I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Erica watched my senior dog and cat for 12 days while I was traveling internationally. She was organized, responsive, and took excellent care of both my animals and my apartment while I was away. She sent me photos during the stay and my pets absolutely adored her. She has watched my pets before and I always trust her to take excellent care of them. Traveling internationally and leaving my pets in the care of a sitter always makes me a little nervous, since I won't always be immediately reachable. However, Erica's communication and obvious competency made me feel very comfortable about leaving my pets in her care while I was away. It's very obvious she adores spending time with the pets and caring for them. I came home to a clean apartment and very happy and healthy pets. I would highly recommend Erica for any of your sits!

Robert and Biljana are absolutely the best sitters you could ever get. We have used them several times already. They have always arrived at the stated date and time. They are eager to receive any and all instructions and will follow them as stated. They keep us informed almost every day on our dogs and send pictures regularly. They always go above and beyond their duties. Robert has fixed a few things around the house without being asked. They buy things for our dogs and have even trained our dogs on certain issues. They made a concerted effort to get to know the neighbors and talked up our dogs to all of them. They will be discreet with any and all information given. We really appreciated all their hard work and effort. They have certainly elevated the bar for the next sitters. Biljana took very good care of our plants and spoiled our dogs to excess. Lynn and Ray were fabulous sitters, going above and beyond to take care of our home, yard, and rambunctious pup. Leaving him for three weeks was very difficult but we felt confident once we met them. They are great communicators, very professional, capable of handling any situation, and personable. Since they are fully self-contained in their van, they arrived a day early so we could show them the place, have our dog Bailey get comfortable with them (that was immediate ☺), and get to know them over dinner together. While on our trip, they sent us daily photos of Bailey, which we really appreciated, and updates on their activities. They took him hiking almost every day and kept him well exercised. Any issues that came up (e.g., our irrigation water ran dry a couple weeks in) they communicated to us and we were able to resolve them quickly. They also harvested ripe berries and squash for us and even harvested and dried tomatoes in our dryer. We spent our entire trip feeling assured that all things were being taken care of and feel ever so grateful that we found Lynn and Ray through TH. We returned from our trip to a house that was thoroughly cleaned (better than we left it ☺), with fresh sheets on the bed, and a happy dog. Five-star sitters for sure!

First things first, Linda is awesome! If she applies for one of your sits, you have to accept! This was our first time using zeewoi and is also the first time we have left our dog since we got him. Obviously, we were nervous at the beginning, but Linda removed all aspects of that. She is honestly one of the nicest, kindest, most polite people you will meet. From our first initial meeting, we knew that she was the sitter for us, and for Archie. The day that we left, Archie let out a little cry as we said goodbye. This was the first time he had done this (it broke our heart), but we knew he was in great hands! Throughout the week, Linda was extremely communicative. She would send us daily updates, share videos of their walks together, and send pictures of the two of them having fun. She spoiled Archie with love, attention, and a couple of new toys! When we returned, the house was in the exact same condition as we had left it, and was very clean and tidy. When Linda left, Archie ran to the door, started to cry, and sat/laid there for some time - And we think that this alone is a great reflection of the kind of person that Linda is. Linda – It was an absolute pleasure to host you in our home, thank you for everything that you did for us and Archie, and for making our first experience a positive and memorable one. Archie misses you! We hope you get the chance to do it again for us in the future.

