exactly like their “real” home!! They treat my baby like their own!! I just love them and know that my fur baby is in wonderful, caring and loving hands❤️❤️🐶🐶

Customer service is horrible. I called to have my dog boarded for a few days. I explained that he’s a rescue puppy and pretty much a mutt from what I can tell. He’s barely 15 lbs. I was told they don’t keep dogs over 30lbs. I tried reiterating that he’s a 15lb puppy and because he’s a rescue I wasn’t even sure if he was really a lab and hound. He definitely doesn’t look like one! Anyone who’s familiar with rescues and dogs knows that the animal shelter can’t specifically tell you what the dog is because a lot of times they don’t know. She then proceeded to tell me that they don’t keep them even when they’re under 15lbs because they get too attached to them...HUH!!? So you only keep dogs that you know you’re not fond of? Made no sense to me what so ever!! I’ll take my business and my 5 star rating elsewhere!

They showed our dogs personalized love and care, even sent me pictures and a video of them while they were boarded! My first experience ever boarding my puppies and I will definitely be bringing them back in the future :)

I am very picky on where I leave my 2 fur babies. As they are my 2nd and 3rd children. After 6 months i finally gave it a go and found this place. And let me tell you i am beyond greatful. Mary and Bill treated my 2 babies with nothing but love. They also treated me like family :) I could not have found a better place. Thank you so much

Cayla has been fantastic with my two large dogs! She plays with them during her visits and sends the cutest photos of them. It puts my mind at ease knowing she’s with them when I’m at work all day. She even bought them treats and toys! I’ve recommended her to several of my friends and they all have loved her as well! Bottom line: She’s professional and easy going and she genuinely cares about animals.

Cayla did regular walks for our 2 pups, and she also sacrificed her time for overnight visits when we were away. Cayla is amazing and is by far the best dog walker / sitter we have ever had. One of our dogs is very old, has no eyes, and can be grumpy - Cayla took amazing care of him and he warmed up to her quickly, which is hard to do. Our other dog is active but hates other dogs, and she made sure to keep him (and the other dogs) same during walks. She was always super cheerful and you can tell how much she loves taking care of them. Cayla is definitely the best!

Cayla has watched my fur baby and my parents fur babies for 3+ years and we have zero complaints. I travel a lot for work (sometimes last minute) and Cayla has ALWAYS come through. During the week she’d walk my Sadie girl 3-4 times pending my schedule and it is refreshing to have a dog walker you can rely on and trust. Like most people I am not a fan of letting people into my home, however, Cayla’s process was extremely professional. Prior to getting my business, she came over for a consultation to meet my pup and go over her routine, along with my expectations in which I was extremely impressed with. Cayla is extremely professional, trust worthy, and I highly recommend her for all your pet needs.

I cannot say enough great things about Cayla! She started taking care of my Fur baby, Willow when she was just a few months old. It was so nice knowing that Cayla was there to play with Willow and take her on walks while I was working. I loved getting updates and pictures every time Cayla was with Willow. Cayla is reliable, hard working and very passionate about her clients. She treats every animal like her own. Willow wouldn’t come out of her crate to play for anyone else but Cayla. Your fur babies will be in the best hands!

I’ve used Cayla for 2 dogs for over 5 years. With both pups, she managed to capture the essence of their personality within the first visit. She knows what they need when I forget to ask her to feed or to add on an extra 15 min. I can always depend on her to go when needed, even last minute when travel plans change. I’ve used her for both visits as well as overnight stays, and trust her with my home and pup. She the best pet sitter that I have had, and I have tried a lot! :)

Cayla has cared for our crazy bunch (4 large labs) and they love seeing her every time she comes to our house! She was always very reliable and professional, gave us great updates while she was here visiting and gave lots of love to our crew while in her care. We could always count on her when we had her scheduled to come visit. She is the best and would recommend her to anyone!

