They took great care of my senior boxer baby that needs meds 2x a day. We had trip changes due to airline issues and they had no problem adjusting his stay. We will definitely use them again!

We boarded our dogs here for years. Over the last year they lost my dog twice. The second time we weren't told until 12 hours AFTER he went missing. He was hit by a car and killed 20 ft from their drive way. Highly recommend avoiding. State inspection noted the property was not being maintained properly and there were several places in the fencing dogs could get out.

Was referred to them by our groomer. Extremely reasonable pricing and completely satisfied. Otis seemed happy and well cared for while we were gone. He even seemed cleaner when we picked him up! Would recommend and use again!

Been bringing our dogs here for a few years. Great kennel, they make sure the dogs are well cared for, go to extra measurers to get our dog to eat, and they have accommodated last minute emergency needs. Very pleased with this kennel!

My dog loves to spend the weekend. He has access to an indoor and outdoor kennel and enjoys his dog camping in the moonlight near a country field. The indoor kennel is in barn for protection from the elements. He comes home happy!

These people love animals. Had to leave my dog for an extended timeframe and he was healthy and happy when I picked him up to go home. Will recommend to others and use again.

2022: Want to leave a more current review - Patricia's Pampered Pets and People, LLC is simply the best dog daycare around. Not only is our Mora spoiled, so are we. Mora's doggy social needs are met in their huge play area with many different breeds and doggy sizes as well as her health with adequate rest time during Classical Nap time. Mora gets excited when we take her out and when we pick her up she is happy, tired, and healthy. We could not ask for anything more. A five star rating each time. 2019:No better doggy daycare in Colorado Springs. Their no crate/kennel policy is like Mora is right at home. She loves this place and so do we!!!

Highly recommend! Our golden (4 yr old) has been going to Pampered Pooches Playground weekly for over a year now. We’ve also boarded her on multiple occasions for up to a week at a time, and couldn’t be happier with the care and attention she receives. She’s treated like one of the family! We greatly appreciate Patricia & Oliver’s focus on “quality over quantity”, day and night supervision of all of the pups, and regular texts with updates & photos of our girl playing.

Our lab loves going to spend time with Patricia and the other pups when we are away. He has so much fun playing and being loved on that when we pick him up he comes home and is exhausted! Patricia is incredibly communicative and great about giving updates and sharing photos of the fun that is taking place on her property. I would highly recommend leaving your pups here for a peace of mind while traveling. They really are well taken care of, have access to play freely, and also have the opportunity to rest and be part of the family while staying in Patricia's home as opposed to being left in a small crate or run.

We had a wonderful experience with Patricia. She was enormously flexible with us and spent a great deal of time up front with us explaining the setup and experience of boarding with her. We felt so comfortable that our dog was in excellent hands and well cared for. We also loved the updates and pictures sent throughout the week. We can’t wait to go back, it is the perfect experience for our pup!

We take our dogs to Patricia for day care and boarding and we wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else. Our dogs are always excited to go spend time with her. She is knowledgeable and has a good deal of experience. Every dog is vetted and approved before they stay with her. Very safe and clean environment. Kennel free! My two pups just spent a long weekend with her and I never worried about how they were doing. We received pictures and updates daily. It was wonderful.

Such a great experience from beginning to end! Patricia was very accommodating. I contacted her on short notice to board my dog and she went out of her way to make it work. She and her husband have a perfect set up and you can tell that they have been doing it for many years. Patricia sent me many updates and pictures while I was away and took time to ask specific behavioral questions about my dog. She really puts in the time, effort, and love to care for each dog individually. Between play time, naps, lots of snugs, and no noisy, overcrowded crates or kennels, my dog looked like he had a great time and I felt relieved while I was away knowing he was in such good hands. It was a very low stress experience for both my pup and I. I hope to use no one other than Pampered Pets & People for our boarding needs. Thank you Patricia!!

Patricia has taken wonderful care of both my dogs that have stayed with her. She goes out of her way to best meet your dog's needs. After a boarding visit, our pup came home with better greeting manners. She gets a great socialization experience and gets some training. Our last dog had some very specific issues with timing of eating. She was the only pet boarding business willing to accommodate her needs to minimize an upset tummy. I miss my dog's dearly when I have to leave them, but daily texts and photos about how they are doing put my mind at ease.

