Elaine has looked after our cat a number of times since we moved to this area. She has always taken great care of her and given us regular updates and seen to the cats needs. We completely trust Elaine and highly recommend her.

Elaine looked after our cat and chickens whilst we were away. We were nervous about leaving our cat because as a rescue cat we were worried that he might react negatively to our absence. Elaine brought her breakfast to our house each morning and sat with him; and then returned in the afternoon to keep him company and feed him. Likewise Elaine looked after our chickens and cleaned their coop far better than I had done previously. I cannot recommend Elaine enough. She gave us peace of mind whilst we were away and cared for our animals as she would do her own.

Elaine provided a very professional, friendly and trustworthy service while looking after our two cats and even sent us pictures and updates, which was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend Elaine, she obviously knows and loves animals and had thought of all the details to ensure all goes well.

We used PHG for the first time to house-sit our fairly remote property while we were in Italy. Elaine was very efficient and helpful and we felt reassured that she was bringing in the post, checking/watering indoor plants, opening curtains etc. We will use her services again. Ian Brown

Laura and the team have been absolutely amazing with my dog storm. Following a recent accident, they have been accommodating in dealing with his new abilities, making sure he gets lots of cuddles and generally supporting me at a difficult time. Can't fault them at all, 100% recommend.

We use We Love Pets Haywards Heath for home boarding. Laura is an absolutely delight! My dog Lilly truly loves meeting her and when I need to be away I always know that Lilly is well cared for. There is great communication of the boarding (once Lilly is there) as well as every time I need to book an additional date. It is a difficult thing to find the right company to watch pets when we go on holidays (and to trust it!) but I feel like we have found a solution which works perfectly for us. Laura is an absolutely delight and Lilly is super happy every time we need to go away.

I can't recommend Laura and We Love Pets Haywards Heath highly enough! My lurcher is a fussy old man but he wags his tail with delight every time I drop him off and makes himself right at home on Laura's sofa without even a look back at me! Finding a doggy day care that you can trust is so difficult and I'm delighted with Laura & her business. She really cares for my boy and ensures that he's comfortable and happy. She is really easy going and flexible, which is useful when London trains are misbehaving, and nothing is ever too much trouble. She only has one or two dogs at a time, so there is no concern about unsettled groups or manic walks with multiple dogs. Our little sausage dog has been to Laura’s several times now and she absolutely loves it! Laura takes great care of her and is very happy to send photos and texts to reassure us whilst we are away. It’s so reassuring that we have someone so lovely to look after our precious pup when we aren’t able to. We would definitely recommend her!

Laura and her team have been walking our lively labrador a few times a week for a year now. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about them! Although he’s very lively, our dog can also be quite nervous in new situations and Laura really took the time to chat to us about that and made sure all of us were totally comfortable which was so reassuring. All the walkers are just the loveliest people and are all amazing with our dog. We very consciously chose a dog walker that doesn’t use a van with cages and doesn’t walk huge numbers of dogs at a time. We love pets either walk locally to our house or the walkers will transport our dog securely in their own cars. Our dog is regularly walked with another dog but prior to this happening the team made sure they would get on well and were a good fit for each other - I don’t believe this is something other local dog walkers do. We can tell how much our dog loves the walkers and that makes us love them too!

We were introduced to the 'We Love Pets Team' when our cockapoo was still a young puppy. From the beginning I had peace of mind leaving our puppy in their care. They clearly have extensive experience, Laura and team were keen to maintain routines and training, were possible. Our puppy loves being in their care

Just picked up our lovely Sausage from Laura’s who owns the Haywards Heath branch, he has been so well looked after. The true test for me was as we walked him to drop him off I had to let the lead go about 100 yards from the house and he ran to Laura’s front door squealing with delight. There is no way he could go into a kennel as he has bad separation anxiety, when he stays with Laura he is part of her family, he adores the children and has a very soft spot for both Laura and her husband. Laura also looked after our two Hamsters and again we have come home to them being happy. I would recommend Laura to anyone!

Our dog Marlow absolutely loves boarding with Laura. He truly is part of the family when he’s there, and we have no worries at all except maybe if he’ll ever want to come back home to us. Laura and her team are so lovely and accommodating, I’m so glad we found them!

