"Beyond" happy with Beyond the Paw Resort & Spaw! We knew it would take a special groomer to handle our shy, 100+ pound baby. She welcomed the challenge and did a wonderful job. Friendly people, reasonable rates. Highly recommend!

I am a fairly new client. I am very pleased with the service and results we have received. I have a beautiful American Eskimo baby with lots of fluffy white hair! They do a fantastic job of keeping her looking fresh and well groomed!!! The team that cares for my baby are very nice to work with and are very knowledgeable on how to cut, clip, and care for my dog. I appreciate their expertise and confident they are good with all breeds. I drop her off and they call me with enough notice to pick her up as soon as she is done...and I even have time to shop at my favorite grocery store next door, the IGA!! Support local businesses!!

We had our dog groomed there 3 to 4 times. They did a great job and the staff were very polite. We even got to see two beautiful bull dog puppies.

I boarded my dog here for two nights and requested to clip his nails as well. When I called to check in to see how he was doing, no one answered; when I did get a call back it was from someone that wasn’t even at the facility that couldn’t tell me how he was doing. When I picked him up I noticed his nails were not even clipped. Also the treats I gave them to give him were still full. I wouldn’t recommend you take your pets here at all. I’m sure my dog would give the same review if he could because he looked like he wanted to leave :)

Wonderful and very friendly staff. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our sweet old lady dog for a full bath and groom and she looked AMAZING! We were turned away from PetSmart after a few years because she cannot stand for long to be shaved down. We contacted Beyond the Paw Resort and Spaw and they booked her an appointment - no hesitation. I let them know that we were not looking for perfection, but simply need her to be comfortable (long hair and she gets hot easily). Upon pickup from our first session she looked even better than we could imagine! Wonderful cut, so soft and smelled amazing. So many kudos to the staff. They let her take breaks and took their time with her. We also have a new puppy that is unsure with new people. We walked him in and his groomer right away worked to connect and build trust. His groom went so well! Looking forward to a lasting relationship with his groomer and our pup. Call and book with this location. You will have a wonderful experience.

Beyond the paw did an amazing job on my sweet, Shih tzu, Alfie! He unfortunately had tangles and mats when I brought him in! They not only detangled him, but also got the mats out! He’s now so soft and fluffy! He also smells great and got a little Easter bandanna! I thought that was such a cute touch! I must add that everyone I met was very kind! They gave me tips on how to take care of his hair and what brushes work best! They were all very informative! They truly, do go beyond! I’ll definitely be back again! Ps. Alfie didn’t take long getting his rubber bands out so I added my own! They did a much better job than what’s pictured! lol.

We were extremely satisfied with The service we were provided. The owners are fantastic. Their staff was great. Our Persian cat Toby had a good experience being groomed. They did a fantastic job getting all the mats out of his fur. I would highly recommend them and we will be coming back. Thank you for taking great care of our Toby.

Love Paradise Pet Resort! Taking our dogs there for probably over 25 yrs.

I cant praise this facility, owner and staff enough!! Every time we take our dog here she gets so excited! They treat your dog like its part of their family, and take exceptional care of them. She comes home happy and tired like she has played her heart out each visit. We lovingly refer to the kennel as "party town" because she loves it so much. I will never take her to another facility to be locked up and forgotten for hours on end. Here she can run and play and be loved on! I can't recommend this facility enough!!

The owner is so polite. She was great with my dog. She showed us around the facility and it was great, it doesn’t smell like poop, pee, or dog at all. There are a lot of play areas for the dogs and their crates are large. They returned my call and email really quickly and I had no problems setting up a date for my dog. Great service.

The pup always seems happy when I pick her up. Staff is friendly and quick. The other dogs seem to be having a good time as well

I've been boarding my dogs at Paradise for the last ten years and highly recommend it. My basset hounds, and now my young Saint Bernard, also attend doggie daycare at least once per week year-round. I often feel like my dog doesn't want to come home when I pick him up. Who wants to hang out at home with Mom when you could be frolicking in the dog parks with lot of friends?! I highly recommend Paradise!

This kennel was ok. I boarded my fur babies here because they advised the ability to view your dogs on their cameras, however I was not due to the cameras bring down for the last week. Also I think it was a bit warm on the inside for the dogs. The staff was nice though

Kind of bummed out just called to see about getting a reservation for my old boy to stay there for a few days while the wife and I went on a cruise answering machine answered and says they're not accepting new calls just bums me out because most of the reviews speak very highly

I messed up the drop off times. They allowed us to drop off our dogs so we didn't miss our flight. Took good care of our pups. Very satisfied.

