Fantastic staff that seem to genuinely love pets and love their jobs. Our two sausages love visiting their canine and human friends at PetSuites Sharonville for training, photo and event days, and pampered boarding and grooming. We love this place!

Hanna says, “Pick me, pick me”! Mom and Dad are fine, but represented by the second picture, they can be a little boring. I love going to PetSuites. I know we are close when we get to Reading and Hauk Rds. I get some one-on-one play time with the staff. They are my jam!! Sometimes I spend the night and sometimes I’m there just during the day, but either way I have my best time. I always go home totally exhausted!!💤🐶

I’ve taken my dog here twice and he is always so excited. This last boarding visit I decided to get him groomed upon leaving and it was the best decision. The groom was attentive an cut him exactly like the photo I gave her.

We have used PetSuites Sharonville specifically for many years because of the confidence we have in their staff to provide loving, patient care to our pets. The staff and offered services are amazing!! Our dogs are greeted by name and always welcomed warmly. They provide on-site training to reinforce what we do at home, which helps all of us! We get feedback about how our dogs do in playgroup and suggestions for making any stays easier for the dogs. When our boarding senior dog became ill (due to his genetic condition) they worked closely with us and our veterinarian to ensure our dog’s safe transport to the clinic and treatment. We HIGHLY recommend this site and LOVE the staff.

They BUTCHERED my dog. He literally winces when I’m touching him right now because the RAZOR burn on my DOUBLE COATED Aussie hurts so bad. If you look at the pictures, I only show one side of his head, behind his ear where they shaved him with clippers. That is because he is only shaved on one side. Do you go to a hair salon and only cut one side of your hair and leave it at two levels? NO. His stomach has a hole in it from where I assume the blade they were using was too short and left red patches on him. I don’t care if you’re a new groomer or have 30 years experience, EVERYONE knows not to shave an Aussie. I am now having anxiety that my poor 2 year old aussie will never get his soft baby hairs back. You can’t tell me you thought this was okay enough to send home. Shame on you.

I was nervous about leaving our anxious dog while we were on vacation for a week, but the staff at PetSuites were great. They answered my questions via text, and I was able to check in on Alani on the cameras when she was in group playtime. They even sent me a couple pictures so I could see that she was doing well. She came home happy and tired. She will definitely stay there for our next vacation or if we ever need doggy daycare. Thanks, PetSuites!

Sharonville Pet Suites is fantastic! My dog Lucky highly recommends this place. Lucky has liver cancer and the staff their gave him the extra care that he required. What a class A operation. I would give them ten stars if I could.

First grooming visit and very impressed with the facility but even more with the staff! outstanding and friendly service and demonstrated excellent care and concern for our elderly little Shi-Tzu. Thank you, we will be back.

This was the first time I have ever had to take my pup to daycare. They are amazing at PetSuites if I lived closer this would be where I would take him always. The staff is amazing here and very friendly. They treated my dog like he was thier own and loved on him just like I would. Thank you so much for taking great care of him!

I have boarded my dogs here for many many years. The owners are wonderful and care deeply for every “guest“. I have animals that need medication, no problem. Need extra walks, no problem. The price is very fair and includes food.

Our dogs have stayed at St. Francis several times and I highly recommend them. My dogs are treated like family and I have full confidence in their care while we are away. Additionally, our youngest dog has been there for dog training and the results were fantastic! We were really struggling with potty training and Melody's knowledge and dog behavior expertise was exactly what our dog Dolly needed. Melody has the knowledge and insight to help our family get Dolly signaling to go out and she explained how to properly reward her. She also was extremely helpful in assisting us with setting boundaries for the dogs and even the proper placement of their crates. Melody even went beyond potty training and helped Dolly walk properly on her leash. She walks by our side and does not pull. If you are looking for a kennel or dog trainer, I definitely recommend Melody and the Kennels of St. Francis. They know all about dogs, their behavior and proper rewarding. No shock collars needed with their training methods! Excellent place and experience!

The owners and staff are filled with knowledge and a true love of animals. The pricing is very fair (food is included) and my dog LOVES being there. It's about 20 minutes south of Florence and worth the drive! Highly recommended!!!