Laura from We Love Pets dog sat our mature German Shepherd at our home for two days. Upon first meeting, Koda really liked Laura and we felt very comfortable leaving our precious baby in her hands as well as our house. Our (quite old, slightly nervous, very deaf and a bit blind) cocker spaniel absolutely loves going there, he is treated like royalty, has wonderful walks, comes home with treats and a spring in his step! We found out about mogsters and Dogsters through a recommendation from our friend that often takes his dog there for boarding. We were incredibly impressed with the care our dog Sunny received while staying at Mogsters and Dogsters. Elena created a WhatsApp group with my husband and I and sent us several updates with pictures and videos of our pup having a blast which we really enjoyed receiving whilst on our holidays. He was treated like one of the family received lots of cuddles, treats, daily nature walks and lots of playtime and we believe had a perfect doggy holiday too and was probably sad to come home. He came back looking so well even brushed and groomed! We will certainly be using Mogsters and Dogsters for any future trips and recommending to anyone with dogs or cats. We can’t thank you enough for taking such great care of Sunny!

Just had our first house sit with M&D and can’t recommend them enough. We have tricky dogs with a specific set up and Elena and Rick followed all the guidance with perfection. All the dogs were very happy and we were kept up to date with photos. They were so relaxed when we returned just like we’d been out for a few hrs with the house being clean and tidy too. I have been using M&D let out service also and would highly recommend both services with no doubts.

Elena has been amazing with looking after our puppy while we were on holiday in Greece. Elena is competent and caring and has been giving us updates on Rocky. We will definitely use her again!

I regularly rely on Mogsters & Dogsters for drop-in visits to let my dogs out and feed them whenever I'm working in London.Elena is fantastic at accomodating last-minute or late evening requests, always reliable,punctual and I come home to happy, relaxed dogs every time!

Elena looked after Teddy when I was in the area on a short notice Business trip. Would highly recommend. Teddy clearly enjoyed himself and I was updated during his stay with photos and updates. Will definitely recommend and use Elena in the future and Mogsters & Dogsters.

Great service. I found that the previous pet sitters that I used in the past weren't very easy to contact and book with, happy to say this was the complete opposite! I Loved receiving daily updates about my cat Pixie and how she was doing. Really friendly experience, I know Pixie had a great time by the looks of the photos and videos. I would not trust anyone else with my cat.

Grace has an extensive knowledge and understanding of dogs. We first came to Grace and our dog was quite reactive. She advised she couldn’t take him on but pointed us in the direction of where to get help and training. We worked hard on his reactivity and approached Grace again when he was better and she now takes Rocco for walks 3 times a week and he’s amazing with other dogs. We completely trust her with Rocco and also to let herself into our house whilst we are not there. She is great, reliable and would highly recommend her!

Gracie is so good with my cat Loki - when she's not feeding him his multiple supplements and meds, she's fussing him and taking him for walks! She always sends me lots of photos too :)

Our Lab loves her walks with Grace and all of her friends. Grace came to meet our dog and took her on a solo walk to get to know her and her temperament. Grace matched her with a particular dog who she’d get on with which has been lovely. We were really nervous to leave our old walker behind when we moved house but Grace has been amazing. I think our dogs excitement when she arrives to collect her speaks for itself!

Grace is amazing and helped me out when I over booked myself and wasn’t able to come home at lunch to my own dog. With little notice Grace managed to fit Pongo into her schedule, Pongo is a very anxious dog especially around new people in his home. I felt at ease with Graces presence and her experience that all would go well and it did. Grace read Pongos signs and was ever so patient with him, went at his pace and did not rush him, it wasn’t long before they were out in the garden enjoying some time together. Thank you so much Grace, really appreciate it especially as he is my precious baby, I’d happily recommend you to anyone. Hopefully one day he can join you on some group walks! 🐶

I spotted Grace in her car with the advertisement for her pet sitting service. Contacted her through her website and she quickly responded and we arranged for her to come and meet my Cat. I was away and Grace text me every day to keep me updated on how my cat was and sent photos. Grace has been amazing to work with and she clearly loves animals. Highly recommended.