Our dog has been to Patricia for several day visits and also overnight for a vacation. We receive pictures/updates and Patricia is always very responsive with communication. Our dog comes home happy and tired... the best combo! She loves being outside in nice weather, so the big fenced play area is a big plus. The indoor free-roaming is what we all want for our fur babies! Happy to have found Patricia and Pampered Pets!

Amazing. They have an amazing home that they have dedicated to providing the best possible set up for these pups. Kennel free, free space to run and play, and plenty of love and affection! Big fenced in back yard, dog friendly landscaping, and even dog friendly inside space. My pup had the best weekend of her life - as evidenced by the several pictures and updates Patricia would so thoughtfully send throughout the day. It made me feel great knowing our dog was being loved on and having fun while we were away. This is my first and only choice for boarding from now on!

Patricia runs a top notch business. She evaluates every dog before accepting them into her home. My dogs love going there and my GSD has really come out of his shell since being introduced to that environment. He has become so much more confident and both dogs continue to thrive with their socialization skills. The environment she has created both in her home and in the play yard is fantastic. I love the pictures she send and the updates provided on how they are doing. I highly recommend her services.

After experiencing a a tragic turn of events in which my dog's killed a neighbors cat, we were required to kennel them. My whole family was devastated. We didn't know if we'd ever be permitted to see them again. HSPPR would have cost us $1200.00/mo. Doggy Dude Ranch was substantially less expensive. Naomi, Dez and Becky were all wonderful to work with. They took excellent care of our girls and were compassionate about our situation. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your boarding needs. We attempted to rescue a dog and even though he was the sweetest dog, he was an escapee. Unfortunately, had to return him. ☹️ The ladies who run this place were great and it's obvious they love what they do. If you are looking for a rescue, they have lots of pups!

Our doxy stayed here two months ago and we had no issues. It was a nice clean facility, I felt our dog was well taken care of for the 5 nights she stayed there. We are boarding her here again in February.

dropped my dog off for less than a week. picked him up he was shivering, skiddish, paws had sores on them. we had to take him to the vet where we were told he had a stomach virus. nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. contacted the owner, she said she would get back to me as far as any other sick dogs or help w vet bill. have yet to hear from the owner. will not leave my dog here again neither should you.

I love this doggie day care! I love Dez, she and Naomi gave my doggie eye meds 16 times a day, 4 different meds. Love the in-and-out pens, my dogs like to go outside and check out the other doggies. They spoil my doggies and love them like I do.

We adopted a female Malasky (Malamute & Husky) puppy from Doggie Dude Ranch back in July 2016. We were encouraged to visit as often as we could with our furbaby and every visit the staff was friendly and nice to us. ☺

We have been taking our dogs to DDR for years. Our dogs get very excited to go. The staff always takes great care of them.

Place is a joke. They steal dog food from people who leave whole bags, change pricing every time and have terrible customer service. I will never go back!

We are very happy with the care given to our 2 dogs while we were traveling for 12 days. They visited 4 times a day, every day, even in over a foot of snow that fell during this time. They fulfilled every special request - even brushing both dogs' teeth every day. We received reports including pictures after every visit. They are very reliable and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Playtime Pet Sitters & Dog Walkers. Jennifer & Danielle took care of our two bunnies while we were on vacation for Thanksgiving. Each time they visited, they would send us photos of our fur babies & detailed descriptions of how the visit went. They went above & beyond our expectations! In the future, we would absolutely choose them again to watch our buns!

DID NOT GET SERVICE! But I need to note their amazing customer service. Called for 6 days of sitting 5 days before we needed it. They told us what they could manage with the short notice. They then told us they could accommodate our entire schedule thanks to the owner stepping in to care for our pups! Rare to find an owner who goes the extra mile. That level of commitment is why I will trust them in the future. This time a relative stepped in last minute and gave our pups 24hr care so we canceled. The owner was just happy the pups were getting the best care possible. Come for the professionalism. Stay for the love.

PlayTime Pet Sitters is amazing! I recently had to travel for a week and had to leave my little dog for one of the first times. Susan, Amber, and the team were so wonderful and did everything they could to work me into the schedule. My little guy was so well loved and cared for while I was gone. They sent pictures and communicated everyday with me. I came home to a very happy, healthy little puppy! I’ll faithfully use PlayTime Pet Sitters for future travel again! I highly recommend them to anyone who has to travel for long trips or just daily visits for our beloved little furry friends.

