Dog Sitters in Edmond, OK

I used Kannon’s Kabins for daycare for my fur baby (5 year old pug). I was nervous taking her to a new facility for the entire day, but KK’s took great care of my girl. I especially liked how they had a separate area for the small dogs! All of the kennel techs were great with my dog and you can tell they all really enjoy their job. The owner, Patricia, was super responsive and friendly. Overall, a great boarding facility! Will definitely be using again!

I dropped my two dogs off for an evaluation day for future boarding. The positive part of the process was registering them. It was an easy to use system and they were very responsive and professional. I’m thankful they had a camera as it would come in handy to see what happened the two and a half hours I left them there. I dropped them off at 12 and by 2:30 had a call telling me that one of my dogs “attacked several dogs” and was “lunging aggressively in a kennel to the point of hurting herself.” I was shocked as both of my dogs have attended day care and boarded several times at another facility over and they had never mentioned any of these problems. Thankfully they have a camera so I was able to go back and watch. I was honestly shocked at the condition of the facility. It’s a glorified concrete cage with at least 10 dogs in each area with no toys or stimulation. It’s just dogs walking in circles with very little interaction except for an occasional pet or treat. Several situations broke out with different dogs, as expected in such close quarters with zero distractions. At one point a dog snapped at my dog and she snapped back and the employee happened to look down at that point, without seeing the lead up (making it look understandably unprovoked). Her solution to break up the situation (which quickly involved other dogs) was to kick at them to break it up. I could clearly tell as time progressed my dog was overstimulated and had no means to get away from dogs that consistently invaded her space. They finally put her in a separate kennel space, with clear plexiglass. I’m not sure if it was unintentional or a “test” of her personality but one employee walked over to her kennel area and gave treats to all the other dogs in front of her and then at a different time brought all the other dogs over to pet them in front of her. Both times she stood on her hind legs and put her paws on the glass, definitely not at risk of “hurting herself.” The most frustrating part was getting her report card. They mark areas with excellent, trainable, and needs improvement. In the areas of socialization, obedience and containment she received a “not recommended.” The fact that this facility offers training services and considered my dog untrainable is concerning. It was clearly not a great fit for her and I imagine a lot of other dogs that don’t want to be trapped in an small concrete cage with 10 other dogs. A facility not being a good fit for her is very different than claiming a dog untrainable, especially considering that we’ve never had this type of situation with her in two years of day care and boarding. I’m sure this facility is a good fit for some dogs but considering most of the reviews are from years ago, I felt like it was important to offer an updated perspective.

The owner is amazing!!!! I love the staff here and they always do an amazing job taking care of my boy! The owner is a RVT and they have a vet on staff. Love the employees and how helpful they are. And they send us pictures throughout the day!

The staff was very friendly and the service was great! They posted daily report cards and pictures to show how the dogs were doing. I would definitely use them again :)

Kannon’s Kabins is FANTASTIC!! They care about your furbabies the same way you would if you were there. The doggie cam is so cool and I love being able to look and see my pupper playing & having fun with her friends. I feel so at ease when she is at Kannon’s Kabins because I know she is so loved & cared for there.

Our sweet furr baby was new to boarding so we weren’t sure how she would feel being away from the only good home she knows…From the time we walked in, Beau’s tail never stopped wagging! We were sooo relieved and the staff was absolutely incredible with her. Being away from her for our first time, we were nervous as well…not knowing if she would be sad, happy, or missing us. With Kannon’s Kabins, we were able to check in on our girl 24/7 with their convenient safety cameras and it helped put our worries to ease. Every day we watched our girl, happy as every, playing with the staff and getting one-on-one time. We couldn’t have found a more positive and furr friendly place for our Bark Ranger to stay while we have to travel! We have already booked multiple future boardings with Kannon’s Kabins throughout the year, now that we have found a wonderful place/staff we can trust. She even got a great a report card for her during her stay!! How adorable is that?! A huge THANK YOU to Patricia, Addi & Emmaly for being her new BFFs! Our hearts are happy!