Selected this place because of the environment and they will walk the dogs for a fee. Requested a walk each day for my dog and was more than willing to pay their $10/walk fee. When I returned from vacation was told he was not walked even once over 9 days. My dog is socialized with kids, adults, and numerous other dogs. Never once have had an issue with him and any person, of any age. If they cant walk my dog, then good luck. Very disappointed!!! I will not bring my animals back and do not recommend this place if you have an active breed. This review is simply my opinion and if you choose this place I hope your experience is different.

My cat, Coco, stayed at Country Lane Pet Resort for almost 6 days, and they took excellent care of her. The staff was great about answering our daily calls and keeping us updated on her well-being, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. I was initially nervous about how Coco would adjust, but she did amazingly well thanks to the care and attention of the staff. Now that she’s back home, Coco seems a little tired but overall happy and healthy, which shows she was well looked after. They did mention, coco enjoyed being there and was fond of the cat tree. I truly appreciate the effort and care the team provided, and I would definitely trust them with Coco again in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

Our basset pups were well taken care of for their first time away from us. They came back home very tired but very happy. Thanks so much for taking such great care of them. You'll be seeing them again soon.

We could not be more grateful to Country Lane and its wonderful staff. Our little guy, Murphy, loves it and he is very discriminating about who he likes! He comes back the same loving boy we drop off. The peace of mind we get from Country Lane is invaluable! They are the best!

Our Cavapoo fur baby, Wally, LOVES going to Country Lane. It is such a beautiful place and the staff are so welcoming and helpful. When we drop Wally off, he doesn't even look back. :-) Our feelings are hurt for an instance but we are so happy that he loves it there and doesn't get any separation anxiety. We have used Country Lane Pet Resort for both boarding and day care and will continue to do so in the future. They are the best!

All the staff at County Lane were kind and welcoming as soon as we arrived on the property. Both dropping off and picking up our puppy went well because of the welcoming and efficient staff. Gave us peace of mind knowing our puppy was in good hands throughout the weekend while we were away. We will certainly be back!

This was the first time I left my 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs ever overnight and it was for 11 nights and first time using a boarding place. I was recommended here by my mother who’s used Country Lane Pet Resort a few times and said they were the best of the best! She was correct! The facilities are top notch! The yards they can run in is what sold me, I just didn’t want my pups to be in a kennel all day I wanted them to go out into the yard at times. The workers here are also AMAZING! When I was feeling unsure and nervous about leaving my dogs they assured me everything was going to be okay and they would have fun and I really think they did! They even allowed me to check in on them to make sure they were ok while away. A bonus is while this was a 30 min drive from me I felt so much better about it being in the country off main highways and roads in case my dogs decided to attempt “Homeward Bound” they didn’t thank goodness lol I think they were content and happy to be there. Thank you for making our first experience a very happy one! We will definitely be back!!!

We have been taking Leia to Country Lane Pet Resort since she was 8 months old. We did a lot of research and knew that this was a perfect fit for our German shepherd puppy. We absolutely love that when we take her that they know her and are excited to see her. When we pick her up, she is always very excited to see us, but is very happy and content. We travel and hour and a half away to bring her there. But there is nowhere else we would take her. We don't worry about her at all, but sometimes I will email her and check on her and they always get back with me. You will not go wrong taking your pet here. They are the best around!!!

Our pit/boxer mix Pippa has been going here the past year or so and we are just so pleased with everything after many visits. I have never been a fan of boarding because we’ve been fortunate enough to have sitters stay at our house. However, Pippa started fighting her sister and needed a different, safer situation when we went away. I did an insane amount of research and I can confidently say, Country Lane is the best option! They are all breed friendly, actually give dogs outdoor time, can administer drugs, give baths before return, and can accommodate most dogs’ issues in a very safe way- even people/animal aggressive dogs! I think her being here has actually helped her to be around other dogs overall. I love when I call to check in and Mary immediately starts gushing about our baby- the entire staff actually. They all are so amazing and the reason we keep coming back. They make us and our Pippa girl feel so welcomed from the moment we get out of the car. Lucky to have the best folks taking care of and truly loving our girl when we are away. As a high-anxiety individual, this is the only place I feel 100% safe, without a worry, to care for our precious pup!

I cannot more highly recommend Country Lane Pet Resort! We have been taking our dogs to “camp” here for over 10 years and have always been so pleased with the dedication to quality care of our dogs. We travel 45 minutes to get here without hesitation and as we turn in the pleasant wooded drive, the tails start wagging. We feel lucky to have Country Lane!

