We have been dropping our hyper pointer 3 year old pup here for day care and planning to board him in the future. We love it and it’s perfect setting for our dog. My dog is usually the one who gets easily overwhelmed around big large group of dogs. And I see that every other dog day care around here is so crowded and chaotic . We are glad we have found BOWWOW!

We boarded our dog here for a week while we were at a beach hotel that didn't allow dogs. I didn't realize from the website that there was no outdoor space for the dogs. During doggie daycare, the small dogs were all in one room up front. No toys, nothing interesting except for the other dogs, and no designated restroom spot, so they would just mop the floor if a dog went in the center of the room. My dog seemed happy when I picked him up (and when I dropped off more food mid week) but two days after we picked him up he developed a terrible cough that persisted for a week.

We take our 50lb, 2 year old mutt here about once a week for day care, and then sporadically for overnight stays when we go out of town, and our girl loves it! UPDATE: Now seeing what this place is compared to "Smart Parke" in Laguna Hills, I am changing my review from 5 stars to 3 due to the lack of amenities and services in comparison.

BEWARE BEWARE If I could I would put 0 stars. This place is not well taken care of. I took my dog there one time and 2 days later she got kennel cough from one of the dogs there and off to the vet we went. That was the only other interaction my dog had with other dogs. I paid for a 10 day pass and i requested a refund I have been calling for my refund. I still have no answer and no refund. This was over a month ago now. Every single time I call it get sent to voicmail. This place has the worst customer service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE they might get sick

We have boarded both a dog and a cat many times over the years. The animals love BowWow and so do we. Martina and Chris are the BEST caretakers for our pets. You will love them too.

Always get my pets nails cut here. They never bleed and the nails are always nice and shortly trimmed. The staff is very nice and I always feel like my pets are in good hands.

Our dog loves coming here now. She never got along with other dogs but now she hangs out in the play room with many of them. The owner decided to give it a try one time and now our dog handles it wonderfully. Staff is always friendly and caring. Our girl doesn't come exhausted like she used to after being boarded.

Large shop. Clean facility with friendly staff. The only place I will leave my canine children. It is pretty nice set up for daycare as well and they have different areas to separate animals. A couple rooms are in front with big windows and I am always amused by the dogs watching me and enjoying the activity while many are lounging in beds scattered in the room and others are running around playing. Have you ever wondered what your dog does when you leave him? Wonder no more.

I love this place. It's very clean and spacious. Reasonable rates and they do a great job grooming when I come to pick her up. I love that they text me pictures every day of my dog interacting with others. It gives me great comfort while I travel.

Noriko and Scott have not only made the place much nicer, but also provided our sweet pitbull Marley with wonderful care. At one point, we had to be away a lot, and they sent us pictures every day. When Marley got sick, they even took her into their home until we could get back. Highly recommended.

We’ve been bringing our dog Bandit to Smart Parke a few times a week since May and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about it! The staff here genuinely care about Bandit and we’re so happy to have found a place where we know we can drop him off and he’ll be safe and looked after. Every time we bring him home from daycare he’s calm & all tuckered out from playing all day, and he gets so excited when we drop him off in the morning. I have been very impressed with Smart Parke. The staff is absolutely incredible, everyone is so friendly and genuinely seems to love dogs. My dog looks forward to going to daycare and it's so nice to see him happy. I love that he has plenty of space to run and play with his friends. So clean and happy in there! I love being able to check on my buddy at all times via video feed. He had such a good time with all the other dogs and I could see the energy all around was a healthy natural pace. The staff have a great handle on things. Plus, he was nice and clean when we picked him up. Seemed to be "smiling!" I'm excited to have a place I can trust with Bolt when we need it.

This was our first boarding with Smart Parke and they created a wonderful environment for our puppy to have a safe and fun stay for 3 days. Our pup came back happy, clean, and a bit more pep in her step! They really care for the dogs. My dog is always so excited to go for daycare as soon as I mention it to her that she starts shaking and doing a happy dance and pretty much tries to drag me in the door. I initially worried about taking her because she is reactive to other dogs but when she is there, it isn't a problem. Plus you can watch on the camera feeds from your phone. Boarding is great too.