Kannon’s Kabins took amazing care of our two pups while we were on vacation. The communication was wonderful and our pups came home super happy! The team there is superb and I highly recommend their facility and service.

The people here love my Goldendoodle and take great care of her. I can see her throughout the day on the cameras. The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of outdoor space and no weekend group play when boarding. It becomes a lot of crate time during weekend boarding, but well taken care of and trustworthy.

Both of our pups got to spend the day at their first day camp day at this location. Keeping an eye on them with the cameras they give you complete access to, is of course wonderful, but watching the interaction between the staff and our pups during the day just showed how much they really do care for and love all the pups they have come to this location to spend time with them. GREAT place to have take care of part of your family!!

I certainly recommend going to Camp Bow Wow for all of your doggy daycare needs! They will even do day camp needs and watch your dog during the day. If you just need some space. They send a report card. There is access to all of the play areas via CCTV camera and an application they use called Camp Bow Wow. I would highly recommend downloading it creating a profile for your dog. They do a free interview day so your dog gets to go to camp for free for a day just to see how they Handle the environment and the other animals. There are five different play areas indoor and five different plate areas outdoor. I do believe that the camp tries their best to make sure that your dog is happy healthy, and has a great time. I’ll definitely be bringing Charli and August back soon!

I am disappointed with this highly rated company. I have had poor communication when scheduling for boarding, causing last minute chaos more than once before a large trip. We also paid and scheduled to have my dog washed/groomed 3 separate times during boarding sessions and was never done, and every. Single. Time. Forgot to give me my dogs medicine back to me, causing me to waste another 30-40 minutes driving back to get it. I discussed all of these issues with a manager as well without any sense of concern, or attempt to resolve this or other future issues with other customers. I felt dismissed, and disappointed, more than once.

We love Edmond Camp Bow Wow! Every person there seems to be enjoying their job. They truly LOVE dogs! Our Blue girl has such a great time at Camp!

Staff are fantastic and have our dog’s well being in mind. It is also wonderful being able to check in on the dog with the cameras accessible via the app. We’ve used the play enrichment and grooming services and we were satisfied with both! The location is also very convenient in relation to where I work. Drop off and pick up only take a matter of minutes.

I have been coming to camp bow wow for years now and they always take great care of my dogs and my dogs love it there. They are very attentive to the dogs and always make sure your dogs are healthy and safe. They always call you if they have a slight concern about your dog. The staff is very friendly and get to know your dogs if you visit enough. 10/10. love this place.

The friendliest staff welcomes my Lucy with such joy and i am reassured that she is left in loving care. I buy the 10 1/2 day sessions that last for a year and it is so reasonable. This keeps my girl socialized with other canines in a very safe environment.