I was luckily introduced to Cayla by a friend that used her dog-walking services in ATL, so when I got my 1 year old Great Dane pup in early 2016, I immediately reached out & scheduled a meet and greet. Cayla was a tremendous help and took my sweet girl out 3-4 times a week while I was at work. She even did last minute drop ins if she could. Would trust her with any pet I owned, great communication, super reliable and friendly, and it’s obvious she loves every animal friend she meets. 150% would use her services if we still lived in the same area!

Cayla is THE best pet sitter. We have 2 cats, they love her. She's professional, consciousness and friendly. We always requested her when we travel which has been several times/year. She keeps us up to date with pictures, texts daily. If she sees any health issues, she notifies us immediately. I guarantee you'll be pleased with her taking care of your pets.

Cayla is AMAZING, and I am so glad she was given as a recommendation to me. I had use apps such as Rover & Wag in the past to take care of my pets but I felt it was overpriced and the care was not up to my expectations. Due to a recent lifestyle change & being new to Martinez/Augusta area I reached out to a neighborhood group chat on Facebook to find someone to take care of my 3 dogs & cat. As a last resort I asked if they knew anyone who was willing to come to my home at night, with a schedule that is never the same. It has been a hassle to get someone to take care of 3 dogs and 1 cat during night time hours. With at least 25 responses and Cayla was recommended by multiple people. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I know my fur babies are safe and taken care of by sending us daily pictures and updates. She accommodates our crazy schedule, and she makes my fiancé and I feel at ease while we are away. I am so so so happy with her care, I could not say thank you enough for all she has done. I know my animals are in the best hands with Cayla and I do not know what I would do without her !

We found Ms. Sherry at Hunter's Run Pet Camp a few years ago. I never worry when my dogs are with her, if there is an issue she lets me know and handles it. One of our dogs has an upset stomach one time and she gave him Pepto Bismol and he was fine but she made sure I knew. When my Dad passed away I called her and said I need to go to Alabama today can you take them, she said of course being them. I'm so thankful for her, because our dogs are part of our family and want the best care for them. She has amazing kennels for the dogs, they have their own inside and outside area so no worry about them having an issue with another dog. I highly recommend Hunter's Run Pet Camp!

My blue pit puppy is currently at hunters run. I am more than pleased with the services. Owner and her daughter are doing the best job keeping up with new photos and text messages which gives me the piece of mind I need. I will pick up my pup on Monday and I will update and repost on the final duration of the stay. Very very pleased, THANK YOU!!! As you can see they are taking excellent care of her and she also can go outside in a very safe clean run anytime she wants!!!! Best place within 100 mile radius!!!!!!!!!! As promised I just picked up my puppy, she was happy, healthy, and her pin was very clean. Could clearly tell she had been playing outside in her dog run, since my husband was outside in it picking up some of her toys!!! Absolutely proves that they do as they promise and let your animal have plenty of exercise. If that isn't enough to convince anyone it's the best place to go, they saved 2 of my pups baby teeth for me in a Ziploc bag which is priceless!! Clean facility. They actually have dog time for the dogs feeling homesick. Yards are cleaned twice daily, inside ac kennels are swept mats and beds are checked and changed if necessary. Meds are checked and given on time with a check list. Feeding schedules are no problem. Lots of outside access. Yards are sprayed when not in use for insects when necessary. All around great place.

Sherry does an excellent job taking care of our pets while we are away. She is always communicative about any concern or issue. I never worry about them being taken care of and loved as if they were hers while they are in her care. Her facility is always clean and organized. Love it when the kids go to Camp here!

Well run facility. Clean, organized, and safe. Our two dogs are 7 & 8 lbs respectively and we felt totally at ease boarding them here. One is on daily medication which was given on schedule and both were given treats and loves. I loved that we could bring their beds, toys, dishes, etc.