Susan and her team were amazing. Their portal system is so convenient and user friendly. They upload pictures from each visit, with a description of how the visit went. There is a reply portion if you have questions, and they respond very quickly. When I called Susan in a frantic state that we were stuck in the airport and wouldn't arrive until the following day, she made sure our "babies would be taken care of until we came back home". I couldn't have asked for a better petsitter. Thank you girls so much!

PlayTime Pet Sitters were great with our dogs! Since our dogs get far too stressed in a kennel we used to rely on friends, but that was a lot to ask. Playtime Pet Sitters came the the rescue and allowed us to make sure our older dog got his medication on time, and gave our puppy much needed play time. We got photo updates along with a description for every visit and they managed to clean our yard, get mail, packages, and put out the trash too! I'm glad there's such a reliable service in our area and we're looking forward to using them again.

I used Playtime back in 2020 when I first moved to the Springs and was very impressed with the care and services provided then. Fast forward a couple of years after having friends and neighbors looking in on our cats and finding that everyone is suddenly busy traveling and getting back to their lives after the pandemic. We had a few trips where we needed to call in the professionals and we were so happy to return back to Playtime. From the personalized phone call from Linda to the in person meeting with Susan, we were all around impressed. The communication and updates from the visit eased any anxiety about leaving our cat alone at home a few days. Would 100% recommend them and already have them on the schedule for trips this summer.

We recently needed someone to take care of our aquarium while on vacation. Playtime Pet Sitters came to our rescue. Hannah handled everything with expertise, sent us detailed notes as well as pictures of her visits, and assured us that all was well. I didn’t want to write a review yet I am because I don’t want someone else’s dog to go through what my dogs did. First the owner and his wife are very kind to talk to.I was told by a staff member about one of my dogs paws like it was mild and they put something on it. I asked about my other dog they said she is fine. Both dogs are not fine. When I came home I looked at both of their paws and I am showing the pictures, that is not fine with me. Both dogs paws show that they were hurt from possibly being on something for to long. When I spoke to the girl on the phone she said the paws are not burned. I sent pictures, no response of concern from owner. If you decide to board make sure your dogs will not be in direct sunlight in areas that the ground could be to hot. If I knew this could have happened . I would have boarded at another place. I did contact my vet. I am taking care of my poor babies and they are lying around. My males paws are the worst.

I found this place while driving back home and felt it was the best choice since it was out in the country and not in the Springs. Wonderful people, understanding, and caring. Jennifer did an amazing job on grooming! I certainly will be returning :) Thank you all!

Great option for dogs that don't get along with other dogs. My chow mix is a little skittish, and they took great care of her! It made for a much less stressful stay for her and ease of mind for me. The staff is great, and the daily report cards were wonderful.

When we had to choose a place for our dogs to stay while we were on an extended trip, the choice was easy. Tumbleweed is amazing! We get report cards everyday, a few days missed wasn't a big deal. And a couple of the people take AMAZING pictures of our fur kids. I always know they are well taken care of and they came back from their vacation fat and happy! Even my more timid dog seems to open up after being there.

Tumbleweed Country Kennels are amazing! The staff take such good care of our big boy. Our dog Milo loves everyone there and they are so good with him. Its a 30 minute drive from our house but well worth it. I hate to leave a review and let the secret out about this place but they deserve it. Normally our dog doesn't fare well at a kennels -- would have anxiety and lose weight. We were referred to this place and so we left our dog there for 8 days and they took great care of him. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The facility and services are great and we took advantage of these services (play time, snuggle time, bath). Our dog loves being around people so the snuggle time was perfect fit for him. Will definitely use them in the future.