We love taking our girl, Kona Pie, to Smart Parke! She always comes home smelling clean and super tired from lots of play time. I love that you can access the cameras and stalk what your pup is up to throughout their stay. All of the staff is SO SWEET and you can tell they really care about all the dogs there. We've taken her there a good handful of times and are always so happy with the experience. We're fans for good!

Smart Parke is the absolute best! I took my Doberman in yesterday, thinking I will do private day care, because I just wasn’t sure or comfortable with how my dog would be in camp around so many other dogs. Shortly after drop off, I received a call from the lead Amanda, who said Judah was sad and stressed alone in his room, and asked if she could carefully evaluate him for camp, because she felt he’d do good. I trusted her even tho I was nervous. She called again shortly after telling us Judah was doing great and having so much fun in camp! This is a real game changer for me because now I have a place where I can trust to leave Judah and know he’s well cared for and having a blast with all his doggy friends!! He came home happy and tired and we couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you to the entire Smart Parke team and Amanda for the love and care you provide for the dogs and for running an excellent operation!! Judah is a big proud boy!!

Paw Sweet Paw is the absolute best for your pets!!! They love going for boarding and the staff is so nice and attentive. The vet services are great too! It is a comfort that there is a vet on hand while your pups are boarding or at day care. They do a great job with grooming as well! I highly recommend!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to both me and my furry friend. They listened to my requests and paid attention to every detail, leaving my dog looking and feeling fantastic. Third attempt to call to update my pet’s medical records for daycare. First time, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. Today, they actually picked up, and they said they just need to go to a computer. However, they still left me there for over 5 minutes. I have hold-PTSD from this place.

We only take our dog here for grooming because we trust this business. He gets such great care and quick service. I come here for the peace of mind that my dog will not be traumatized when we pick him up. The staff are so kind and they are very professional.

My dog Frani loves this place, and she has anxiety. Whenver we go here, she is always happy to see her fury friends. Also the staff is so sweet and always sends me pictures of her during the day.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for grooming for the past 5 +years and I’ve had a great experience each time. Each groomer is attentive and great with my pup. Highly recommend

Very disappointed to see my baby come home with such a big scab and swelling on his left-back. He was back home very exhausted and dehydrated, which is understandable for boarding 6 days and grooming before back home around 7. BUT definitely NOT OK to come home like this! I immediately called PSP after I found out, and asked them if there is anything I need to know during the boarding and the grooming. I hold the phone for 5 minutes, then they said somebody will call me back in a second. I have never received a call from PSP so far. All I want to know is what happened..

So much attention to detail! I feel so comfortable leaving our dog here. The employees love the dogs, the service is great and it is very clean. They are strict with allowing any type of aggressive dogs, so I know my dog will be safe. I love the little details, of being able to watch my dog on their webcam, and they even took photos of her and texted them to me during her visit!! Oliva and I definitely recommend Paw Sweet Paw. 10+.

Everyone is so kind and sweet. Constant updates with my dog the groomers do an excwllwnt job as well as communication. We’ve boarded before and got picture updates it was awesome! I live in HB and make the drive to irvine because I love this place so much

So thankful for Forever Puppy! They were able to take our dogs into daycare on pretty short notice, and our dogs have come home tired and happy! One of our dogs was pretty shy at first, but they were very patient with her and helped her become more confident!

We were super anxious about boarding our dog since it was her first time being boarded and she has a ton of separation anxiety. But the staff did an amazing job and we can tell she really enjoyed her stay. It was such a relief and I'm so grateful we chose them! Worth every penny! And don't let the place mislead you because it does look run down but we still loved it since they did such a great job. So pleased!

I have left all 3 of my dogs with Forever Puppy multiple times. I'm consistently very happy with how they operate. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. What I really appreciate is that they email me pictures of my dogs (without me even having to ask), while I'm on vacation. It really helps ease my mind when I see the pictures of my dogs playing at the doggie day camp. Along with the emailed pictures, they give me a quick update on how my dogs are doing. My most recent boarding was on December 26th through the 31st and one of my dogs was taking two different medications. Ordinarily, I would have worried about leaving my dog with another boarding facility when medications are involved. I didn't worry once with Forever Puppy. I knew they would make sure she got her meds and on time. Indeed, I was right in not needing to be worried. They checked in with me to let me know that she was taking her meds. I can't tell you how much this eased my mind. I will continue to bring all 3 of my dogs here.

