The staff here are amazing. My dog Lester is so well taken care of. I’d give shoutouts to specific staff members, but they all are amazing. 10/10 recommend for anyone that needs boarding or a daycare service.

We absolutely love this place! The people are amazing. They are patient. They are kind… Our dogs love coming. They are so excited to come. I cannot say enough about Karnik they are so AMAZING I literally do not know what we would do without them!

I highly recommend Karnik Pet Lodge. The staff pampered our cat Douglas while my husband and I were in Pennsylvania at a family reunion. Douglas was very comfortable in his kitty condo. The staff got to know Douglas and took excellent care of him. Douglas seemed to enjoy his vacation at Karnik and was a happy camper.

The staff at Karnik are amazing. Our dog has been going there regularly for a year now. He’s a bit anxious but is made to feel so comfortable and loved at Karnik. The staff go out of their way to help and support you and your dog. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely LOVE this place. The workers are so incredibly kind. They're super accommodating when our pup is feeling tired and isn't as playful. Our dog loves coming here for daily daycare and even when we have to board him for long trips he's always so excited when he walks in. Can't say a bad thing about this place or the people!

The staff were very friendly upon meet and greet. Answering questions and showing me around the place. My dog really liked all the staff and had a great report card at end of the day. My dog seems to really love it here so far!

We love Karnik and they take the best care of Bella. They go out of their way to ensure she has a good day every time we drop her off, whether it be having the patience to trim her nails or giving her a break midday when boarding. There’s no place better.

This is a great place for overnight cat care. When I lived in Ann Arbor, I used them to board my two cats whenever I traveled. One cat is more timid and is usually eager to go home by the end of the stay, but the other seems to really enjoy the stay and would not want to leave. The staff seems to enjoy caring for them, and they always let me know how my cats did while I was away. You have an option to upgrade your care package for extra play time and photos of their stay. You can tell them whether or not your cat is friendly around others, and they will be mindful of that. Though, it's good to keep in mind that the cat suites are clear plexiglass with shared walls, so it may not be as pleasant of an experience for anxious, antisocial cats as it is for social kitties. I always felt guilty having to leave my cats, but their calm disposition when I returned reassured me they were well taken care of.

Oby loves her weekly visit to Karnik! I’m sure the staff thinks I have no control over her when I drop her off, but believe me. She is a great listener, she just can’t wait to see her Karnik buddies.

I was taking my dog here until I saw him getting stepped on by multiple other dogs several times due to overcrowding in small spaces. Also saw some dogs get loose when workers were going in and out. Considering this place is almost fully concrete with no beds for resting, I would see my dog come home extremely stressed out. He was unable to stand anywhere, much less run around and play. These screenshots of the webcam from his last day there should say everything to prospective new clients. And these weren't even the worst instances. I switched to a different daycare after only a handful of visits. My dog is so much happier at this new facility. He can rest on a bed when he wants to, and he doesn't come back with sore paws since they have rubber floors inside and grass outside. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Edit: I'm confused about their excuse for the overcrowding since these screenshots are from the fall when the weather was quite cool outside. No heat or humidity.

I have boarded my dog here several times for overnight stays with much success. The staff are caring and trustworthy and they actually love their work because they love dogs. They also know how to securely handle all kinds of dogs. I appreciate the feedback I get from the report cards provided with overnight stays so I know how my dog is handling being away from home. I also appreciate the fact that there are a variety of boarding options, including private suites and private play options as I have a high anxiety dog who is afraid of other dogs. I am very happy with the services provided by Breed Above.

Nothing gets my dogs more excited than that get when we ask them if they want to see their friends at BreedAbove. We've been taking our dogs here for nearly 12 years now because they show us over and over again how much they care about our goofy mutts. Recently Amos, our ridgeback mix, had a health emergency while we were out of town. The staff took care of him with love, compassion and kindness, and then showed us that same compassion. We are forever grateful.