I LOVE this place. I have been using them for over 25 years (previous ownership and name). I was receny extremely nervous about leaving my 14 month old puppy mill boy with them. I was so concerned it would traumatize him in one way or another. Multiple conversations convinced me he would be okay. Well...he's a rock star there now. He did amazingly well and won everyone over. I was so relieved to hear that he thrived while I was away. The daily report cards are fab!! In fact, I wasn't so certain he would want to come to be with me. They all loved him and took such great care of him. They worked with him on HIS time and comfort level. I cannot recommend Tumbleweed more. Niles will be coming back ❤

The facilities are spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. I was particularly impressed by how attentive the team was to my dog’s individual needs. Throughout the stay, I received regular updates and even pictures, which gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in great hands. It’s obvious that the staff are not only experienced but also passionate about what they do. I felt confident that my dog was getting the best care possible. We get our dogs groomed here and they have been boarded in the past. They are amazing! We live in woodland park, and there are places closer, but we will continue to make the drive. Great people, clean facility, and the groomers know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

Picked up my pups from a meet and greet session and they throughly enjoyed themselves. The staff was very nice and helpful and the facility looked and smelled clean. Looking forward to their first long stay later this month!

My dog loves going here. Of course my dog loves going anywhere that he gets to play, but the people here seem great and really seem to love working with the animals in their charge. The pups get time to play together, but aren't stuck in a room together all day, which is probably good (they get a mid-day nap/lunch break). They offer a nice selection of treats at reasonable prices that they will give your pet, and they will even send daily "report cards" with how your pet is getting along and a picture of them playing if you want.

My puppy ate a sock whole… the team at Aspen Meadows Pet were amazing! Most importantly, they took care of sweet Fiona right away, she came out a health pup and successfully vomited the sock. They also made me feel calm and welcome. Thank you so much for making our first emergency vet visit a breeze. We hope not to eat any more socks… but if we do, we know where to go!

I wanted to love this place and establish a boarding facility we could continuously use when my husband and I travel. Unfortunately, my dog was bit here on the neck by another dog and required stitches.

I've been bringing my dog to daycare here every week for a year now. My dog loves it here, and the staff is always excited to see him. He did have some anxiety issues while there for a little while, and the staff made sure to communicate to me how he was doing and even suggested I stop bringing him if I felt that was best since he wasn't enjoying it. So, I know they have the pet's best interest in mind. Now he's doing a lot better, and every day I bring him they tell me how his day went (always positive now). They had to raise their prices recently so it is kind of expensive now, but I fully trust them to take care of my pup so I don't mind. They also do these cute little puppy parties for holidays where they dress the dogs up in a themed outfit and send pictures, it's hilarious and adorable. Overall highly recommend if you want your dog to get some play time while you're at work!

My girl loved staying here! You can upgrade with boarding services and get a “report card” sent to your email with pictures! We also got an exit bath! I love the fact that they do a trial day to make sure your dog is comfortable! She loved it. Recommended 10/10!

I love Aspen Meadows! They genuinely care about my fur baby and take excellent care of her. She loves going there to play, gets all her energy out, and has tons of fun! I can tell how much she loves the caregivers there and how much they love her. It’s conveniently located right outside of Peterson, which is a plus for me because I work on base. Their hours are great as well. I can also get her bathed and nails trimmed during the day when I need to. I can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend!!

Our boy Toby loved this place. While on vacation this summer we dropped him off daily while we went and did our thing for a few hours. He absolutely loved it. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Huskies are escape artists and we never felt worried or unsure of his safety. We wouldn't hesitate to come again when we're back in the area.

They are best in business.. we visited Colorado Springs with our dog(who rarely goes to dog daycare). We needed a daycare for few hours to visit pike’s peak and double J pet ranch came to our rescue. My dog loved his stay and came back so happy. They went out of their way and waited for us a little extra to close. I felt like I left my dog with a family member. Thanks a lot Double J pet ranch. If you’re looking for the best place to board your dog in Colorado, look no further!!!! This is hands down the best boarding location we’ve ever taken our dog! Not only was she excited coming into Double J Ranch for the first time but she was smiling and even attempting to leave our car when we left!? The level of care the staff provides is incredible! They learn about every dog who comes in and they are practically family now. We left our dog for over 9 days and usually we’re hesitant (especially from past experiences at other Boarding locations in the area) but it was clear from the photos and report from the staff that she had a blast. We will never take her anywhere else and I can’t recommend them enough!