Jessie has been going to Anne and Gordon’s at least once a week for the past 18 months. They look after her as if she were their own and she loves every minute she’s there with them. The setup is totally professional and all guidelines are followed to the letter, but the overwhelming feeling is of warmth and love for the dogs. Jess gets on with all the dogs but particularly loves Otis who she has lots of playtime with before snuggling up with Anne or Gordon for big cuddles. Owners are treated really well too, with compassion and a friendly welcome. I have tried several doggy day care providers in the area but Snuggle and Cuddle beats all the competition hands down in my experience. 🐶👍❤️

My 19 month old toy poodle Otis does not look back when I drop him to stay with Anne and Gordon. It is so reassuring to know that he is happy and so well looked after when he goes there. I am a new dog owner and Anne has given me so much support with Otis that I don’t know how I would have coped without her. We have been using Anne and Gordon from when Delby was a young puppy. He loves going to stay with them, and when we walk locally if we pass their house he excitedly try’s to run up the path to visit. It really is a home from home. We are always happy leaving Delby knowing he will get 2 good walks a day, lots of cuddles and be cared for in the way we would wish for when we are away! Thank you for welcoming him in to your home. Anne is excellent at communicating with us as owners and we frequently get photos / videos of Delby on his holiday and he always looks happy. We would highly recommend Snuggle and Cuddle.

Anne and Gordon run a fantastic doggy daycare and boarding business at snuggle and cuddle. They have a beautiful safe garden which my puppy loves, and clearly treat her as part of the family when she's with them. They are also very knowledgeable and experienced and took the time to ask lots of questions about my puppy before I left her with them for the first time. All of this means that I can get on with my day and not worry about the safety of my dog while she's with them.

Our Cavapoo Coco loves going to Ann and Gordon, one of the reasons we decided to use a doggy daycare facility was to help with our dog’s socialisation and it has been a great success. Would 100% recommend to others.

Betty loves going to Anne and Gordon for day care and for overnight stays. She is incredibly well looked after and I regularly recieive photos and videos of Betty playing with the other dogs which is lovely to see. I could not recommend Snuggle and Cuddle any more!

On my first day meeting with Anne she was so accommodating and welcoming, it puts you at ease straight away. This is my first dog that I have owned and I was weary at first to take him as a young puppy to day care, but there was nothing to worry about. The first time I picked Fodey up after day care, he didn’t want to leave! Every time I take him now he gets so excited when we get out of the car and can’t wait to run inside. It’s a great place for his socialisation and Anne is very thorough in ensuring your dogs safety whilst in her home and also out on walks. Anne treats all the dogs as her own and it’s very reassuring to know your dog is in great hands in a lovely home environment. Anne also sends updates of videos and pictures showing me what a great time Fodey is having playing with his other doggy friends or having a cuddle on the sofa. I definitely recommend Snuggle and Cuddle Home Dog Boarding, as you will always have peace of mind that your dog will be greatly cared for (whilst also having lots of fun!).

We have used Snuggle and Cuddle for dog training, day care and overnight dog boarding. Anne has always been very professional and welcoming. Her training advice when Comet was very young was extremely helpful. He absolutely loves going to her house for the day and honestly can't get in fast enough! We recently went away for a week and I knew that Comet would be taken care of brilliantly. Anne sent me lots of pictures so that I could see how happy he was.

I left my dogs with Anne and Gordon for 4 days. It's the first time I have left one of my dogs and I was worried as she is such a nervous dog and is used to being around me all the time. She even sleeps at the bottom of my bed so to leave her in kennels was not an option. From the minute I met both Anne and Gordon I could tell they genuinely loved dogs and were completely unfazed with my dogs exploring their entire house and garden. I had no worries while I was away as I got reassuring updates by text and the odd video and welcome picture. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again

My dog goes to Happy Dayz Dogs twice a week and he absolutely loves it. The team is brilliant - always friendly and professional and they really do look after the dogs in their care. I absolutely trust them with Max - he gets play time , rest time and opportunities for ongoing socialisation.

