Highly recommend Rob at Flitwick Pet Services! Rob was reliable when walking our 1 year old Cockapoo. Millie had lots of fun whilst being out and about with Rob and the other dogs Thank you 😊

Rob has been walking and boarding our labrador for the past 6 months. He provides an excellent service. I'm occasionally working at home when he arrives and our boy couldn't get out the house quick enough for his walk.

Absolutley top service. Rob and his wife cared for my dads dogs last minute after a family emergency. Cannot fault the love, care and compassion they showed dads dogs and we would have been completely stuck without their help. Cannot thank them both enough. Highly recommend.

Rob did a wonderful job looking after our two cats for the last couple of weeks. Beyond going to get extra medication from the vet for one of them while we were away, Rob spent time getting her used to having it in a small amount of her food which seems to do the trick :) Very happy with the service, thank you!

Rob took great care of Mili (our 2 year old Shih Tzu) for the day. She also went on a nice walk and came back such a happy dog when Rob brought her back to us. Definitey will be using Flitwick Pet Services again as Mili seemed to enjoy it and it's nice for us to know she is in safe hands. Thank you.

I was away for a whole week in Southampton and needed my bunnies looking after, Rob was an amazing help, my bunnies even escaped twice (my fault with the cage 😅) and each time rob went round without any hesitation and put them back in especially it being 9pm at night on his birthday bless, but I’ve never had such great service before, If you’re thinking of having any pet services I’d strongly recommend Rob and his service.

Rob looked after our labradoodle, who loved going every morning. Rob was very friendly and I would highly recommend him.

We have used Bark and Bounce for over 3 years and we can not fault the service we get. Our dog is extremely happy and is obviously cared for by the walkers. The communication is always good and they are extremely adaptable. Brilliant service

Woofstop is wonderful!!! I would rate is 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and highly recommended to any dog pawrents who want to give their pup the best start in life and raise a well socialised doggie! Our pup loves it and has made lots of friends 🐾 it’s a comfort knowing it’s a home from home for her whether it be for daycare or a stopover at the hotel ❤️

Brilliant daycare facility for dogs. The team are very knowledgeable and take excellent care of my puppy. **Update** It's been 2 years since we first used Woofstop services and it's only gotten better in that time (not sure how you improve on 5* but they have!) Tracy, Russ, and the team are wonderful and treat every dog like their own. We've also used the doggy hotel a few times and it really is a home from home. I wouldn't take my little woofer anywhere else!

It makes me sad to write this review as I feel it will be the only way to get the attention of the people who work there. I have been desperately trying to get hold of them for over 2 weeks now via email, phone calls, WhatsApp and texts and no one is getting back to me. I have heard such good things and wanted to put my puppy on their day care every Wednesday but how can I if no one ever gets back to you? If someone from Woofstop does see this please return my messages or calls or emails!!

We can't recommend Woofstop enough! The staff are all friendly and take great care of our puppy who's met lots of friends there. From day 1 they've always been really good at keeping in touch and we'd give them more than 5 starts if we could.

This really is an outstanding place for doggy daycare/puppy classes. The building/facilities are absolutely amazing and I knew even before visiting Woofstop that I wanted my pup to go there. Tracey, Russ and the team are so lovely and genuinely care about all of the dogs. My pup has only been going for two weeks, but I can already see a change in his confidence. He gets so excited when we arrive which is just what you want. Would highly recommend this superb place. Thank you so much Woofstop

Can’t recommend Tracey and her lovely team highly enough. Coco loves being there and you can see they really care about the dogs in their care. A great blend of play, structure, sleep and training if required, great for ensuring my pup keeps learning in a safe space. Highly recommend.

We have been taking our puppy for nearly 6 months. Not only do they take amazing care of our beagle all the staff are so helpful with advice. Can't recommend it enough. Clearly Tracy and Russ love all the dogs just like there own

The daycare is fantastic and has everything your dog could possibly need to play and learn in a safe monitored environment. Woofstop is an amazing place. Woody, our 6 month old Cockerpoo has been coming here since he was 13 weeks old. He is so happy here and all the staff adore the dogs in their care. From doggy day care to puppy training this place is an absolute Godsend and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it. I can't imagine ever sending Woody anywhere else.

Our dog loves staying here. We take him to his room whenever he's dropped off as the staff want us to see where he's staying. We also get updates on WhatsApp while we're on holiday so we see him having a great time with other dogs. Love Conifers xx.

We were very impressed here: clean, tidy, fresh smelling, happy dogs, happy friendly staff, wide open spaces for dogs to run. We are looking forward to our dogs coming to stay. Fantastic kennels with top tier customer services, the ONLY place I will book for our Cocker spaniel. She is always so excited to go in and they provide brilliant pup-dates so I can see how much fun she is having!!

After an initial 3 day trial run, and then later for 2 weeks, our dogs have given this their approval. One is a nervous rescue, and had no issues at all - he was very comfortable with the staff immediately, and even pulled toward them upon the second visit. Excellent facilities, and about as secure as you could wish for too. Peace of mind for those times you have to part with your pawed friends temporarily. Highly recommended, and will definitely be using again.

Our 7 month old puppy stayed here for the first time a few weeks ago. The team were very kind, welcoming and sent photos throughout the weekend of my puppy playing with other dogs and running around. Very happy with the entire experience, as was my pup when I picked him up. Will definitely be coming again!

