Fran has been absolutely fantastic. You won’t ever need to worry about your furry pets with her, because she does all that is needed an more. I have a cat which needs to be taken care of while I am visiting my home country, which happened quite a few times since I had my cat 2years and a half ago. I always used her services and the experience has always been amazing. She reassured me every day with videos and pictures of my cat, from the moment she opened the door to the minute she left. She played with her, and covered up for last minutes requests to make sure she was okay. You can tell she loves her job a lot and she loves to make sure owners are happy and have no worries. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

5 stars and would have given more if it was possible. Ben and Ryan are brilliant and look after my cat just as I ask them to. They spend time with my cat on each visit, making sure he's got a dose of quality time. Daily updates are sent via Whatsapp, letting you know all is well. Would recommend Pets&Pads to anyone looking for someone to look after their pet whilst away.

Amazing home from home,Bonnie our lab had a wonderful holiday with these guys, so glad we found Ben and Ryan ,will never use kennels again now we have these guys,can't thank them enough .

Ben & Ryan are absolutely perfect for us looking after our two mad French Bulldogs. So friendly, helpful and professional. I couldn’t think of anyone else i’d rather trust my two boys with. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Ben and Ryan did an exceptional job of looking after our tiny dwarf rabbit and our (not so tiny) Ragdoll cat. Genuinely lovely people. Great communication with regular updates, we always felt as though our pets were in the safest of hands while we were away. We will definitely be using them again and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Our much loved arthritic girl could not have been in better hands, from a pre service meet and greet to the photos that were sent throughout the day. We were able to enjoy our son's wedding without worry. We will definitely be using Ryan and Ben for any future occasions

Oscar had a fabulous first afternoon with Ben and Ryan. He was clearly extremely happy and relaxed to be with them, and seemed very keen to tell me all about his afternoon's adventures. The first of many I hope :)

Wouldn't have anyone else look after my pets or house. Whether it's for an event like a wedding or day trip or a longer vacation, I know my pets are in good hands. I was even happy to leave my dog after a recent surgery because I knew Gemma would look after her as well as (if not better!!) than me. 5* all round. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Our 2 elderly spaniels had been here years ago with previous kennel owner. Dec 2023 they had a 1 week stay. The kennels were dark and cold, but we were assured there was heating via heat lights. We paid extra to have them returned at the end of the week. Their brand new bed was covered in wee and poo as were the dog's feet and legs. The bed was thrown in the bin it was so bad. The dogs were washed by us and I cancelled the next booking for March, losing my deposit rather than put them in there again.

I have boarded my dog's twice now and highly recommend Bowesfield. The girls really care about the dogs. I was a bit apprehensive when I first left my “baby” for 10 days, but i received photos and update's which really helped me not worry about him. I have since got a second dog and they both stayed for a couple of days in April. They loved it, and knowing they were being looked after so well, was so reassuring.

What a lovely and caring environment. When we were really stuck after a mix up at Eurotunnel, Christine and the team did their best to find Pippin a place and take him in for a night whilst we sorted care. They were compassionate, understanding and clearly ‘animal first’ people who understand they are more than just pets. Facilitates were clean and spacious, with little clipboards on every door which set out each dogs own needs and personalities. We were really grateful to them for helping us out, and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a caring kennel.

First time for our dogs at Bowesfield. Staff was really friendly and helpful. When we picked our girls up after our holiday, they were relaxed, happy and well-fed! (One of them tends to lose weight when in kennels, but she was in great shape here!). Thank you Bowesfield team ☺️

I would highly recommend Bowesfield Farm Boarding Kennels & Cattery for your furry loved ones! I am 100% sure that Buzz and Woody have been happier here than they are at home judging by the photos I have been sent. I am a bit of a helicopter dog mum, and panic over everything so imagine the worry I had when they phoned me on their first day there. Full blown panic at seeing their number appear on the way to the airport, just for them to tell me they couldn’t find the vitamins that they take in the bag (put them on the side for my husband to pack and he forgot) They offered to go and get them for me, so the boys still had their routine. It’s the extra details that made me feel at ease. Picked them up today, and honestly it felt like they were family. The boys were so happy, looked healthy and I will 100% be using them again.

