Hello, my name is Johnny Guardado and I’ve been taking my baby Penelope (Penny) to Ardezz kennels for the last four months, my dog Penelope loves it. Penny loves interacting with other dogs. They treat her well and she loves going back. I recommend Ardezz kennels. They groom her and take care of her really good! Penny always comes home smelling fresh. And everyone is really friendly!

My dog always comes home happy. He seems very happy when he’s there. They are great with communication and they feed my dog the food I provide. If I have any request they are always respectful. They keep my dog safe and give him the love and care while I’m gone. Thank you so much for being there for Zuko.

I came across this kennel by chance when I was looking for a place to board my Belgium Shepherd! I was allowed to visit prior and was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. Though I did not pick up my dog as my flight was coming in late, my neighbor picked her up and she told me that Ginger looked happy, well fed and very cleaned and groomed. I would highly recommend Ardezz Kennels.

My 3 dogs were well cared for. They seemed happy when I picked them up. I didn’t expect that they were bathed and my Australian shepherd fur had been brushed out. Very thankful.

I have never met a kennel that loves your pets as much as you do! This place is the best! They make sure all pets are up to date on vaccinations, feed your pets chicken and rice, and even make sure they're washed which is all part of the kennel stay (no additional fee). It's also very gated and secured so you won't ever have to worry about your pets escaping. My pets love it there =)

I can't rave enough about Ardezz and the amazing women there that are loving and caring for our fur babies. Not only are the pets well cared for they are treated with love.. we have been using Ardezz, for many years, it had been a while since we had left our dogs there and it was a refreshing surprise to see familiar faces greeting us and even nicer to see that things haven't changed they still .are chicken and rice meals or whatever food your give your pet, and to top things off when you pick up your pet they are freshly bathed and smelling great. Another perk it the affordable fee, so reasonable. I live you guys and thank you! ♥️

When we first moved here, we needed reliable and trustworthy dog walkers to help make sure our dog got walks while we were taking care of our newborn baby. Gabby and Sebrina were our 2 main dog walkers - they were both so reliable, communicative, and kind to our dog. Our dog got so excited every time they came, and we always looked forward to reading their journal entry and seeing their photos from their time together. I could not recommend them enough! I included some of the photos they would include from their walks :)

I have had such a pleasant experience with Fetch for the past year. Initially, we worked with Javier to help our puppy learn important commands and leash training. Afterwards we relied on Gabby to do pet visits in the afternoon while my husband and I were at work. After each visit they will give a detailed description about whether my dog went potty, the distance of their walk, and that they gave her fresh water (along with adorable photos of my dog during their visit). I feel so lucky to have found Fetch because they have taken such good care of my dog and have really helped my husband and I be responsible dog parents. We love you, Fetch!

We’ve been using Fetch for pack walks and loving it! Gabriela is the sweetest and understands our dog can be shy at first. She takes the pack out for a walk around town or a hike in the mountains, and it’s been a great socialization tool and confidence building for our dog. I also love that they do a pre screen to check the dog’s temperament before enrollment so I know they keep our dogs’ safety top of mind. The app and site are also user friendly and I trust the team 100%. I mean look at how adorable the pups look together!

I have been using Fetch Monrovia for over a year and had Gabby as the dog walker for my two poodles. I can’t ask for a better walker than Gabby. She’s excellent at communicating and always took the best pics for my boys.

I needed help walking my dogs on days that I work longer hours! Walking in to Centinela Feed Pet Store and finding the brochure for Fetch was an answer to my prayers! I was soon connected through the office with Gabby! She is reliable and great with my boys! I never have to worry about the care they are going to get when she comes! She gives them a nice walk and has taught them good manners! I appreciate the training and exposure to other people and dogs while I’m away!!

Sandy and her team are wonderful! They have a love for what they do that comes accross in how they work with clients and their fur babies! I also have to give a shout out that they were able to make a last minute request happen. My puppy Corgi has a ton of energy and I knew I wouldn't be able to focus during my meeting. They walked him and got his energy out, sent me pictures and an outline of where they walked and he took an amazing nap afterwards! Thank you to Sandy and her team!!

