I would highly recommend Adrian. He stayed in our house and looked after our 3 dogs and cats, he did a great job. He cut the lawn where the dogs went and took them on frequent walks . We came back to a very tidy house and well looked after pets. Thanks Adrian

I had the pleasure of meeting this chap whilst out walking my dog one day. 10 years or dreading the dog walk with an aggressive jack Russell Cross. 5 minutes chat has completely changed my attitude to dog walking and improved my dogs behaviour. Dog walking is now something to look forward to and not dread.

Would highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable dog walking, someone who will treat your pet as their own.

First time clients of Paula's we have 3 high maintenance dogs and a cat. Amazing service and very very happy with how Tilly looked after our pets. The house was immaculate almost like Tilly had never been. Highly recommend.

Michelle is the best dog boarder. Our Romanian rescue Kayla is very happy to be part of her pack. Michelle and her dogs are very welcoming, and puts you at ease straight away. She really understands dogs and is a very good judge of their character and how they will fit in. The dogs are loved and fussed and she really offers a home from home experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Thanks Michelle, and her family, for making a very nervous rescue, and her mum, extremely happy.

We recently left our Spaniel Willow with Cranford Dog Care whilst we went on holiday for 6 nights. It can be scary leaving your pets in someone else's care, but there is no one else I have more confidence in than Michelle. Her communication throughout the holiday, letting us know how Willow was, sending us pictures was fantastic. I had all the faith in the world that Willow was in the best hands and care possible. Cranford Dog Care offer a super clean, (I don't know how she has such a clean house as a home boarder!!) warm home from home holiday for your pups while you go away. It meant we could totally relax and enjoy our holiday without worrying about Willow! Could recommend enough!

We absolutely love Cranford Dog Care. Michelle is so welcoming. We honestly don’t worry when we leave our boy in their care. It’s a holiday for him too. We receive regular updates of his progress. I know he’s cared for like he’s one of their own. He never looks back at drop off - and always a quick hello at collection! That’s a true sign of his contentment at Cranford. Can’t recommend enough.

So pleased to have found Michelle. Fantastic dog lady, very caring and knowledgeable. My Romanian rescue dog and old llhaso Apso had a wonderful trial break overnight and I am so happy. They were also loved and guided by Michelle's own two lovely dogs.

Couldn't have been happier with home to home care. My two cockapoos Angel and Rosie were so well looked after, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michelle.

Our Gemma loved being with Michelle she has her own little holidays and we don’t have to worry about her .

My dog is quite nervous, but she absolutely loves coming here. The people always remember you & your dog, there is a website to book through which is very handy as they can send you messages and you can see a history of your visits, you download a photo of the dogs inoculations and boosters so they can see that everything is up-to-date & you don’t have to remember to bring the paperwork with you. My dog always comes away a happy little pup.

Our 1 year old lab has just stayed for 2 nights and it was his 1st time away from home. He settled in well, we could tell he enjoyed himself, staff were lovely and communcation was prompt and fast. And he came back smelling fantastic too. And in a lovely mood. So thank you and will defo recommend and use you again. 👍 …

Tracey and her team are amazing with our 2 German Shepherds. Any problems contact you straight away go above and beyond to help with anything. Great friendly team and our dogs love them. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have been using Quiet Acres for years with my previous dog, and recently my new pup stayed for a long weekend. I was a bit nervous as he hadn't been separated from us due to lockdown, but Tracey really helped reassure me and he had a great stay. He went in happily and came out just as happy. I was even sent pictures of him out on a walk which was such a lovely touch. Thank you and we'll see you again soon.

We have been using Quiet acres for our various Dogs since 2008, and they are always fantastically looked after. Whether their stay has been for 5 weeks or 3 days we are always very comfortable with Tracey & her team looking after them. It’s very reassuring when your Dog trots off happily without a backwards glance! Highly recommended for any treasured pooch.

We have used these kennels for a number of years now. In 2019 we went to New Zealand for a month and the 2 dogs I had at the time had a holiday at Quiet Acres. When we got back there were some photos for us of both dogs running around having fun. My little 17 year old terrier has just spent the weekend there. He is always happy to go with them when we get there and I am always happy to leave them in very friendly, capable hands.

Our two Boxers have been to Quiet Acres a few times now, the last time was for 10 nights. They have never had any issues being taken by the staff and have always come back happy and unstressed. Very pleased that they settle in so quickly. Would definately recommend to anyone.

Our two Labs, Max and Guy, have stayed at Quiet Acres once or twice a year for the last 13 years. Very sadly we lost Guy in June so we were a little concerned how Max would cope on his own in kennels. We needn't have worried, he went in with a waggy tail and without so much as a backward glance. Tracey and her team look after their doggy guests with care and professionalism and I have no hesitation in recommending Quiet Acres. Max agrees!

I have just collected my 3 dogs from Quiet Acres, first time all 3 had boarded there. Lily my cavalier has been numerous times before so I wasn't worried but one of my Labradoodles Ruby had never been in kennels before and I was apprehensive as she is never apart from me. Tracey was absolutely understanding of Ruby's nervousness but assured my husband she would give her that little bit extra attention to settle her in. Will not have any worries about leaving her again.

This was the 2nd time that we’ve used, Quiet Acres boarding kennels This time was difference three weeks is a long time to leave our cat Moshie As of last time, no need to worry she came back as she’s just been away for the weekend so relaxed and calm we definitely use you again and recommend to anybody else

Lucy and her team are fantastic, they go above and beyond to make sure all the dogs are safe, happy, and have the best time ever! I will forever be grateful for their part in helping me to raise my GSD to be well socialised, friendly and confident around all different sizes and shapes of dogs! Rü always sleeps like a log when she gets home, clearly having had a wonderful day playing with all her friends! Especially her best friend Fig! Their facilities are everything you could hope for, and everytime I drop my dog off I am confident she is going to have the best time. Truly the best doggy day care facility I have ever visited.

