My son and I wanted to go bike riding but we had to leave our dogs somewhere. So we left them with Shannon. Shannon was amazing and trustworthy and when we came to pick them up they didn’t want to leave. totally recommend.

Shannon is great. She took care impeccable care of our Golden while we were out of town and sent us daily pictures of their walks. Thank you!

We were extremely happy with Nicole @Pupper's Pet Care. She was able to work our last minute need for a pet sitter and house sitter into her busy schedule and she provided the best service. We were away for 10 days and we received daily texts updating us on our two doggo's day, including pictures. Nicole took the BEST care of our 2 girls, Bella & Arrow, while we were gone for 10 days! I was a bit worried having never left them alone before, and Arrow is very stranger shy, but they both absolutely LOVED her! I was so surprised but so happy to hear that the first night Arrow was sleeping on the bed with her!! 😍 She texted us every morning and evening and sent lots of pictures. Bella needed eye medication that Nicole stayed on top of. Knowing they were happy and being well taken care of allowed me to enjoy my vacation without worry. Nicole is wonderful with my 2 dogs Ruby and Brewster. I like the fact that she comes to my house, it makes less anxiety for my pups. She gives them lots of attention and helps them feel less anxious while I am gone. She sends updates and pictures of the dogs so that you feel more comfortable too. I would highly recommend Nicole.

Nicole watched our pups for an evening while we were visiting Big Bear. She was very thorough in prepping for our visiting and extremely accommodating when we had to change our plans last minute due to weather. Our pups were well cared for and were sad to see her go at the end of the evening. Our only wish is that she lived and worked closer to our hometown so we could use her services more often.

Nicole recently took care of our 2 cats while we were out of the country and on a long trip. Every day she sent pictures, provided updates, and gave our kitties lots of loving. We felt very comfortable with her after meeting her in person and our kitties quickly welcomed her and would greet her at the door. In addition, she took care of deliveries and some plants. Will definitely use her again!

Nicole is great! She is incredibly responsible and took great care of our dogs while pet sitting. One of ours is an anxious girl, and Nicole adapted to her very well.

Nicole was amazing. Arrived 15 minutes early. Talked about everything she would be doing for us while we were away. We had rented an Airbnb and wanted to go out for my wife's bday but needed someone to help care for our doggo. Nicole was amazing, sending updates and playing with my furry friend. Nicole is amazing , highly recommend, checks and exceeds all the boxes, I was looking for caring for my dog who is very timid and selective of whom she would allow to care for her. Lily and I have only met her last week and she already feels like a family friend , I think Lily may have been more upset to see Nicole leave than me!

Today our cat Molly will once again be staying at her little palace. She never likes the trip in the car but as soon as she's in there, she sees Deanna and she's happy. Molly's loved and taken care of and never wants to come home!

Fantastic dog boarding establishment! We love boarding our two pups with Deanna and team! They do a GREAT job and our dogs love staying here. Fair and reasonable prices. Boarded our 2 dogs together very last minute while we attended a funeral. They had their own little indoor/outdoor suite. Great atmosphere and cool aquarium in the lobby. Our pets were safe and happy and the prices were reasonable. Thank you so much!

I call the owner, Deanna, the "animal whisperer" because the animals just love her! She provides a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the cats and dogs! Your fur baby is in terrific hands while under Deanna's care! I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else because I trust her! Thank God for Deanna!

All of the 5 star reviews from other people are spot on. *I have a dog, so my review is specifically about the dog services*. I have had only excellent experiences with this mom and pop boarding facility. They allowed me to tour the areas where my dog would be staying. Their rates are very reasonable, and it's such an added bonus that animals get play time/socialization here, vs at other places, where they are essentially kept in their dog runs the entire time. Overnight boarding as well as daycare are offered . They are located a little off the beaten path, but I assure you, they are worth it and your dogs will appreciate you for making the decision to stay here. Thank you for accepting me and my dog as a client. 🥰

My only complaints is that they are so great here that I just keep telling all my fellow dog owners at the dog park and now they are getting booked up! So we just moved to the area and I was so nervous to drop my 2 dogs off as I have never had anyone but my family watch them. Honestly, I think my 2 dogs had an amazing time while here! I believe they just played in the dog yard with other dogs for 2 days straight (I forgot to ask for certain). They both came home so tired and stupid-happy looking! My husband was the one to pick them up from here but he told me that one of my dogs even kissed the owner goodbye, which says a lot as this dog is very shy around people.

They took great care of our 2 cats and even special care of our dog, Riley who has had a tough past. Rates are extremely reasonable and staff is well qualified. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Took my girl there to stay for a week. Her suite was nice and all the dogs seemed happy there and got along well. The place is clean and well taken care of along with your pet.

