I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Denise was by far the best pet sitter we have ever had! She watched our two pups while we were gone for 3 weeks and took amazing care of our dogs and home. She took the time to ask questions and make sure she understood each dog’s needs as well as how to take the best care of our house before we left. She sent videos everyday updating us on how the pups were doing. We were so happy to see how much quality time she was spending with them and how much they loved her. Our dogs were so sad to see her leave and we can’t wait to have her back. Denise made sure that the house was in perfect condition when she left and treated our home as if it were her own. Cleo is a very lucky puppy dog to have been cared for by Matt & Lisa! We’ve had quite a few sitters over the last 2 years with TH, and I have no reservations saying that they were the best! First, communication was fabulous from the start. They put me at ease before they ever got here. Throughout the sit, there were regular updates and pictures. They were so very attentive to Cleo, and even ventured out with her on trail walks (Cleo’s favorite thing in the world). They handled her medications with no problem. It was obvious that my nervous pup was at ease and loved them, as she ended up sleeping with them! I’d have Matt & Lisa again in a heartbeat, and would recommend to anybody!

Ray and Lynn were excellent sitters for Moose! They took him out multiple times a day and always played with him. They sent so many pictures and Moose always looked so happy! We initially accepted Deirdre and Jason for a long stay to look after our dogs. We were very happy they accepted. A few weeks later we realized we needed another sitter for another trip we had planned. So, we posted more dates on zeewoi. To our happy surprise, Deirdre and Jason reached out to us saying they could also look after our dogs and home with the new dates we posted. This made our life much easier and we were very confident to have Deirdre and Jason stay longer with us and care for our dogs. We were definitely right!! D&J are very self-sufficient, have the background knowledge and education of pet care, and most importantly a genuine love for all animals. This is most important for my wife and I. We knew from the first meeting with our pups they loved animals. Communication was excellent. The process before and during our sit was stress-free for us. We were given daily updates on our dogs including photos and videos. Any concerns D&J had were vocalized to us. D&J are also problem solvers and know how to react many challenging situations. Our routine for our pets was followed immaculately and all dogs were very happy and connected with them. Even our female dog Kinki grew close so quickly with D&J which is very rare. We had ZERO issues while we were gone and we were able to really enjoy our trip while we were away. The dogs definitely love being around D&J. Homecare: We are very pleased with the condition of our home when we returned. It was clean, free of clutter, and exactly how we had left it for them, if not even better! D&J even mowed our grass and took care of our yard! Our yard is not a small garden. It is very big and takes hours to mow. So we were very surprised and excited to know they did that for us even though it's not expected of our sitters!! They definitely went above and beyond what is expected. Our dogs are so very important to us. When we know we can trust our sitters it's the best feeling in the world. We definitely trust Deirdre and Jason with our most prized possessions and we look forward to the next sit with them in a few days!!! Oh my Goodness! Where to begin. Linda was the perfect house sitter for us and the perfect pet sitter for Olivia! She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. When we returned from out two week vacation all our plants were alive, the garden was alive, the birds and fish had been fed regularly, and the dog was alive and happy! What more can you ask for, right? Well with Linda you get all that and more. Updates as you request - even videos of her morning walks with Olivia. We have used this service dozens of times for our 3 dogs for both daily walks and overnight boarding while we travel. Olaf and Tom are very professional, the dogs love them, and they are always quick to respond. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to make sure their dogs are well looked after while they're gone.

Destroyed my beautiful dog Bailey. She was nice and fluffy and needed a trim. Her legs had some matting and I said to do a small trim.I was very clear with what I wanted her to get done and they did the complete opposite! I was completely devastated. 1.They shaved her legs way too close to the body. 2. The hair on the body was very choppy ,there’s a few long strands still sticking out 3. They shaved the area around her month close to the skin in which I said I wanted a SMALL Trim. 4. They didn’t even cut the hair on top of her head at all , it’s way too long and she just looks horrid. I wouldn’t recommend this place as they obviously don’t listen to the pets owners. 1st picture was Bailey. Pictures of Before I dropped her off and the second is after… Shaved my poor girl,I’m devastated.

Entered for the first time to get my lab's nails trimmed. Terrible job - cut way too far down into the cuticle. Wasnt informed of the accident came home with a bleeding paw all over the house
Our dog came home very tired and very happy and had lost no weight which he usually does in kennels. Very happy with great service.
My very friendly 5 year old collie was here for one day and one night and struggled to stay awake for 3 days when I brought him home which is not normal for him. The people are clearly not dog lovers as they didn’t try comfort, or even build any trust with my dog. He has always been in kennels so is used to it but he will NEVER be back here again as I know he had been drugged.