My dogs wait by my garage door hopefully they have daycare today. I think they actually get depressed when they don't get to go due to weather. Kelli is the best and really cares about the dogs and cats that stay there.

SFPSS has been a wonderful solution for all of my dog sitting needs. My dog was adopted from a shelter, so he is very wary of overnight kennel boarding. Being able to keep him at home, and trust that he is being well taken care of gives me a ton of peace of mind. Each sitter I've used has been great, and always include pictures of him with updates so I know how he's doing every day that I'm gone. I've booked with them on over half a dozen occasions and every time I have been immensely satisfied with their work. SFPSS is a great service for anyone that wants reliable, affordable, and professional pet care for the animals that they love (picture included taken by my awesome sitter, Eimile).

Every time we have gone on vacation we have used Special Friends Pet Sitting. All of their sitters have been amazing! They are very respectful of your home and your pets. They adapt to your pet’s special needs and care. They always go above and beyond and send update photos during their visits. We will always use them!

I had to take a trip out of town for one week and knew I couldn't travel with four pets. Special Friends Pet Sitting Service came to the rescue in such a big way! I called Alicia the owner, and she was very caring, comforting, and understanding of my anxiousness. Melissa was excellent at coordinating the schedule. My grandpets were so loved and taken care of by AllieA and Christina! I received pictures and photos of each visit. Just look at how happy they are. I will ABSOLUTELY use Special Friends Pet Sitting Service again and again!

Outstanding company; we're so happy we found them !! We have 2 older greyhounds, and one of them is battling cancer and is a little "fragile." Given that, I was hesitant and worried to go on an overseas vacation, but SFPSS put my mind at ease. Three sitters tag-teamed for a total of 4 visits per day.. for 11 days. The sitters did a meet and greet ahead of time and diligently took notes as I explained the needs of our high-maintenance pups. They were on time for visits and gave the dogs lots of attention. They had no problems giving meds 3x per day and even adapted to feeding a bland chicken and rice diet (delivered by my friend) to one dog who developed GI issues. They also cleaned up several "results" of these GI issues, without complaint. Sitters sent texts and photos after each visit and were very responsive to questions. The dogs and house looked great when we returned. We highly recommend Special Friends!

Special Friends Pet Sitting Service and pet sitter Micaiah are amazing! They kept my pets and home safe while I was gone. They were very respectful of my instructions and kindly provided me with detailed updates & photos while I was gone. I am definitely using them again :).

Kristie and Allie were really wonderful at communication — they sent pictures and a note at every visit, which was very reassuring since Special Friends Pet Sitting Service is a new company to us. Melissa, the scheduler, was on top of things and kept us all very organized. The system they use to keep things secure is very professional and I felt secure having strangers in my home. I would absolutely use this pet sitting service again and recommend them highly based on our first experience with them.

This team is wonderful with our bunnies. We have been customers for over 6 years. Many service businesses, over time, become complacent with their level of service but not SFPSS. I have found them to increase their level of service, both in efficiency of meet and greet, access to house and most importantly, communication of the interactions with our pets.

Alicia has been watching our pets for probably 20 years. Always reliable and she loves our pets as much as we do. She took one of our cats to the vet when he had issues. Never hesitated to do so. She sits with our pets and goes the extra mile to make sure they are well

The finest dog care/play-time and boarding facility in 40 mile radius, in my opinion. The staff is professional and they love the animals in their care. How do I know this? They send me photos of our happy dog! I can highly recommend them to relatives, friends and associates.

Laura (the owner), Jane, and the entire staff are wonderful here! Our black lab, Mazy, literally pulls me into the building every time we arrive! That says it all! She LOVES it! They take excellent care of her, and she boards quite a bit! When we travel, we always get the cutest pics of her with her friends. Awesome place!