Going on vacation can be a stressful ordeal when you know you can't take your little fur babies with you, or at least it is in our case. When my boyfriend and I went out of town for a long weekend trip for my birthday, we struggled with figuring out what to do with our two kitties while we were gone. We did not like the idea of boarding them somewhere, even for 4 days, because one of our little boys is quite shy and easily scared. We decided that a pet sitter would be the best option, especially after seeing the phenomenal reviews for OC Pet Companions on Yelp. Boy were we not disappointed! Marilyn was very professional, courteous, and kind when we met her to show her around the house and introduced her to our kitties. She took great care of our boys in our absence! She fed and played with them and sent us texts and photos of them to give us peace of mind that they were well cared for. Sylvia was absolutely amazing with our two-year-old cat, Parker. I was anxious about leaving him while we were on vacation, but Sylvia quickly put my mind at ease. She not only took excellent care of Parker but also went above and beyond by sending regular photos and videos, so we knew he was in great hands. Her genuine concern for Parker’s well-being was evident, and she even offered helpful suggestions to improve his care. Unfortunately, we've recently moved out of the area, so we’re no longer able to use her services, but we highly recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter!

We did extensive research and visited several providers before using the services of OC Pet Nurse. We selected Sylvia to board our Border Collie as we felt that the attention and services provided were the closest to the experience that our dog has at home. It was important to us that our dog had a "family" environment, minimum of two walks per day and human supervision. Sylvia also provides daily photos and videos as well as a brief status of how our dog is doing. We wholeheartedly recommend her.

OC Pet Nurse Sylvia handled our rowdy boxer puppy with care! She will be our new puppy sitter going forward. We had a great meet and greet first and she got to know our family and out puppy's needs. So far we have had pet sitting at Sylvia's home for a very long Disney day. Then we did a 3 day stay for a work conference. It was so much easier to leave her at their safe home environment and we got pics throughout the day to know she was having fun and getting tired. I wish we knew Sylvia when we had our older boxer before he passed, as she would have been very familiar with his complex medication regimen. We will definitely board our puppy here if we need to go out of town. When she gets older, we would hire Sylvia for walks as well. Sylvia had some great training suggestions for us as well. Highly recommended pet sitting and boarding from OC Pet Nurse!!

I am SOO lucky I found Sylvia!! I was taking a week long trip and was nervous to leave my dog at a regular boarding (I've had bad experiences before). But Sylvia's place was AMAZING!!!! Her family is incredibly welcoming and they are all so sweet to their pet guests . I received multiple pictures and videos of my dog every day to let me know how he was doing. Above all else, Sylvia looked out for my pet's health. She made sure that the other dogs were friendly with my dog and if one was ever aggressive, she would make accommodations to avoid any incidents. After the full week, my dog is in perfect health and had so much fun playing with the other doggies and her kids! Sylvia is a hidden gem! The absolute best!

When I needed a day and night- always present dog sitter I was lucky enough to have OC pet nurse recommended to me. I found I could count on Sylvia de la Para to treat my dog like she was a new member of their family. The dog was played with, taken on walks, and carefully fed and watched. Sylvia was very careful to try to follow any instructions I gave Her about the dog. She brought years of experience caring for people’s pets and her experience as a Vet Technician to reliably and kindly taking care of my pet.

To sum up Sylvia's service in one word: wonderful!!! I met Sylvia through my community chat group when my puppy was barely 5 months old. I was looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to watch my puppy because a number of dog sitters I had worked with just didn't work out too well. The benefit of having your dog in Sylvia's care: - socialization - exercise and stimulation - and a lot of TLC ** And Sylvia is a trained veterinarian nurse ** My puppy loves Sylvia's two cats (adorable by the way) and her children (adorable that goes without saying). I felt having my puppy spending time in a family with children and pets was very important for her development, and Sylvia's family was perfect. Don't just take my word for it. Our boy Brewtus had an amazing stay here for 6 nights. Staff was very tentative to his needs and took great around the clock care for him. Very welcoming and friendly. Our Samoyed (Sam-Wise) stays at Paws 3-4 times a month. He is always verry happy to go there and he also comes home tired but happy. We have also boarded him there while traveling a few times. He seems to really like their staff and Seth has taught him some great commands I highly recommend them to anyone who loves their dog.

