Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Susan and Jim were exceptional pet sitters for our 2 pups and cat! From the start they were communicative and asked thoughtful clarifying questions that made us feel comfortable immediately. We spent time together the evening before we left for vacation and it was clear that they had read our welcome doc and instructions. They referenced animal behaviors that were noted and confirmed details. They arrived about an hour before we left and gave us all plenty of time to feel comfortable with being in our home. Throughout our vacation, Susan sent photos and updates of our critters and let us know how they were spending their time together. Susan was quick to respond to my messages via WhatsApp any time I reached out. Susan and Jim stayed at our house until we landed at the airport and let them know we were safely on the ground. They fed and walked the dogs and let us know they would be gone before we got home. It was great knowing that had our flight been delayed, they would have stayed at the house until we were safe driving distance away. We came home to a sparkling clean home, a thriving and happy garden, and well cared for animals! Susan and Jim left us detailed notes of their stay and even gave us lots of instructions on how to keep our garden happy! What a treat! All our linens were washed and replaced and the house was immaculate. Thank you Susan and Jim for choosing our home and furry family to spend your time with! Lea is seriously the best! We lucked out big time with her as our house sitter. She didn't just watch our home; she made it sparkle, and our dog Mezy? Well, he fell head over paws for her! Mezy's doesn't always warm up to new folks so easily but Lea had this magical charm that had him wagging his tail from day one. Care and compassion for my dogs was at the top of the list of John's attributes. He was the first sitter I have used through zeewoi that was close enough to come meet the dogs before the sit. John not only came for an initial meet and greet, but he made time to meet the pups a second time prior to my departure to better familiarize himself with both the dogs and my home. Having put the fear of God in him about Penny's reactivity (I might have been a bit over the top, but better more attentive than less!), he was cautious with her in the beginning. Later in the sit, they trooped off to the beach on multiple occasions - all good! My 10-yr-old was on some meds for a serious battle with arthritis, and John managed Cooper's needs beautifully. John even made a call and a trip to the vet to re-up Coop's prescription when it was clear he needed to continue the protocol. I received daily updates by text, including photos and video; communication is hugely important to me. I feel blessed to have had John care for my fur-babies.

Communication while we were away was great with pics of the dogs as well as text messages. Rose cared for our home and our “kids” with great care, she is very conscientious of your space. Angela was fantastic. She came a day early to meet us and our dog Bella and to get the lay of the land and we so enjoyed meeting her and getting to know her! She took care of our home and Bella with the utmost care and attention. Lori and Joe took great care of our two dogs and tow cats while we were gone. Our plans changed and we actually asked if they could come a day before we had originally planned to leave and they said no problem! They even stayed over on the night we got home so that we could meet them which was very nice! Lori was very good with communication before the house sit and also during the time they were here. She let us they had arrived safely and then sent us a short text or pictures every day of the animals. The house looked cleaner than when we left it when we got home! I cannot thank Jenny and Geoff enough for stepping in at the last minute after the original sitter cancelled. They are a great couple, friendly , organised and extremely capable. Also they LOVE animals. My dog and cat have clearly been given a great deal of care and attention in my absence. You could not ask for better house and pet sitters than Ken and Jane! Before the sit: Communicating with Ken and Jane prior to our scheduled week went smoothly. They were proactive about planning. They came out to the house prior to the sit and spent a couple of hours going over things about the house, meeting the pets, and getting familiar and comfortable with everything. They were delightful people to meet; I was wishing for a couple of days to just hang out and play tourist with them! During the sit: Ken and Jane sent me daily updates and photos of their outings with my pups and with their interactions with my kitties. I appreciated how they chose the sit partly because of their love of exploring rural areas, because that's what I have here! They were perfectly suited to my home and pets. Ken absolutely loves cats and is an intuitive and experienced kitty-handler. Jane really bonded with one of my kitties; both of them made great progress with all three of my cats, each of which is pretty shy at first, and one can be a real problem child. They worked very hard to give love to each pet and ensure that each felt calm, happy, and cared for. They spend tons of time outdoors with my border collie/retrievers. The dogs had daily "spa time" after walks and outdoor playtime, having their long fur brushed on my front porch (which the dogs love!). They sent me happy photos every day. If anything came up, they just handled it. They really seemed to enjoy their adventures and the pets each day, which made my time away that much more enjoyable. After the sit: I was thankful to have some time with Ken and Jane when I returned from my trip. All the pets were calm, happy, and healthy when I got home. Ken and Jane had left me a detailed note about that last day to make re-entry easy. They sweetly left a thank you note and a bottle of wine on the kitchen table also (a very sweet and unexpected surprise!). They seemed quite sad to leave my "kids;" Jane left with tears in her eyes, saying goodbye to my dogs. We've kept in touch since the sit. My whole house really misses them. Oh, and the house was immaculate and plants all watered (inside and out) when I got home! Since they started I have been their client with more than 10 rescued cats and dogs I have sent for grooming. This is one of the most cozy pet & grooming shops I have ever been to! The store is just welcoming and well decorated. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The groomer is just great. I took my rescue cat there for a nice bath and he came back so cute and clean. He smelt so good! I’ll soon take my other cat there for grooming.
This is a long over due post because i always forget to post it here in google reviews. I need to share our wonderful experience here so the Furr parents in Doha will have an idea of this wonderful place. We went here last Dec 4 for the grooming of our 7 cats. The owner extended the promotion on grooming services which was supposed to end at the last week of November. That’s why we were able to afford to have all of our cats groomed. We were beyond grateful because the service they gave us was really great! The clinic was very easy to find with ample parking space. It was also clean & has this “cafe” vibes which was very relaxing. The staffs were welcoming & patient in answering all our queries. They even provided food & water for our cats because there’s a long queue before our turn. I just want to express our gratitude here because we were not able to personally give thanks to the whole crew when we left because its already their closing time so we’re really in a hurry. For us, this clinic is one of the Top3 best Vetclinics we’ve come across here in Doha.