We’ve been using this kennel for about 1 1/2 years and our dogs seem to love it. The staff communicates well and are responsive to our dog’s needs. We’re going to try doggy daycare next for our young doodle. When we have to go out of town, it’s comforting to know that our dogs will be taken care of well!

I really don't want to write this review because I want to keep the best kept secret of dog boarding in Cincy to myself. Alas, A Dogs Life is too good of a facility and people and cost to not let other people know. I've been taking my two large dogs here for over a year, and they are always happy when they get there and happy when they leave. The staff pays attention to detail, especially when we started boarding our nervous second dog, they watched over him the whole time. In addition the staff is responsive, flexible on availability and have SUNDAY pick up! It's not a fancy dog spa facility, but my dogs do not need a TV, or a spa. They need an attentive staff who care for the animals every day and that is what Dawn and her team do. I highly recommend!

A Dog’s Life is incredible! Dawn, the owner loved what she does and you can tell her staff feel the same. They are so kind and they are wonderful with all the dogs. With a pup that has a lot of energy, A Dog’s Life has been an a absolute blessing. It’s a great feeling to drop her off and know she’s going to have a dog’s best day!

I should have known better than to pick the cheapest daycare in the area but all the good reviews had me hopeful. When I started taking Buddy earlier this year we had no issues. He’s a high energy boy but very dog/people friendly and has completed obedience class. One day a worker told me he was “a big problem” and “always causing fights to break out”. They assured me however that he was not aggressive, just “too playful.” This was the first I heard of any problem and it sounded like it was withheld from me for a while. The next time I picked him up a different worker told me he just has a problem with one dog that he’s “infatuated with”. I was getting 2 different stories. They suggested a trainer and socializing him at dog parks more. This didn’t sound like my dog, but I believed them and agreed to their suggestions. I continued to see no bad behavior when I took him to dog parks and the trainer I used also saw no problems and hinted that the workers just don’t know how to handle him and redirect him. A few weeks later I decided to bring him back. Within 1 hour of drop off I got a call I needed to pick him up now. They said “he’s playing too much” and the dogs he’s playing with are “not playful and are picky” I asked why he’s being punished for playing too much (is that not one of the main purposes of daycare?) and why it’s his fault these dogs aren’t playful. I wasn’t given a real answer but went to pick him up. When I got there I was not determined to argue, as I can’t prove to them what I know to be true, that’s he’s a good dog who would do well at any other daycare in town. I just asked if I would be refunded for the day as he was there for less than an hour. The owner Dawn said no because they “worked too hard in that hour” I then asked if they could just charge for a half day (per their policy this is a stay less than 5 hrs). They still said no. I was shocked. At this point they were just being spiteful. A few days later I did get a full refund so I don’t know why they acted so rude and unreasonable. I truly believe these workers are lazy and incapable of handling a high energy dog. I think Dawn is taking the side of the other dogs who’ve been there longer over my dog although he did nothing wrong. They apparently don’t have a way to separate high energy and low energy dogs and should be more upfront about their limitations at the beginning. They also don’t have cameras so who knows what is really going on there. I’m so glad my boy will never again have to step foot in a place where he is not loved or accepted. I would not recommend bringing your dog here.

My doodle and I love A Dog's Life. They were so accommodating when we moved to Cincy 3 months ago. I can tell they watch and take care of my baby and make sure he is happy when he stays with them. I get a report anytime I ask with details of what he has done and who he has played with - which I love!!! Our move was difficult for my pup and they made sure his transition was as smooth as possible. He now gets super excited anytime I tell him we are going. It's super clean and friendly and all the employees are friendly and inviting. We are so glad we found "A Dogs Life"!!!!

We love taking our baby here! It is very obvious the whole team loves and cares for our pup like she is one of their own! As soon as I walk in, Stella runs to whomever is working with such excitement!

There is no other place we would take our dogs! They love daycare and the employees really care about the experience every dog has. It is not the most beautiful of entries, but don’t let that fool you. Our girls have tried, nearly, every boarding and daycare facility on the east side. A Dog’s Life is the only place they forget about me and run in to.