I’m so happy to have found Swanwick House for our very energetic Lakeland terrier. The space and facilities are excellent and Lucy clearly loves and is engaged with every dog in her care. She is very conscious of how they might behave together and consequently Baxter has a fabulous day running and playing and making friends with his pack. He returns home exhausted (no mean feat!) and his dog social skills are definitely improving. It all feels very professional, safe and fun.

The absolute best doggy care day. Lucy and her mum are lovely, friendly and were very patient with my nervous dog, she now runs around super happy all days with all the other dogs. I can’t thank them enough for helping my dog become a sociable and very tired 😀 little girl. Thank you so much …

Lego (our Labradoodle) loves his regular visits and jumps out of the car as soon as he can to push his way into the compound to greet his friends. At the end of the day he is usually exhausted having been well looked after all day. The hosts (Lucy and Ruth) clearly care about the dogs and there are a variety of obstacles, toys etc to entertain the visitors. The hosts are friendly and accommodating and provide a super service. I highly recommend this family run day care.

Fantastic doggy day care. My pooch gets so excited as we pull into Lucy’s. It is so reassuring knowing your dog is being looked after and having a great time.

It really shows how much Lucy loves and cares for the dogs by how happy they are. We aren't regular customers but managed to book our cocker spaniel in for a week of long days due to work hours changing. The facilities are brilliant with a huge gravel area and a large area of grass for the dogs to exercise in. They are given free run of the area and can come inside when it's wet to snuggle on sofas or cool mats if uts hot. There's even a tv 😊. My dog had bever been away from us in the day but it was obvious that she loved it. I would definitely use Lucy again and would highly recommend Swanwick House Dog Day Care. 5 Star 🌟

Can not recommend Lucy and her team highly enough, they provide excellent care and stimulation to our three dogs, who always come home fully exhausted, content and looking forward to getting back the next day. The noise of disappointment if we go past and don't pull in says it all.

Our blue staffordshire bull terrier Lily started with Lucy on 19/6/23. Lily was 3 & 1/2 months old & she LOVES Lucy & Swanwick House Dog Day care. I actually think loves is an understatement. Lily goes 3 mornings a week & from minute I step in shower she is whining as she knows we are going. Lily is now so much bigger, has learnt so much re social interaction with other 4 legged people & we know she is able to play with all makes & models. Thank you Lucy - you have made us feel confident that Lily is well looked after each time she comes to us and your advice re medical issue was a life saver. We highly recommend Swanwick House Dog Day Care.

Lucy sorted us out at the last minute when we suddenly needed somewhere safe, secure and above all friendly and welcoming for our Oz . It was that good, and he seemed to enjoy it so much, I think he will want to go back, never mind if we need to or not lol! Highly recommended, and many thanks.

Boarded my two dogs for 8 days. It was our first time using a kennel service and initially very nervous with the idea of leaving the dogs but after speaking with the team we felt completely at ease. The dogs were incredibly well looked after and they seemed to have had a holiday themselves. The staff and facilities are 5 star and would recommend to anyone.

An excellent boarding kennel amd cattery. The owners Sara and Don care so much for the animals. Our dog lives going there, as does my mum's.

Another totally fantastic stay for our dogs with Don and Sara at Goldbrook kennels. We have been using Goldbrook since Don and Sara took over the kennels c 6 years ago having found them by chance and being super impressed by both of them. Their obvious love of dogs, knowledge, friendliness as well as the kennels themselves, are second to none. We are especially impressed how Don and Sara make time to give cuddles and to walk each dog every day. This is especially important to us as our dogs settle after their walk. Also extremely important and welcomed by us is that each kennel block has a large private enclosed outside grass area attached to it, not just one exercise yard shared by all residents in turn. At home our dogs have the freedom of our garden and house all day after their morning walk. At Goldbrook they really do have the nearest home from home we, Don and Sara can provide them with. They have their own kennels, breakfast, a walk, a large private grass run to play and sit out in all day long, supper and lots of cuddles. Extremely happy and contented dogs on our return, if a little reluctant to come home today! We and our dogs could not recommend Don, Sara and Goldbrook kennel facilities more highly. Jeanette

I cant thank Don and Sara enough for looking after our dog Daisy. Unfortunately Daisy isn't the easiest as she is reactive, however they always make her feel at home and adjust to her needs and going above and beyond. During the recent flooding they made sure all dogs were safe and I can't thank them enough for this. I wouldn't take Daisy anywhere else !!

Our cat Beatrice had a lovely stay at Goldbrook, her first at this cattery. The facilties are excellent and the setting is beautiful. Times for dropping off and picking up are very good, compared with other catteries we have used in the past. We would highly recommend them.

We have been using Golbrook kennels for around 20 years now with all our cats staying there and have to say they are fantastic people who run this place. The current owners have put so much work effort and money into the business, Great place.

Fantastic kennels sent both my dog there many times and they always come back happy and ready for a long nap. The owners are brilliant and take a lot of pride in their work.

Having recently moved back to Suffolk we needed to find a new kennels for lovely Stanley. We were lucky to find Goldbrook. There we met a lovely lady who showed true commitment, compassion and understanding. All very important when you have an epileptic companion. They are our new goto now and we are confident and reassured that our little chap will be well cared for. Thank you.