We have been very pleased with the setting. Our puppy started age 13 weeks and gradually built up her hours. The team are all kind and caring, and my dog is very happy when attending and being collected. Would highly recommend

The Happy Dayz Dogs team are fab. They are all super friendly and professional. Our dog Norman absolutely loves going every week- he practically runs in from the car! They’ve been super helpful with giving advice and guidance when we’ve sought it and they also have a dog groomer on site which is useful.

My dog always goes in with her tail up happy to see everyone, never hesitates. The staff are amazing and very caring. After walkies and playtime, the staff go in for cuddles and spend time with the dogs. My dogs confidence has grown when she encounters lots of dogs together and she is less nervous around big dogs.

Happy Dayz Dogs is a wonderful doggy daycare Team! My dog has been attending daycare regularly for the last 3 and half years, since she was a young puppy. They were all a massive help with her training, recall and socialising from day one, they take great care of her likes shes their own, and she is always excited to see them each week. Anyone I meet who asks about daycare, I tell them all about Happy dayz, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all dog owners.

Friendly staff always. My dog goes once a week and always loves going. Lovely walks around the countryside. They also have a dog groomer who works from the same place so it's very convenient when a groom is needed they just do it on the day she's at daycare.

Our dog has been going here for over 5 years since he was a puppy and loves it. All the staff are so friendly and they keep everything very clean and tidy. Great doggy sofas too. Highly recommend!

We first took our German Shepherd Pablo to Jo when he was just 4 months old and we’ve never looked back. We started off with the puppy package and since then he has had many grooms, walks and overnight stays with Lead me to Luxury and we feel so lucky to have found them. The team are very experienced and knowledgeable about dogs, Pablo absolutely loves visiting them whether its’ for a holiday or a groom and its reassuring to know we can leave him in a safe and loving environment. Every groom includes a 6-point health check and Pablo comes home smelling and looking amazing. I would recommend Lead me to Luxury to everyone I had the chance to.

Great experience in a lovely professional salon. Our dogs were relaxed and happy and came out looking (and smelling) beautiful. Jo is clearly very experienced with dogs and the health check is welcome reassurance our dogs are healthy. Worth travelling that little bit further from East Grinstead for a wonderful service.

Jo is very good with my collie Jesse who goes for a bath & blow dry once a month. Jesse has a few issues mentally (as she's a rescue) & physically (arthritis) so I stayed with her the first time but she was fine & Jo was very caring. The facilities are excellent and I'm especially impressed by the way Jo has arranged the drop off & collection of dogs off during the time of this dreaded corona virus. I can't recommend her highly enough, & leave Jesse with her without any worries.

No hesitation in recommending Jo and her team, my labradoodle puppy loves going for grooming and is always so excited to be there. We recently used the boarding service and everything was so easy with great communications throughout and there was a marked difference in behaviour when he came home. They clearly know what they are doing and offer professional and friendly service that is 100% reliable. Will be making use of the daycare services once we return to office working.

Jo is wonderful, and I absolutely recommend Lead Me to Luxury. Having a nervous dog it is so reassuring to know that she is in safe hands and enjoying being pampered! She always looks (and smells) great after a groom, and the health check is also an additional reassurance. Have been taking my dog to Jo for 2 years now and even though we have moved further away I still wouldn’t think of taking her anywhere else!

Our dog Teddy absolutely loves Jo and is always excited to see her. He always comes back from his groom looking handsome and smelling terrific! Jo is incredibly friendly but also very knowledgeable and professional. It's always good to know you are leaving your dog in safe hands.

Jo is absolutely lovely! I would recommend Lead me to Luxury to anyone and everyone I had the chance to! She's had my German Shepherd since he was a pup and she's great with him. He absolutely loves her and she's always really affectionate towards him! That's the biggest thing about Jo... She really cares about our (big) baby boy and while she is washing him she looks out for any little issues he might have, that we might have missed, like skin irritation, or a sore foot, or early signs of an ear infection... All sorts of little things which you'd only spot if you took the time and effort to know the dog. In summary, Jo is brilliant with our Nico and she handles him wonderfully and being a big lad her can be a handful, but she's always so patient and gentle with him... Plus he always comes back looking and smelling wonderful and since she's been doing his teeth, with lovely shining teeth!

