The only reason I am giving a one star review is to you Madison who is one hundred percent right in how hardy was handled. I no longer work for them as I can't any longer. You are right though hardy was so bad it should have never happened. I am giving a one star review. Not to the groomers but to the people who work the back. I left there and I will never bring my dog there again. My standards are much higher and my husband said once I left my dog will never go back there. I appreciate his decision as it's best. It's way too hot in the summer and she always came home with almost all her food and all her treats which shows she wasn't given what I sent with her. Very disappointed in the service and that is why I had to leave. Sorry to my clients who want me and sorry to the front staff who were told they can't talk about me or tell them where I went as I was personally told this not to mention whenever it us over 85 I would never bring my dog as it is far too hot in back. No ac just swamp coolers from what I wad told by back staff. Still with covers it's way too hot when it's above 90

This place groomed my dog so good and I'm so impressed. There were a couple of glitches getting my Fanny in for grooming but the owner made me a solid, kept her word and the groomer topped it off with I think, Fanny's best groom EVER! Thanks NW Pet Resort! You guys proved to be top notch!

Best place for all your fur buddies needs and a great place to drop them off if you need to go anywhere but can't bring them with. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. There groomers are the best for a fur buddy spa day freshen up.

We started bringing our dog Yukon after his companion passed away. Yukon became sad and not himself for weeks. A coworker referred us to Northwest Pet Redort and oh my gosh it is the best thing we have ever done for our dog. Yukon is a completely different dog and gets so excited when he knows he's going. All we have to do is ask him if he wants to go to school. Thank you, Scott and Ashley for creating such an amazing place for doggies to go play. Unfortunately I can not recommend Northwest Pet Resort and don't plan on using them in the future. I was visiting my dad in CDA and needed a place to board my 1 yr old corgi and chose here based on the reviews. The drop off was very smooth and the facilities did smell a bit like dog urine but that's to be expected. The staff were friendly and kind. The day before I came to pick her up I got a call that my pup had some runny stools and and upset stomach. They asked if I wanted to add some kind of gut soothing product to her food I said yes and they obliged. I appreciated the call but the problem came when I arrive to pick her up. It took a while for them to bring her out and when they did she was wet. The handler told me she had some stool on her back fur and he cleaned her up. She has long fur so I wasn't that shocked or anything. Then in the car I noticed she still had stool all over her backside AND several pieces of dried stool in her back fur. I was on my way to Portland but had to stop at a gas station to pick up some baby wipes to try and clean her off the best I could. I had to cut one of the matted pieces of feces off of her. I know things happen and happen last minute as someone is coming to pick up their dog, that I can forgive. What really bothered me was the dried poop all over her backside. We won't be returning. Two stars because the staff were friendly and I appreciated their update when they called me. However I just can't overlook the dried poop allover my baby girl.

I was hesitant to take my 6 month old puppy to doggie daycare because, she is my little baby. With a long work day, I had too. I filled the vaccinations paperwork at 9:00pm thinking I would have to wait 2-3 days to get approved. But no! The next morning I was confirmed I could drop her off! It was relief how fast they got her in. During the day I was worrying about her, so I text via Facebook how she was doing, within ten minutes someone gave me a long detailed message explaining how much fun she is having and who she is playing with. It was very appreciated knowing my dog was having fun. When I picked her up she seemed happy and didn't want to leave. My only complaint is I wish I could get pictures or videos of my dog playing lol. Otherwise, great place and affordable.

We bring my family’s two dogs to both daycare and boarding; they absolutely love it here! My family and I appreciates NWPR for always taking care of our dogs and being flexible with us! I highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough good things about the grooming experience for my Mister Winston! We had been taking him to Petco since he joined our family 4 years ago. He had been seeing the same groomer up until a year ago. Petco couldn't keep a groomer for more than a few weeks to keep up with his grooming schedule. I've taken him to a couple other places and they just didn't get him cleaned up enough. The gentleman that groomed him at Northwest Pet Resort did an amazing job. Winston looks so handsome!

