I can't say enough good things about this location- my husband and I trusted them to give our Australian Cattle Dog mix some socialization and he absolutely loved his time there! Our dog Stede can be a bit shy, but he would always act incredibly excited when it was time to see his friends. Amazing and welcoming staff gave us so many great memories, not to mention photos on their instagram!

Our 'kids' had a GREAT time staying at Dogtopia over Labor Day weekend. It was their first visit. We did not have any issues after we picked them up. Staff was super nice when I called to check on them & when we picked them up. Definitely recommending Dogtopia!!!

This place is clean and welcoming. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I love that we can see our dog on the live video cameras during day care from our phones and that pee and poop is cleaned up right away. I feel confident in leaving my dog with them especially with a dog trainer keeping all the dogs safe.

We regularly use the daycare and have also used their boarding services and been completely happy with the services. The staff is incredibly kind, patient and always thorough when dealing with our dog. He absolutely loves it there and has the best time!

This is a great place for dog daycare and I highly recommend it. The staff is great and friendly. You can tell they care about the dogs welfare. I like the fact you can see them playing on the Webcams its very entertaining.

Dogtopia Winter Park: I love! Front desk staff are polite and takes their time to listen to my requests and whims. You can tell they are dog lovers! From the live cam, I can see how fair they are in giving each dog the attention they seek. They are also attentive to the cleanliness of the area and they promptly clean when our babies are done responding when nature calls. Very reasonable pricing and worth it! Our baby has play dates with his sister Ruby and the Dogtopia team take priceless pictures! Merlin comes home wiped out after playing with his friends all day. Satisfied pawrent here!

My dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia! I’ve been bringing my dog to the Winter Park location for a few months now and it’s been a great experience for him. He loves playing with his friends and I know he’s in good hands with their amazing staff!

I highly recommend Dogtopia it's like a nursery school for the dogs they have a lot of activities for them to do and a lot of treats and play time. Two hours each day they have the dogs rest and have their lunch I haven't seen that in any other daycare place. The dogs are so get report cards on how they're doing and if they made any best friends. Every time I bring my dog there and they see the place they start crying because they're so happy to be there again. I rate dogtopia A+

Great and friendly staff, love being able to see my pup play with her friends on camera, feel very comfortable knowing she's well taken care of. Love that they allow her to have her own things from home like bed or clothes with familiar smells to help with separation anxiety. Lots of fun activities going on all the time as well!! The ONLY thing that could make it better would be a large open back yard with a pool because my pup loves sun bathing, playing in the water, and being outdoors (c'mon it's Florida...), which is limited at this time. Hoping down the road you'll install a yard for the pups to play in. :) But overall, have used and will continue to use you all any chance I get!!!

I just wanna thank Winter Park Pet Concierge for taking such good care of our babies during our wedding ceremony. They arrived promptly and helped get them ready for photos. We didn’t get a whole lot of time to interact with the wonderful ladies that watched over our boys, but when we did, we could tell they made our boys feel calm and relaxed. We can’t wait to see the photos of us and our three boys with their cute bow ties! Might be our favorite picture of all time. Here is a photo that a guest took so you can see how well they behaved. 10/10 would recommend this company for your pet concierge needs!

It's really hard to find someone you can trust to take of your furbabies and I can be quite particular about how my elderly cats to be taken care of. Needless to say, Jenorise and her team have gone above and beyond! Service has always been timely, well done, and my pets are loved and petted. I don't have a single complaint after well over a dozen trips! No need to look elsewhere - just sign up with them and never look back! I am at peace when away from home!

Winter park pet concierge has provided such great care for my French bulldogs. The sitters are wonderful, very observant of your pet and truly care about their wellbeing. Silivia provides midday walks while I’m at work and I never have to worry because I have peace of mind. I highly recommend WP Pet Concierge! Jenorise and her team are great!

Jenorise & the team at Winter Park Pet Concierge have been wonderful; I've been using them for several years, and they are professional, timely, very communicative and I've always felt comfortable with having them in my home. They go above & beyond with letting you know how your pet is doing, and have even in the past let me know if a package has arrived, if my cat litter or food supplies are low, or if my plants could use water. It was my first time to hire WPPC. I have two Main Coons and they needed care twice a day for 10 days. Cheryl and Cheryl did a fantastic job! Both of them are super nice and caring. They were always on time, followed the instructions, sent daily messages and photos after every visit, and even played with them. By the second day, the cats were completely comfortable with them and greeted them at the door. I will hire them for sure next time we will travel. Thank you so much for taking car of my babies!

Words cannot describe how thankful we are for their compassion, their love for all creatures and their swift capability to help us out. Our old family dog passed away earlier this morning and we all took it very hard. We couldn't find the courage to move him and take him to the vet. We called several pet services, our vet to see if anyone could help us, and Winter Park Pet Concierge was the only one to say yes. What a blessing. They were quick to arrive at our place, very respectfully helped us pick our pup up, even brought towels to wrap him in, gave us a chance to say goodbye, and then took him to our vet (where we met again to handle all the cremation paperwork). Thank you again for showing us kindness in a time of need.