I left my two dogs on sun 3 sept this year for three nights for a short stay and I was very impressed the first time I pulled up at the kennels it was so peaceful staff very friendly and caring felt very warming and comfortable will definitely use this kennels again thank you

Very happy dog after his stay at these kennels. He usually tells us off, but not after staying here. The staff obviously enjoy their work and showed us around prior to our dog's stay with enthusiasm. The items for sale in reception are very keenly priced so a new collar was purchased. A grooming service before collection will be tried next time. Well done.

These guys are amazing , they looked after my cat Willow for the first time for 12 days , I picked willow up and she looked as healthy and content as when I dropped her off , staff were great and friendly and booking was so easy and the boarding was spotless Highly recommend and will be using again

Beautiful, beautiful walks, stunning views across the water and of Dover Castle. The air is clean and fresh, absolutely loved it, can't say anything good enough.

Heidi and David have the perfect home from home for dogs. They are experienced dog handlers and my rather anxious lab is relaxed and happy when I pick him up. They have lots of land for safe walking and Heidi sends plenty of updates and pictures of the dogs enjoying their stay. Can’t recommend highly enough.

My Rottie,Beau,loved his time spent with Heidi and David. It was like home from home for him due to being made to feel like one of the family during his stay. The video updates showed him out walking with David happily engaging with him and his tail in the air loving life!! This gives me great peace of mind to know that he is safe,secure and most importantly happy to be there. I’ll be using their services whenever I go away in the future. We recently boarded our dog with David and Heidi, the experience was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure our dog felt at home from the moment we arrived. The facilities were spotless, and we loved that the dogs had plenty of space to play and socialise. Our dog came back happy, well-fed, and clearly had a great time. We also appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe and loving environment for their pet. Come Stay Play is simply the best care your dogs can receive! Heidi and David’s expertise and dedication shine through in every detail. They took incredible care of my two VERY high-maintenance Vizslas, Gatsby (3) and Bombette (5 months) ensuring both had personalised attention and a perfect balance of downtime and play. Their picturesque Kent countryside home is an idyllic setting, and I always return to two happy, tired pups! I have complete peace of mind knowing my dogs are in the best possible hands!

Top-notch experience. Friendly, polite, really clean car and great driving skills. I really enjoyed my travel and do recommend his services for whatever you need a ride to.

My girl Minerva has been going to daycare/boarding at Home From Home for years and she loves every minute. Julia and Jess are the nicest people you could ever meet and treat every dog that steps through their door as part of the family. It is basically Minervas' second home. They send gorgeous photos and videos throughout the day to show me how much fun Mins having. The photo attached is from one of her days there and you can see for yourselves just how relaxed and happy she is. When I pick her up at the end of the day Min can barely keep her eyes open she is so exhausted from having the time of her life with all her friends. Julia's home is welcoming, immaculate and secure for your pooch. I wish I could give Home From Home 100 stars as they deserve every one for what they do. We are so lucky to have found them and I wouldn't send my precious girl anywhere else.

Home from Home really is a home from home for our dog Indie. She is very well looked after and treated gently for her nervous nature. We always get photos and feedback of her day. Home from Home have been looking after our dog since she was a pup. It is the highlight of her week going to hang out with her besties. 4 months ago, we made the decision that our 3 month old puppy would need to stay with someone on the night of our wedding, at which point he would be almost 7 months old. This was the most daunting decision for us and not something we took lightly. Our wedding venue recommended Julia and Jess and we took a trip down to meet them. From the moment we stepped in the door of their beautiful home, all three of us (my now husband, our puppy and I) were completely at ease. They are the most lovely, professional and caring family you could ever wish to leave your beloved pet with. Julia has been so great with her communication, answering my constant, long, worried emails and reassuring me along the way. I knew way before the wedding that Julia and Jess would look after Teddy as if he were there own and that's just what they did. The videos they sent me of him showed him behaving as he does with us at home, i.e. standing on your chest, tail wagging and licking your face - so I knew he was totally content, even without us there. I cannot recommend Home from Home enough. Thank you so much Julia, Jess and Hannah for looking after our fur baby, Teddy. I hope we can keep in touch. xxx

From enquiry to daycare Julia and Jess have always been extremely professional, kind and caring. My little pupper loves going to daycare with them so much I have increased the amount of days.