This is hands down the best doggy daycare I have ever had the pleasure of taking my pups to. We have 3 dogs (7yr, 3.5yr, 1.5yr) that come to Breed Above for daystay (daycare) and boarding, they all absolutely love it. The staff is incredibly attentive and communicative. You can tell that these people absolutely adore dogs and it shows in the way that they take care of them. We love their little pawgress reports after boarding visits and that we can watch them on the webcam during the day. The groomer is also amazing. There is no reason to take your pups anywhere else but breed above! Thank you guys for all that you do to give us peace of mind and excellent care!

Our dog Riley had a great experience at Breed Above.They processed multi-level (wet, dry, meds) food very well. Facilitated Riley’s interaction with other dogs. Provided top notch daily status reports with pictures during his 8 day stay. Kept me engaged when challenges arose.

My dog LOVES it here. They always take the best care of him while at day camp. One day in particular he got extra muddy playing outside and they made sure he was clean at pickup.

My Husky is so happy at Breed Above on the 2-3 days / week I bring him into play in their DayStay play program!! I recently boarded him as well for eight nights and it was great that he had activities and sleep in a comfortable, welcoming area -perfect for his size. Thanks to all the wonderful staff (on site 24x7) for helping ease my work life balance and my dog a happy boy! Very clean, caring, and accommodating! His bath and nail trim rounded out his vacation!

I’m saddened to share this experience, but feel it is necessary to keep our dogs safe. My 10 month old puppy was under the care of Breed Above for the day, recently, and when I picked him up, the staff handed me this piece of metal with my dogs microchip and ID tags hanging from it. I asked how this could have happened and got “oh, he must have gotten caught in something” to “I wasn’t personally here this morning so I don’t know what happened” and “he’s not supposed to have his collar on, so I don’t know what happened”. After thinking about it, I realized that this had to have been done by a human. They either ripped the tags off while my dog was wearing his collar, or a person took my dogs collar off and damaged it that way. Either way, it’s disturbing. He was smelly, dirty, and anxious after I picked him up. He was starving and thirsty-they didn’t feed him the food I brought. I thought it was strange when I checked the webcams and noticed around 70 dogs, some inside a playpen and some outside. It was raining, but they were bombarded with dogs without a staff member in sight. My gut told me that the story about the tag ring wasn’t adding up and I was sure someone would follow up to see how my dog was doing. He had diarrhea for 36 hours from the stress of being at Breed Above and nobody took the time to check in with us or offer to make the situation right somehow.

My mini golden doodle, Ivy, LOVES Breed Above! She’s been going for several months and this has greatly helped her separation anxiety, socialization, and all around dog-ness! I greatly appreciate that everyone knows her (and me!) by name and gives me feedback on how she’s doing. I recommend this place to all of Ivy’s dog friends and their hoomans!

While I'm out of town/vacation, I trust my two cats with Nancy's service. As a veterinarian, with cats who need medications (of course), I have high expectations. Although I have only met Nancy once in-person, I trust her in my home and trust her with the care of my cats while I'm out of town. She is reliable (both during Covid and otherwise), and always provides us with photos and texts of how the cats are doing each day. She not only feeds, cleans the litterbox, etc., but also provides enrichment/play time for our two cats. Now that I've found Nancy, I wouldn't trust anyone else!

Nancy and her son, Mason, have been cat sitting for us since we returned to Ann Arbor last year. She is by far the best pet sitter I've ever worked with and she treats my cat, Waffle, like he is her own! My husband and I like to travel frequently and I am always at ease when we are out of town because I know he is well taken care of (and probably spoiled :)). She is always very available over email for scheduling and any questions, and she is very timely with pet sitting visits as well. During my initial consultation with her, Nancy took detailed on notes everything related to my cat's care, and I really appreciated her attentiveness. She always texts me with updates and pictures while I am away, and I love seeing how happy my kitty is! He instantly warmed to Nancy and her son and I know that he looks forward to seeing them each time. She leaves summaries of each visit for us to read after returning, too, which are always much appreciated and a joy to read. I would whole-heartedly recommend Nancy and her team for pet sitting services!