Our dog Charlie is a two year old lab; still part puppy. She’s been going to Wags since she was 6 months old. The most important reason for sending Charlie to Wags is because there’s a huge playroom in which the dogs can run, play with each other, nap along the walls, climb the various play equipment, bark, howl, whine at will. Some Doggie Day care places keep the dogs in a crate except for bathroom breaks or 15 minute “recess”. But at Wags, my dog can run and play with other dogs the whole time she’s there! She’s got lots of energy; because of that, she’s getting lots of exercise and our vet says “she is in great shape”. I also like the fact that if I need to take our pup in before lunch, I can bring her food and they’ll feed her at the specified time. Much appreciated!! Then there’s boarding if we will be away. I was so worried about leaving her that first time! But she did well; she knows the folks and they know her. The employees play an integral part in the dogs’ happiness. They can tell me about my dog and how she behaves and any habits she needs to break- if I ask. They are so kind to her and laugh about her antics! Lastly, it’s very important to tell all doggie parents that my poochie has never, not once, been sick or picked up a bug or intestinal trouble from another doggie. They keep the place clean!! And I appreciate that each dog’s vaccination records are current and owners are notified when they’re about to expire. All in all, Wags has been great for our lil girl. If she’s happy and healthy, so am I! Thanks to all the staff at Wags!

Our dog LOVE Wags and Wiggles. The staff is friendly and takes care of Theo while he’s there. I love that they send picture updates throughout the day too. Highly recommend.

Gizmo LOVES going to Doggie Day Care! If we say those word out loud, he loses his furry little mind! He jumps around and runs to where his harness and leash are kept! He always comes home tired and sleeps like a rock afterwards! The care and love they give these dogs is the same as we give to our Gizmo! They take time to get to know the dogs and are exceedingly gentle and loving with them! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wags N Wiggles for your doggie daycare and boarding needs! They text daily pictures of Gizmo so we know how much fun he is having too!

My girl loves it. When we first started she was timid and shy. Not anymore. They are awesome with her. Plus they have so many activities for them. Ice cream day, prom, celebration of holidays, etc. So glad I found them.

Our dog has done daycare, overnight stays, and a week long boarding. We have always had a great experience with Arlissa and Dayton Pet Care. They are very quick to respond, send daily updates, and take the best pictures. Luke always comes home tired and happy from all of the fun activities they do with him there!

I highly recommend Dayton Pet Care! They are flexible and easy to communicate/work with. Our puppy, Gia, is always excited upon arrival and exhausted from playing when we pick her up. It’s clear they are passionate about caring for animals, and they always provide us with plenty of photos to update us.

My husband and I had a wedding to attend in Dayton. Being from out of town I did some extensive research on the best place to leave our dog, Molly. Dayton Pet Care had great reviews so that is where we had Molly do an overnight stay. I was not disappointed at all! All through the night I received wonderful texts, and some of the best pictures that I’ve ever seen of our sweet girl. I felt very secure in the knowledge that Molly was being very well taken care of! I would absolutely have no problem highly recommending their service!

My bulldog boys love Dayton Petcare! The team keeps me updated on their activities with pictures and videos. I can see the joy in their faces. I’m very comfortable leaving them when I have to travel. Feels like you’re leaving you’re pet kiddos with family. I would recommend them over any chain establishment. It’s like you’re leaving your pet kiddos with family. ❤️Only problem I have is their exhausted when I pick them up 🤣🤣.

I highly recommend Dayton Pet Care for boarding your cat or dog. They are a 24 hour service, (a rarity) and we were able to drop off our doggo at our convenience. Arlissa was quick to respond after I booked, asked all the right questions and made our dog, Sidney feel at home and loved. She sent updates and awesome photos of Sid during her entire stay. She was properly cared for and exercised and had one on one playtime. Please check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

I simply can not say enough good things about this place! I just left my fur baby there for a week and I got daily updates and pictures letting me know he was doing good while he was there. The owner is very prompt to respond to any questions. And this place has a full on puppy carnival on site! I’m talking playground equipment and a little coaster. 10 out of 10. My dear Whoodle Moxie is a frequent visitor to Lucky Mutz, both in Daycare and in their fabulous boarding suites. I cannot say enough about the facilities and staff at Lucky Mutz. Moxie gets excited even when we pull into the driveway! We lost our beloved Chocolate Lab 'Reese' several years ago and she stayed here many times, so I knew this was the place for Moxie. They have suites where you can actually see your pup while they are there, and the staff posts pics of them on PawPartners EVERY DAY! They get frequent breaks, treats, and attention. Everything is spotless and comfortable for the pups. Making reservations online is easy, and all the prices, fees and rules are on theur website. Payment is convenient and easy. If you need a place to board your pup for a few days, a week, or just fit the day while you're at work, this is the place. Look no further. Get on over to Lucky Mutz! Your pooch will love it, and they'll thank you!

This was my first time to Lucky Mutz, and it was a great experience! It was my golden doodles first groom, and Madison was so great with her! She did exactly what I asked, just a nice puppy trim 🩷 …

Megan did a great job grooming our 7 mo old Micro Bernedoodle, Bailey. He looked so cute when we went to pick him up. Highly recommend taking your pets to Lucky Mutz for their grooming.