And so ends 9 years of love and friendship and 8.5 of those years were shared with NW Pet resort. We have taken our Casey here since she was 6 months old and have been a very frequent fixture for the entire time. They have loved her like their own and even now as we deal with her cancer and end of life, the staff even continue to check on us while we comfort her at home. We could not have asked for a better environment or caregivers for our furry family member. This place and these people are amazing! To all the staff, thank you for the 8.5 years of amazing and loving care you have shown me and our family. As a business owner who understands the value of great customer service in this day and age, I give them the highest recommendation. Scott and Ashley are amazing and work tirelessly to provide your pets with a safe and loving environment that allows your pets to thrive.

Never did I expect to find a daycare/boarding facility that cares as much about our dog as we do. You can also purchase high quality pet supplies with them and support many local companies while doing so. If you need grooming, they can help with that too! Truly a one stop shop. It’s exceptionally clean and they genuinely love our boy! He’s always excited to go play with his friends at daycare and we’re always excited to see the staff which have become like family to us. Our dog has stayed as long as 10 days before and they even sent us pictures of him while we were gone to ease our worries. NWPR also makes sure to group dogs by temperament/size/activity level which makes them stand out compared to other facilities. The owners Ashley and Scott have put so much thought and hard work into this facility and are always taking steps to ensure all dogs get the best level of care possible. They are also very active in the community and have done things such as feed/board law enforcement dogs at no cost. This is the best and only place we trust to take care of our pets since they are treated like family.

The best critic, I think, is my puppy, Chloe. I first brought her to Dog N It at 4 1/2 months old for dog interaction and so I could do errands. Chloe absolutely LOVES it here!!! She plays with other dogs and all of the employees seem to truly love their furry clients. Chloe recognizes the Dog N It building and whines and then pulls on her leash until we get to the front door. I never expected her to behave like that!!! She forgets about me the second we go through the door and eagerly goes with whoever greets her. I love that because I KNOW she enjoys her time there and I don't feel guilty leaving her for the entire day. I also feel their prices are very reasonable. I plan to book Dog training and have reserved overnight boarding with them in May, June and September. Thank you, Dog N It staff, for the love that you show.

Every time my pups go here they love it. They are great about communicating and what your pets need. I’m very grateful to be able to have my pups go here when I’m out of town or just really busy for the day! The boys always come back tired and they love to play with all their friends. The staff is always a delight to work with and super helpful! Highly recommend!

We have recently started boarding our three dogs with Dog.N.It Hotel and Daycare. The facility is very clean and well organized, and there are three areas for the dogs that allow them to have a lot of time playing and interacting with other dogs of their same size and temperament. We are very impressed with Logan, Salyena, and Kaitie. The first time that we brought our dogs to Dog.N.It, Salyena spent a significant amount of time learning about the personalities and temperaments of them. We have also had the opportunity to speak with Logan and Kaitie. It is very evident from conversations with them and the manner in which they handle the dogs that they understand and care about dogs. And when we pick them up at the end of their stay, it is obvious that they have been well-treated. We highly recommend Dog.In.It for day care and multi-day boarding.

Our sweet girl spent 2 nights with this kennel. We are from Canada and took a chance on this place. We couldn’t be happier. We changed our booking from two days of daycare to two nights boarding with little notice. They were very accommodating to our request for change. They gave me a tour of the facility and slowly acclimated her to the other dogs. They were well stocked and we had to leave only a few items for our girl. Would use again!

Miss Dolly Dee was in such great care! We were greeted with the warmest welcome and pickup also was a great experience! We have found our fur family a home away from home!