Nancy’s All Inclusive Pet Care provides an outstanding, trustworthy, and reliable service! I value that Nancy takes the time to have an orientation. She came out before our trip to meet our two cats and to get to know them and their needs. She made such an effort to learn every detail about our two boys so that they would get the same day-to-day experience as when we are at home! I also love that Nancy sends a text update and picture with each visit – it really helps my guilt for leaving them when we travel! I could not recommend Nancy’s service more!

The service provided is excellent. There is fantastic communication between Nancy and ourselves when we are away. During our initial visit to meet our rabbits Nancy took extensive notes on all aspects of the care that the rabbits would need while we were away and has met all those needs for every visit over the past few months that we have utilized their services. Nancy provides us an update for each of the visits while she is there by text (with pictures), as well as leaving a detailed note from each visit. It is extremely reassuring as a pet owner to know your animals are in such good care. Scheduling has been a breeze and there has been no hassle with payment for services.

We've used Nancy's services around 10 times now and are always very satisfied! Our cat absolutely adores her which helps ease my guilt when I leave him for vacations. Nancy is very responsive and always sends a few cute pics while she's visiting our apt. She leaves detailed notes covering feeding/bathroom habits/playtime. One time she had an issue with our apt key and couldn't get in -- she was very understanding and professional in handling the situation (found a way in and worked with me to acquire a new key). We could have a friend stop by and feed the cat for free, but we continue to choose Nancy's quality care over cheaper alternatives. Thanks Nancy!

I found Nancy from referrals from other dog owners in my neighborhood and I wholeheartedly agree with their glowing reviews. I could tell from the first time she met my little golden puppy that she really knows how to connect with dogs. She and her staff do far more than just walk and feed my little one, and it has made me feel much more comfortable leaving her at home while I am at work. Every person and plays with her, and they also work on commands/training that we are practicing at home, following the same training methods that I use. They always send a photo of her at each visit so I can rest assured that my dog is happy and getting some much-needed attention and exercise, and they even leave a handwritten message about the visit so I have a record of her visit. Nancy also works hard to accommodate my schedule, and so far I have never made a scheduling request that she could not handle. Nancy always makes sure I know who is coming to my house, and she is always there the first time a new person is introduced to the dog so there are never any surprises. I am not the type of person who normally writes reviews, but I have been so pleased with Nancy that I would love for other pet owners to enjoy what I have been enjoying. You will not be disappointed!

Nancy has been wonderful to our puppy Gordie! She and her staff are reliable, and thoroughly care for him. She is a fantastic communicator, and incredibly accommodating even on short notice! She did an initial Meet and greet with us on a holiday weekend! Her attention to detail, and ability to keep our pups daily routine intact are awesome! We love how she will send pictures during every visit as some peace of mind that everything is going well! I can’t say enough nice things about her business!

Nancy Kupina’s All Inclusive Pet Care is perfect. Nancy provides reliable pet and house care. After Nancy explained to us in the first meeting how her service works we knew we left our cats and house in good hands. We were pleased to receive regular and thorough up-dates about the cats and the visits. We also asked Nancy to look after our house while we were gone for an entire year. I particularly appreciated Nancy’s flexibility when I had to come back to AA for a few weeks. This is a truly professional service.

Nancy is incredible! She is very thorough and communicative. We were gone for several days and she always made sure to update us on how our rabbit was doing and send us videos. She even left a written note for each day letting us know how the visit went and what they did. I felt so comfortable knowing she was looking after our bun! Nancy's All Inclusive Pet Care is fantastic. Our pup needs a little extra care for walks due to limited mobility in one of her legs. Nancy and her team do a great job and have flexible hours for our busy and varied schedule. Nancy personally worked with us and our pup until she knew our pup's personality and needs and then gradually worked in other staff so we have even more flexibility for when we need help.