I'd recommend anyone who needs a pet sitter to come here. I first brought my pups a couple of years ago and I won't ever bring them anywhere else. My husky Matix has insane deportation anxiety but this has become his second home, he loves coming.

I have never used this place first thing. However I was calling on behalf of my mom for the simple fact when my grandmother went into the hospital I was reaching out to places for her little dog my parents live in Hesperia and my grandmother lives in Apple valley however I live in running springs so I was thinking I've got a place that was close for my parents to be able to go and keep the dog. The lady that I spoke to on the phone seemed very professional and very nice so I get it four stars. Don't worry the dog is doing great my daughter's I love my grandmother's dog but they are well aware that the dog will have to go home soon.

My dog's home away from home with his 2nd momma. He loves her more than me I think sometimes. But then I come to pick him up and he is bounding around the room and sassing the other dogs because he is happy. He is 14 years old now and hasn't acted so playfully in 3 to 4 years. Tonette has worked some miracle with him just by being with him while I'm at work. I cannot say enough to praise this woman. So kind, patient, and loving she creates a safe space for each of the animals in her care. That has built up confidence in my senior dog who stopped playing with other dogs when he was afraid of being hurt because of his arthritis. He will even start the playtime with the other dogs now. He is also much calmer. His separation anxiety made him so anxious all the time because he knew I was going to leave for work. Now he knows he has a fun, loving home with a second family that loves him to be with while his momma is working overnight

Great place for our two pugs to stay when we’re away. Quality and well taken care of. Very appreciative to have someone keep our puggies safe while we’re away.

Judy is the sweetest lady and takes amazing care of my senior German shepherd mix and has saved me life a few times by being able to come over to my house last minute. She is the only person I trust coming into my house without my permission with my sweet baby! She will make sure your fur baby is well taken care of!

I had such an amazing experience with Joshua Tree Pet Resort. From beginning to end, I cannot explain how seamless and convenient the process was! First of all, let’s talk about Christina! She is the sweetest, kindest person. You can tell she truly enjoys her job/life. It’s always so nice to come across good people like that, especially when you are trusting them with your pets. I have two shihpoos, Keto and Kylo. We take them with us everywhere. We plan vacations around them. However, we wanted to take a Hummer Tour around Joshua Tree - this meant our doggies couldn’t go with us. Only a week before our trip, I had to figure out a daycare thing for the dogs. I came across Joshua Tree Pet Resort and gave them a ring! Christina answered. She patiently explained the pricing and process to me and answered all my questions. She also gave impeccable directions - very detailed. I was confident in getting to her place because of how she explained everything so well and because of the overall experience I had with her over the phone and in simply viewing her website! Once we arrived to her place, another couple was picking up their dog and we were there to drop off. She has designated times for human interaction so that she can focus on our pets during the other times. We dropped them off and all was well. We came back that same day and there were no issues. Again, everything was so easy, convenient, and smooth! I can’t wait to use her services again!!! We loved visiting Joshua Tree so we know we will definitely come back. Next time, our goal is to have the dogs stay overnight at Christina’s! We definitely trust her. I can’t say enough about this place. Experiences matter nowadays and this was definitely top-notch!

I have a 4 month old corgi that I dropped off to stay with Christina for one night/ 2 full days and my goodness my puppy had a great time. Christina was quick to respond and sent us updates with pictures/videos every few hours. She was extremely kind and you could tell her and her family are huge dog lovers. She made us feel very comfortable leaving our fur friend for the night while we enjoyed the park for the weekend. He was definitely in good hands.

Joshua Tree Resort is awesome! They took our puppy for two days so we could enjoy the National Park. Daisy was happy - and exhausted - from her fun day playing with the other dogs. We appreciated the kind care they provided and for keeping Daisy safe in the hot weather! Best decision we made!

I can't say enough positive things about this place!! I have a pup who can be a bit nervous in new places. Christina completely understood and offered to do a meet and greet before the official stay -- it went great! My dog was so excited to go back there for a 3 night stay where she made lots of friends! Christina was considerate with making sure to maintain our dogs schedule/daily habits and included her in all activities throughout the day. I appreciate the VIP package offered as it allowed my dog to get the feeling of being in a home away from home. Christina is great at communicating and was open to me reaching out to check in, sharing pictures and videos when she had time. It is very clear that being with animals is Christina's passion. We will ABSOLUTELY be using her services again! A quick pic that was sent to us during her stay there, having the time of her life!

We were in need of a last minute dog sitter during our short visit to Joshua Tree National Park. I came across their info, not sure if they would be able to accommodate us on such short notice and to our delight, Christina was able to take my senior dachshund. She and her family treated my dog like their own, giving her extra attention due to her senior needs. I felt so comfortable dropping her off, which is conveniently located on the same road to one of the park entrances. I am so glad I stumbled across their info and took a chance on giving them a call less than a day before I needed their services. We were able to enjoy more of the park, which has very limited dog friendly access. And, my dog was given lots of TLC!