We were visiting from out of town and needed a place for our 3 pups to hang for the day. They were very easy to work with and the dogs seemed at ease when I picked them up. I would definitely use this day care again! Thanks, Salyena! Update: one year later and we came back to Coeur d'Alene to visit friends. Thankfully, Dog N It was still in business! Our pups had a great time! I felt so comfortable that we could leave our dogs in a familiar place again while traveling. Kind staff and conveniently located. Highly recommend!!

We needed to board our 2 yr old pup for the weekend and chose Dog.n.it Hotel. I emailed back and forth with a gal who was super friendly! Of course, the pup was nervous at first, but we could tell when we picked her up, she was happy and well cared for. Our only problem now is that she is bored with us humans and wants to play all day.

My dog loves it here! I am so thankful to have found this place. Recently, my car broke down and I had to stay out of town longer than expected, which meant I needed to keep my dog boarding longer than I had originally reserved. I called and asked them if it would be okay if my fur baby stayed a couple extra days more than planned and they told me it was no problem at all. They were so kind and helpful!

Extremely pleased. We left my dog Albert there for 15 days, by far the longest we’d ever left him, and we came home to a happy, healthy dog. With other kennels he’s come home beat up on, skinny and clearly stressed. Not the case this time! He was so well cared for and they actually watched his temperament when playing and matched him with other like dogs. Wonderful experience! We’ll be back!!

This place is amazing. They are family owned. Every time I pick up my pup they give me updates her day or night, and she always comes home happy with her tail wagging. I couldn't imagine a better, healthy environment to leave my pup

Kelly at WAGS CDA is wonderful! She takes my dog for mid day adventures while I am at work and he has a fantastic time! She always checks in and sends the cutest pictures.

Kelly and her crew at Wags are always our go-to for our dog sitting needs! They are reliable, responsible, and we always know our dogs are going to be loved on the whole time we are gone. They keep our dogs in their regular routine, follow my detailed instructions, and regularly send pictures. Our 3 dogs have done well with all of the pet sitters from Wags!

Wags CDA has put our minds at ease while we are away from home. Kelly and her incredible team watched our beloved Mo cat on three separate occasions, and each time we came home to a happy cat and a tidy house. We received regular photo updates showcasing playful cuddles and enthusiastic feather toy chases. It was clear Mo was getting plenty of love and attention. Beyond the essential care, they went the extra mile. They followed Mo's specific kidney supplement schedule, cleaned the litter box’s meticulously, and even watered our house plants. These thoughtful touches were greatly appreciated and solidified our trust in their pet-caring abilities. Cannot share enough positive comments about Wags and Kelly and her team. Ok …so I will just give a few! Our fur baby comes first and Wags reflects that in how they provide all the loves and care for her. They ask questions about her and her routine. They are always on time, send daily pictures and we come home to a house that looks the way we left it and sometimes better! The best part though is when we return, we can just tell that our girl is always happy and loved on. We have had Kelly come to our winter home because of a circumstance beyond our control and it was so nice for us to have the piece of mind that she was in great care! If I could give 10 stars I would!

My experience with Kelly and WAGS was that they were a lifesaver for us! My daughter had the opportunity to go on a 30 day road trip and I was moving at the same time so there was no one to watch her 2 high maintenance cats! In stepped Kelly to the rescue! She was absolutely wonderful, she even sent us pictures of the cats while she was with them! I would HIGHLY recommend WAGS for any pet related needs.....you will be thrilled with the service!

Wags Cda has the most caring staff. I know that all the pets are well loved and taken care of while the owners are gone.

I’ve searched for a pet sitter that would treat our dog as we do. That means, stay in our home, spend the night, lots of snuggles, walks and regular feeding times. Wags has done all of the above with a very professional business model. I have complete trust that our home and dog will be taken care of.

We wanted somewhere safe and comfortable for our 3 pups while visiting the area in our RV. We left them for the four hour trial period, and decided to leave them overnight in their boarding facility. All three dogs were very well cared for. All of the staff members we met over the 2 days were extremely friendly and accommodating and made us feel at ease from the minute we walked in. We were offered a tour of the facility and it was very cute and clean. All the dogs there seemed happy and well adjusted. We will definitely use this facility again when we are in town next.