I have been their customer for 2 years and they were horrible to me when I complained about my cat who couldn’t walk on her paws coz they injured her. Took her to the vet and they confirmed that they tried to remove the ingrown nails and have cut her nails so deep. The poor cat couldn’t walk for 10 days after. They denied what they have done and didn’t even pick up my call. It looks like they have changed their team with unqualified people and still insisted it’s not their fault and ignored my complaint

MY dog had bruises and a serious scratch on her paw. THE WORST GROOMING SERVICE IN QATAR. I informed that was the first time that dog has this service, yet, the person who came to my tower with the van did not even considered it. My dog has 6kg is a small cute and happy dog. Since I was not sure about my dog safety I asked kindly to be able to watch the grooming and the bath, which should had been not a an issue since every pet shop has big windows for the tutors watch. The van is horrible and not tight. The staff that was doing the service clearly has not proper manner with dog, he pushed her strongly even thought she is not even close to be aggressively. She was normal a bit anxious since is a first experience but the staff should know how to deal with very normal situation with a proper attitude not as if the dog is a thing or a toy. I requested the manager a reply and until know, no response for this horrible situation.
The grooming services exceeded my expectations. Not only did my pets come out looking impeccably groomed, but they were also clearly content and relaxed, a testament to the care and patience your team provided during the process.
Good facilities but cannot handle all breeds. We booked few months back and thought of visiting with our dog wearing muzzle, they accepted our payment and we're rejected after a week when their staff thinks that they cannot handle our dog. Payment was returned.
After the grooming my cat couldn't walk on one of his legs because they trimmed nails too short, also my cat had bruises on his ears. I presented photos of my cat before and after the grooming where it's very clear that he didn't have bruises on his ears but they said" probably your cat was scratching his ears". At the vet clinic they said "its not possible to get bruises from scratching". I asked for cctv but they said they don't have cctv. My cat was so afraid after the grooming, he wasn't even eating for 3 day's, was hiding under the table which he never did before. Definitely will never to the grooming with you again!
My dog had her first appt with them today (full groom, mobile door to door service). Their grooming team is amazing - ultra gentle to very professional. I’ve never seen our girl looking better. Their mobile grooming vehicle is state of the art with water, generator grooming bed, tools, etc. Very impressed, and highly recommend!