I have used this kennel about a dozen times before and I have been very pleased every single time. The person I have dealt with the most is the owner Sherry and she is absolutely great. My first visit I showed up without an appointment and she showed me the facility and I immediately loved it. Each dog has an outside “dog run” which is approximately 10 by 20 feet in dimension surrounded with chain link fence and a concrete edging so the dog cannot dig out. This is fantastic because your dog can go outside whenever they want to go potty – the area is cleaned multiple times a day based on what I can tell- or bark and run along the fence next to the other dogs. The inside was very clean and climate controlled. There are double plastic flap doggy entrances that separate the dog from the outside and in that is easy enough for them to walk through to get outside but maintain a comfortable temperature inside. Sherry always gave my dog his needed medication when needed and kept notes on his temperament and wellbeing. She even stayed open an extra hour on two occasions to align with my schedule for picking up my dog. The prices are very cheap compared to where I live (Evans, GA), but it is a bit of a drive to get there. The plus side to that is that your dog is in a very rural area with no cars screaming by. The only thing I would change is having dog pick-ups on Sunday, maybe having a 2 hour window for people to pick there pups up. In summary, after boarding my dog at 4 different locations in the past 3 years this by far has been the best kennel I have dealt with. Pros: Cheap Great environment and staff Outside grass area always accessible for dog Can give medications, baths etc. Cons: 40 minute drive from Evans Closed Sunday

Our three dogs (Labradors and hound dog) have stayed here several times. They always seem to be happy to arrive, and look healthy, clean and well kept when they leave. The staff is very cooperative and goes out of their way to be accomodating. There prices seem very reasonable, although they are a fairly long drive from Evans and even most of Augusta. They do offer pick up and drop off services, and the surrounding area seems relatively rural and peaceful, which compensates for the long drive.

This place is the best. Indoor kennel with their own doggie door to an outside individual run. Air conditioned and the owner really cares about your pet! We left our two huskies for the very first time and we were so relieved and happy with how well they were treated. We definitely recommend this place!

Our go to kennel for long vacations and dogs boarding. Wish they were closer to Augusta, but not a bad drive out. Great facility with out door and indoor runs and on site owners. Wish they did have a groomer, for good baths at pick up. Our dogs always come out stinky as ever.

Staff very nice and the place looked very well taken care of and clean. We were called a few days prior to our reservation and informed they had a case of kennel cough but unfortunately we couldn't schedule another place. Our dogs stayed for a week and all three were sick when they got home. 😔 …

This is a great place to board and groom your dogs. I have two dogs that love the place. They get excited when I pull up in the driveway. The people have a positive attitudes and professional relationships with the customers.

My malti- poo is treated like a prince and looks like a prince when he leaves all about cats and dogs grooming. The groomers are caring and give individual attention to my dog.

I love my cats like they are my own babies! I brought my smallest one here after a recommendation from my veterinarian at Hilltop, where I used to board her older brother before they discontinued the service. When I arrived to pick her up, she had made best friends with the staff and was given a room to herself to play in throughout the day! They taught her fetch and she LOVED them all! So thankful to have someone trusted watching out for my little ones!

I love this place! Took my pup in for a grooming appointment and got wonderful vibes immediately. The staff was so kind! I asked for a tour since I might need to board my baby in the future and they didn’t even hesitate to show me around. I was very impressed by how clean the facility is and honestly didn’t even notice a “doggy” smell like other kennels I’ve been to. Also, the groomer did such a fantastic job! 1000/10 I will most definitely be back.

Loved the sheet that told me all the services Finn received and how he did with them. Finn looked handsome and happy when I picked him up. Very clean, will definitely be back!!

We boarded our two pups here for 4 nights. We were very happy with the service, and the dogs came back happy and clean since baths are included. They appeared to be fed sufficiently. An underrated perk of this place is they let you pay with card unlike many others in this area. The online reservation system is great and gives the impression they keep up with the times. This facility will be the one we use going forward.