I have two dogs, one of them very friendly, but one of them really only likes her brother. Despite this, Double J made sure to take the time to spend a little extra time with my “trouble girl” to make her feel more comfortable until she could fit in with the other doggies. Not only is this great for my dog, but it’s the right thing to do for the other dogs there too. You never know what happens if a dog feels threatened. Great job by Double J taking care of all of your clients’ dogs, and THANK YOU for making my “trouble girl” feel at home while I was away! And thank you for easing my mind! It’s a bit of drive for me, but I will be returning as a customer when the situation arises.

We left our Daisy for 9 days and picked her up a tired and happy pup. We loved the Facebook pictures so we could check in on her and each picture her tail was wagging and she had a huge “smile” on her face. The facility is large and the kennels are clean! Love knowing our fur baby is well cared for while we are away!

Our collie Max enjoyed his stay at Double J Pet Ranch and really loves the spacious outdoor playtime they provide with other friendly dogs! The kennels are clean and the pets are well cared for.

Hands down recommend this for your fur baby, I live down south and commute 45 minutes during the work week to get there that's how incredible this place is.

First time boarding with Double J Kennels, the girls must've had a good time, cuz they weren't in a hurry to get in the truck to go home! The staff there is super friendly, and let me know that my pups behaved in group play time, which is always nice to hear that your kids played nicely with the others! Will definitely go back!

We had an AMAZING experience with ProCare Pet, Eric, and Jacki! We cannot recommend their team enough! They took excellent care of our pets and our pets loved them too. They kept us updated with plenty of info and photos throughout our booking and they were very conscientious and considerate in leaving our home absolutely spotless and tidy. It’s such a relief to be able to come home after a trip and just relax without worrying about anxious pets nor having anything to clean. We’re very satisfied with the professionalism and kindness of everyone at ProCare Pet and we’ll definitely use them again!

My experience with ProCare was TIP TOP. I love that they use current technology to do their business which makes it streamlined. More importantly I loved that my pets were HAPPY! It gave me peace of mind after the first visit. This was my first time using them. I took a lot of time getting all of the details together to make sure what I needed was clear. My provider was Eva and she was the BEST!! I loved getting photos of my animals when she visited. She gave a full run down of what happened and what they did during her visit. I will definitely be using ProCare again - my animals loved Eva (you know as a pet owner how you 'know' things). My old dogs were SMILING in the photos and my cat was being her normal self...as expected. I'm super happy with ProCare and Eva! Thank you!

Eric and all of his staff at ProCare Pet Sitting and Dog Walking are always helpful and reliable. I have trusted them with the care of my pets for several years, and they have been able to take care of complex medical needs, such as medication administration and even insulin injections, for which I have been tremendously grateful! I also have to admit to being a last-minute scheduler, and they have consistently accommodated my lateness in scheduling (up to a few days before services are requested). I really can't imagine anyone doing a better job at being loving, compassionate, and professional with my pets! Thanks for all you do!!

I'm not one that likes to trust people coming into my house, but after the initial free consultation that Jennifer, the owner, attended herself, I was very comfortable with them. I’ve used ProCare for about two years and love how professional they are. I have two cats that need to be fed twice daily. They send me daily photos with the times they have visited and I love that! I’ve been working with Jennifer and our walker Elicia for a little over a month and I am SO glad I found them to take care of my fur babies!! Both of my dogs are anxious/ reactive and Elicia has done such a good job going at their pace so that they’re always comfortable. I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt it necessary this time. We used ProCare during the holidays, and although we were skeptical at first to the idea, it will now be our "go to" for these services anytime in the future. We in fact, already hired them again to watch our dog for New Years. My military husband is fairly strict, and we have cameras set up in our house. During the visits, Eric actually PLAYED with our little guy. It was such a relief to know our puppy was in good hands. He followed all the feeding and visit structures properly. I am too cautious to send our dog to boarding, as pets are way more comfortable in their own home. I highly recommend them

Literally the best dog walking business I have ever dealt with. My puppy is happy and I know that I can trust Eric and Jennifer with him. The best part is knowing that they care about my dog and treat him as if he was their own. I never have to worry about his safety when he is with them, and I know that they have no problem adapting to my schedule. They are the greatest!