My pug puppy, Elvis, absolutely loves going to doggy daycare! He runs around playing the whole time and has so much more confidence around other dogs. The staff is awesome too! I totally recommend CDA Pet Resort to anyone who wants to provide their canine companion with a great opportunity to have socialization and playtime in a fun and friendly place!

Our old girl, Abby, had a 6 night stay where she was treated like a queen! She is almost 15, is on several medications and is deaf and has poor vision. She also has decided to be a picky eater. The staff at CDA Pet Resort did a fantastic job of caring for her. They even got her to eat! She came home tired, but happy! I loved being able to check their Facebook page and seeing our girl playing with other dogs.

I take my dog Missy here regularly for daycare. This is easily one of her top 3 favorite places to go. She doesn’t get hyped up for a lot but when we get there it’s all wiggles and tail wags! They don’t allow aggressive dogs or unmanageable play styles so I know she’s safe there. She always comes home happy and ready for a nap! They also have groomers on site so you can pick up a clean well groomed pup after work. To top it off the staff are all very friendly and helpful! Will hopefully get to keep taking my dog here for many more years

My dogs are always excited to go the CDA pet resort. The girls are always excited to see them and learned their names very quickly. They recently spent 5 nights in boarding and they seemed well taken care of.

Our boys are always very excited to go. Ozzy got his nails trimmed and his last 2 experiences at previous groomers were not good with his nail trimming, we had his nails trimmed today and even tho he was not happy about, they did an amazing job. The ladies there are learning our dogs personality’s very quickly. We would highly recommend Cda Pet Resort ❤️

Carla is one of the best groomers we have ever had. She is detailed and reports anything she may discover, health wise to me. She always walks you out and talks to you about your dogs.

We got our puppy groomed here yesterday and loved our experience! They listened to what I wanted for Denali and updated me on how he was during his appointment. He was also able to play with other dogs while waiting for his appointment, which we loved! All of the staff I have met so far are very sweet and seem to love dogs :) My husband and I will definitely be taking our fur baby back here!

I have left Rex at the CDA Pet Resort a few times now and I'm very happy with their care for him. The staff clearly likes dogs. Rex gets excited in the car when I take the exit off of I-90; he is already yipping and jumping around excited to get there.

Lewis O. Potamus is a 1 year old American Bully (American Baby…more like it). He is adored by our family, goes to work with my husband and I and is very…very spoiled. When I first asked Debbie about booking Lewis she politely declined and told me the safety of the dogs in their care was their number 1 priority and they don’t take pit breeds. I wasn’t offended at all, and appreciated a facility that would carefully vet breeds and dogs. I explained to her Lewis’ disposition, showed her some videos of Lewis playing with my sister’s doodle and my in laws boxers (all our dogs are with us always and we take them to eachothers homes- all are very well socialized and trained). Debbie agreed to take Lewis on a trial bases and we have used Cozy Kennels 3-4 times now. They take such good care of the puppies in their care!!! Lewis is always so happy when we pull in!! He very social and stayed at another kennel once when Cozy was booked and he didn’t get interaction with other dogs and was not happy. At Cozy Kennels, he gets play time with the other dogs and we know he is in good hands!!! Thank you for putting the safety of the dogs in your care above all else. 5 stars ⭐️

I never leave reviews but this place is deserving. This kennel is spotless, the owners are incredibly caring and answer my texts very timely. It is popular and well liked enough that you'll need to book in advance as soon as you know when you'll need them. I never worry about my dogs wellbeing when I drop them off. I know they'll have a blast and be in good hands and that I can get updates through text and sometimes photos as needed to reassure me.