I was looking for a place that would be able to cut my dogs nails only and they did here at All About Dogs and Cats they take care of most all area's of helping you take care of four legged family members . I am glad I found this place Very great full that they do just nails without having to do a bath and then the nails. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME BY making my dog feel safe. I WILL BE GOING BACK .

Left My Frenchie here from Friday to Sunday. I can tell she was well taken care of. The couple communicated very quickly anytime I messaged. I would recommend to anyone who needs a place for their pet to go for a couple of days while going on vacation. She came back smelling nice as well!

The Hampton “Inn” of Grovetown Boarding and Grooming customer service and experience exceeded my expectation The new owner’s are spectacular They greeted us shortly after 6am - facility was spotless, welcoming, and the grounds are breathtakingly beautiful! Most importantly is care, and love they showed my fur- babies, and felt like family!! Ken the groomer texted n shared pictures. And Both my Huskies never looked so good. I highly recommend them to anyone🐾💙🐾💗 Thank you ❤️

For $50 dollars a day and how beautiful the facility looks on the website, I expected much better service than we received. My husband and I are on the hunt for a boarding facility we trust… this is our review of the Hamptons. Pros - Dogs do not interact - Tour of facility is allowed - The couple who man the facility seem confident/patient with the dogs - They don’t seem to board very many dogs at one time - They are responsive via text Cons - Videos and pictures online are incredibly misleading to what the dogs actually have access to/benefit from. I now realize much of the media on their site are just stock videos/pictures. - The space the dogs are allowed to roam in are relatively small sections compared to the acres they advertise. - Dogs sleep in regular metal crates, several are stacked on top of each other. - Observation of dogs are low (ie injuries). My dog started to develop kennel nose (which is normal for her when boarded) but it was not caught by staff until 3 days after the fact. Sore started on 4/27, was not mentioned until 4/30). - Daily updates are not assumed, and must be requested - Updates are incredibly vague/lack detail and pictures are very low quality (sample pictures I received over multiple days are included) - Total amount owed was not provided until the morning of pickup (despite multiple requests) which is incredibly inconvenient due to needing to withdraw cash prior to pickup - Bath was requested, but our dog came back oily/dirty and seemed to be sprayed with a fragrance - Nail trim requested, no evidence of nail trim - Play time with a human costs extra. With the cost, I would imagine plenty if human interaction would already be included. Otherwise the dogs just go from crate to their square of turf and back again. - Professionalism was lacking. We called first thing in the morning upon arrival and provided our dogs first and last name. The reply was “daycare or boarding”? This was not a reassuring response as our dog was going to be with them for almost a week. Is the staff too overworked to recognize the names of the dogs who will be coming in for the day and why they are coming in? In summary, we had high hopes but were disappointed. Advice to owners - staff training on attention to detail and communication could go a long way. If staff is under preforming due to being overworked, consider hiring more hands. Additionally, the description and media on the website should reflect the actual area the dogs are sleeping in and allowed access to.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to shout out Jeff. He did a great job on grooming my Bernedoodle . His hair cut is so cute. I love the staff there. Everyone is so friendly. This was a last minute appointment to bring him in on a busy day before the holidays and they were able to get him in. This is my second time getting my dog groomed there. Will definitely continue to use them. Thanks yall!

The owner and his wife was absolutely sweet, unfortunately my Morty was not able to stay with them for long due to his separation anxiety. They did everything they could to make sure he is comfortable and loved and it shows. They are reasonable priced and extremely communicative. Thank you so much for welcoming my Morty into your facility!

Took our cane Corso there the week of Christmas and let me tell you we have boarded him before but this experience was absolute top-notch with the new owners. I got the schedule confused about my drop-off time and they were so accommodating and so nice to me and allowed me to drop him off anyway. I was able to call and check up on him and I didn’t feel like I was bothering them at all. They gave me updates on how he was doing his playtime, etc. and at pick up I was made to feel welcome he was clean and in such a good mood let me tell you if you were looking for that Real VIP treatment for your family member. This is the only place that you need to go. I understand with new ownership sometimes there can be bugs in the system. These new owners seem like they’ve been doing it their entire lives absolutely flawless from start to finish and we could not be happier we will be back great job guys .