Lucky Mutz has been great from the start. Sergeant was due to spend a week with them in October but due to a very last minute emergency with him we had to cancel his stay and move it to December with no issues. He was boarded for 9 days while my husband and I went on vacation. Each day we received updates and photos and it really helped my anxiety since he had never been to a boarding facility before . He finally warmed up and loved Miss Jenna! We have booked another trip after seeing how well he did! We will definitely be back for them to care for our fur baby! Thank you Susan for the reassurance when we dropped him off and you have an amazing team who truly cares about our pets!

Madison always does a great job with Shiloh, our little Cocker Spaniel mix. Today, she did an excellent job with our newest addition - Yogi, a 3yo Cocker Spaniel rescue! He’s a bit nervous and gets overwhelmed easily, but she always takes her time to get to know the dogs and earn their trust. She’s gentle and caring.

Lucky Mutz is a fantastic facility for overnight boarding, and I will not hesitate to utilize their services again. We have never boarded our dogs before, and I had a lot of anxiety about leaving them overnight in an unfamiliar place. The staff at Lucky Mutz were wonderful - they took excellent care of our girls, took pictures of them daily so we had updates on how they were doing while we were traveling, etc. This is an excellent business with very caring owners, and I would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I recently got married and went on our honeymoon, so we had to find a place for our fur babies that would feel like a home away from home for 9 days. Lucky Mutz sent us photo updates multiple times each and every day, made sure they exercised and had enrichment time, as well as having absolutely immaculate facilities. The employees were so joyful and sweet to our pups, and the best part is they offer exit baths for the pups too. Worth every single penny, and we wouldn’t want our pups to go anywhere else if we ever have to travel without them. We will be back!

I absolutely love taking my dog here when I go out of town! They are so amazing at caring for my little Archie and also provide daily updates with pictures so you're always in the loop. I trust the staff so much and wouldn't feel comfortable sending Archie anywhere else! Thank you Lucky Mutz for being so amazing and trustworthy!!

My dog enjoyed it but I feel totally ripped off. I made his reservation on the app. It led me to believe a bath was free which is the only reason I booked it. It wasn’t. I found out at pickup it was $65. I was also charged for 2 days when my dog only stayed 1 night. This is because they charge another day if you pick up in the evening. That’s fine except they only allow pickup between 4 and 6 on Sundays. How can you charge me when I can’t pick up in the morning? I would have preferred morning. I thought we had found the perfect place to board but now I’m still looking.

I take my Golden Retriever puppy Louie to Dogtown Huber Heights for daycare 4 days a week. I cannot say enough good things about this location. The staff is incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. Every time I drop Louie off he is more interested in being with them and his friends at daycare than saying bye to his mom. Whenever there’s been an issue they were quick to message me, and very helpful. I often look in to see how Louie is doing on the webcams and never see potty messes on the ground that aren’t addressed, or dogs fighting, the staff is always attentive and caring. Bringing Louie to daycare has been great for his socialization, and I love knowing that he’s not sitting in a kennel. Their grooming services are also fantastic, and it is so convenient to pick him up all bathed and trimmed and ready to go home. Pick up and drop off have always been quick and easy as well. Boarding there was also really convenient when we went out of town for a night. There are so many fun activities they do! It’s apparent to this very picky dog mom that the entire staff treat Louie like family. Definitely give them a try and see for yourself.

Absolutely love this place! Having recently moved to Dayton it was so hard to know whom to trust my pups with. I have been so thoroughly impressed and happy with dogtown Huber! The team here have been so observant of my dogs noting changes in behavior and even the smallest scratches on them! Great communication! You can tell they love what they do! My dogs are always excited for daycare and come back so happily exhausted! Have boarded my dogs here for trips as well!! Also love that they’re open 24/7!

Awesome facility! The employees really care about the dogs here, and take so much time to make sure they're as happy and comfortable as possible. They even have a salon, now! I love how the dogs get to roam a bit more freely rather than being confined to kennels for hours like other places. They maintain safety while giving more freedom, it's really fun!

We've taken our dogs here before and had no issues. Well this time our one dog was "aggressive". Our dog has never been that way not even at dog parks. So they isolated our dogs because we didn't have another option to come them while on vacation. I have talked to others and they have had similar issues after having gone several times. They also told us to bring her in more often as they could train her so they just want us to spend more money on a problem that wasn't even a problem. I watched the cameras and have seen dogs humping each other and others who showed aggressive behaviors but those dogs were not isolated.