My Gracie came home from Cozy Kennels exhausted from playing with her friends. They love what they do❤️🐶❤️. They encourage you to call and check on your pet, they even sent us a video of Gracie in the yard with the other dogs. We were not sure how she would do because she hasn’t been around other dogs, so they eased her in and she had a marvelous time😊100% recommend this Kennel ( pet resort )❤️

It has been a few years since we've had our akbash, Kodi, stay with Dave and Debbie (we have a family member that does not travel anymore, and she stays with our dogs when we leave) however we always recommend Cozy Kennels to friends. Kodi routinely came home very happy, and not showing signs of stress. The first time he stayed, Dave sent us a few videos of Kodi playing with other dogs. It was so sweet being able to SEE him, and know for sure he was doing well. The most recent time, Dave sent Kodi home with a squeaky llama he had fallen in love with 😆 I always appreciated that Dave allows you to see the inside of the kennel area, too. Makes me nervous when kennels refuse to let you see the actual place your dog will be staying.

The kids love going to "camp", very awesome family and kennel. Rates are very affordable especially for more than 1 dog.

We LOVE cozy kennels! You could not find a safer, more professional, cost effective and overall FUN experience for your dogs! We board our 2 adult shepherd mixes here and not only has it improved their social skills but they are always beyond excited to go! We always get updates directly from the owners including videos of our girls running around on their (big!) property with all the other doggies! We are so thankful for them and will continue to use them as long as we live in WA!

Every single time my dogs come home from their visit, they are happy and exhausted from playing! One of my dogs is a nervous girl, and I used to board her somewhere else. She'd come home depressed and with diarrhea for days. Not once, ever, has she had a problem with Cozy Kennels! She comes home just as happy and tired as our young dog! We are customers for life!

I am very impressed with Cozy Kennels. My dog has never been kenneled and I was worried about being separated from her. She was just fine when I picked her up. Dave actually sent me a video of her playing with other dogs. I will definitely be using them again. They rock!!

I am very un-trusting with anyone with my babies. Whenever we go out of town and have to kennel our dogs, I stress and worry the whole time. Usually, when we get home I feel bad because our dogs smell horrible and have crazy looks in their eyes like they just spent the whole time looking at bars. I can honestly say that leaving our pups with Debbie and Dave at Cozy Kennels was such a great experience! First off, I felt comfortable knowing that they were on a personally owned property! Someone that can take their personal home and turn it into a boarding facility for dogs HAS to be a dog lover! When we dropped off our dogs, Dave walked us through the property. It was very clean and fenced off properly. Our dogs were immediately excited and running around wanting to play and sniff everything. While we were away, Debbie sent me updates on how they were doing. I even received a video of them playing with the other dogs! They looked like they were having a blast! This definitely helped to ease my discomfort with leaving them with strangers. The pricing was very reasonable and affordable. When our dogs were picked up they were very happy. We could tell that they were taken care of while we were gone. I would definitely leave them with Debbie and Dave again!

I don’t even know where to start with this review. I can’t say ENOUGH good things about summer. Like… truly the best dog sitting service I have ever come across. I have two big boys; German shepherd and dogo Argentino. They’re a handful, they’re big and you need to assert yourself to be able to handle them or they’ll run all over you. My shepherd is also on a lot of meds which can get confusing. Summer stayed at the house which I love because the dogs are the most comfortable - and she took them out on walks, trail runs etc so often my dogs fell in love with her instantly. She had full control, knew the commands, knows how to work an ecollar, and I felt 100% confident she was doing just fine with the dogs. The best part- I got pics and updates the entire time. Truly I can’t recommend summer enough and will always always always use her.

What an amazing experience this has been for all of our family members. The “walks” are customized to our dog’s needs with long hikes and adventures. She even goes out of her way to find special dog treats for our dogs and they have become so much more well-behaved than before meeting MountainEars. We work full time so the opportunity for long walks wasn’t something our active huskies we’re provided on a routine. This filled them with destructive energy and filled us with guilt. Now, they are happier and calmer which makes us all feel better (and less guilt). Did I mention they also house sit / pet sit? It’s so much better to have our pets home and in familiar surroundings than living in a kennel through our vacations. MountainEars is an amazing new dog walking, dog training, and overall dog service in CDA that I highly recommend.