I've been thinking whether I should write a review or not and finally decided today to go ahead and write one when my dog got his sutures removed and it was decided he's blind. I trusted Camp Bow Wow with my shih tzu, and somehow he lost an eye while there. Nobody was able to give me a story as to what happened. I was at work when they called me and told me something was wrong and they had to take him to the vet. I told them to take him to HIS vet, but they told me they are contracted or something with Acre View so they took him there and didn't really give me much of a choice since I couldn't leave work at the time. I don't know what the receptionist told the owner since she's just a teenager, but I definitely told them to take him to our family vet. Acre view couldn't do anything so they finally took him to his vet. When he got to our family vet, I was told his eye was already hanging out because it had been at least an hour and a half that his eye was out of the socket, so the vet was unable to push it back in. He had to surgically get it back in and close his eye for over a week. The day it happened, Camp Bow Wow wasn't answering any calls or voicemails. I called from my work phone and the receptionist answered. The manager had been gone since morning so I couldn't speak to a manager. The owner called me and asked why I called asking for a manager. Obviously I wanted the STORY as to why my dog's eye fells out. SO I would not take your dogs to Camp Bow Wow. The owner nor the staff apologized to me for what happened. I will say, the owner offered to pay half the bill, minus boarding costs. That wasn't good enough so after arguing back and forth for a few days, he finally okay'ed paying for the surgery, minus the boarding fee. I want you guys to know they did pay for something, but this doesn't make up for what happened to my dog. This huge corporation has too many dogs they can't handle. Employees are not "allowed" to play with the dogs while they roam around. Where my dogs go now, there's always someone in there with them throwing a ball, playing with them, letting the dogs outside, etc. They have cameras too with NO blind spots like there are at CBW. I would just go to a more locally owned place if I were you that has less dogs. My shih tzu is only 1 and look at his poor eye :'( I'll never get that back and I absolutely regret going to such a big company when there are so many smaller, family owned doggie daycares. I pay a daycare to supervise my dog to AVOID accidents and somehow my dog's eye fell out and is forever blind. Update: To the owner, I'm sorry you're upset I made a review. Your response is full of inaccuracies and you guys told us when they were eating, nobody heard fighting or playing or anything aggressive. My dogs always board together and are always home together and are very sweet, as your employees know from being around them. Judging by your response, as rude and bitter as it is, you still aren't sorry for what you did to my dog, even after seeing his photos. No, I never received an apology. I would know. You offered to pay less than $200 of a $550 surgery... Do you know we have to spend another $1100 for a follow up eye surgery? And have had to pay for lots of meds and whatnot. Please don't act like you know what went on that day because frankly, not once were you there, you didn't hear what was said between your employees and I, and you don't know what CBW has done to my family. I put this review out there so people will know. I don't want to argue. I just wanted to get the story and photos out there. You're so insensitive.

I can’t say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow! They are amazing with my 2 German Shepherds, who can be a handful. The female can get nervous and avoidant but not when we go to Camp Bow Wow - as soon as we open the car door she gets so excited to go play and have fun. I love that they have cameras so we can check in on our furbabies when we are gone. I always see them playing with the other dogs and having so much fun. When we pick them up they are always happy but exhausted. The grooming services are also top notch.

We have been taking our two pups to Happy Hounds since they opened. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service and care Tessa and Sadie receive every time they stay there. Sometimes I think they like Happy Hounds more than home!

Where do I start?! I can’t say enough good things about Sadie (my little girl) and I’s experience with Happy Hounds thus far. Happy Hounds is AMAZING! The owner and staff are just awesome and absolutely love all dogs! The care is unreal and they constantly keep you updated on your pup with sending pictures and videos throughout the day- whether it’s just daycare or boarding. Sadie is obsessed and gets extremely excited when she walks in Happy Hounds’ front door. I have told my family, extended family, and friends about our experience and I will continue to spread the word. If you haven’t tried Happy Hounds you are definitely missing out!

omg I don’t even know where to start with how much we love Happy Hounds! We recently started taking our dogs to happy hounds a few months ago! The employees are so sweet and I can tell they just really care. I love how they send cute pictures/updates throughout the day. Fynn & Mylo are always so exhausted when they come home!! The facility is also very nice & spacious! I love knowing that there is enough room for them to run around & get their energy out. Happy hounds has by far been my favorite daycare for our dogs 🫶🏼

We love Happy Hounds! Our mini Aussiedoodle, Harvey, is always so excited when I say “wanna go to daycare” - the staff is incredibly nice & I love that they send photos to me throughout the day of our guy. Their location is great for those in the NW OKC area, and are very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Presley loves going to Happy Hounds, he’s desperate to get through the door every week to play with his friends! We love that we get daily photos to show us how much fun he is having. The luxury boarding suites are perfect and something that most places around here do not offer, as well as the drive thru pick up and drop off option. All of the staff are super friendly and just as excited to see Presley as he is to see them! Couldn’t recommend Happy Hounds more!