I left my dog for boarding for the first time ever this week. This place was a great choice. Booking her was easy, and the girl was super sweet and genuine. It shows that they love dogs. And I could tell my girl had a good time when I picked her up! If I am ever back in an office, I will consider day care for sure and I wouldn't hesitate to board here again.

This is the best daycare! Dawn and her staff love the dogs and treat them like family. It is such a comfort knowing my dog is in good hands here. I also use them for boarding and haven't had a moment's worry leaving my dog overnight here.

Dawn and her staff are fantastic. We have run the gamut on dog daycares over the past decade and couldn't be happier with A Dogs Life. Our Bobo went to daycare there every Monday until his recent passing. We couldn't even mention the word "daycare" without him crying at the door, wanting to go be with his friends. We recommend them for both daycare and boarding. They took great care of our older girl who only did boarding there. We are so thankful for all of them and their sincere care for all the dogs!

We left our baby Parker for 10 days and I knew he was in very good hands. I would get pictures of him everyday playing, napping and even getting vacuumed (he sheds a lot!) I’ve left my dog at a daycare franchise before and after 2 nights he would come back home sick and stressed from the amount of dogs they usually have; but not with Paw Pals! They always have a clean space for our pets and it seriously feels like a second home for our fur-babies. I loved how much they cared for Parker and will definitely go back on our next trip!

We have found our new pet home for our travels! Caring, communicative, clean, responsive, attentive. I think my cat was spoiled and probably can't wait to go back, but that's okay by me! My daughter LOVED that the owner would send photos whenever she wanted one, as she missed our kitty very much! I also love supporting a single-parent small-business owner.

We had a great experience with this business! We have two small YorkiePoos that we don't trust with just anyone, and yet we don't have anyone who can care for them in our home. Dia worked out perfectly! I knew the minute I met her and she showed me around her house that she is serious about caring for pets. Her house is completely pet-proofed, and she has a gorgeous and secure backyard. She is also strict about things like vaccinations, which we appreciated. We have boarded our dogs twice in the past. One loves stimulation and playing with other dogs, but the other is overwhelmed if there are too many other dogs and would always come home utterly exhausted. Not so with Dia. When they stayed with her for 10 days, they came home completely relaxed! Her daughter is a bonus - she loved on our dogs like they were her own, and they loved her. We loved the photos and updates Dia sent and the clear communication about drop off and pick up. We've already booked with her for our next trip. Highly recommend.

I took my cat, Donut, to Paw Pals and I will never go anywhere else!!! This is a home away from home for your pets. There is so much thought and care that goes into the space created for your cat to enjoy. For someone like me, I also appreciate the fact I get photos and updates on how my cat is doing. I highly recommend taking your animal to Paw Pals over a large boarding place if you want your animal to have the attention and care it deserves while it is away from their comfort. Very happy I have found this place.

Dia at NKY Paw Pals took the best care of our dogs Charlie and Nova when she miraculously was available at the last minute after our previous dog sitter canceled. I was worried that the pups were going to be anxious or overactive since they've never been to a sitter, but they didn't have a single issue and even made some new friends during their stay! NKY Paw Pals made our travels so much more relaxing knowing that our babies were getting the attention and love they need while we were away. I can't thank Dia enough for the care she provides, and I'm looking forward to booking future trips knowing she'll be there for our dogs!

Our Golden, Luke, has been going to Go Fetch for years and he cannot wait to get there... almost every day through the week. Matt and the staff are awesome and they treat our pups with loving care. Luke runs around chasing tennis balls a good part of the day and sleeps and eat better after all the exercise. Go Fetch is a clean and safe environment and I highly recommend their services.

My Dog Chopper loves Go Fetch. He's been going for about 8 months 2-3 times a week and on several occasions for boarding. He gets excited the minute we get there. All of the staff are great and you can tell they really care about the dogs. The best part is he comes home all tuckered out so he's getting his exercise and he's staying out of trouble.

Go Fetch Dog Day Care and Boarding is the BEST! We have tried other boarding facilities in the past but once we tried Go Fetch we will never go anywhere else. Our three fur babies jump out of the car and run straight to the door so they can go play all day. The facility is always spotless, the staff is so helpful and know every dog by name. I am so happy we found Professional Pet Nanny/Kyle! The best pet care we have experienced. I felt extremely comfortable leaving our two cats and not having to worry about them. We got updates on play, medicine, food, water-you name it. Amazing care and service. We are so happy to have reliable pet care we can trust now!