Jim sat for my extremely shy rescue pup and new kitten for two weeks -- my pup struggles with new people, and is very fearful of men in particular. And yet, Jim was more successful with her than any sitter I've ever had: I can't recommend him highly enough. He has wonderful patience, a calm energy, and is a great communicator. He consistently updated me with photos and videos of my sweet girls enjoying the world with him, taking my dog on hikes and adventures to her favorite streams. He went above and beyond both for her (in meeting her needs and taking the time to get to know her personality), and also in caring for my home. I returned to such a cozy environment, a repaired wood stove, an organized wood pile and an at-peace dog and cat. Choosing Jim as a sitter is ensuring that your pets and home are getting the best of care, and his actions exemplify his kindness, generosity and thought taken in consideration of others. Lisa was a terrific sitter for our sweet Rosie. She arrived the evening before the sit, and we immediately could tell how much love and attention Rosie was to get. She provided updates and pictures which we were delighted to read, and we could tell Rosie was happy and well-cared for with Lisa on their walks and fetching sessions, on their car rides, and during Rosie’s many daily naps. Lisa left the house in great condition, she’s very tidy and clean. Lisa’s experience with dogs and her friendly, sweet personality makes her an excellent sitter taking good care of animals while also being easy to communicate with. I left my two cats for three days with them. I absolutely loved the service they provided. They took great care of my kitties. They did not cage them at all. I had a terrible experience with this pet boarding service. We confirmed our booking two weeks in advance for a 3-day stay, with everything documented and written. But when I arrived to drop off my dog, they suddenly refused to take him, saying, “Oh we have other dogs as well.” This was despite us being assured earlier that they only take in one dog at a time. Clearly, it was all lies. My dog, a Golden Retriever, is naturally friendly but was a little scared because there were two other dogs present. Instead of handling it professionally, the owner hid behind his wife, who was extremely rude and dismissive. She flat-out denied taking our dog and showed no empathy. The man didn’t even have the decency to come out and speak to us himself; he stopped answering our calls altogether. This all happened at 10 PM, and I had a flight at 5 AM. Imagine the stress and panic of a pet parent at the last minute. Their behavior was nothing short of unprofessional and heartless. They told us, “If we can’t manage him, you’ll have to come back and pick him up,” leaving us with no choice but to look for another solution hours before my flight. To anyone looking for reliable pet boarding, feel free to reach out to me for recommendations. But whatever you do, avoid this place. They play with people’s emotions, and for us, our dog isn’t just a pet, he’s our baby. The entire ordeal was too draining, and I wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy. May God bless these boarding owners with compassion, professionalism, and basic manners. People like this should not be in a business that involves caring for others’ loved ones.

A major relief for a pet parent to have their pets onboarded here. Our pet is not at all social and does not stay away from us but the way Prateek and Kamakshi has given him the most comfortable and warm environment for him to feel like home is incredible. Saifali is really such a kind hearted person took care of an abandoned dog by his owner, who got badly infected in his eyes and was not getting food properly. But When saw him, she took him under her supervision and give this pet greatly care and within few days, this pet was well enough and was playing happily. I dropped off my two cats in the morning and they were so well taken care of and were in no distress when i picked them up. Very minimal charge for amazing work that these guys are doing. I was late to pick them up at night and the owners were so nice to look after them for that long. I am really grateful to them for taking care of my fur babies. It was my first time leaving my pet Doberman in boarding and Ravi (and team) took real good care of him. My pet felt very comfortable and did not feel home sick. This is the best place for keeping your pets, family is very friendly and caring, they provide home-like environment for our pets. The best part is they do not keep the our pets in cages. Stay at the boarding- My doll went to tails ke tale home boarding. She loved her stay. She is a picky eater but she loved Shruti's personalized meals.She smelled so nice after the stay. They gave her spa as well. Her nails were trimmed and ears were properly cleaned. Her weight was well maintained after her 22 days stay. Boarding - Overall, I found the boarding clean and affordable. My dog loved her meals (I know because she doesn't hesitates her stays at the boardings). Infact she gets along with Shruti really well and would happily go there. She will send you pictures of your fur baby daily and even during walks. Staff- Also, her staff is well trained, by her, with every type of breeds big or small. They are well trained and knows breed specific meals and training tips. They are extremely friendly with dogs and treat them very well.
If you hate your pet than please leave here for some days. They don’t provide good food, walks. Just they will leave your pet in a single small room with 8-9 dogs and will forget it. I had Horrible experience with this. And owner has no manner to talk. When my pet came back from here he went ill for 5 days with high fever and infection.
Very nice boarding and day care for my pet. I am not tensed when I leav my pet for a substantial amount of time under the care of Tails ki Tale. The owner herself loves and takes good care towards the wellbeing of the all the occupants of the faculty.