Happy hounds is the absolute best!! Our pup Murphy has been boarded at happy hounds 6 different times and gone to daycare many times as well. As soon as we pull up she gets so excited and is ready to jump out the door. It is so great knowing that our pup is well taken care of anytime we are out of town. We love it here!

Happy hounds has been amazing for my pup! He has pretty high anxiety around people and they have been so good with him. I love that I get a picture every morning and every afternoon and I have one VERY tired puppy in the evening. HIGHLY recommend :)

Such an awful customer service :((( they won't answer the phone, you cannot make a boarding reservation on the website... And the listed prices at the web page are wrong; is not that cheap, at all.

I feel safe leaving my 5 lb Chihuahua because only small dogs are allowed. The staff acts thrilled to see my dog and sad to see him leave. It makes me feel that he is loved while I'm away.

The people that work there are really friendly and truly care for dogs. My only issue is that each time my dog came back from boarding, there was a new scar, scratch, or missing chunks of hair on my dog. I love my dog too much to continue to bring him here.

Everyone at Edmond Pet resort cares for our dog like she’s royalty. We have been taking our 9 year old English bulldog since she was a puppy and she can’t get inside quick enough when we pull up to get inside and go play. I had used them a couple times in the past, but after this last visit NEVER again. I got there, and had to wait twenty minutes for my dog to be ready. That was ok. They brought her out and she had the little bandana they put on the dogs on, so I didn't notice that they didn't put her collar back on. I paid and left. After one block of driving I rolled down the window and hair started flying EVERYWHERE! It was as if they didn't bother to brush my dog after they trimmed her hair. I immediately called and was told to call back the next day and speak to the owner. When I called back the next day I was told the woman I had spoken with the previous afternoon WAS the owner. When I finally was able to talk to someone that would actually speak with me, they were extremely rude. I will never take my dog to them again, and encourage you to think very strongly before you take your's. The rudeness, the extreme amount of hair that came off of a dog that doesn't shed, and the fact they never actually mailed the collar back like they said forcing me to purchase a new one (because I refuse to step foot in their business again) made it the worst experience I have ever had with a locally owned business.

My two little dogs used to cry when I dropped them off and picked them up after the old groomers- until we found Max & Elsie's. Now they wag their tails and just as happy as can be before, during, and after. I haven't used their pet resort services yet, but will the first chance I get. I know they'll get 5 Star treatment!

Edmond Pet Resort is a great option for play days for your small dog or for boarding needs! I wholeheartedly recommend this business...very caring people and my dog LOVES to go there for play days!

Our dog used to not eat during kennel stays but not so with Max & Elsie's. He comes back looking like he put on a pound or two and looks less stressed, The staff there are super friendly and love our dog as if he was their own.

I have been breeding dogs for years. I have used many groomers and boarders across the state. But I have to say Puppy Paws is the best! They know my dogs are my family and I trust them wholeheartedly with my fur-babies! And the facilities are absolutely beautiful! 5-star for sure!

I have used Puppy Paws for about six years for grooming and also behavior training . The facility is clean and the staff has always been friendly and helpful . My dog that spent three weeks there for training came home a very well behaved dog and they sent me updates along with video of her progress everyday. I have always been very happy with Puppy Paws .

Puppy Paws is amazing! Got my doggies in for Christmas last year at the last minute. I wish I could spend a day at this spa! Super clean, darling gift shop, fabulous roster of services from training to boarding to grooming and day-sitting. Cameras allow you to see your pups at play, which is a nice touch! Fairly rigid admission standards (which I appreciate) and the staff is amazing and greet you with a smile every time. You leave your pet feeling like they’re going to be loved and cared for. So glad Puppy Paws is here in Edmond!

My doggie really likes to go to puppy paws. Always happy when I pick him up to home. Today was bath and grooming. Hey rate him as XXL size.

