Kelly was an excellent sitter for us. She communicated well, before the sit and during the sit. When we got home, the dogs and our guinea pig were happy and well. Kelly was dependable and showed up exactly on time. The house was well maintained and clean when we arrived home. We would definitely host Kelly again.

Anita was a wonderful dog sitter for Balto! They were super tentative, made sure to ask any and all questions before we went away, and they sent the best updates about Balto while we were gone. I felt so much better knowing my dog was in great hands, and I could not recommend Anita enough! Quality care, and our apartment was spotless when we returned home.

Lori is the best of the best! I would recommend her 100 times over! Lori is great at communicating and our dogs were extremely happy. She was very attuned to our dog’s anxiety and did a great job making the dogs feel safe and loved. The house was spotless when we returned. Lori also had the job of taking care of my numerous plants. I have to say the plants look better when I got home than they did before I left😂 Lori has a green thumb. Lori is so kind and just a wonderful person. We initially accepted Deirdre and Jason for a long stay to look after our dogs. We were very happy they accepted. A few weeks later we realized we needed another sitter for another trip we had planned. So, we posted more dates on zeewoi. To our happy surprise, Deirdre and Jason reached out to us saying they could also look after our dogs and home with the new dates we posted. This made our life much easier and we were very confident to have Deirdre and Jason stay longer with us and care for our dogs. We were definitely right!! D&J have countless experiences on zeewoi with very good reviews from all of their previous sits. They are very experienced with all aspects of a house/pet sitting. D&J are very self-sufficient, have the background knowledge and education of pet care, and most importantly a genuine love for all animals. This is most important for my wife and I. We knew from the first meeting with our pups they loved animals. Communication was excellent. The process before and during our sit was stress-free for us. We were given daily updates on our dogs including photos and videos. Any concerns D&J had were vocalized to us. D&J are also problem solvers and know how to react many challenging situations. Our routine for our pets was followed immaculately and all dogs were very happy and connected with them. Even our female dog Kinki grew close so quickly with D&J which is very rare. We had ZERO issues while we were gone and we were able to really enjoy our trip while we were away. The dogs definitely love being around D&J. Homecare: We are very pleased with the condition of our home when we returned. It was clean, free of clutter, and exactly how we had left it for them, if not even better! D&J even mowed our grass and took care of our yard! Our yard is not a small garden. It is very big and takes hours to mow. So we were very surprised and excited to know they did that for us even though it's not expected of our sitters!! They definitely went above and beyond what is expected. Our dogs are so very important to us. When we know we can trust our sitters it's the best feeling in the world. We definitely trust Deirdre and Jason with our most prized possessions and we look forward to the next sit with them in a few days!!! We can't thank them enough for giving our dogs the love and attention they deserve. Nicole and Gabriel were excellent house sitters and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Our dog absolutely loved them and she was spoilt rotten. The house, pool and yard were kept clean and well looked after. On a personal note we also found both of them interesting and great conversationists.

We highly recommend Jo and her kennels.She is caring, patient and passionate about the dogs. The kennels are clean, spacious and comfortable.Desil (kelpie) loves his short and long term stays.He is happy and well fed. Desil loves the exercise yard too!!
This is the place to put your pooches when visiting the National Park, brilliant super experienced staff, excellent facilities and service, of course we were worried and guilty for leaving our Bella but I think she had a good break too. Do not hesitate in booking Country Lane you also get added benefit of free weather, tide and local information.

We took our two small dogs here for the day while we visited the NP. Jo was very welcoming and friendly to our dogs and us. Kennels are terrific, large and clean. Highly welcome Jo and her business for short or long term accommodation for your precious pups
Jo the owner was lovely and caring , i would definitely recommend based on the care of my small old anxious dog for daycare. Clean kennels ,comfy mattress and access to there own small outside are.

I cannot believe how bad this experience was. The receptionist was abrupt and rude. Had no interest or interaction with our dogs and we had to take them to their pens ourselves. I’ve never met a more unprofessional person or unwelcoming. When we collected our dogs at the end of the day, we had to go an collect them ourselves from the pen, she couldn’t be bothered getting them. We were booked to have them stay the next day also but we cancelled as we definitely were not comfortable leaving them with such a rude person. We were also charged an extra $20 for a booking fee on top of the fee we paid for the day boarding. We were not told at the time of booking of this policy and was initially told it was a deposit. Just glad to get our dogs back from this terrible place and will never be back there again. Our dogs were clearly distressed when we picked them up. Didn’t see any other staff at the kennels apart from the rude receptionist on either arrival or departure.
On short notice fitted my boy in on a sunday. EXTREAMLY polite and friendly. I was also pleased I could pick my dog up that afternoon. As separation anxiety is a p et problem for Me. Great service.
We have used this kennel for our dogs for over twelve years. Rebecca and the team go beyond the call off duty especially when caring for our sick boy. We felt confident in trusting Nugget to their care we came back to a very happy boy. Would highly recommend!
1 star for 2 reasons 1. Unacceptable charging practice 2. Absolutely appalling attitude of the person doing the accounts Charged us for 3 days when the dogs stayed there for 2 days. When questioned she said it’s their policy to charge for the day of collecting the dogs! Why would you charge for service you didn’t provide? We were not told about this charging practice when we left the dogs and we collected the dogs at 8 am. We were in a hurry so just paid and left. We should have been informed about this charging practice on the day we left our dogs. And we very clearly said 2 days and you quoted $88 - for dropping them off at 9.30 am and pick up at 8am. Leaving a review so that this rude lady does not rip others off. And she needs to have a lesson on being Polite, pleasant and courteous . No trace of social, communication or interpersonal skills. I have to say that the others were polite. Will give zero stars if possible.
Extremely lovely staff, very clean and spacious pens for the dogs - with big outdoor section for them to run. Our dogs came back very happy and were well looked after. Haven’t given 5 stars as found the pricing structure confusing and not explained very well. You pay a $20 non-refundable booking fee over the phone (which is totally fair) however this doesn’t come off total price and is added on to the total cost of staying. Have travelled all around Australia using kennels and haven’t come across this system before. Also no discount for second dog/dogs sharing same pen. However a lovely kennel nonetheless 😊
Our little dog Kimba stayed there for a week. I was able to pick her up in the mornings and bring her back at night. Rachel was an absolute delight and very caring towards our little girl who suffers from separation anxiety. The other girls were also lovely. I highly recommend this place. Our elderly rescue dogs don't always get on well in kennels but Abalee was a joy. The staff were friendly, the facilities spotless and the dogs were relaxed and happy. We would definitely kennel them here again. Thank you.