If you love your dog then don’t ever leave your dog here. When first time we left our puppy (6 months old) they welcomed us at a fully furnished flat where the owner lives when we asked where out pet will stay they said they will be staying in this flat and the flat opposite which also owned by them when we asked can we look at that flat they denied saying they are dog there so it wont be possible. So we left our dog there for 3 days initially the owner of the boarding said they will send 3 videos and will video call daily but instead to send videos or call they don’t respond to any calls and whatsapp messages. The next day when again we called them for videos they sent us the videos all taken at the same time in which its was clear that our dog was frightened and was looking weak. After 3 days when we picked our puppy he was soo weak his ribs were visible and frightened when we took him home we noticed he was slightly bleeding from his private parts opon noticing this we rushed to the vet after examining bleeding he concluded that it was from physical abuse he lost around 2 kg in 3 days there and it took my puppy around 2 weeks to recover from the mental agony he had gone through in this boarding. We chose this boarding by looking at the ratings in google but after my experience from this boarding it should be rated 0.
I recently used this dog boarding facility and was utterly disappointed with the service, mainly because of the staff's rude behavior. From the moment I dropped off my beloved furry friend, I encountered unfriendly and unhelpful staff members. During check-in, I had questions about my dog's stay, and when I asked for assistance, the staff member was dismissive and impatient, making me feel like a burden.I won't be returning to this place, and I strongly discourage others from using their services, unless they value their pets' happiness and their own peace of mind. Rude staff can turn what should be a positive experience into a stressful and regretful one.
We had a very bad experience..due to the very rude owner and neglectful staff. Everything seems to be left on the staff. Despite numerous requests, they did not allow us to see the place where they keep the pets. Our baby stayed for 5-6 days there and fell ill. He was severely dehydrated..it seemed he hadn't been given water at all. He appeared extremely frightened as if he had been tortured. Rashes covered his entire body, and he had a high fever. After returning back we got to know he had contracted tick fever during his stay, despite the owner falsely claiming to have taken him to our vet. We verified with the same vet upon our return, and they confirmed that no one had brought our pet in. Not only did they fail to provide him with proper food, but we also observed through videos that the place was unhygienic, with water and mud on the floor where they were feeding the pets. We were constantly worried about our baby. Upon returning, we sought immediate medical attention, and fortunately he recovered. I strongly advise against choosing this boarding facility for anyone's pets!!

I heard about Snouters from a pet parent friend. I checked them right away and I just loved our boarder Indu at first sight. Our baby didn't want to come back after his stay. Indu is the best host for our furry babies. She just knows their pulse and she is super kind and sweet. Snouters is so helpful to navigate. Zain did a wonderful co ordination job for us. She was patient and kind too I would give them 10 out of 5 for the work they are doing today. It's stressful to leave our fur baby's with anyone but indu shared so many videos and photos with us, that we were so relaxed and happy and relieved to see him. And indu doesn't over book her place so one can be rest assured that our baby will get the attention. Indu gives more love than ordinary boarders. She genuinely cares. I loved the process followed by snouters. It's very smooth. Will use them again and again when necessary. Thank you so much.
The Snouters team was highly Professional and connected me to multiple hosts and I eventually narrowed down to Mr Kapil Shukla! ✅ The experience was fabulous throughout, with Kapil giving me regular updates through photos and messages in relation to the set routine my 10 year old Shih tzu Donut has. (He’s a Handful😄) This is the first time in 10 years my family and I had to look for a caretaker for Donut as we had a wedding to attend that just couldn’t be avoided. Soo Glad Snouters was there to save the day 🥳 I must highlight the “professional” part, as this trait is what made this experience soo seamless!! We had the pleasure of keeping our two dogs with Prashanti (Snouters). They boarded for 9 days during the Christmas vacations. Snouters forms a WhatsApp group where all updates are provided regularly. We get constant videos and pictures with updates on food intake, playtime etc.. She took great care in ensuring customised food for them as per our instructions. Prashanthi took good care of the dogs and they had a good time with her family. Her pet Pablo is very loving and playful. Together it was fun time for Toffee and Brownie.

This was my first time boarding with Snouters Bangalore and it was a good experience. I boarded my indie dog for 4 nights. Pooja from Snouters put me in touch with a host near my location and proactively reached out with updates. As for the host, Jacob was great in ensuring my pet's feeding, walking and medication requirements were done on time. I also got timely updates and pictures/videos. My dog was happy and active when I picked him up after the stay. Thanks to Jacob and the Snouters team for a hassle free experience.

We were leaving our Archie (2 year old Golden Retriever) for the first time in any boarding service so had lot of doubts and queries but Prashant (Host) cleared all our queries very patiently and assured to take care of Archie as his pet only. We left Archie for 2 nights and regular updates from Prashant were very helpful & assuring. Archie also made 2 friends (Prashant's kids) very quickly in first few hours and special thanks to the little kids which made the stay for Archie more enjoyable :) After we picked Archie, we felt for full one day Archie missed Prashant & kids which proves Snouters did well in choosing the right hosts for their platform. Archie found 2nd family to take care of him in the same way we would take care of him and we look forward to use Snouters in future also. Thanks to Anjali (Snouters) for arranging all professionally.

I visited this place on my friend's suggestion as I was looking for a boarding home for my little Golden Retriever pup. Their staffs is well trained and courteous. Seeing how my dog got comfortable with them them almost instantly gave me a confidence that these guys can take care of him nicely in my absence. It's a nice, cosy, hygienic place with reasonable price. I am definitely coming back here whenever I'll need grooming or boarding services for my dog.