They don’t care about your dogs at all. They’ll talk about wanting certain pets to die if they don’t want to take care of them. They will let the dogs fight without stopping them and let aggressive dogs run freely with trained ones. They don’t care about cleanliness and almost every person on staff who is a higher head is a terrible person. They don’t care about the quality of a dogs life - only money. Like who would have thought

Used Puppy Paws for at home dog sitting for our 2 dogs! I was very nervous boarding my dogs so once i found out they did at home visits i decided to go that route. Constant communication, pictures, and dogs got more exercise than I give them! Highly recommend!

We don't our dog anywhere else. The people are always great and you can tell they really care. My dog gets excited blocks ahead. They are also really good at pictures and videos so you know what they've trained on that day. The photo shoots are our favorite photos.

Great place for our 3 golden doodles! Every time they come in the staff greet us warmly. The dogs all get to room together in the Blvd Suite. I do wish the facility was a little bigger and the outdoor portion was bigger, BUT the quality of care they get makes me keep coming back for boarding.

We love boarding at Pawparazzi Lounge!!! Lilly loves all the trainers and care takers. She always comes home as happy as when we dropped her. She had a wonderful popcorn party and night time story while she was there. I got the sweetest pictures and updates as well which always makes my kids so happy! Absolutely obsessed. The staff is wonderful and you can tell instantly they have a true love for dogs. They are so detailed and organized. There are so many options for your pup. 100/10 recommend!

Cooper loves his Daycare Leaders and Friends (so much so he doesnt even look back at me when i drop him off in the morning). Pawparazzi goes way past what we ever thought we needed in a puppy day care. From introducing puppies to vetinarian equipment to Halloween photo shoots, I have always been blown away by the number of ways they engage with our dog. Cooper loves to go and get all of his energy out with his doggy friends. Additionally, they are very mindful of Coopers food allergies/medical needs.

My boy Odie absolutely LOVES Pawparazzi!! He was a little scared the first time I took him because everything was all new to him, but since then he gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. The one thing you want for your pup is to be well taken care of when they are in the care of others. Well, he definitely gets that at Pawparazzi. He doesn’t even look back to say bye to me when I drop him off…haha!! He’s too excited to get his day started there with all of his friends. The staff is truly amazing and thank you to everyone for always being so sweet to my boy and taking such amazing care of him!

I was very hesitant to leave my pup at a doggy daycare and our family spent a lot of time researching all of the facilities in the area. Our puppy was also assessed at a few places and we decided that Pawparrazi was the best. To be honest, I was still worried leaving my pup all day. She has always been anxious with new people and other dogs. It has been 3 weeks since she enrolled and I can say that I am finally comfortable leaving her there. She is no longer showing signs of anxiety when we get there and she is always greeted with love. I know that she is well taken care of all day and that is what matters. Thank you everyone for taking care of my Lil Biscuit.

A very pleasant first time for my Josie. The staff are responsive, friendly and genuinely love our pets. I’m looking forward to bringing Josie on a regular basis to have fun and be active in a safe loving environment.

This place is absolutely incredible. I’m blown away! We just moved here from Texas and needed a place to board our baby. Based off the amazing reviews, we went for it and so glad we did. I always hated dropping off Moxie at boarding because she does tend to be a people person. Running around with other dogs just really isn’t her thing. But this place, wow! All the hands on activities they do one on one with your dog, is so stimulating and fun for them. I knew she would be in good hands, but still paid the small fee for the text update the first day we were gone to know how she was doing. The first text update and picture was so worth it and exceeded anything I expected. I was so comforted the entire rest of trip. I mean, if this picture they sent doesn’t speak volumes. I’m not sure what would. Look at that smile! We will definitely always use them going forward. They truly care about your fur babies as if they were their own. Every single person there I have come across, are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. 1000% percent recommend this place. Thank you Pawparazzi team!!

My wife and I took our pup, Gimlet, to try out Pawparazzi, and he loved it. The counselors were amazingly friendly to us, and treated him like he was one of their own. We are happy, and plan to take him back soon for another day of fun!