I wasn’t going to post about them, but as my dogs continue to get sick I don’t really want this to go unnoticed. I booked my two dogs for 10 days at $80/day. When I went to pick them up, it was $980 for some reason, but I didn’t want a fuss so I paid. I don’t mind paying a large amount of money as long as my dogs get the best care. Unfortunately, that is not what they received here. One of my dogs has lost a significant amount of weight after staying there. When she returned, she had diarrhea for two days and wouldn’t leave my side. My other dog has also been throwing up. The only reason I listed the price for this stay, is because for that amount of money I’d expect my dogs to be in great condition and well taken care of. This was not the case, and we will never be returning here. Highly recommend a different facility for anyone who is looking for high-end care for their dogs. I’m very disappointed in quality care of care I have received. Next time we will be spending our near $1000 on a different care plan as I can’t ever imagine bringing my dogs back. We also planned a drop off at opening as my husband worked earlier that day, and they were not open at the time. We had to work out a different plan for drop off, which is fine. However, we did not receive anything for the trouble they caused. In fact, we got charged $180 more than what I expected to pay, and they kept my dog’s food and blankets. I had to go back for the beds. I certainly wouldn’t do business this way, and I’m surprised they feel this is okay.

When I first started bringing all three of my pups here, Howard was grooming and handling the boarding. Every time I picked them up, there were no problems and the grooming was fantastic and he was always nice to talk with! Ever since he moved the location to his home, hired a groomer and someone to handle boarding its been problems. Last time I picked up my pup from boarding and grooming appointment, he was completely butchered by this new hire! They also lost his stuffed animal and I never get any leftover food back. I spoke with Howard about it and he was ready to let him go because there had been other problems as well, but yet he kept him on staff. Two of my dogs stayed over the weekend this past weekend and were supposed to be groomed during their stay. I picked them up Sunday and they were not groomed and the groomer said he just couldn't do it because he was too busy. No biggie. Then the lady comes out that was handling the boarding and tells me Howard went up on prices again. Why would you not tell your customers this when you drop your dogs off or what about when customers call for availability? Especially considering they only accept cash or check. This is just not professional or courteous to your longtime customers.

We just had our 2 dogs boarded there last week Thursday through Monday morning. When I picked them up the owner told me that my male started to have loose stool that morning and he didn't know why. Later on that day at home his stool became watery. The the next morning he started throwing up blood. We took him to the vet immediately and a lot of tests and $625 later. We found out it was a bacterial bug he caught there. A day later. My female started having the same symptoms. I called The Hampton's owner to make him aware of what's going on. And he was extremely rude and insinuated that they must have been sick when I dropped them off because he never had this problem. Which was not the case because they would've had symptoms before. And not starting on their 5th day there. I am extremely disappointed in his reaction. I didn't call to request any refund or anything. I just wanted to make him aware of the situation. I will never take our babies there again.

Photos are before and after. One after photo is actually after the vet visit and cleaned up. It was much worse looked infected. So I dropped my dogs there for all of two days. Came back to their noses rubbed completely raw on the tops. Was told it was because of seperation anxiety and trying to force their way past a gate. When asked why not just place them back in the kennel I was told "that's not what we do here" emphasizing socialization but if they were doing that they clearly weren't with other dogs. It's disheartening. I've taken my pups here for years and because of this I will not be taking them back. I gave an opportunity for explanation what would be done to ensure that wouldn't happen again and was told "I can't guarantee this won't happen again" and to take my dogs somewhere else. I'm not sure what's changed and why they neglected my dogs to allow it to happen. There should have been some supervision to avoid this. Only good thing I can say about this experience is they paid for the vet bill which they're required to do so by law. I'm very disappointed. After all these years then told to go somewhere else because my dogs were "too stressful" first time I was told this mind you in 3 years. Absolutely ridiculous.