Lina took care of our 9 month old pup Ruairi while we were on holidays. It was our first time leaving him, but we were instantly reassured. Lina updated us daily with videos and photos and we could tell he was having a wonderful time playing with all of his new friends. He was walked and had plenty of exercise and cuddles. We were worried he would not want to come home to us!!! For Ruairi it really was a home from home experience and he was treated like their own dog. We will definitely book Ruairi in again and have recommended Cosy dog boarding to all of our friends.
We left our 2 year old cockapoo Alfie to stay with Lina while we were on holiday. This was the first time he was away from family, but Lina was so kind and reassuring to Alfie. She gave him so much attention, care and affection throughout his stay. Lina spent a lot of time bonding with him , so quickly he was at ease. We were delighted to watch the videos of Alfie in the garden with the other dogs.He made friends with Guinness amongst others. Lina sent us regular updates, videos and messages of how he was settling in. This allowed us to enjoy our holiday knowing that Alfie was in a home away from home. Our dog Charlie has been with Lina for the past week. He’s not used to us being away and was quite nervous to begin with. Lina had a magnificent way of calming and settling him. She gave him lots of her time and attention and spent time getting to know his personality. We could see this clearly from the regular photos and videos she sent to us. I was very worried about leaving my two furbabies for the first time ever and I must be honest if it wasn't for Lina with her kind and caring heart and her love for dogs I would have never enjoyed my holiday. Lina, the caregiver, went above and beyond by providing daily updates with photos and messages, keeping me informed about Canelo's well-being. When an unforeseen circumstance caused me to miss my flight and delayed me from picking up Canelo as planned, Lina graciously accommodated him for an extra night without any hesitation. The facilities boast fully enclosed grounds, providing ample space for dogs to play, run, and truly enjoy their stay. Lina's genuine warmth and evident passion for dogs instill complete trust in her ability to deliver top-notch care. Canelo was treated as if he were part of their own family, and I am immensely grateful for the impeccable service provided. Lina took care of our puppy very well. We were so happy to leave our puppy with her. And also she keeps us updated with video and photos of our puppy when we were away.
We boarded our big boy several times with this lovely people / dog hotel and he loves it madly and is always so excited to go there. Their own dog is also extremely friendly, playful and mine regards him as his older brother (like peas and carrots). They always take/took such good care of our boy, take him out for walkies in the mountain (never more happy to run in the forest or mountains with Guinness) and gets loads of attention and family time. They have enough space around the house for them to run, play, potter, snif, dig, explore and pent of their energy. For the time your dog is with them they regard/treat it as their own dog. They live close to a mountainous area on the border with Northern Ireland where there is plenty of locations to let the run and roam around freely. Every time when we get him back he is still tired days later and I think he misses having fun and be mischievous with Guinness. Both Donal and Lina are real dog people (like us), have a connection with the dog (sometimes I wonder if she knows him better than I do) and are therefor perfectly capable to take the best possible care of your cherished furry friend / family member. I like the idea that when I go on holiday, my dog has holiday (or a special time too) and they certainly give him that. For me the best indication is how the dog is about it and if he is happy it has to be good. I'm sure he is already looking forward to go back. After all. You can’t fool a dog 🙂

Absolutely Amazing place, our Dog Nala always is happy going in and coming out, she adores the staff and is very well looked after. The only place Nala has ever stayed that nothing has been wrong with her coming out and always pull's to get into the shop when passing. Amazing and very accommodating. Staff are always friendly with people and pets alike.
Initially I was worried to leave my dog at the pet hotel, as he always travels with us, but unfortunately was unable to take him this time. I had asked for photos and was provided with a photo and video of my dog, he looked happy and could see that he made new friends. When I picked him up, he looked well and happy. I have confidence in letting my dog stay here again in the future. They also look after birds, we have a pet cockatoo, who has also had a lovely stay here in the past. Bought my First Budgie off them On Sunday , the 2 girls was so helpful explaining everything to me going through everything , wanted 2 but only one was ready to be sold so will be back in again Friday to get him a buddy will prob as more questions lol . 5 star service also got my cage , food etc with them.