They are patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. We love having Casper stay at their doggy daycare every day. We have utilized the spa services and the occasional weekly treats they give the dogs for all kinds of different reasons. They also do fun activities and crafts with the dogs.

Kai (my Westie) loves dogtopia! He is always so happy to greet the coaches. I love that I can watch him on the app anytime. I have had no issues there. He always comes home happy and sleeps well after a full day of being with his friends. I love that they board dogs and he can play during the day instead of being kept in a crate all day at the vet. He is well socialized.

I love the personalized service there! Every employee knows my dog's name and who his best furry friends are! Excellent place to leave your pet when you work or travel!

Edit after owner's response: There is no excuse for my dog being hurt in your facility. It does not matter whether it was one or ten dogs misbehaving, and it does not matter that it was for "only one hour", my dog was hurt and bleeding and that is what matters. Your restaurant analogy is deeply flawed because if I was in a restaurant and the table next to me was loud, the restaurant's management would demand that the table correct their behavior, and kick them out if they did not; neither of which actually happened here. Not to mention that a loud table at a restaurant doesn't cause bodily harm. This was an absolutely appalling situation altogether, and I am still ashamed that I ever trusted this establishment with my dog's safety. Original Review: We tried this place out due to the good reviews and reasonable prices. We went through the first two days of daycare for the new pet orientation with zero issues, and in fact thought things were great! Nice staff, clean facilities, and live webcam access. However, last weekend, we dropped off our dog for his last orientation day and I went to run some errands. I checked the cams to see how my little guy was doing only to see ONE canine coach in a room full of nearly 20 dogs, big and small, and my dog being mounted repeatedly by multiple dogs over the course of only a few minutes, with the coach doing nothing. Of course, I am uncomfortable with this so I call and ask that they alert the coach to be more mindful of that behavior; the nice lady on the phone assures me that they’ll handle it. Minutes later, there was absolutely no change, and I decided to pick him up. The receptionist was apologetic and assures me that the coach was new, they will put in their notes to be more watchful, and to put MY dog in the kennel when HE is being targeted next time. So they would punish my dog with isolation after he has been mistreated under their care. She asks that I give them another chance on a weekend that wasn’t so busy. No refunds, no discounts, nothing to incentivize me to “just give them a chance” except for empty, and nonsensical promises, not that it would change my mind anyway. A bit later, I was snuggling my fur baby only to see massive cuts and scratches all along his belly and haunches. So I called the daycare once again to ask them to check the footage and see if my dog was attacked. She called me back a while later to say there was no attack, but one of the dogs that mounted him several times had very sharp nails that day, and that’s probably where the cuts were from. Once again she promises that they’ll do better next time, and they look forward to seeing my dog next week. I’m honestly but sure what possessed them to take on so many dogs that day that they could not handle. I am sure this would have never happened if it weren’t for the fact it was so busy. They are clearly not trustworthy enough to turn away clients, or at least inform them, when there is a possibility of care that is less attentive than should be necessary. I wanted to like this place, I really did. But I can’t trust them anymore.

Dogtopia is a wonderful daycare run by loving professionals. When I brought my puppy to them almost four years ago, he was afraid of almost everyone and everything. After only one visit, he was excited whenever we returned. He also did some 1:1 dog training there that was excellent and really helped him. Buddy is so much more confident because of his time at Dogtopia. He loves playing with other dogs, and he is no longer as fearful of new people. He definitely feels loved by everyone at Dogtopia, and I give all of the credit to Dogtopia for the dog he is now. He is a very good boy!

In 11 years this is by far the worst grooming I have ever paid $55.00 for. Disgusting, I could have shaved her better blindfolded. Now, I have to take her someplace to attempt to fix this mess. No nails cut just horrific. The beauty school rejects of groomers. Do not take your dog here for grooming!

