Looked after our little dog so well - he was poorly while we were away on holiday and Limekiln looked after him, took him to vets and kept us updated with how he was. After collecting him, they kept in touch to find out how he was doing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Actually visited the groomer, Yasmin, who works from the premises. She is absolutely brilliant with my very stressed bichon. I haven't used the kennels and cattery but the dogs and cats I've observed look very well cared for and content. If I ever need to use a kennel, I'd be happy to leave my dog here.

My little furbaby spent her first ever few nights in kennels and was such a happy well cared for little girl when we collected her. Tracy and Gareth were wonderful, I’m sure she’s looking forward to her next visit Would definitely recommend 🙂 …

Excellent care provides for our pup.

We left our whippet Badger with Gareth and Tracey for a day while on holiday in the area. It was his first time in a kennel and their professionalism and care put us at ease straight away. He was very happy and relaxed when we picked him and we are really pleased with their service, we would recommend Limekiln to anybody!

After having suffered a traumatic experience at a previous kennel, I asked Gareth and Tracy if they would take my golden retriever for a trial . They happily did this and she had a lovely day. I then boarded her for her first ever overnight stay. On picking her up, she clearly had had a lovely time .I cant thank this couple enough. I would completely recommend these kennels as they are run in a caring and professional manner.

Gareth and Tracy are the best! They were really responsive and helpful with our booking, which was part of a home relocation. They were really kind and the place was immaculate, and our cat was really happy the next morning. A perfect experience!

This was our 1st visit, very clean, dogs love it, they even have their own play park!! Staff excellent with dogs, would definitely recommend and will use again. Prices excellent..

Fantastic service. Chase spent 6 nights and he came out a happy, healthy and clean dog. He really enjoyed his time at auntie pats and I would highly recommend them to anyone. He settled back in at home with no issues. He looks forward to his next visit.

We use Auntie Pat’s for our border terrier Sully, he’s been going to see Jane for over three years, as soon as we turn into the manicured driveway Sully knows exactly where he’s going and goes ballistic 🤣🤣🤣 he absolutely loves Jane and the family. He is obviously spoiled rotten, as I’m sure all the pets who have their holidays there are. My wife Linda and I can’t recommend Auntie Pats enough, if, for whatever reason, you are thinking of taking your pet to Jane, you can be rest assured they will be looked after like their own pets are.

We have used Jane and Steel at auntie pat's a few times now and honestly can't fault them. The place is spotless, Jane is lovely and our dog loves going there. One of our holidays involved a flight delay which meant we were well out with our collection time and an extra nights stay for our dog was accommodated without any issues. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else now👍

We have used Aunty Pats on 3 occasions now for our Frenchie Arnie. The level of care and love he receives when he stays is tremendous and is a much needed sense of relief when you can't take your dog on holiday with you. The facilities are first class as is the treatment received when dropping off and picking up him up. Arnie loves going and for us it is important to leave your Dog with a family that genuinely cares for and loves animals. We have used many other kennels over the years but we can fully relax knowing he is well loved when he stays here.

The best kennels I've used. I have a reactive nervous dog but he just loves it at Auntie Pat's, it's clean,warm and very welcoming for your fur babies, I highly recommend

Took my two little spaniels here for two weeks, was really worried how they would react to the kennel environment. Jane recommended bringing them in for a night to see how they cope it’s fair to say they loved it. The kennels and reception are so modern and clean. Fully recommend

Thanks so much to Kari and family for looking after our Tav at their beautiful home Wild Tides. This is the first time we have left him with someone other than family, but we felt so reassured as Kari kept us updated with regular photos and texts. He even got to sleep on the couch! We will definitely use this service again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a ‘home from home’ environment for their precious dog❤️

Excellent transport and assistance provided by Michael for my first ever dog! He drove from Sheffield to Canterbury, stopping off at two service stations so my dog could exercise and make some mess! The car used was very smart and comfortable.

I have had the most amazing trip to pick my puppy stray up from Zante and drive all the way back to Yorkshire. My driver/courier, Norman was fantastic. The whole process went smoothly, safely and was a trip of a lifetime. They organised every last detail to ensure the dog and myself were comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend this fantastic company. Expensive but SO well worth it. Thank you.

I travelled with my dog from Sweden to Wales. They were very professional and organised and even remembered our names when we would call. No issues with booking etc. Were given plenty of information and contacted by the driver days before which was reassuring. He arrived in a branded van and clothes which reassured me (I am a young woman) and was very professional throughout. The van was clean and well equipped for transporting my dog and we took regular breaks around every 4 hours. Well worth the money and would definitely use c four paws again. Thanks/Diolch!

We had Milo collect from London on Sunday with two cages and a carry cage and lots of toys. Milo was perfectly happy and items were in good order. Collected on time and delivered on time. Excellent service and driver was very nice. Highly recommended for animal transport. Will definitely use again if the need arises. Good job thank you

Calagran Four Paws and my driver Will were absolutely amazing at handling our cross country transport for a long distance move. Having a rather large Staffy x Old Tyme, who had sadly had to be exempted due to her size, I was even terrified to take her on the road in anything other than proper transport. And with it being such a long way I wanted a safe long distance option also for all round safety and comfort. Our needs were catered for with the upmost care and Will was absolutely amazing with my nervousness and with my lovely girls nervy nature. I couldn't have been happier and I plan to travel with them again. I can highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. I just endured an incredibly stressful and long importation process into Europe and finally into the UK with my 3 med/large breed dogs. CFourPaws went above and beyond to help me logistically with things they really didn't have to and was outside of their services. Provided much needed emotional support and were empathetic to my unforeseen financial costs. Really without people like Keith and Greig, I may have crumbled under the stress of it all. In a medical emergency you were the first kennels we found after literally 100's of phone calls with spare capacity to take Casper while his mum had an emergency operation to remove a brain tumour. The 10x photo's you sent us showing him happy & thoroughly enjoying a run in the secure field were a huge relief to his dad & a massive boost to his mum's immediate recovery.

We recently used C Four Paws to transport our dog Adi from Glasgow to Heathrow for her trip home to Canada. David was a very kind and professional driver and got us to the Kennel at Heathrow on time in spite of some unavoidable traffic delays along the way. We’re back home with Adeline safe and sound and are very grateful for having used the services of your company and David for the first leg of our trip.

An absolute lifesaver when it came to transporting me and my cats from Dublin to Somerset. There was fantastic communication the entire time during the booking process and our driver Clive was incredible! They made what was a very stressful move for me and my cats, a very easy time and I cannot thank Clive and the whole team enough.