I found Denise to be personable and professional. She highlights the importance of keeping to the schedule for the dog's stay. In the event of a dog being picked up late, it means that kennel is not available, and therefore, another day will be added to the bill. It's just a few minutes from Jonesborough on Morgan's Lane. It comes highly recommended as Blue Mountain has a reputation for providing an excellent service. It was our dogs first stay there, and when we returned after 5 days, our dog was in great form. It's comforting to know your dog is in good hands.
We left our 5 month old german shepherd puppy with Denise for 4 days and it went great. I would highly recommend Denise - she shows so much care and attention for your pet, which puts you at ease when you are away. The setting is beautiful too, with really nice surroundings for the morning walks.
Honestly couldn't recommend them enough ! It is a great peace of mind knowing that my dogs were in a safe and loving place while we were away. Plenty of space to run about and so easy to find. The dogs loved it didn't want to leave, will definitely be going back top class service! Amy.

Left our 6 month old puppy Wanda with Rob, she was very well looked after and seems to have had a very good time and excercise on extensive grounds! Will defo leave her there in our next holidays!
I will never recommend this business to anyone! Our dog went in freshly groomed for 2 weeks and when we picked her up she was appalling! Was told she rolled in mud but she reeked of pee and poo and her harness was bitten at which leads me to believe she was left in her harness for the 2 weeks. Had to bathe her as soon as we got home and we were assured she would be indoors as she is a house dog but to me looking the state of her she was left in a shed of some sort. Only booked here because reviews were excellent so it’s probably friends and family leaving the reviews. NEVER again….it’s to the point now that I’m never leaving her with anyone other than family members. Had her in boarding kennels before and she loved them but not this one. I know it’s a business and I thought long and hard about leaving a bad review as I don’t like it but I value my dog more than that.
We left our dog there for a few days. When we went to collect him.he was so smelly and mad thirsty he was not the same dog for a few days . I asked do you have kennels for the dogs and was told no they all live in the living room I was very surprised to hear this.our dog will Never go there again
My 2 yorkies are always very well looked after by Rob, wouldn't leave them anywhere else.

Left my dog champ out there for a week and he loved it. He was a bit hoarse when he came home but I put that down to all his barking.. he is an attention seeker. He is going out again next week. I definitely wouldn't leave him anywhere else.
Ursula and Peter took excellent care of my two dogs. In fact, I think they were a bit down when I took them home, missing the company of the other dogs. While in the kennel they had plenty of exercise and attention and not forgetting there treats.
Both dogs very well looked after. One dog has health issues and needed meds regularly and it was no problem to them. Definitely recommending
Left my two dogs in from Friday until Monday. Myself and my partner went to collect them Monday from 9.30 - 10.30. We arrived a little bit earlier, and a young chap was late coming to meet us. We more or less caught them off guard. He informed us that the dogs had been locked up the previous day from 3.30pm. We were there the next day at 10.00am . That's 18 and a half hours they were locked up for. A disgrace. They were covered in urine and faeces. The dogs came out, and I have never seen them go to the toilet as much. They absolutely stank. They still don't seem themselves. It was obvious they were not let out for runs every hour, as stated by owner. In addition, I was also told that they are put to bed at 8.00pm Avoid like the plague!!
We left our boxer×lab Cooper with Peter and Ursula for about the 4th or 5th time now.We love the whole set up they have.We never have had anything but a great experience with them and fantastic value!
Have used the services of Bed and Buiscuit on many occasions. For boarding our dog and grooming him. Never one problem. Only 1 observation it is sooooo good it gets booked up early. Says it all.
My dogs love going out there is plenty of space for them to play and warm kennels for night. They even can get a wash n blow dry before coming home... always the first choice for us

I have my cat groomed at this place. She is long haired and a bit of challenge. She comes out with her hair fluffy and knot free, as shiny as a new pin and smelling gorgeous. I would highly recommend.
We've been using groomers over 10 years, and Dominic is, by far, the best. I'm so glad a relocation has lead us to this gem. Our beast bounces in to the place, no drama, and bounces out about 1kg lighter, and I can't imagine the effort that takes. Highly recommend

I couldn't recommend enough. I take my dog here regularly and she is thrilled once I pull into the entrance. I have been to a lot of groomers over the years and I could not fault the workmanship of this establishment. Friendly, Takes no shortcuts and makes sure all the dogs are comfortable and enjoy their experience. Really good for advice on different issues regarding dogs also. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