We had a wonderful experience with Paws Pet Resort in San Clemente. We were looking to leave our two small dogs while we were out of town for a week and everyone at Paws was friendly and seem to truly love the dogs. When we checked in on the cameras from time to time, we always saw the individual in the small dog room with them petting the dogs and giving them attention. We never saw them on their phone ignoring the dogs like we have seen at other places we considered. Instead, they seemed engaged and to enjoy playing and cuddling with dogs. We got really cute "pupdates" while we were away (with the upgraded boarding option), and the whole process was easy and flexible. Our first time there, one of the trainers happened to be standing there and did an amazing job warming our dogs up to him and then to the group when they were ready. This really made the difference for us between Paws Pet Resorts and other options. We are so glad we have a place we can trust to take our sweet dogs when we need someone to look after them for the day or for longer boarding.

We’ve been taking our dog Moose here for daycare and boarding for the last three years. They are our go-to dog daycare. The Paws staff are awesome and we love watching the live feed!

This is a great place to board your dogs. Unfortunately, the first time, one of my dogs got injured. Paws took my dog for stitches and paid the bill. It was a freak accident and not a dog fight. They kept me at ease while out of town on business and I knew my pups were in good hands. Wonderful staff.

This place is awesome! Five big stars, and more, for Paws Pet Resort! I’m from Colorado and travel to San Clemente every year for surf vacations. Although, instead of surfing, this year’s vacation was Disneyland and Catalina Island for my grandkids, followed by my son’s wedding in San Clemente. So I searched high and low to board my dog for 6 days. I couldn’t find anything in the area on the Rover app for a reasonable price that met my needs, then I found Paws Pet Resort. I felt comfortable with the employees I spoke to over the phone as they answered all my questions. So my Elbie girl spent 6 nights here, and I received text messages with pictures every evening. I just picked her up this morning, and all is well as I drive back home. I will definitely have Elbie stay here again if needed without hesitation. I wished there were something similar like Paws Pet Resort in Colorado.

My family has been using Paws Pet Resort San Clemente for over three years for our boarding and grooming needs. During this time, our dogs have had the opportunity to develop fantastic relationships with all of the staff; this has been instrumental in maintaining their well-being and comfort, especially during longer boarding stays. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to board our dogs long term while we were overseas and Paws was nothing short of amazing during what was a very stressful situation. My dogs received personalized love and attention daily, playgroup time, treats on their birthdays, maintained their same diet, and had veterinary care when needed. They even enjoyed private guitar concerts by a talented staff member, which one of my dogs especially liked. Jessie was my lifeline and communicated with me multiple times per week with pictures and video updates of my pups, which was absolutely amazing…I am so grateful for you, Jessie, thank you! All of the staff went above and beyond and became extended family to us, and I never had to worry about the health and well-being of my pets because I knew they were receiving the best care at Paws. Paws Pet Resort is a one-of-a-kind place with the BEST staff, there is no place better to entrust the care of your pets; if I could give them ten stars, I would! I cannot recommend Paws enough! We have been so blessed by every staff member, thank you for everything over the years!

They are very caring about your pets. We have three dogs who stayed here recently while we were on vacation. They treated them well and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and in showing care to 2 of our senior dogs!

Paws San Clemente has changed my life. They are the only facility I trust with my dogs. The staff is professional, passionate, kind, and knowledgeable. They work with your dogs needs and love what they do. The fact that I’m able to see my dog on cam if I please makes all the difference. Their prices are the same as dog walkers that offer a mere hour or two. Paws is amazing!

This is a long overdue review! I’ve been taking my dog Bentley there since he was 10 weeks old. He is now a year old and has grown up with Paws. Top notch trainers + rewarding methods = real results. Training at Wags for over a year my pup has earned his AKC Canine Good Citizen, Advanced Trick title, and has two legs to his first Rally title. It all been great fun. The training for life program has been worth it for us. Daycare? Boarding? Everything is kept amazingly clean too. Freely recommend them. If you want a happy, positive relationship with a well behaved pal give them a try.