We are a military family who recently moved to the area and needed someone short notice to watch our cat while we traveled out of state. We are usually very weary of letting people come into our home while we are not there, but as soon as we met Eric we felt completely at ease. We have a dog with anxiety and therefore, some aggression issues and every walker has been able to work with him and take him for long walks along with controlling our over friendly other dog! They’ve been flexible, communicative, and all around fabulous with our pups. We feel so lucky to have found Angela and Wild Paws!

I can’t even begin to express how amazing Wild Paws has been for our family and our Harley. We could feel more lucky to have found Angela and her team. They always show up, go above and beyond and love our dog as if she were their own. Wild Paws uses a super user friendly app to book your walks and they send the best updates there too. It’s SO amazing. They all have incredible communication too. They truly are the best in town and you’d be crazy not to add them to your pets daily life! I am so incredibly thankful for all of them.

The entire crew at Wild Paws are amazing!!! The care they show our family members is so evident snd comforting every time. Our dog, cat and turtle know their team by now and if they could write their own review, it would be full of love and appreciation. We have used different pet sitters in the past. And Angela and team are a paw above them all. I could not be more pleased that we found them. Wild Paws earned my absolute recommendation - and most importantly my trust that our friends are always loved.

I cannot say enough good things about these Gems! I am so lucky to have found Angela and their newest member Em. After my divorce I struggled finding someone that would love my babies as much as I do. My dogs (a Golden Retriever Mya and my Australian Cattle Dog Mix Sophie) are always excited to see them. Angela is always flexible, on time and is the best communicator. She has even dog sat at my home for me while on an extended vacation. I wouldn't trust my fur babies with anyone else. There app is a wonderful way for them to give you an update on their visit. I have to say that it's my favorite part of my day when I get an email from the app. They always take great photos and leave fun details. You can't go wrong using Wild Paws.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They gave the wrong dog meds, didn’t walk the dogs until I complained, let water bowls go dry, and let the dogs play with poisonous rat traps. Needless to say, we came home to vomit and feces all over the house that had clearly been there for some time. We were worried sick while on vacation and couldn’t do anything about it. The owner, Angela, never once went to the house, even after I voiced my concerns. When we got home, the neighbors told us they often saw one of the dogs running the neighborhood, and they attempted to let the sitter know several times but she was never there. Here’s the picture of the sitter letting my dog play with poison; they sent a video too that I can’t upload here. Beware!!! We’ve never gotten anything from Angela other than deflection and excuses. Today we also discovered that one of our dog’s tail is broken. They would have been better off fending for themselves. I highly recommend you do NOT use Wild Paws, unless you want to overpay for poor “care”.

Leona has been great figuring out our dogs who are all rescue with issues. I like a trainer that can work on issues and not just sit. She has such calm demeanor that dogs are attracted to her and listen to her. She truly in this for dogs and to help their owners.

I have worked with Leona on multiple occasions. My dog was originally signed up for group classes with Spruce Mountain, and after one class, he had a hard time with being around the other pups. After speaking with Leona, she offered to switch him to individual sessions and we would revisit group training later. Due to my schedule, and living 45 minutes away, this was greatly appreciated. Leona has always been flexible, worked with me, has even boarded my pup with her to do some extensive training that I have not been able to do myself. This is my first puppy, and the work Leona has done, continues to do, and I am sure I will continue to work with her has been nothing short of fabulous. Leona not only trains my dog, she cares about my dog, his well being, and gave me the sweetest gift after he was boarded with her. It was a collection of pictures of him in various mediums and it melted my heart. I love working with Leona and so thankful she is such a pleasure to work with!!!!

Leona is the ultimate dog trainer! Hands down, she is the best animal trainer - I have had the privilege of knowing Leona for over 6 years and she has trained my 2 dogs expertly and compassionately. My dogs ADORE her yet they respect her authority. If you love your dogs (and who doesn't?) you won't regret hiring Leona for all your training needs.

Leona has helped with both our 9 month old puppy and some walking issues with our 9 year old dog. Leona is always patient with both the customer and their pups and does a great job providing positive reinforcement. Additionally Leona is passionate about helping the families that come to her for help and she provide external resources for information. My pups love Leona and we will be going back for any training needs!

I give this 5 stars but wish I could give more. Leona, shes kind and very knowledgeable and is extremely trustworthy when it comes to talking about my dog and just in general... and was extremely helpful and superb with training & regarding anything!!! We have been clients of Leona since early 2021. No complaints until our cat died under her care. At first, our cat’s death seemed from natural causes. However, upon returning to our home, there were things found in different conditions than when we left them. What was found in our house makes us question the care of our cats and we will not be trusting Leona again with our pets.