We have collected our spaniel mix Dexter this morning after a 13 night stay. This was the first time we have used kennels as Dex is only 18 months old and so naturally we were incredibly apprehensive. The staff were so reassuring and provided updates throughout his stay, which really helped. He also seemed to love the staff when he was leaving which made us super happy! We cannot thank them enough and won't hesitate to use them again.

A wonderful place for your dogs to stay. Firstly, they ask you to fill in a rather comprehensive form to understand your dogs specific needs and history. Although no one likes filling in a long form, they take onboard all of your comments and requests, to make sure your dog gets the very best experience during their time away. They thoroughly reviewed their medical history to ensure not only your dog's but the rest of the hotel/kennels occupants are not put at risk, and cared for appropriately. My dog can be an anxious dog, and the staff and owners made every effort to make sure her stay was as pleasant as possible for her. Letting us bring her a familiar blanket and soft toy. I had requested on the form for her to receive a bath - thinking a time away in kennels can leave a dog smelling badly - the staff at the Conifers suggested me this might not be advisable as she might not get the most out of it due to her anxiety - so I was happy to waive the bath and they the fee. Despite the lack of a bath, she smelt just as good she did when she arrived - suggesting a very well kept facility, that tends well to the dogs in their stay. The facilities really do speak for themselves, put simply, they are top notch. They provide a wide selection of rooms depending on your dogs size and how much luxury you can trust your dog with!

Although I haven't had my dog stay there yet.... In an averted new years disaster the very friendly staff did everything they could to try and help me. Will be using this great dog hotel when it's required in the future! Also great shop for treats and the like!

Jenny recently looked after our 2 cats for a week while we were on holiday. She was meticulous from the start in gathering relevant information and it was instantly reassuring to know that the cats were in good hands! She kept in touch with updates and some pics. We felt able to relax on holiday and found the cats equally happy on our return. I hope Jenny is available when we plan our next trip. Thanks so much, Jenny!

Jenny is amazing and did an excellent job, sitting for our little cat. She is so easy going, friendly and brilliant with cats! We were regularly kept updated and felt at ease.

After a bad experience last year using a cattery, we decided to try a cat sitter this year, we had seen Kool for Cats post on our local FB group. I have to say the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Jenny looked after our 2 cats for 6 days, she came to the house to meet us and the cats, prior to booking and asks all the relevant question, we also asked some too. We felt assured that Jenny would be great to look after them. I was very nervous about leaving them as one is very anxious with strangers. Every evening Jenny would give us an update with photos, which put us at ease. And the best news was our nervous cat had come out of hiding and was having fusses! We would 100% recommend Jenny as a cat sitter. And hopefully we will be able to book her again if she is not booked up already!

Jenny was brilliant and made sure we were always updated with how our cats were. One of our cats is very shy and needs medicine daily but Jenny had no issues at all. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Jenny is a fantastic cat sitter! She's friendly, reliable and truly cares about the cats she looks after. We started using Jenny at the start of this year when she sat for our lovely Asher while we were away on honeymoon for a couple weeks and we now have her sitting regularly once a week for Asher and our kitten Dusya while we are both away in the office. We feel so at ease when we know Jenny is looking after them - they are in great hands and we love the regular updates and photos we get.

Just a wonderful cat sitter! Jennifer is fantastic and our cat loves her. It’s such a nice feeling to go away knowing that she will be popping in and out and makes it easy to relax knowing our cat is safe. She regularly updates us with pictures as well which the children love!

Jennie did an amazing job of sitting for my two fur babies recently! As a cat owner herself she is very knowledgeable on their wellbeing and needs and that was really important to me when choosing someone to look after them whilst on holiday and leaving them for the first time. Jennie took notes when she came to meet them for the first time which shows she takes her sittings very seriously. She is trustworthy, punctual and sent me photos, videos and updates whilst I was away which was so reassuring that they were in good hands! Thank you so much Jennie, you were a hit with Bear and Beaux and they've been really well looked after, I'd have no hesitation in booking you again!

We’ve moved to Flitwick at the start of the year and have used Jenny’s services multiple times. She is very professional, reliable and passionate about what she does- she also sends us regular updates and pictures of our cats which makes us feel very at ease when being so far away. Jennifer is a godsend. We have two very energetic kitties that aren't used to spending alot of time alone. When we want to have a day out Jennifer pops in to make sure they have all the attention they need and have been fed and fussed so they don't destroy the house. She also sends us little videos to show us how they are doing in our absence. Jennifer has also been very flexible for us and tries to accommodate our timings the best she can which we really appreciate. None of our cats little quirks phase Jennifer and she is the perfect cat slave replacement to us - I would not hesitate to reccomend her to look after anyone's precious fur babies. ❤️

Really excellent service. Followed care instructions to the letter in looking after our disabled cat, and sent updates when requested to keep our minds at ease. Our cat was happy and healthy on our return. Will definitely be using the service in future!

Fantastic dog walking service. My dog absolutely adores Mark and happily bounces off with him. Mark is also brilliant at making sure that the right dogs are walked together so there is no confrontations which is important to us as our dog can often be intimidated by others. He also offers and extremely reasonably priced house/dog sitting service which is great if we need a weekend away as our dog wouldn’t cope well with kennels. Highly recommended.