We love that Charlie is in a room with dogs and professional coaches! Charlie isn't super playful, so we like that he can just lay down and hang out safely. The cleanliness of Dogtopia is great and we always love that we can easily log in and watch him. The option to purchase Charlie a treat during the day is a fun add-on, too. It's also super convenient that Dogtopia has a groomer! Charlie had a seizure while at Dogtopia one day and they sprang into action to keep him safe and with lightning speed, handled the situation. He recovered just fine, but fortunately there were trained professionals able to jump in. All in all, we love Dogtopia and it has been the best doggy daycare for our 120 pound furbaby!

We love dogtopia. We are 1st time dog parents and we wanted our pup to get some socialization even during COVID. We mostly use Dogtopia for boarding but when we have to be gone too long or have service people inside our home we bring her for daycare. They love our dog and try to plan enrichment for the dogs in their care. I appreciate their dog temperment evaluations that allow them to evaluate each dog based on their behavior rather than generalizations about a breed. They use breed to help inform appropriate expectations but not to pre- judge them. Our pup approves and we are so thankful for Dogtopia😊

Dogtopia has a well trained and informed staff that clearly care about the dogs in their care. It starts with the owner I met on my first orientation visit who was both knowledgable and passionate about doing dog care exceptionally well. I trust them with my dog and she comes home well cared for and happy from daycare. I highly recommend Dogtopia based on my experiences with their daycare services.

Very personal service! They remember each dogs name, who they like to play with and activities that your dog enjoys most! Staffing at the Edmond, OK location is excellent! Great job!

This place almost killed my dog. They are overbooked and understaffed. Very poor management. Left my dog outside and caused him to have a heat stroke and looks like he was tied up. Burn marks and injuries all over. DO NOT leave your animal here. Either do rover or some other place. Terrible. Had to leave my dog in ER for 3 days but thank god he is doing better but has been terrible experience

My older dog feels this is his second home- he loves it. He smiles all evening the day he comes home. He gets lots of good exercise while he’s there. My puppy just went for her first time. She looked so happy in the photos they sent! The price is right, the pups are happy. I couldn’t ask for more!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Paige at Memorial Crossing Pet Resort! My dog, Ellie Mae, came back looking and smelling amazing after her visit. The groomers are kind, professional, and truly care about the pets they work with. Ellie Mae was not anxious about her grooming appointment and Makenna gave her a few extra belly rubs to make her feel welcomed. We have been using Memorial Crossing for years and have always had great experiences here. Their staff is fantastic and goes above and beyond. One year, we had a pup boarding who needed medical care on Christmas Eve and a staff member personally took her to emergency care and brought her back on Christmas Day. Our dogs have been here for boarding and daycare countless times and always seem to have such a great time.

I've been bringing my dogs to this location for over 25 years. Though the staff has changed, they have always showed care for my pets over the years and are great about addressing any special requests. The groomers do a wonderful job of getting my pets clean. They seem to love my fur babies as much as I do.

LOVE this place. I picked up my best friends dog Duke from a grooming and I had never seen him so pretty and he was so soft. He smelled so good and they even gave him a bandana 🥹 I can't wait to bring my boy. The prices were really reasonable for what they did. …

Our two Aussies were treated very well by Candy, Grayson and their staff. They sent us report cards for each pup during their stay. Facility is large and organized and clean - and vet-owned - we would definitely bring our pups back there for a stay… Five stars for sure!

I have taken my 7 year old Border Aussie for grooming a few times and they do an excellent job every time. My dog is always smiling and happy when I pick her up. Highly recommend their services.

The staff are always excited to see my dogs and treat them like their own! They interact with the pups during group play and give my velcro lab extra pets and attention. My dogs are always happy to come and play with their friends. They have always been accommodating and are very willing to work with any request or concern.

Very nice people, treated our little goofballs wonderfully! They have some spiffy haircuts now! If you have a dog that's a but difficult to groom, they will work with you. 10/10!