Left our dogs there all weekend and they were very happy - and tired - when we took them home. Great experience and accommodated our pick up time needs very generously. Pricing is excellent and the dogs get great care and have lots of fun here. Also captured a very cute photo for us, which is always much appreciated.

We went to meet Michelle at her establishment. I was soo impressed with how clean her home was. I appreciate that because I used to have 2 dogs in my home. Several people couldn't tell that I had dogs. I spent extra time/effort in keeping my home cleaned. For us to show up at a moment notice...we were impressed! She was very pleasant, nice to talk to, etc. We will be back real soon.

My angel babies turned into gremlins for a week; these guys went crazy while my husband and i were gone, and Jami and her team were wonderful. She delt with escape artist dogs, runaway alpacas, and a surprise snake visitor to name a few of her adventures. Her price is very affordable, and she replied to every text I sent her almost immediately. She sent MANY photos every day. We have taken several trips since starting our ranch, and this was BY FAR the best care our animals have received while we were gone.

I like how well Jami runs the company! Beyond having our dogs properly cared for I always know I can get quick service from her if we need to make changes or cancel. She runs her business with passion and expects nothing less from her employees leading to quality updates after each visit.

Best place in the CSRA for dog sitting! The owners are kind, caring and lovable to our sweet lab. We cannot recommend them enough! Bring your fur babies here for extended loves while you are away.

Super friendly staff. They will work with you if you need to reschedule or desire to extend your dog’s stay. Even my rescue dog who acts like we are going to abandon her when we go to the car, becomes happy once we get into the building. I am a very satisfied customer.

We take our two dogs here from time to time and they always love it. They are great with all sizes of dog. One of our dogs is usually very timid but absolutely loves going here. She now runs to the car when it's time to to. Staff is always very friendly and there hours are great.

Awesome place to have your pet stay overnight, staff is very friendly and treats your pet like their own. Friendly and warming environment when you enter and very clean, cause that's one of my pet peeves is walking into a place and meeting rude people and seeing a place not clean at all, we went on a three day trip and came back to a happy dog. Our dog Autumn was groomed just the way I wanted her and they provided food and sleeping supplies for me since I had forgot to bring her things with me when I dropped her off. Their prices are very affordable and being in the military the discount is awesome, thank you Dawg Tired staff, will definitely use your services again.

I am so glad I found this Gem of a place! Its easy to get to, great parking, and terrific staff. The facility is very clean and designed with the dogs in mind. Plenty of area for dogs to play in a cage-free environment. The large dogs are separated from the small dogs, which having a small dog I appreciate. There is a huge indoor climate controlled bark park and an outside space as well. If you don't like leaving your dog at home alone, or just want your babies to get some socialization THIS is the place to bring them. The price is perfect and they offer 1/2 day rates which is great! Two thumbs up from this dog owner!

I picked my dog Mac up from about a week of boarding to find that he had a gaping wound in his front right leg. Upon pickup, one of the unpleasant employees was quick to rush me out the door and saying repeatedly that Mac did not need to see a vet and it was just a small scratch. Upon further evaluation of the "scratch" it was clearly infected and very deep (literally to the bone). I brought Mac to the vet the following day and was informed that he did indeed need stitches, required sedation for the stitches, needed heavy antibiotics, and it was infected. This all cost nearly $400 in total to treat what was deemed as a "scratch" by the employees and owner at Dawg Tired. Dawg Tired did not call me at any point to inform me about the injury, or seek the medical advice of a vet. They claim to have treated him with antibiotic ointment, which was a treatment plan they came up with all on their own (again, did not consult myself or a veterinarian). While Mac has boarded here in the past, he has also come home with two of his harnesses and a rather pricey flea collar completely in shreds. When I brought all of these issues to the owners attention, he somehow found a way to place the blame on Mac and offered no sort of solutions, compensation for the vet bill or destroyed property Mac had been returned home with on three separate occasions, or even an apology. I am very disappointed as I was boarding my dog here several times per month over the last year, as I am active duty military and travel often for work. I would absolutely warn against bringing a pet here for ANY type of care, as there is clearly no protocol or policy in place for destroyed belongings, serious injuries to the pets, or even an unsatisfied customer. If I could give negative stars on this review, I absolutely would.