Richard and Jo are just amazing. The ginger ninja has just had his first class holiday break of 4 weeks and he told us he had had the best time ever and when can he go again😂🐶 As mum and dad we received photos of his holiday whilst we were away enjoying ourselves. He he looked so relaxed and taking prime spot in front of the log burner. He made so many new friends. He is over the moon now that he knows he’s got his next holiday booked for a further 2 weeks later this year. Once again thank you Richard and Jo

Jo. and her team have been grooming our 7 year old spaniel regularly for most of her life! She always comes back looking very neat and tidy. Most recently they spotted a small growth which we hadn't seen. That allowed us get her successfully treated by the vet much sooner than we might have otherwise. So good to know that besides a neat 'hair do' she's getting experienced eyes looking out for health issues too. Top marks.

Kelly and Rosie looked after our 6 month old puppy Monty for ten days in September 2020. It was the first time we had left him with anyone else for an extended period of time but he was clearly very well looked after. We were given daily updates about how he was getting on, along with photos of his time outside on the beach, in the countryside or playing around at home. Kelly and Rosie clearly love what they do and we really felt Monty was in safe hands. He is looking forward to staying with them again next time we go away.

Kelly and Rosie are the BEST! We were let down by a local company and Kelly and Rosie saved us from cancelling our family holiday abroad! They welcomed our two cockapoos, Maisie and Bella with open arms and big hearts! They sent us photos and videos daily of their many walks and playing and it was easy to see they were being so loved and cared for in our absence. We couldn’t recommend them enough and being let down has inadvertently done us the biggest favour as we wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else moving forward! When we picked the dogs up, they were so happy! Kelly and Rosie sent them home with a little gift bag with treats and toys for each. Maisie and Bella can’t wait for their next sleepover! Kelly and Rosie @ Bed & Bone are the best 'aunts' to our two pups Bertie and Bear when they stay. We're kept up to date with their shenanigans and feel 100% comfortable in the knowledge that they are being very well looked after (and probably more pampered than when they are at home!). We would thoroughly recommend Bed & Bone for doggy daycare and longer stays.

Fantastic dog holiday home with lovely owners. Our pup Aalto always leaps into their car. They are located near so much beautiful country side. Free collection and drop off from south London. Aalto has a some behavioural issues and they are great at understanding his needs and making sure he fits into the family. It is such a great feeling to go on holiday knowing he is having an amazing time.

I am so glad we found Kelly and Rosie to care for our fur babies Lily and Millie they have spend days at Bed and Bone and also a week whilst we were on holiday. Kelly and Rosie send updates and photos each day of how the girls are doing they just bring them into their family and give them an amazing home from home experience. We felt like the girls were having their own 5 star holiday whilst we were enjoying ours. After an unexpected change at our usual dog daycare and boarding we needed to find someone we could trust with our small rescue dog Billy. After reading multiple reviews, looking at websites and asking around we contacted Kelly and Rosie at Bed and Bone Boarding, Hastings. From the start we were impressed with their qualifications and testimonials plus the professional way they requested Billy's medical information, regime/likes/dislikes and quirks, making us confident Billy would be looked after. Billy started with a trial day, then a trial night to make sure he was a good fit for them and the other dogs they care for- happily for us he was! Billy now goes for regular daycare and boarding. Billy happily runs in as if he has been going there all his life, he loves playing with the other dogs and going out walking and we get sent the photos/videos to prove it. Kelly and Rosie are responsive to our messages and the daily photos when we are away reassure us that Billy is well looked after and happy. We are very pleased we have found Bed and Bone.