Everyone is always friendly and really helpful. They have a lot to juggle but still have great customer service. Lillian is quick and knowledgeable and her confidence makes me feel comfortable leaving my dogs. Also, the groomer was great! I don’t remember their name though.

They were really nice and patient with our baby girl. They cleaned her up really nice and didn't take too long at all.

Love this place! My dog gets so excited when she goes to daycare and just loves it there. Everyone there is just so nice. They have great communication too, so if your dog is sick, just is acting too nervous, or anything else, they will always let you know which I really appreciate! She was even groomed there because it was convenient while she was in daycare and they did such a great job with her! She's a hyperactive dog and they were able to keep her calm. Great prices, open 24/7, and friendly employees! Dogtown is a great place to bring your dog!

I can't recommend Dogtown highly enough! From the moment we walk through the door, the staff always greets my pup and me with the most genuine warmth and enthusiasm. He's always so excited to go there in the morning and comes home happy and tuckered out, a sure sign he's had a day full of play and socialization. I love seeing pictures of him playing and interacting with other dogs - it's clear he's having the time of his life! The environment is clean, safe, and organized, with plenty of space for dogs to play, both indoors and out. They really pay attention to the individual needs of each pet, ensuring a good match in play groups and providing ample rest time. Choosing Dogtown for my doggy daycare needs has been one of the best decisions I've made for my four-legged friend. It's more than just a daycare - it's a community of dog lovers who make every day a fun, tail-wagging adventure for my pup!

We took our dog there for boarding while we were out of town. While on our way back, we called and asked if we could have him groomed, and they really went above and beyond and accommodated our request. It was very much appreciated and so grateful for a business like this.

Update: Austin has been going here for 4 years now and I am so thankful for Dogtown! I figured I should update my review from 3 years ago, because they are still so great. They are still amazing! We are so fortunate to have such a great place near us. The staff is so awesome! We have been taken out Bassett Austin here since he was 16 weeks old and is now 7 months old. He love it here so much! The staff is AMAZING and cares about every individual dog! We are so fortunate to have such a great place near us with great staff. I highly recommend checking them out!

Just rescued this little guy Saturday. The first picture was before and the second picture is after grooming. Thank you to Kelly for taking time with him and making him look like a handsome young man. He looks amazing. Definitely would Recommend her to anyone needing to get their dog groomed.

We adopted a kitten from here...I think we just met there don't think it was actually thru Lil Dog Ranch so I don't know a whole lot about the place but the office was cute and clean and of course loud because of the dogs lol. Both ladies we talked to were great.

Loved taking my dog there while I was out if town! They took great care of my pet, provided multiple videos/photos during her trip and gave her so much care, love and playtime! I highly recommend this place!

Our dogs have found their new boarders! We have 4 Sheltie’s and they recently stayed here while we were on vacation. I loved that they got to have more play time than most places. They spent time with the dogs. Sent us photos of them playing and getting along with others dogs. I loved the set up they have at this place and just the overall atmosphere. We will continue to bring our dogs here without hesitation!

Winnie loves coming to stay at lil dog ranch. She has lots of energy and loves playing and interacting with the other dogs. When I see her running and playing in the photos and videos, I know she is happy. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

Took great care of my doggo while we were on vacation. Super quick to respond even when I called after hours to check on our girl. They sent pictures and even sent her home with a cute Christmas stocking and ornament. As a last minute addition to their dogs being boarded I’m so grateful for the care taken. Thank you!

I love taking my dogs to Lil Dog Ranch. They are always so well taken care of. They get to play outside when the weather is good. Given treats and any medication that they need. I never worry if my dogs are loved at the Ranch because the pictures show they are.

We have a elderly 17 y/o mini poodle and this is the ONLY place we will leave our Joe! A+++ Yep! We are back again as we will only trust our Joe to Amanda Wade. She and her facility are awesome!! 5 paws up!!!

Will not take out little dogs anywhere else. Lil Dog Ranch is the best place all around to board out dogs. Becky and her staff take great care of every single dog there. They will have play time, they will post pictures, and they will care for your dog like it’s one of their own. Hands down the Lil Dog Ranch is the best place to board my dogs.

After a horrible experience with another boarder last year. They were outstanding and overall amazing. They also took the time to send pictures and a video of our fur baby. Piece of mind is a huge relief when you can’t be there. I would suggest Lil Dog Ranch to anyone that wants to make sure their pets are safe and well cared for.