This is our first time having a pet nanny and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Kyle from day one was accommodating and helped with every step. We were still nervous leaving our 4 kitties, but by day 2 didn’t worry at all. We were updated at every visit with email and pictures. She managed to get the big girls to play too! Kyle even cleaned, dishes, vacuumed, watered the plants, left lights on at night etc. And unless it’s my imagination the bigs and littles like each other a little more than when we left! The only problem is I think our cats now think we are boring and are waiting to play with Kyle again!! This will not be the last time we have Kyle and Tyler watch over our furry kiddos!!

I have had nothing but great service from Kyle and/or her team for my two cats Watson and Holmes on multiple occasions. I would recommend their services to any pet parent in the area!! Her level of service is way beyond what you pay for. For example, she changes the water fountain water each day, waters plants, and even tidies up my kitchen! I have SO much comfort in receiving the daily pictures and updates in the app after each visit while I'm away. It always makes me feel so much better seeing my cats thriving when I'm not home. And the level of playtime is EPIC! Every time Kyle plays with my cats, they have SO much fun, I buy new toys when I get home so they continue to like me as much as they like Kyle! 😹 I am so thankful to have someone trustworthy and knowledgeable care for and love my boys when I'm out of town!

I chose to switch my pet sitting needs to Professional Pet Nanny after being disappointed with reliability of Rover. I have been so pleased with the care Kyle provides for my kitties, especially the amount of time she spends getting to know them and their style of play. I receive pictures from each visit that show them playing and enjoying meals, putting my mind at ease. When I come back home, everything is just as it should be. I know my cats are more comfortable staying at home while I travel, and the app is super convenient for booking and staying in touch with updates during my travel. Would recommend to anyone who wants peace of mind knowing their pets are in professional hands!

Our cat has separation anxiety and doesn't like when we go out of town. So when they did the home visit, we were surprised how well our fur baby responded! She was playing and having a great time! We'll be booking again in the future!

As always, Professional Pet Nanny took excellent care of our kitties, Minnie, Cecil and Samuel, including playing with them each time they visited, which was twice a day! They also took care of the mail and our plants, which were so happy. Most of all, we have peace of mind knowing everything will be perfect when we’re back home.

We hired Professional Pet Nanny a few years ago since all of our family was going with us on a trip - we needed a pet sitter. We had never had anyone but family do this. We had special needs and she had to visit several times per day. We loved our experience! Nanny Kyle met our pets prior to our departure and reviewed everything with us. During our trip we received daily photos and updates. We returned to find a clean home, happy pets and a detailed visit log. Kyle even brought a new toy and catnip for the babies. There was also classical music playing for them. One of my cats was a bit chubbier than I left him but that was probably stress eating on his part! I'm just glad he was comfortable enough to be eating! She also got the mail and took the trash out. We will be taking another family trip soon - we will need a sitter - and we plan on calling Nanny Kyle!!

Kyle did a wonderful job watching our 10 year old golden doodle for overnights and day walks! Kyle is very details and wants to know everything about your house and dog to make sure nothing could go wrong! Our dog has cancer and Kyle made sure to meet all of his needs! 100 percent would recommend! She does a fantastic job and even updates you every few hours!

Kyle or someone from her team have been at our home several times. Three dogs and a cat live with us. They are so much more content when they are in their own surroundings. They get lots of play time and fed well, we get videos and photos of the visit which is so fun! Professional Pet Nanny takes excellent care of the animals but they also bring in mail, roll trash cans in and out, keep the house safe. I even came home to a lovely bowl of tangerines my last trip. I trust Professional Pet Nanny with my precious fur babies!

I have been taking my little guy, Hendrix, to Pet Life in Cincy for about 8 months now and he LOVES it. Maria is so responsive and she posts and sends pictures of your pup all day while they are playing. She walks them, takes them to the park, and is always planning special little outings for them. He was initially a clingy, shy rescue dog who just liked to sit on laps, but now Charlie runs right into Maria’s without looking back. And he has become is so playful and energetic with the other dogs - something we’ve never seen before! Maria is constantly sending updates throughout daycare and boarding, going on park adventures, and taking a lot of cute photo shoots. All the dogs are treated like her own!