Dawg Tired is the best! My dog was initially apprehensive, but after a week she was excited and ready to play when we would walk in the door for daycare! They are very efficient; I walk in and they immediately take my dog and I can head off to work. And they are open until 7pm which is a huge bonus because I work until 6pm most days, when other daycares close. The staff are very friendly and everyone knows and cares about my dog. And the pricing is the best around that I’ve seen. Couldn’t be happier!

The owner/manager, Sarah was quite curt and snippy about policy. Never addressed me personally or talked to me about the facility. The front desk staff, except for Leah was socially inept, didn't have enough communication skills to answer questions. When I picked up Chip at 530p they had.put him in a cage (not a crate)without my permission so they could clean the play room. Explained he was the last one and they close at 7p. After 2 months, I won't be returning. I did address my concerns with the co-owner husband, he said he would get their side but he doesn't force people to come and bring their pets. Honestly it could be a great.place...but it's really a blank.buildimg with a dirt yard to play in, no grass, no activities.

We were gone for 10 days in January 2018. Belinda took great care of our 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 fish and a lot of wild birds and squirrels.. When we got back we could tell they had be well taken care of. Belinda is highly reliable and does a great job. You can tell she really cares about the pets.

My boyfriend and I have two cats and they don't handle it well if we're ever gone for an unexpected time. Since we were going to be out of town for roughly five days for Christmas, we decided that we needed to find someone to watch them. Boarding wasn't an option since they hate to be moved and Ms. Belinda was highly recommended to us. She ended up being perfect! Before we officially scheduled anything, Belinda came to our house for a consultation. She was so sweet and kind, and the cats seemed to like her right away, so we weren't worried at all. Her pricing is completely reasonable. She even texted us updates everyday and sent us pictures of the cats so we would know they were okay while we were gone. Overall, it was clear that she cared about both the cats and us. She took fantastic care of them, and we would definitely love to connect with her again in the future.

Never has there been a more loving and attentive pet care service available than Belinda. She is on top of her game, delivers service that far exceeds expectations. Belinda has been pet sitting for all my "kids" for some time now, both in Hephzibah and in Burke County. She does an excellent job taking care of all my assorted dogs, cats and horses. I have 4 dogs of my own plus I foster for a local rescue, so I usually have 6-7 dogs as well as 2 cats and 3 horses that Belinda takes are of. She has to deal with 3-4 different kinds of dog food (dry and can) as well as making sure all the dogs are in their own little space to eat (so nobody can fuss over another's food). At nite, all the dogs have to be in their specific crate or area and Belinda keeps track of all that. She even hoses off the horses when it is super hot out (not an easy task - they are Percheron draft horses). I consider myself very lucky to have found Belinda and The Barkin Meow!

Belinda is absolutely the BEST!! I am so thankful to have found her! She truly loves animals but doesn’t just care about the pets but is concerned about the owners as well. If you are unsure give her a try, I promise you will not be disappointed!!

A big thank you to Belinda at Barkin Meow for making our recent vacation one of the most stress-free ever! Belinda met with us prior to our trip to become familiar with our "Ellie's" routine, medications and special needs. It was evident that she knew her stuff. While we were away, Belinda stayed in contact with us via texts and photos. Upon arriving home we found our home immaculate, our mail and paper stacked, our plants watered and our "Ellie girl" contented, well-fed and healthy.