I don’t trust my dogs with anyone but Summer. After daycare and boarding facilities, Summer is the only person I know where my dogs are safe and taken cared of. She really does prioritize the dogs in her care and is very knowledgeable about what she does. She has helped us so much and I feel so much better when my dogs are in her care

We just had Mountainears pet sit our 3 extra large dogs (two being newfoundlands) for 9 days for the first time. She went above and beyond for our dogs. I can not sing praises loud enough for her and her services! Our babies were treated like they were her own, and even got taken on adventures!!! They had so much love and attention. We felt at such peace leaving them with her. She is highly knowledgeable and a great communicator making the process easy and comfortable for us. Simply put moutainears the best ever.

It is always difficult to leave my little guy when we leave on trips. But knowing that I have left him in good hands makes it less stressful. Molly and John, and all the people at Legacy Canine are very caring. I wouldn't trust him anywhere else.

Legacy always takes excellent care of our pups! They were there for 12 days and didn't skip a beat. They have an air conditioned room where they stay so the heat was not an issue. While they are always ready to come home, they are treated like family while they are there.

Would not take my boys anywhere else!!! They start whining when we get close to Legacy. Molly, John and the entire staff are so wonderful!! I never worry on vacation because I know the Pups are at doggy Disneyland!! Thank you!!

My dog Sophie has been visiting Legacy Canine since Molly and John took ownership of facility. They have enlarged the whole operation, from "boarding rooms", to large unit for training. What hasn't changed is the top care received and smoothly run facility, with little to no congestion for dropping off and pickup. Note: If there is any congestion it is not their fault and poor planning, but where clients are late or too early in drop off and pick up times. Guilty!! I never worry about my Sophie when I drop off and know that she is cared for only in the best way. Make plans ahead, as they are that good and they may not have a room available for your loved pet. That I appreciate too, as they do not overbook and only take what the facility and workers can safely handle..

As always, we are so happy and grateful for the attentive care given to our pups when they board with Legacy. Molly and the staff keep a watchful eye and give them daily interactive play time. It's so hard to leave our dogs when we go away, but knowing that Molly, John, and the staff are there makes it doable. A big thanks for all you do!🥰

We call Legacy Boarding, Camp Legacy and our babies love it there. When we make the turn onto Signal Point road they start whining and carrying on in excitement to get there. Bodhi and Beckett went through their training program and have done so well, I can say they are great dogs! They also have been regular guests while we have been out of town. Legacy Boarding and Canine is the best! Always warm and welcoming and the facility is very clean. It’s the only facility we will use for boarding, top notch!!! I also recommend their training program!

Molly and John take good care of our dog Cisco. Their kennel is impeccable and their knowledge of dog behavior is vast.. We have looked far and wide for a kennel that is clean, safe and comfortable and we finally found that with Legacy Canine. We highly recommend them.

We have used Legacy for boarding but we recently acquired a one year old working German Shepherd that had limited training and follow through. Although we have raised several German Shepherds over the years, we needed help in getting this girl on the right track. John has been working with us and the results we have seen in a matter of weeks has been amazing. Her progress has been significant and she has earned a great deal of trust in our house (with two other adult Shepherds). Our girl has progressed and we as handlers have also learned new techniques. Very happy all the way around.

Unbelievably phenomenal experience at Legacy Canine with John & Molly. They are Top Notch Professionals. Truly an investment in the pups and our futures. The outcome has been life changing. We our so happy with the care our dog has received at Legacy Canine over the years! It’s been a great experience boarding our dog with them! We never have to worry about him and he loves going there! John and Molly are the best! And I love that it’s located in the country! Just a perfect place to board your dog and they also did a great job training him the lessons were well worth the cost!

