The Coaches are wonderful! I highly recommend Dogtopia Davis! My dog absolutely loves to spend the day with his favorite people and furry friends. He has boarded several times and always comes home happy and sleepy. He also has had a few grooming appointments and those are excellent too. Thank you for taking great care of Jasper and giving me peace of mind when I'm away. Dogtopia Davis is the BEST!

Beth Goldstene Staff is incredibly kind. The fact that this location has coaches that are looking to attend vet school puts me at ease! Also, having grooming and boarding at the location is great. My dog already loves going to Dogtopia and the staff, so I know he won't be stressed in these situations.

Dogtopia is great! All the dogs are vetted before they are accepted so you know your dog is safe. And I love that they can roam around all day uncrated excepted for nap time. The caregivers are all wonderful. They really knew my dog’s personality. And my pup came home very happy and neither tired nor anxious. I left him there all day (9 am to 7 pm) and he was happy to see me but he wasn’t desperate or had pent up energy. He just seemed super content and chill. The experience was the perfect balance of socialization and downtime.

They are very friendly, and my dog is so happy to go to Dogtopia. They have literally saved my bacon! I had underestimated how chaotic having painters at the house would be for my dog and Dogtopia was a save haven. He had a great time and was able to spend the night. And the painting got done with no barking or other disruption. I feel like they love every dog that walks through their door.

Dogtopia provides a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for my huskies to expend their energy, develop new friendships through watchful socialization and reinforce positive behaviors. Dogtopia staff have patience and compassion with the dogs and the webcams afford me the opportunity to check in on my fur babies throughout the day. We love ❤️ Dogtopia!

My puppy loves to come and play! The staff are very attentive of his needs and accommodating to my schedule. I think the price is fair for the great value that my dog gets from play and socialization. The facility is clean and doesn’t have an unpleasant odor like a lot of kennels do.

We took our pup for an evaluation and daycare and the staff was spectacular. They were very honest in their evaluation and informed me Sugar did not have a pleasant time with the other pups. Instead of trying to push for signing up for another day of daycare and boarding, they prioritized my dog's safety and comfort. They put her health ahead of profit. That is a company I can get behind. I 100% recommend this facility for dogs who are better socialized and less anxious than my own.

My dog has been attending since opening day and I couldn't be happier with the service. It was very much needed in Davis. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Despite the large number of dogs that attend I am very impressed with how they are able to report back on what your dog was up to the whole day, what they were doing, and who they were playing with. They also remember EVERY dogs name which just goes to show how much individualized care they all receive. The owner Cindy is super kind and very passionate which is evident within the establishment, staff, and tailored care for each dog. Have never had any concerns and would definitely recommend especially for younger dogs in need of socialization 10/10!

If I can give it zero stars I would. Ever since i’ve moved here and tried to bring my pup there has always been an issue. Whether it be vaccines or he can’t go for daycare some issue. Idk who Cindy is, but she should be fired. She left me a voicemail after needing to board my pup for the weekend that he now needs to go to daycare 3 times or he can’t be boarded. He has been going to Dogtopia for 3 years, but at a different location. This is the first time I’m hearing this news and she is going off on me. She finally said she would do it this one time. This lady needs a chill pill. Also, I’m boarding my dog, because i’m a volunteer at the Susan G. komen breast cancer walk that’s in SF. Last time I checked I was a paying customer. In the future i’ll be taking my pup to Camp Bow Wow. Just rude and unprofessional for no reason almost seems like she has it out for me. Discriminatory behavior for sure.

Kelsey's Companion Care is my go-to pet sitter when my spouse and I are out of town. The whole team clearly loves animals, takes excellent care of pets, and the prices are amazing for the services provided! I've been using Kelsey's since 2017, and I have had an excellent experience each time they've cared for both my previous and current cats. My previous cat had specific medical needs toward the end of her life, and Kelsey and the team did a great job of making sure she got her medication and special food so that she was safe and comfortable. My current cat is extremely shy about strangers, but she is a huge fan of everyone on the team—we get many adorable pictures of her demanding attention and playtime from them when we're gone. The fact that Kelsey's is licensed, insured, and bonded is the final piece that makes KCC awesome. Knowing that Kelsey and the team take safety and security seriously means I have total peace of mind when leaving a pet in their care.

So far so good! We have a reactive and skittish dog so we were very worried about getting a sitter that could keep her happy and safe. She has now met the whole team and is very happy for the attention they've given. We were kept apprised of the progress through very detailed updates after each visit along with pictures which we could see our pup getting happier and happier. We have another big trip coming up but because of the extra attention our pup got before/during the last visit I'm already very confident that their team will keep her happy and healthy!

We have used Kelsey's Companion Care for several years. Kelsey and her crew provide outstanding care to our two rambunctious calicos. They provide text updates for each visit; litter boxes are always clean upon our return; they provide indoor kitty Olympics and play time; and all is neat and clean upon our arrival home. The administrative stuff (reservations, invoicing) is clear and concise and a summary is always provided on the counter upon our return. Additionally, they take care of the mail and newspapers. We would highly recommend KCC for anyone wanting professional, quality pet care.

We are very pleased with this pet service! They are extremely loving and gentle with our dog while reinforcing good pet manners. When we signed on with them we were full of questions about how to train our new puppy and they went above and beyond by providing us with helpful resources and personal contacts to ensure we were off to a good start. We needed a little pet assistance a day or two each week and they were the perfect solution for our busy family. The professionalism and reliability couldn't be better. Jake loves his midday walk. A dear friend of mine recommended Kelsey's Companion Care (KCC). I am so glad that she did. We have a 3+ year old "special needs" cat. This was his first experience being cared for by someone other than a family friend. Due to his health status, I was very anxious about leaving him but, by the time we left for our trip, I was convinced that we were leaving him in good hands. I have only superlatives to offer when it comes to reviewing KCC. Kelsey, Rachelle and Michelle made the care visits to our home. Everyday, I received text messages about how our cat was doing and on some days, they sent photos. Everything was going well until the day that we arrived home. As we were flying home, we did not receive text messages due to "airplane mode" requirements until we landed. Rachelle visited that morning and reported to Kelsey that things just didn't seem right. Kelsey made a second visit in the early afternoon because she was concerned about our cat's health. She assessed the situation and took our cat to our veterinary specialist in Sacramento. As it turns out, the cat had developed pancreatitis (something that just "happens" not associated with the quality of his care at home). The emergency veterinarian on duty was very impressed with Kelsey as it was that practice's first experience with KCC and our cat survived in part because Kelsey took him to the specialty practice promptly. During the entire week that our cat was hospitalized, Kelsey and I exchanged text messages as she was concerned about him. Needless to say, I highly recommend this professional, kind, compassionate and trustworthy service.

Kelsey and her team are wonderful and my dog absolutely adores her! They all genuinely love their jobs, are excellent at it, they’re very reliable, and reasonably priced. I recommend her to anyone and everyone.

We have used Kelseys for several years for both of our dogs and chickens while on vacation. They were very professional and took great care of them. We would even get updates and pictures while on our trip.