This place and the owner (Christina) are awesome!! We needed a place to bring our lil pup a few times a week so that he could play with other dogs and get some of that energy out. After LOTS of research, I found the perfect environment - it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I wanted a home away from home for my lil guy and they were able to provide this. I LOVE this place SO SO much and I'm so thankful that we have this amazing pet resort in Joshua Tree!!

A very good place for daycare and boarding! It was really easy to book the day with Christina. She took great care of our dog Moka while we were hiking in the park. They have a great place with a big yard for dogs. She sent us pictures of the day. We recommend!

We typically take our baby with us everywhere. Unfortunately, there are times when we simply can't and when that happens while traveling in So. California, we choose Renaissance to care for our baby. They are great and even though he is not a seasoned kennel visitor, he loves everyone there and they treat him like their own. He is always happy and well cared for at pick up. Recommend 100%.

I love that the staff at Renaissance really tries to get to know my dogs’ personalities. My husband and I look forward to seeing the daily photo feed to see how Charlie and Lila are doing and how they’re interacting with other dogs and with the staff. I also like their petit suite. It looks comfortable and is kept so neat and clean. The staff is also so willing to work with our dogs’ different personalities and needs. That’s very important to us..

This was our first stay at Renaissance Pet Resort & Spa. I needed a caretaker for my working service dog. I found Renaissance through friends and an internet search. From my first visit to Renaissance and through all my dealings with them, the people were friendly, attentive to my needs and really cared about me and my dog. The cost was very reasonable and the staff was amazing. I loved the daily uploaded photos and videos so that I was able to see how my dog was doing. A great big thank you to all those who care for the animals at Renaissance! I will definitely use their services again.

Our fur baby is naturally nervous outside of our home, to the point of she won’t eat. The staff at Renaissance always above and beyond to make our Coco comfortable, and ease our minds knowing that she is being well cared for. Highly recommend!

Victoria did an awesome 1st time grooming on my puppy, Chloe. I am so pleased with the whole entire staff from the day and overnight staff to the groomers. Renaissance Pet Resort & Spa is a delight to use for my dog’s grooming and boarding needs! They really care about your pets! I recently was hospitized after a fall off a ladder so I had a friend drop off my chocolate lab Smokie while I was recovering. Renaissance was so caring for my 14yr old boy who was also having health issues. The staff was great and so loving with him. A beautifully run resort for dogs (or any other pet). I was so anxious about boarding my dog for 4 nights. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. My dog had a blast! And she was tended to do well. The managers, staff and pet caregivers gave 5- star luxury service to my baby! Highly recommended!

Every time I bring my husky into Jay Jay and her crew that dog comes out looking absolutely beautiful and they never have a problem with him and he is a big dog. And they do groom cats because they’ve groomed mine, and she also came to my house and groomed, one of my older cats because he was too frail to go out of the house. So whoever says that she does not groom, cats is out of their mind

I have been taking my dogs here for years & I’m always pleased with the grooming & the prices! They make sure my dogs are comfortable & safe during the process which eases my anxiety. They’ve been trimming my Doberman’s nails every 2 weeks since he was 2 months old. And probably will be for the rest of his life. It’s SO helpful and they are so quick! You just drive up and it’s done for $5. And they are so patient and helped work through his fear and wiggles and whining and he’s been getting better and better about it…pretty sure he will stand solid for it soon. He’s not even a year old yet. They’re awesome!

Best groomer. I have show dog's. She does a Superior job. My 3 male long hair Dachshunds love to go.

We took our shih Tzu Nibbles for a groom after having some issues with the Mobile groomer and he came out absolutely perfect the staff is wonderful his groomer was great so sweet this is our new place.

Best pet grooming ever! My dog was scared of previous groomers. He now looks forward to his grooming at pampered pets. They are amazing. My dog always looks and smells great after his grooming!

The whole crew at pampered pets have been amazing. I've been taking my 2 huskies there for a few months now and they do a great job. When I took my dogs on a road trip this summer, they were able to fit them in for an appointment before I went. It was a much more pleasant trip without being stuck in the car with 2 stinky shedding dogs. I'll be taking my dogs to pampered pets from here on out.

I needed a pet sitter last minuet and thankfully Kristy had an opening when I needed it. She came referred from a friend but her reviews speak for themselves. I have a 6 month old puppy and she'd never stayed anywhere else, needless to say I was nervous. We met Kristy beforehand and I saw how well she ran things, I was super content in leaving our furbaby. She had great communication, gave me updates if I needed them and the best part my puppy got the socialization she needed. I was super pleased with her care that she's already booked for another visit!!

Kristy has been my number-one dog sitter for at least 10 years. She has many years of experience, and I feel like I am leaving my pets in my own care when I have her come to stay while I go away.