Gabriela is a great and friendly dog walker. She is very professional and patient with my dog Nacho. She’s able to burn off his energy so he comes home relaxed and ready to chill out. Thank you so much.

Javier and all of the team at Fetch have done an awesome job with my dog Oggie. He loves his walks and it gives me peace while I am at work. Oggie has become a great walking dog with Javier’s training and support. I highly recommend them

Gabbie has been truly excellent with my skittish cattle dog Beau. She makes me feel comfortable leaving him and is great at communicating. She is always punctual and reliable.

I found Fetch! On instagram because I needed help with training of my German Shepherd that was 8months old. I sent them a message about their services and I wanted help with. Sandy responded quickly and referred me to their app. She set me up with a class nearby that would help with puppy and reactive behavior training. Javier the trainer was welcoming and polite and at the same time honest. He thought me how to properly walk and work with my dog. After a few now I see great results and I continue to use the service. I even recommend them to people I meet while I walk my dog. Fetch! Does a great job and care about their clients. I strongly encourage people to use their services.

Bailey had the best time. She felt at home away from home. She was loved and well cared for. They also send daily photos which is the best.

Every time I pull up to drop her off, she gets so excited, hard to put leash back on to go home, she loves it here, gets plenty of playtime and attention, she even gets to sleep on bed for overnight visits, John and Michelle really care about what they do, always a pleasure and never worry about dropping her off. Best doggy daycare I've ever dealt with.

Michelle and John are fantastic. They treat my pup like she is theirs and Nala absolutely loves going there. Nala has separation anxiety and Michelle and John were nothing but patient and loving with her and now she flourishes there. I trust them 10000% with Nala and never worry while I leave her. It’s such a breathe of fresh air to know if I’m gone for the day, the weekend, or even a week, Nala is happy and in the best hands at Furbaby. John and Michelle are absolutely amazing!! They know what they’re doing and the love taking care of dogs. My dog has separation anxiety and barks a lot and they were able to genuinely take care of him. Definitely recommend them!! Absolutely the best pet care🥰✨

We have been using FurBaby Babysitting for 2 years now, and I cant imagine leaving our furbaby anywhere else! Our dog, TeeJay absolutley loves his stays and play dates. He dashes out of the car to their front door as he cant wait to play with the other dogs. I have used other resources in the past with another dog we had, and there is no comparrasion. Michelle and John are the best! They geniually love the furbabies and take very good care of all of them, big, small, young and old. I highly recommend Fur Baby Babysitting, you will not be disappointed.

We left our two dogs for 4 days and 3 nights. We had a meet and greet first to make sure it was a good fit. We were kept updated with daily photos of them and could tell they were having a good time. I think our dogs hope we go out of town again soon so they can go back.

I have visited this location upwards of 20 times in the past 3 years. The most recent time I visited which was the third week of December 2024 my dog was denied access to group boarding. I had only bought my dog to the pet resort for him to have social. At the first the attendant told me my dog was too large to go to group boarding he is a miniature poodle and 16 lbs, lie number 1. I told her he is not too big for group boarding as he has been multiple times and he is still considered a small dog. I had been to this location for years and he had been in group boarding many times. He is 3 years old and not aggressive at all. I’ve personally escorted my neighbors dog to this location who is a golden doodle and is 25 lbs and he is put In group boarding and high energy! When I picked him up and found out he was not In group boarding they said he was jumping around other dogs. I said okay, was it sexual in nature? (Answer is no) was it aggressive in nature (the answer is no). So what is the problem? I do not plan to return to this location as I feel they decide when or how to apply rules. It was upsetting I bought my dog there to interact with other dogs and instead he was placed in single boarding and he could have stayed at my home for that.

This is a great place to board your pet. The price was reasonable and they took really good care of my two dogs. Their grooming service was great as well.

We take our dog everytime we go on vacation and she loves it. Everyone is so kind and knows the dogs by name.

This is the first time I've ever left my 6 yr old dog at a pet resort. I was more nervous than my pet. Four days and my little puppy was equally as happy for us to see each other again. Crew at the resort made the entry process very easy and answered all my questions. When that time comes again when we must be separated, I will not hesitate to use Heavenly Pet Resort again.