I wish I could leave 11 stars. Paradise Pet is one of the best things we ever did for our pup. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and really cares about your dog. We started taking Benji to daycare around 5 months old and it quickly became his favorite place ever. We also boarded him here multiple times. He always came home tired and happy. Staff informed us on any positive or negative behaviors that day. The facility is clean, spacious, with enrichment classes available. Grooming is well done and affordable as well. The frequent photos to Facebook make us so happy, especially when we’re out of town. Our dog is 100+ lbs and has high excitability. I felt extremely confident leaving him with the staff, they have clearly worked with many types of dogs and know what each breed, age, temperament needs. In contrast, we recently moved to a new city and tried a couple doggie daycares here and can’t stop thinking about how lucky we were to have Paradise Pet. We genuinely didn’t know how bad some places out there can be (dog comes home smelling like urine, dehydrated, hadn’t gone potty recently - to name a few) and now that we’ve seen both sides, I can confidently say Paradise Pet is the best of the best. We miss you all!

We love Paradise Pet Resort! When we first were looking for a place to board our dogs, we were able to do a trial run and also take a tour of the facility. It’s very clean, well maintained, and the staff makes sure to have a safe environment. Our dogs have been boarded here countless times and we have always been more than satisfied with the care our dogs receive while we are away. We especially love the almost daily photo updates! Our dog, Marius, has been coming here since he was a puppy and they’ve always been phenomenal with him! When we added our second dog, Bennett, to the family, we knew we could trust Paradise Pet Resort to love and care for him too. Whenever we go out of town, our dogs stay here and they always have a blast! I also love that we get to see pictures of the doggos each day, they always look so happy during their stay. We can’t imagine leaving our boys anywhere else but here when we travel.

Cassie always comes back happy and tired after staying at Paradise Pet Resort. She loves going and getting the opportunity to play and socialize with other dogs. They always seem to recognize her when she arrives and we’ve never had any problems with her care I’m very particular about who I leave Cassie with and Paradise Pet Resort came highly recommended from many friends.

My dogs absolutely loved there first board last night. It makes me so happy that I found a place I can my dogs when we go on long day trips and on vacations. My dogs had so much fun that when I got them home they just slept for hours.

Everyone is so kind. My dog is 10 years old and never really socialized. The staff has worked with him and have been tremendous!

I love this place! Every staff I’ve interacted has been pleasant, they’re organized, understanding, but most of all, I thought my dog won’t play with other dogs when I take him to dog parks, but here, he loves playing here. I love that they post (almost) daily pictures of the dogs and when I see my dog playing and having the time of his life, I know I picked a good place to take care of him. Thank you guys!

We needed a place to board our dog while out of town and came across Paradise Pet Resort through a general Google search. After doing some pretty extensive research (we have never used a boarding facility or doggy daycare before), I gave them a call to set up a trial session. After 4 days of daycare, 9 nights of boarding and a few enrichment classes - I can truly say that Paradise Pet Resort is incredible. The staff is so friendly and they love your fur baby like it’s their own. Plus they post pictures all the time on Facebook so it’s fun to see!!! Our dog ended up needing to go to the vet while we were out of town, but they were so thoughtful, communicative, and organized that it made what should have been a stressful situation a breeze. Our dog, Ahsoka, already can’t wait to go back for more fun!

Today was Nala Rose’s trial for full time day-care. I was very nervous at the beginning but was reassured by the amazing front desk crew. Upon picking her up, (with a pass!), I got to see the phenomenal layout they have the dogs in. Well cleaned and maintained, and most of all, great strategies to avoid issues I’ve seen at many other daycares! Nala Rose cant wait to come back tomorrow to see her new friends! So happy to join the pack. Here’s a TIRED AND HAPPY Nala Rose!

First time leaving our dogs with Paradise Pet Resort for a long weekend. They were recommended to me and everything went great. The dogs were happy and tired when they got home. We will definitely be back!
