TLC pet care is absolutely fantastic. I have a very anxious whippet who's on daily medication and has never been to a kennel before. Kate from TLC was just so awesome with us. I think I ended up more anxious than my pup, he had a fantastic time. They let me call as many times as I needed, they sent me photos of his daily plays. They did an absolutely brilliant job. 100% recommend and gave me the confidence that I can go on holidays again and my baby will be looked after.

I cannot recommend TLC more highly. My Miss Molly (cat) was 10 when I adopted her. She is VERY clingy & suffers from separation anxiety. After I drop her off she settles because she knows the routine. I use their facilities twice a year & when I pick her up she is calm & has eaten so I know she's content there. Stacey & the team play with her & send photos which is very reassuring.

We recently had our fur baby stay with Kate & the team at TLC Petcare Coffs! We are new to the area, so felt so fortunate to find such an amazing service & care for our beautiful family pet. What a brilliant business, I called early in the morning as I needed my pet to have care for the night, they were so helpful and got my dog in straight away. Even though it was only one night they went out of there way to send me updates of my dog. My only negative would be the price for one night, however under the circumstances I felt like the price over peace of mind that my boy was in the best hands possible was something that couldn't put a price on. Thank you TLC jobin came out so happy, bathed and I will recommend you and use your services again. Thank you again 🙌

TLC Pet Care are amazing with both of our 3 year old Labradors. The dogs love going to TLC, they get very excited when we pull into TLC. The staff are very patient and we feel confident that our fur-babies are well looked after.

Was happy to take our booking, charged a whole week for a 1 night stay for our cat who is on palliative care. Then on the day, said they would not be in the office to accept our cat with 3 hours notice. We were relocating interstate and had no other options, at Christmas time. The “customer service” on the phone was rude, hung up on us and honestly did not even care, using words such as “non negotiable” and “it’s not our problem”. We found out that the ‘C’ indeed does not stand for Care.

This was my first time experience at leaving my dogs in kennels. I found TLC to be very professional and clean. When I picked up my two dogs the were both relaxed and happy. I would not hesitate to leave any of my dogs with TLC

If I could give more than 5 starts I would! Sara is so lovely with my dogs and they absolutely adore her. Every time I mention Sara’s name my 2 dogs goes absolutely crazy of excitement and can’t wait to see her. The communication is great and I really feel like my girls are in good hands when they’re with Sara. Highly recommend!

Andrea, having been looking after Filho for a little while, after she moved away, she introduced Lu to us!! Lu's house is an excellent place that we will have to be sure that your pet will be well looked after with love and cuddles all the time. I'm feel so much calm when I know Filho will well. My family can’t thank Andrea enough for her wonderful care of our cat and dog during our recent three week holiday. The frequent updates and photos gave us great peace of mind knowing our fur babies were well cared for and having fun adventures of their own! The ‘girls’ as Andrea lovingly called them were able to maintain their usual routines at home and the house was also well maintained and beautifully clean on our return home. Andrea is a wonderful, caring and skilled dog walker and dog sitter. We have used several different dog walkers and services since we got our dog and Andrea is by far the best. Her calm energy immediately set our dog at ease and they developed the most beautiful bond (Skylar was so excited every time Andrea came to get her or stay with her). We feel truly lucky to have found Andrea. She cares about every dog as if it’s her own and makes every experience great for the dog (other services have felt like they are just going through the motions while Andrea seems to love her time with the dogs). Andrea has been looking after Jerry for the past 2.5 years now and Jerry our rescued dog loves her! As a rescued dog he doesn’t trust many people so it was hard to find someone that could fit his needs and Andrea was definitely the only one that could gain his trust and made him very comfortable with her! Our biggest problem was when we would go traveling to find someone and Andrea came like an Angel! For us as pet owners, it was a bit of anxiety involved and even cancelled trips as we couldn’t find the right person to look after Jerry! Our experience with Siobhan's dog sitting service has been absolutely exceptional! Charlie always has the most amazing time under Siobhan's care. Siobhan goes above and beyond to ensure Charlie is well looked after and gets plenty of exercise. Charlie adores both Siobhan and her Labrador, Tony, and often doesn't want to leave their home. Siobhan is incredibly reliable; she responds promptly to any inquiries and sends regular updates and photos, which we greatly appreciate. She has earned our complete trust - Siobhan is the only person we feel comfortable leaving Charlie with. We will definitely be using Siobhan's services again without hesitation! Siobhan was the first dog sitter we have used and our border collie, Archie, had a great time. We were nervous to leave him but felt comfortable leaving him with such dog lovers. He stayed for two nights and Siobhan kept us updated and sent photos of Archie having a great time at the beach. We definitely will be using her services again.