My husband and I went to the Temple City Heavenly Pet Resort this afternoon, to tour the dog boarding area. We were greeted by Jessica, a very nice young woman, who walked us through their premises. It was very loud back where all of the dogs were, because most of them were barking. (Instead of thinking of it as barking, I'd like to say instead, that they were welcoming us as a choir and the barking was the song!) The facility was very clean, it did not smell, and we did not see any dog pee or feces. The temperature today was hot, but the facility was a very comfortable air-conditioned temp. Jessica spent a generous amount of time with us. We went ahead and booked our fur-kid for a few days later this month. Jessica is very knowledgeable with respect to how the "H.P.R." runs. She did not rush us to decide on anything, but she was up at the front desk to help us. Go check out "H.P.R." for yourself...you owe it to yourself and your fur-kid.

The staff is very friendly when you walk in. I’ve taken my dog here about 4 times now and I have never had an issue. She’s gotten used to being there and is now able to be part of the communal area since she’s spayed. Prices are fair and you can take your own food for a very small fee if your dog is on a specific diet. I normally book a couple of weeks or months in advance to secure a spot for my dog. If you’re dog is not spayed or neutered, they have to stay in a “French suite” aka private kennel or you can opt for that if you can’t or don’t want your dog with other dogs which is what I had to do in the past. They have a daily daycare ($30 for dogs $22 for cats) option if you don’t plan on leaving your dog or cat there for a couple of days. They also sent remainders of your pet’s future stay. I highly recommend if you’re in the San Gabriel Valley areas.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Take excellent care of our pet, very clean, friendly, you can call and see how your pet is doing. Been a customer for almost 20 years. And Jessica at temple city location is THE BEST!!!! My pet knows her and runs to her. Thank you Jessica for all you do. YOU ARE THE BEST!! This is a wonderful place to board your pet. It's clean and has many play areas and the staff is very nice. I turned in the paperwork in advance so everything ran quick and smoothly the day I brought in by dog. They even provide the food with no extra charge. Pick up was also very quick and easy. He came out happy. Thanks for taking care of Kona.

It’s not a dog spa, not a super fancy place. However it is a safe and clean environment for your pets to stay while you’re away. Their prices are very reasonable and that’s important to us because we have 3 dogs.

I LOVED my experience. My pup was taken care of so great, I had to leave town for an overnight and they were able to help me last minute. I felt so safe and comfortable after meeting them and seeing the extraordinary facility they have set up for the dogs to play all day. Not only this but I got text updates of how he was doing along with some update photos to see my boy having the best time with his new friends! This is a wonderful place and highly recommend if you want more one on one care for your pup and to know they’re being loved and cared for.💜

We rarely have to board our dogs, but we decided to travel just before Christmas and I was so happy to find London Ridge Pet Resort! Adriana is so friendly and very obviously loves sharing their home with their doggie guests. Our dogs were so well taken care of and happy while we were gone, and we loved the daily photos we received. I loved that they would have lots of room all day to roam freely and not be confined to a small kennel or crate for any amount of time. I’ll never take them anywhere else. My dog Charlie and I had a meet in greet with Adriana and her family. It's apparent how much pets are loved and treated like family.This place is great. Charlie felt comfortable and at home. The grounds are gorgeous very clean. Charlie is excited to come back soon

This was our first time leaving our dog at this resort and we were so pleased we did. Luca was welcomed with open arms, the playground is perfect for dog socializing, exercising and resting. Adriana was very helpful and kept us informed of Luca’s status. So thankful we found it, affordable too.

If you are looking for a place that feels like home for your pups London Ridge is the place. Our Goldendoodle loves coming here and playing with his friends. We have left him twice up to six days and feel very comfortable, knowing that he is well taken care of and gets the attention that he needs. Adriana is amazing and our pup Bentley gets so excited when he sees her. The backyard space is a resort for your pups. It is spacious, clean and they even have their own cabana if they want to hang out. I give this place five stars, and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

London Ridge has become a second home for my dog. Adriana and Danielle are amazing, incredibly patient, loving, caring and kind. I am very grateful to have found them!!!