Leona, is so good with my dog, Nory. Her training has helped Nory so much especially walking her on leash. I recommend Leona for dog training and any pet care needs. She is very reliable. Thank you, Paula

A Paw Above is the best daycare and boarding spot in the Colorado Springs area. Our two dogs have been to other daycare/boarding businesses around town and after starting at A Paw Above we were blown away by the level of care and attention they have received. The owner and staff members quickly learned our dogs' quirks and how best to handle them. We get updates on how they are doing throughout the day and their progress socializing with other dogs over time. The biggest indicator for us that our dogs love it here is that they are so eager to get into the building every time we bring them for daycare. This was not the case at other daycare/boarding businesses they have attended. I highly recommend A Paw Above, they truly are the best!

We drive 20 minutes across the Springs just so our Charlie can go to daycare here! She loves it, and we love that she has a safe and supervised environment to socialize and play. The staff are wonderful, always answer any questions we have, give feedback, and truly care about your pup. Plus, they post stories on their socials so you can check in and see your pup playing during the day! 10/10 recommend.

I highly recommend A Paw Above to anyone looking for a reliable boarding/daycare! Our dog Maverick absolutely loves playing at daycare here. We left our last doggy daycare because there wasn’t enough interaction for our high energy boy, now Maverick storms through their doors, wagging his tail eagerly waiting to play each week. They also post on their Facebook stories throughout the day, so you can enjoy watching your pup play! They truly do love and care for your dog here!

We love this place and would highly recommend it! They take fantastic care of our dog, Keyote, and have made sure they have gotten to know him and his personality (which can be big). There have been a couple of times my wife and I have had to be gone for work for multiple weeks and we have peace knowing he’s well taken care of!

We highly recommend A Paw Above to anyone! We have done both boarding and daycare there. They are patient with pups, including the ones who are timid/shy. They truly care about dogs and make it a point to show how much they care everyday. They understand our pup’s needs and make him a home away from home. Our pup truly loves it there! He charges in happily each time we go. Tail wagging all the way! When we go on trips, we know APA will treat our fur baby like we would. From the bottom of our hearts, we are thankful we found such a place like this!

As an active duty military member I tend to do a lot of traveling. I have been boarding my Great Dane here for over a year. They are super reliable, friendly and responsible. I was really surprised at how well they know their canine customers. My dog has some anxiety issues, so it helps me to feel at ease knowing they monitor him to ensure he’s feeling safe whether in doggy daycare or in his run. They are also very strict about vaccination currency so I’m not worried about him picking up anything there. I highly recommend this place to take care of your pets when you’re away.

Absolutely incredible team at APA! My husband and I were in town from Arizona and found this kennel online. After talking to the owner, Alan, I knew our boys would be in the best hands. We called halfway through the boy's stay to check in on them and Alan was able to give us the most descriptive, detailed report on how they were adjusting and behaving. We were blown away! You can tell they really care. Before dropping the dogs off, we walked through the facility and were very impressed with how clean everything was! My only request would be that they open another location in Scottsdale so we can make A Paw Above our regular kennel!

If you are looking for somewhere for your pups to be well taken care of while you’re away, this is the place for them. I have brought both of my dogs here a handful of times and have always had a wonderful experience. Clean facility and they always are flexible with dates if I need to bring my pups in a day early or need them to stay a day later. I can trust that my dogs (Sylvie and Buddy) are in good hands while I’m away when they are at a paw above.

My dog absolutely LOVES to go to daycare here. I am not able to bring her often, but when I do, I know that she is being well taken care of. She always gets so excited when I tell her where we are going and she HOWLS (which she never does) the minute we turn the corner into the parking lot! The price is reasonable, the workers actually engage with the animals, and I always feel safe bringing her to A Paw Above.

Great place to board your dogs - we had peace of mind leaving our German Shepherd, Bismarck, here and they gave us updates whenever we called. We also had some unexpected changes to our schedule and they were more than willing to accommodate us at the last minute. They’re military-friendly and we will definitely be using their boarding services again in the future.