What a remarkable service Rosie and Kelly provide. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. It was our first time leaving our beloved dog for that long and Rosie and Kelly were really reassuring and amazing at putting our minds at ease. We were getting daily updates with photos which we loved ❤️ Our dog Honey loved her time at Bed& Bone. I would highly recommend Bed and Bone and will definitely use their services again ☺️. Our furry boy Humphrey really took to Kellie and Rosie on arrival for his short stay! Straining at the lead to greet them both! Laughing. We had a lovely reassuring photos of Humphrey that he was settled and happy. We will certainly contact the ladies if we need good boarding care for Humphrey in the future:)

I am so grateful to have found Bed and Bone. I have quite a sensitive dog and being able to take her to somewhere that feels more like a home from home is so important and comforting. If my dog didn't like somewhere, she would resist going back, but she trots off no problem and I get lovely photos of her from Kelly and Rosie throughout the day to reassure me she is ok. I know they take such wonderful care of her. Thankyou both very much

Rosie and Kelly looked after my young dog Roma whilst I was on holiday. Roma was so well cared for and I was absolutely confident that she would be well looked after and safe during her stay. If only I were a dog I would check myself in. My only worry was that Roma wouldn’t want to come home, but happily she did. It was extra helpful that they provide a collection and drop off service- a massive help when going on holiday.

Our trio of piggies stayed with Anna for a week whilst we were on holiday. Anna was so kind to look at photos of their home cage and set their holiday cage up in a similar way. They immediately settled and we knew they were in safe hands as soon as we dropped them off. Anna regularly shared cute photos and videos of our piggies which we loved. The piggies got lovely fresh veg, hay and treats. They can't wait to visit again! Anna is so kind and you can tell she loves each and every piggy she looks after. We're so grateful to have this wonderful holiday home near us, and it's very convenient for anyone flying from Gatwick too.

I would never take my guinea pigs anywhere else than her. My boys were there for 3 weeks and she looked after them so well. She kept me updated of how they are and what they doing. She is so lovely,friendly and the best. If you need someone to look after for your small pet, she is the one for you.

My little bun had such a great time whilst we were away for a few days. Anna updated me with pics and video clips, which helped ease that anxiety being away from our fur baby. She also kept a camera to watch over her when away, which was even more reassuring. Anna had everything covered, so we could relax! Thank you so so much.. I can’t recommend Anna at Fluffies & Friends highly enough. She is so kind and caring and I just knew instantly she would look after my piggies well. Their enclosure was kept clean, they had time in the grass run and I received daily updates/photos. 5* i will be booking them in for future holidays. Thank you!

Our 2 guinea pigs went to stay with Anna at Fluffies & Friends for 2 weeks while we were away. They had a fantastic time - great accommodation, loads of fresh veggies, grass and hay. And, best of all, they got such wonderful care and attention from Anna. She clearly spent lots of time with them, getting to know them and gaining their trust. They came home very relaxed and happy to have people, even those they don't know, around them. While we were away, Anna sent us photos and videos of our guinea pigs, every few days. This was great and the kids loved seeing their pets looking happy and having a good time. Anna was also great at passing on information she has learned from looking after guinea pigs for years. We now have lots of new veggies to try on our guinea pigs and they seem to be enjoying them so far. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fluffies & Friends to anyone and I'm about to book them in again for our next holiday.

Our Guinea pigs stayed with Anna recently, everything was great. Anna was welcoming and the pigs seemed to settle straight away. Anna also regularly sent pictures and videos while we were away which my son loved. They are already booked in again later in the year!

Our two fluffy guinea pigs spent a week here, fantastic accommodation, food and enrichment to keep them busy. Anna sent regular updates and I knew the boys were in safe hands. She was also flexible with drop off and pick up, which I really appreciated. Great experience all round.

Our elderly guinea pig has just spent a wonderful week at Fluffies & Friends. Anna took excellent care of Nibbles’ needs and we were reassured with photos and texts while we were away. Lovely accommodation with treats and toys for pets to explore. We can thoroughly recommend Anna’s small animal boarding.

Anna is a professional with a heart! She looked after our two guinea pigs very well, fed them with high quality hay and fresh vegetables daily. The cage was set up very thoughtfully, it was big with cosy corners and it had been kept clean neatly. During the 12 days of our holidays abroad the fluffy ladies enjoyed a wonderful staycation with Anna! We would always book her service again. 5 stars!

My Guinea pigs stayed with Anna for 10 days and had a lovely time. She sent me regular pictures and the cage was super clean and well equipped. It’s so nice not having to worry about transporting their cage around when I want to go away! Super convenient and very reasonably priced in comparison to others I looked at. Will defiantly be using her again when I want to go on holiday