We needed a place for our lab to stay since our usual pet resort was booked. I contacted London Ridge Resort, Adriana was quick to respond, and luckily had availability. Our lab loved his stay because of the home away from home environment. We are so grateful we finally found a place that is close to our home and treats our lab like family.

The best dog sitting/boarding! We felt like our dog was open vacation like we were. She was so comfortable and excited to be there. Also Adriana was so communicative with pictures and texts letting us know all was well. Appreciate them so much!

My fur baby had such a a good time and was so well taken care of. This was the first time I had been away from her overnight and her stay was four nights. I was sent pictures while I was out of town showing how much fun she was having. They take such good care of your dogs and make them part of their family so I don't think my fur baby missed me at all. I'm going to start using them for daycare as well as when I go on vacation. Recommend highly

Dogs are left to sleep in their own urine and feces. Dogs kept there were literally dripping in urine. They are stuck in an outdoors kennel with aggressive, stressed out dogs. They’re not taken out for walks or anything, ever. The whole place reeks of urine. Underfed and stressed out, your dog will lose a lot of weight. The neighborhood itself is poor and unsafe. Every house has a dog or two that are aggressive towards humans. It is not worth the money saved.

Really happy I found this boarding facility! Staff is very friendly and my 2 dogs are well taken care of. One of my dogs is shy and the other dog doesn’t like strangers. Here, they are welcomed and the staff truly cares about them. Thank you all!

My girls really enjoyed staying there for the first time. They stayed a week and were very timid at first but eventually calmed and relaxed. It definitely helped seeing posts of my girls on Instagram periodically and see how they enjoyed the pool and their stay. I’m definitely boarding them again in the near future. These pictures are adorable of my baby girls.

I have used Heavenly Pet Resort many times and left with the feeling my dog was in good hands.The reactions I saw in my dog after picking her up, could have been just the newness of being back home. She was very thirsty when she did get home. But like that old saying "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink", I think this fits my dogs reaction to being home. Plus she finally settled down after 4 hours of us reconnecting, took a breather and a nap. But, all being said and done, this is a caring and friendly place for furbabies.

This place took great care of my pups while I was gone on vacation. My 2 pit bulls looked good at pick up after they got their bath. They boy had a cute fall bandana on and my girl had a cute flower attached to her collar. They both seemed happy. Thank you for taking good care of my pups while I was away. I recently took the tour of Heavenly Pet Resort and was truly delighted!! I was in need of a last minute place to keep my puppy at while we had renovations done to my home and remembered this place was right down the street from where I live. They got my little puppy Ozzy in and picked him back up 2 days later. The front desk staff not sure of their names but the girl with the black hair thank you for being kind and helping me with checking ozzy out and also to the other front desk worker thank you for booking ozzy in for his stay. I'll Definitely be going back to you guys soon .

Michelle in the Front office is amazing. She gave a complete tour of the whole facility and answered all my questions. I have I stray that Is my fur baby now and she has several issues. I felt very comfortable with what I saw and with all the information I was given. I trust that heavenly pet resort will be able to accommodate all of my pets needs.

Poor customer service skills over the phone. I was looking to bring my Dogo because I saw a wonderful video of a Dogo swimming at their facility. I call them up and I was told they don’t take his breed. I tried explaining to them what I had saw on their social media and google. The person at the desk tried to tell me it was a Great Pyrenese I saw. Thats when I realized this place isn’t the right fit if I want my dog well taken care of especially if they can’t tell the difference between a Dogo and Great Pyranese. The facility looks enjoyable but I won’t be recommending any of my new pet parents/clients to board their dogs here due to the lack of professionalism over the phone.

Super kind and friendly, Elizabeth was A1 fantastic. The tour was great. Super clean, several return borders were there. Lots of happy pets. A huge facility. Very nice pet resort. Prices and pet safety rules are great. Come prepared with your vaccination records and your deposit! You will book!