We hired them for our wedding and loved working with Jenorise. She was so professional and friendly. She really went above and beyond with the level of service provided. She picked our 2 pomeranians up from the hotel in Mt. Dora and transported them to our wedding venue, Sydonie Mansion, for the ceremony and then back to the hotel after. She arrived on time and made sure the dogs were all dressed and ready to go. Her prices are very fair and reasonable as well compared to other pet wedding attendants. I would definitely recommend!

I got married on 12/12/2021, my husband and I knew we had to include our dog in our wedding day but struggled to find a service that 1) we felt comfortable leaving our girl with and 2) fit in our budget, enter Jenorise and Winter Park Pet Concierge. Jenorise was so helpful during the planning process of figuring out all the logistics of having our girl be a part of our wedding day and did an amazing job the day of. She met us at the venue and immediately took our girl out for a walk and to get her out of the way for me to finish getting ready. She stayed with us throughout the day and had Harper photo ready when ever needed, even had a bag of treats at the ready to get our girls attention when needed. My husband wanted to escort our dog down the aisle and then Jenorise was right there when needed to take Harper back and get her out of the way to calm down. We new having Harper there for the entire night would be too much so a little bit after cocktail hour ended, Jenorise packed up Harper and her belongings and took her back home, dropped her off, fed her dinner and made sure she was all settled in for the night before leaving. She even took some amazing photos from the day and sent them to me knowing it would be a bit before I would get any of my professional ones back. I cannot recommend Jenorise enough! She was amazing and handled our girl so well. We’ve never left our girl with anyone but family before, but I felt so comfortable leaving her in Jenorise’s care.

AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about Winter Park Pet Concierge. We recently moved to Orlando and they have taken such good care of our nervous little pup numerous times. Our dog has separation anxiety and he struggles when we leave him. Winter Park Pet Concierge took the time to come to our apartment prior to the first overnight stay and my dog got to spend ample time with his sitter. They also asked for detailed care instructions that they followed to a t. When we are away, they have a patient portal that our sitter updates at least 3 times daily. They notify us when he goes on walks, goes to the bathroom, how much he ate, how much he played and send multiple pictures in each post. Winter Park Pet Concierge has made my life as a pet owner easier knowing my little baby (yes my dog that I call my baby) is in good hands. I trust them entirely with him and have never felt this way about any company I have used in the past. My dog receives amazing care and I am able to enjoy my vacation with peace of mind knowing he is taken care of. Jenorise is extremely responsive/communicates regularly with her clients. The entire staff cares so deeply for the animals they are watching. Usually when I come home from a trip my dog has not eaten and is miserable. Since we have been using Winter Park Pet Concierge this has not been an issue. Our entire experience with every aspect of this company has been impeccable and we highly recommend!

Awesome pet daycare and boarding facility. Very responsive to emails and FB messenger. Only facility with sprinklers that I could find, and they keep their FB page updated with pictures of all of the doggies and it is always a treat to see my baby Louie, whenever he is there. This is the only place I will ever take my little one again:-)

This place loves my pup almost as much as I do. They are so friendly, greeting me at the door when I drop my little guy off. They always have stories about his day, so I know they are paying attention to him and he's not just ignored. I trust every staff member here and you can tell they love their job. Plus they always post photos! I love Eastman's... And so does my Milo 🐶

I can't say enough good things about this place! My pup loves it, I love it, and I never have to worry whether my pup is in good hands. This business is locally and family owned, and they really truly care about the animals in their care. They always remember me and my sweet pup Rory, and they're always so excited to see him (and he's equally excited to see them). They occasionally do some themed photo shoots, and on my last trip away I was absolutely delighted to see the results of their "Harry Paw-ter" shoot (photo attached for reference). They have lifetime fans in me and Rory, I will always bring him here!

We had a good experience with Eastman's and our dog seemed to be happy there for four days. It was strange for us to leave him for that long but Eastman's posted photos and videos of our furry family member and texted us updates. We would recommend them highly!

I adopted my pup from Eastman’s almost 3 years ago. The staff are so knowledgeable & friendly! My dog gets SO excited to see them & they are just as excited to see him! He knows exactly where we’re going if I ask if he wants to go to school. They are constantly posting pictures and working dog events! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my baby. Love those girls to death! ♥️

Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.

I picked up Sonny from boarding with Miss Emily’s- this was our first time boarding & I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my dog, however miss Emily’s made me feel so at ease and took care of my baby! I trust them to take care of him moving forward and absolutely adore the staff! My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Emily's was a positive experience for him. Just look at that face. It says it all. We are looking forward to future visits.

Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit has been nothing but amazing to me and my pup! When I first took my puppy she was super timid and didn’t love being at daycare, but, the staff put together a plan for her! They eased her into being in the play room with other dogs and also put her in a room with another friend. That way she was constantly with friends and was getting more comfortable with dogs her size and that were bigger than her. They really helped my little dog get out of her comfort zone!! Now, everyday I take her to daycare she so so so excited to see all the staff and her fur friends!! They take so many pictures, give her treats, and love her unconditionally while I am at work! They also give me so many updates on how she did that day, and funny stories of what my pup did! They truly do love every single fur baby that goes to daycare! I love Miss Emily’s and the wonderful staff as well!!!