I have loved my experience boarding my dog boomer with wags and wiggles for the past two years. We have tried many boarding and daycare options over the years and I am very impressed with the variety of boarding packages that Wags and wiggles offers. we’ve done their board and train program a couple times and the private boarding a couple times as well. I love getting boomers report card with photos (Some of the best photos that I have of Boomer are from wags and wiggles)! My dog is overstimulated by daycare so I love that wags has the option for private boarding with extra walks, treats, play time, and cuddles. This is the only boarding place that I’ve ever taken Boomer to where he comes back the same weight and doesn’t lose weight for anxiety. and his poops are normal afterwards too! I feel like everyone who works there understands and appreciates my quirky dog.

Our six month old border collie puppy, Buddy, had a wonderful first day visit at Wags And Wiggles RSM. The facility is so clean and the workers are also professional and kind and capable. He has a lively personality and we look forward to many more visits. It will help him greatly with his socialization skills. Kudos to all the workers, especially Corey, Sydney, and Noah.🐶❤️🌟

The people who work here are caring and truly go out of their way to make our two dogs’ stay a great one. We have been taking our dogs here for about 15 years and would go nowhere else. When we lost our first dog, the staff was there for us as part of the family. It meant so much to us, and they continue to be genuinely good caretakers of our dogs.

I cannot say enough good things about Wags & Wiggles. Our dog, Savannah, is obsessed with the daycare and it's so reassuring knowing that she is in good hands when she is there. The staff is all beyond friendly and go out of their way to remember each and every dog and their quirks. I love watching their livestreams and seeing her play with all of the other pups. She has been going 2-3 times a week for months now and we all couldn't be happier. We did the 4 week "Puppy Raising Program" and our trainer, Noah, was so incredible with Savannah. She was a different dog after just one session thanks to his guidance and positive reinforcement. By the end of the 4 weeks we decided to continue her sessions with Noah because she loved learning so much and he was able to really help her be confident, happy, and an all around amazing dog. He was also extremely patient with us, because let's be honest - we needed more training than our dog did. Other W&W trainers that we have worked with there have also all been wonderful. We have also boarded her overnight with W&W and have had nothing but positive experiences. I would highly recommend Wags & Wiggles, and training with Noah, to everyone I know!

We chose Wags & Wiggles initially because of their excellent reviews. After visiting them today for our Meet & Greet introduction we were very impressed with them. Knowledgeable and friendly staff greeted us and our 3 dogs. The tour of the facilities showed us a very clean kennels and a play room area that is superb. Our confidence in boarding our babies there is very high. When compared to other boarding facilities, Wags & Wiggles is the best we have seen in terms of staffing, cleanliness, kennel areas. They appear to be professional and caring which is a winning combination.

I am consistently impressed by wags and wiggles. Our pup is always excited to arrive and happy and exhausted when he comes home. The staff is friendly and attentive. They greet us by name when we walk in the door, making us feel like we are dropping our pup off with family. The web cams are also such a great touch ! It is so fun to be able to check in during the day to watch them play. I am so happy that we found wags :)

I took my baby Snowy to Wags and Wiggles in RSM for the first time, and my initial impression was overwhelmingly positive! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about dogs. The facility is clean, spacious, and provides ample room for the dogs to run around and play. Having had a bad experience at another dog daycare, I was hesitant at first, but Wags and Wiggles has won me over. I loved watching the webcam and seeing the staff showering all the dogs with affection, including Snowy, whose happy face and wagging tail said it all. Although it takes me 30 minutes to get there, I don't mind the distance - we plan to take Snowy at least once a week. After his visit, Snowy was exhausted but happy, with a big smile on his face. I appreciate the detailed report and laminated calendar with Snowy's picture and name. The prices are very reasonable, considering the high quality of care and attention the dogs receive. Overall, I highly recommend Wags and Wiggles RSM to anyone seeking a safe, fun, and reliable dog daycare.

This one-day seminar/class was a great way to build engagement with your pup and get an intro to other classes like Sport Dog, Agility and Nosework. In addition to the fitness games, we also learned to guide the dogs through hoops and complete some nosework searches. Both instructors, Laurie & Corey, were very knowledgeable, helpful & encouraging. Class selection & availability is excellent at RSM and we've already signed up for more.