I came across Pooches Playground about 12 years ago. Violet knows dogs as well as Cesar Milan. She’s a former vet tech, so your dogs health is in good hands. I have a reactive shelter German Shepherd that had me worried about mixing with other dogs. She handled it just like Cesar Milan. My Baron LOVES being boarded at Pooches Playground! Your dog will not be crated. It’s an open (indoor) playground.

Great place!! The owner is so knowledgeable about dogs and cares very deeply amount them. She’s ok with special needs and geriatric dogs which I have. The owner is firm and gives lots of love and plenty of structure for the animals. Her rates are very competitive and she’s been flexible with my work schedule. I truly appreciate this business.

Violet is wonderful! This was the first time we boarded our dog so we had some hesitations because he’s very nervous in new environments and situations. All of our worries went away though because Violet knew exactly what she was doing. She knew exactly how to handle our dog’s anxiety and reassured even us with her calm demeanor. She sent us updates over the four days that our dog stayed with her, which were very much appreciated. We’ll definitely be coming back to Violet the next time we need boarding services!

Violet is the best. My pup has been in her company for 8 years and I won't ever take him elsewhere. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and sweet. I know he is in good hands and loves his home away from home.

My dog Mac is so excited every time he sees Violet whether it is for staying over night, getting his nails trimmed or just buying dog food. She has the biggest heart and simply one of the best human being around. So glad we get to know Violet and her place!!!

Tiger is amazing. We found our sweet pup off the street and he is very shy and has a tendency to run away when we leave him with other people. Tiger listened attentively to his history and has been amazing with him, accomidating all his quirks. He loves walking with Tiger’s pack! She gives the dogs amazing adventures every day. Tiger always makes sure to give our shy guy a little extra attention. She’s obviously a very experienced dog owner. She’s also been very flexible with our schedules. She is kind, responsible, and knowledgeable. We feel very lucky to have her around.

I have relied on tiger for all of my dog boarding needs and the occasional dog adventures for the last two years. Tiger is very reliable and really great with the dogs. I love that my dog gets social time with other dogs, a ton of exercise and always comes home happy and tired. Tiger is easy to schedule with, and provides pick up and drop off, making her service people friendly too.

There is no more wonderful image than Tiger's van full of happy dogs pulling up to your house. And then my dogs see it and lose their minds with excitement in anticipation for another fun hiking adventure. They always come back tired and happy. Tiger is awesome and love your dogs like her own. I cannot say enough good things about Tiger. I know my Rhoda is in the best possible hands from the moment she jumps into the adventure van, until the time she returns home exhausted, happy and calm. I have been using Pet Care by Tiger for 5 years for everything from dog boarding to dog walking to dog hiking. My job is very demanding and requires very long hours. Many times I wouldn’t have known what to do without the love and kindness of Tiger and her attention to my baby girl Rhoda. Rhoda’s favorite is dog hiking when she gets to be a dog, run off leash and socializing with other dogs on the trails and dog beaches. Rhoda is beyond content, and I get to love her guilt free knowing she’s had an amazing time with Tiger.

Tiger was a lifesaver when it came to taking care of our home and two cats. While on vacation we used to go with the huge, nationally known, home/pet care company to take care of things, but a couple of slip-ups gave us pause and made us look elsewhere this time around. Pet Care by Tiger have all the bases covered. They made sure the food and water bowls stayed full, cleaned the litter box, checked the mail, and made sure the home was secure while we were gone. We have a smart home, so I was consistently checking remotely to make sure everything was ok the first couple of days while out of town, but after seeing the thoroughness of Tiger, I quit checking after seeing that she had things under control. The quality of service was fantastic, Tiger is always cordial and personable, and to top it off, I got to support a local business. We have used Fetch- San Gabriel Valley for multiple trips over the past year. They have given two of our cats medication as well as providing excellent kitty over all care. Tom and Daniel are great. They even checked our 6 foster kittens and mom for a day while we went Disneyland. Highly recommend.

Tom is the nicest and easy going owner but also very responsible and professional. MarieClaire who walks our dogs is a very competent and diligent walker. Our dogs get excited each time she comes to pick them up and go off happily. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Fetch Pet Care and in particular Marieclaire has taken wonderful care of my two cats while I've been away several times now. They are easy to work with, take great care of my animals, provide daily pictures and updates and all at good prices.

I recommend Fetch for your pet sitting needs. I've been using them for over 5 years and every sitter we've had has been responsive and caring. They will come and feed and sit with your pets. They also do a few other minor housekeeping actions like getting your mail. Highly recommended.

Edit: We have been using wonder dog over two years on a weekly basis. The owners are very kind and really look out for our dogs. They put our social terrier mix into playgroups with similar energy dogs so that he has a ton of fun and they also pamper our shy husky mix with her own private space. Both dogs are always very excited for a stay at wonder dog. Original review: This place is AMAZING! My puppy Bernie has been going for daycare about once a week for a few months now. He has separation anxiety, but they are so good to him there and he absolutely loves it. As soon as they open the door he rushes in ready to play and he comes home happy and tired.

Great experience! My pup and I were both grateful for the mandatory evaluation process. This truly made my boy more comfortable and less anxious when it was time for his weekend stay. He at almost all his food which is my number one clue weather or not he is comfortable somewhere.. he came back a little stinky but to be expected at a cage less boarding facility. After a quick bath, he snoozed the day away clearly tired from playing with his doggie friends.

My dog Maggie and I love Wonder Dog Ranch! When I know I'll have an especially long day at work or whenever I go out of town, this is Maggie's happy place. There is plenty of room for the dogs to run and play, and they also have a lounge area for the dogs with couches and a TV, just like home. Drop off and pick up is quick and easy since they're so close to the freeway and train station. Maggie always comes home tired and happy. The staff is excellent. The dogs get constant attention under their care and I feel like they treat every dog there as if it were their own. Additionally, they generously open their doors to everyone and keep area dogs every time there is a local evacuation, and they do a lot of work in support of our local pet food bank too. Good people. I won’t leave my fur child with anyone else.

Wonder Dog Ranch truly cares for your pets like a member of their own family! We can whole heartedly say we endorse Wonder Dog through our experience over the past 3 visits in 4 months. Our dog had special needs and Kevin did all the things we asked and more. We are so glad to have found them when we needed a trustworthy place for our dog to stay.

Really zero stars. It’s in a warehouse and I was not allowed inside to check it out. I was traveling and working 4 days in LA did paperwork for dogs on line. So I’d arranged it all and had no backup place so for 4 days I reluctantly brought my 2 dogs there. Got in an argument with owner last day he was extremely belligerent and will never ever take my dogs there again. They survived but very stressed and very thirsty. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE.

This is a great place to leave your doggies when away. The owner and her husband are very kind. They love animals and enjoy doing what they do. I really like the "free roam" layout of this place because the doggies are not placed in "solitary confinement" kennels, unless they don't get along with other dogs. There is also a small living room set up to simulate the feel of being in a real home. Overall great place to leave your pet and I trust them because my Labrador has never gotten injured staying here.

This place looks horrible from the outside. (Read more, trust me) Then you walk in and the place does not look so bad. Then you get a tour and you realize you pup might like it here. And then you hear the price and you realize, you are going to be just like me and drop you pup off here often. And I love my pup.

Our rescued small dog was timid and fearful. With the guidance of Kevin and Brenda his personality came out of his shell. He is now fearless, thinks he's Alpha and loves to run and play ball. He is well socialized. We have him go to the Ranch to exercise at least two if not three times per week. He is always happy to go there and after longer stays is still happy to return. With the careful screening of each dog this environment is the best place I can think of for a dog home away from home!

The owners are real dog lovers, and are careful about making sure all dogs are healthy and well-behaved. Dogs have a large group play area and also smaller kennels, and a home-like area with couches. I've never left my dogs in any dare care type place before, but this one I'm comfortable with. I was worried my dogs would feel abandoned, but when I came to pick them up, tails were wagging, and were they were happy to interact with one of the owners, Brenda, and not rushing to leave.

Kevin and Brenda have rescued our family from our rescue. We love our doggy, but he does not love visitors. Luckily he has a home away at the Wonder Dog Ranch when we're out of town, or entertaining guests...and several times a week when our schedules are hectic. Luckily our dog Oslo loves it there too!
